Sistem Informasi Keluhan Masyarakat Online atau Sikesal merupakan sebuah program E-Government yang berfungsi sebagai tempat pengaduan dan aspirasi yang disampaikan oleh masyarakat Kota Jambi yang berkaitan dengan perbaikan atau permasalahan pelayanan publik. Permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya pelaksanaan aplikasi Sikesal di Kota Jambi dikarenakan beberapa indikator kesiapan pelaksanan E-Government itu tidak tercapai. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksaan E-Government pada aplikasi Sikesal di Kota Jambi tahun 2018-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Indrajit yakni terkait indikator kesiapan pelaksanaan E-Government di daerah. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif, dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian berada di Kota Jambi, tepatnya di Dinas Komunikasi Informatika serta beberapa Dinas yang memiliki laporan terbanyak pada aplikasi Sikesal ini. Jenis dan sumber data penelitian dibagi atas data primer dengan teknik pengambilan informan secara purposif dan data sekunder berupa data-data penunjang yang berkaitan dengan aplikasi Sikesal. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa pelaksanaan E-Government pada aplikasi Sikesal oleh Pemerintah Kota Jambi tahun 2018-2019 berjalan tidak optimal, hal ini dikarenakan tingkat kesiapan E-Government hanya terpenuhi dua indikator dari total lima indikator pelaksanaan.

The purpose of this study is to see how the roles and interests of stakeholders in a policy. Riau Province Regional Spatial Planning Regulation No. 10 of 2018 is a policy that is really needed by the Riau Provincial Government, especially in an effort to regulate how the spatial planning of areas and land in Riau Province should be. The large number of actors involved in the formulation of the Regional Regulation on Regional Spatial Planning for Riau Province resulted in the formulation process taking quite a long time and this became the author's analysis for formulating research problems. Based on the results of stakeholder identification, it shows that there were 9 stakeholders involved in the process of formulating the Riau Province Regional Regulation on Regional Spatial Planning, both at the national and regional levels, consisting of four key stakeholders who were all from central government agencies, two main stakeholders consisting of government agencies. regions, and two supporting stakeholders consisting of Non-Governmental Organizations and Corporations. Analysis of the interests and influence of stakeholders involved in the process of formulating the Regional Regulation on Regional Spatial Planning for Riau Province was categorized based on the level of interest and influence, namely the Ministry of Environment and Forestry and the Ministry of Home Affairs which were included in the key player category from the results of the analysis. Then the Ombudsman and the Ministry of Public Works are included in the context setters category, and the last is the subject category which includes the Riau Provincial Government, the Riau Provincial DPRD, Walhi, Jikalahari, and corporations whose land is included in the forest area in the Regional Regulation on the Riau Province RTRW

Bahwa media sosial telah digunakan untuk tujuan politik. Sifatnya yang mudah diakses, memberikan kesempatan kepada semua lawan politik untuk memanfaatkan dan menggunakan untuk mereka memiliki agenda politik sendiri, Persoalan yang muncul adalah pesan politik yang diarahkan kepada lawan politik dalam bentuk berita bohong. Upaya-upaya jahat ini seperti sukar untuk dihindari diera virtual, karena masing–masing tim sedapat mungkin menggunakan segala cara untuk mematahkan perjuangan lawannya. yang dimungkinkan dengan menggunakan teknik pengaturan agenda. di beberapa media sosial yang ada, para konstituen “menyerang” calon pemilihnya melalui beberapa aplikasi media sosial yang ada seperti Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram dan Line. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalahUntuk melihat bagaimana perencanaan pesan politik di Media Sosial dalam Kampanye Pemenangan Pasangan Paisal-Amris pada Pemilihan Walikota dan Wakil Wali Kota Dumai Tahun 2020 Pesan pesan politik yang dibuat dalam aplikasi media sosial tersebut mulai dari bentuk pesan text, pesan gambar juga pesan audiovideo. Metodologi dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif Pada pendekatan ini, peneliti membuat suatu gambaran kompleks, meneliti kata-kata, laporan terinci dari pandangan responden, Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil tentang pengelolaan pesan politik dimedia sosial dalam kampaye pemenangan pasangan paisal –amris pada pemilihan wali kota dan wakil wali kota dumai dengan Pesan politik dimedia sosial untuk Pengelolaan Kampanye Virtual Oleh Pasangan Paisal – Amris Di Media Sosial Pada Pemenangan Wali Kota dan Wakil Walikota Dumai Tahun 2020 yaitu dengan pengoptimalan upaya – upaya pendekatan komunikasi secara virtual, karena penyebaran berita palsu atau berita bohong untuk pesaing politik lainnya sering terjadi. Publik diprovokasi sedemikian rupa, sehingga simpati terhadap dukungannya beralih kepasangan yang lainnya.

The 2019 simultaneous elections are known as complicated and difficult elections, especially for election organizers at the Adhoc Election Organizing Body (BPP) level. So that many victims fell from the BPP Adhoc election. The capability of the Pekanbaru City KPU in managing the ad hoc BPP is the main problem in the implementation of the 2019 simultaneous elections. This study aims to find out how the Pekanbaru City General Election Commission (KPU) is capable of managing Ad Hoc Election Organizing Bodies (BPP) in the 2019 Simultaneous General Elections. used in this study is the core capability of public organizations according to Leonard-Barton, which has 4 variables, consisting of Knowledge and skills, Technical Systems, Managerial Systems, and Values and Norms. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews and documentation. The results of this study are that the General Election Commission (KPU) is not yet capable of managing the Ad Hoc Election Organizing Body (BPP) in the 2019 Simultaneous General Elections. rumi, the Ad Hoc BPP Managerial System is not yet capable, then the Values and Norms carried out by the KPU in the Ad Hoc BPP Management have been achieved, although there are still deficiencies on various sides, especially in the implementation of voting at TPS.

The development of well-planned tourist objects not only brings economic benefits that increase the level, quality and standard of living of the local community, but also improves and maintains a good environment. The purpose of this activity is to: Provide understanding and knowledge to the people of Kampar Kiri Hulu District, Kampar Regency about the use of social media for the Batudinding Waterfall tourist attraction. The teaching methods used to support the success of the program include lectures and questions and answers. This method was chosen to explain material that is theoretical in nature and related to tourism awareness and the Batudinding waterfall demonstration. This method is used to explain the process of working in stages so that participants can follow the process of tourism potential carefully. The impacts of this useful activity are: 1) the community is able to develop and promote tourism at Batudinding Waterfalls through social media, 2) increase the knowledge of the Pokdarwis of Tanjung Belit Village about the community's economic potential in the field of tourism, 4) increase the creativity of the community in processing natural resources around the village.

Tourism competition between regions has recently become increasingly competitive, to be able to compete, an effective strategy is needed to develop the potential and uniqueness of the region to be competitive. For this reason, the development of tourist destinations must be more innovative so that tourists who come are willing to repeat their visits in these tourist areas. The main problem that arises related to tourism in the region at this time is how to increase regional competitiveness so that its potential can be exploited to the fullest. This study aims to determine the tourism communication strategy in developing tourism potential in Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research method is using a qualitative descriptive approach using a constructivist paradigm. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. To test the validity of the data in the field, a credibility test was conducted. The results of tourism communication research are the process of delivering image messages that involve the role of stakeholders, both internal and external. The right strategy to be carried out by the Kuantan Singingi Regency government in developing regional tourism potential, elaborating brand image and brand identity, will be able to develop the potential and uniqueness of the region to become a tourism strength. The pattern of communication strategies between local governments and communities lacks synergy, with local tourism communities and human resources that do not have expertise in tourism.

One of the functions of government is the service function, the government must provide the best service to meet the needs of the community in all aspects. This is being carried out by the Sungai Petai village government, where to achieve excellent public services, the Sungai Petai Village Government is presenting an Application or Mobile-based Public Service called Kampung Page. This research aims to explain the implementation of the Kampung Page application in Sungai Petai Village in 2021. The research method used is a qualitative method by explaining descriptive data. The type of research data used is primary in the form of data obtained from research informants and secondary in the form of data obtained from related documents. Then the research location was in Sungai Petai Village, Kampar Kiri Hilir District, Kampar Regency. This research found that the implementation of the Kampung Page application in Sungai Petai village in 2021 is running quite optimally. The implementation of the public service system through the Kampung Page application in Sungai Petai village makes the public services provided more effective and efficient. The community's obstacles in using the Kampung Page application are very minimal and make the level of public trust in the Kampung Page application quite high. The reliability of using the Kampung Page application can be said to be adequate because there have been no complaints from the public regarding the speed of accessing this application. The Sungai Petai government has provided a lot of support to the community, including providing an admin chat feature, socializing the use of the Kampung Page application, providing a manual book to the community as a guide to using the Kampung Page application, and also providing kiosks at the village office for people who still lack understand how to use the Kampung Page application. However, there is still a need to improve the features of other service areas so that all service areas can be utilized optimally. Then there needs to be further outreach and training from the Sungai Petai Village government to increase knowledge and active community participation in using the Kampung Page application. Latar Belakang: Sumber daya kelautan Indonesia yang luas memiliki potensi tinggi di sektor perikanan, yang dapat memberikan nilai ekonomi dan menjadi faktor pendukung dalam meningkatkan pendapatan negara dan memperbaiki kesejahteraan masyarakat pesisir dan pulau, khususnya nelayan. Untuk memanfaatkan sumber daya ini untuk meningkatkan pendapatan negara dan mencapai kesejahteraan masyarakat, diperlukan pengawasan yang efektif terhadap kegiatan penangkapan ikan ilegal. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengawasan pemerintah dalam pemberantasan kegiatan penangkapan ikan ilegal di perairan Kepulauan Riau pada tahun 2021-2022. Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. metode penelitian yang penulis rujuk adalah metode wawancara kualitatif yang dilakukan dengan mengajukan pertanyaan tertutup kepada subjek penelitian dengan sifat wawancara informal, semi-terstruktur, sehingga dapat menghasilkan banyak data yang kemudian dapat penulis pilah untuk penyelesaian penelitian mengenai pengawasan sumber daya kelautan dan perikanan oleh Pemerintah Provinsi Kepulauan Riau dalam pemberantasan kegiatan illegal fishing ini Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah telah melakukan berbagai upaya pengawasan, seperti meningkatkan patroli, koordinasi antara instansi terkait, dan menjatuhkan sanksi tegas kepada pelaku penangkapan ikan ilegal. Namun, pelaksanaan pengawasan masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti luasnya wilayah laut, keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana, serta persistensi praktik penangkapan ikan ilegal. Kesimpulan: Pemerintah perlu terus memperkuat upaya pengawasan dan penegakan hukum untuk memberantas kegiatan penangkapan ikan ilegal di perairan Kepulauan Riau dengan meningkatkan koordinasi antar instansi terkait, meningkatkan kapasitas personel pengawas, dan menyediakan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai.

Under Act No. 7 of 2017 on Political Parties and Law No. 10 of 2008 on General Elections, which stipulates that women must have at least 30% representation in legislative elections and in the management of political parties, the problem in this study is the political strategy used by the Golkar party in the attempt to win the female legislative candidate in the 2019 elections in Pekanbaru City. The aim of this research is to find out the political strategies used by the Golkar Party in the effort to win female legislature candidates in the 2019 elections in Pukanbaru. This study uses Peter Schorder's Theory of Political Strategy, which is divided into three categories: offensive strategy and defence strategy. Defence Strategy is a typical strategy for a government majority. A mixture of defensive and offensive strategies that implement defensive strategic action against the opposition party as well as offensive action against its coalition. The method used in research is qualitative-descriptive. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data, with the data collection interview selecting seven people as samples. The results of the research show that many of the empowerment strategies carried out by women, ranging from the goal to the way it is implemented, represent this woman's voice and make many great efforts in its recruitment by implementing the strategies that the political party carries out in this fulfilment.
