Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Competence, awareness. training, infrastructure, and work environment on Employee Performance at the Investment Service, Integrated One Stop Service and Manpower This research uses survey method. Implemented at the Investment Office, one-stop service and Barru Regency Manpower. The time of the study was November to December 2019. The population in this study were all employees of the Office of Investment, one-stop Services and the Labor of Barru Regency, as many as 50 people. Sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique (census) in which all populations in this study were sampled. The sample used in this study was 50 people. Data analysis uses multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis). The results showed that there was a significant influence and positive direction betwee the variables of competence, awareness, training, infrastructure, and work environment partially and simultaneously on improving employee performance at the Office of Investment, One Stop Services and Workforce and the most dominant variables influential is the employee's work environment variable at the Office of Investment, One Stop Integrated Services and Labor Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kompetensi, kesadaran. pelatihan, infrastruktur, dan lingkungan kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Penanaman Modal, Pelayanan Terpadu satu Pintu Dan Tenaga Kerja Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Penanaman modal, Pelayanan satu pintu dan Tenaga Kerja kabupatee n Barru, sebanyak 50 orang. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus) yaitu semua populasi dalam penelitian ini dijadikan sampel. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 50 orang. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda (multiple regression analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Terdapat pengaruh yang cukup signifikan dan arahnya positif antara variable kompetensi, kesadaran, pelatihan, infrastruktur, dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial dan secara simultan terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Penanaman Modal, Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu dan Tenaga Kerja serta Variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh adalah variabel lingkungan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Penanaman Modal, Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu dan Tenaga Kerja

Abstract

The aim of the research was to determine inThe influence of Education and Training, Motivation and Work Culture on Employee Performance at the Secretariat of the Pinrang Regency Parliament. The method used in the research was quantitative with associative explanative survey study type. The research was conducted in Pinrang regency and the population were employees at the Secretariat of the Pinrang Regency Parliament. The sample was obtained by census technique, which took a total population of 45 employees. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and regression analysis to determine the description and influence between variables. This study uses three independent variables namely: education and training (X1), work motivation (X2), and work culture (X3) while the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). The results indicated that the influence of Education and Training, Motivation and Work Culture on Employee Performance at the Secretariat of the Pinrang Regency Parliament. The results of the regression analysis showed a significant influence between the independent variables namely: education and training (X1), work motivation (X2), and work culture (X3) with the dependent variable namely: namely employee performance (Y). The biggest influence occurred on the education and training variable (X1), namely 48.5%, followed by work motivation variable (X2) by 31.8%, and the smallest was the work culture variable (X3) by 28.6%. Simultaneously, there is a significant and positive influence between education and training, motivation and work culture on employee performance at the Secretariat of the Pinrang Regency Parliament by 65.6% while the remaining 34.4% is influenced by other factors that are not the object of research.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Kepemimpinan,Kompetensi Dan Motivasi Aparat secara sendiri-sendiri (parsial), dan bersama-sama (simultan) dan variabel yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Barru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Dilaksanakan pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Barru. Waktu penelitian adalah bulan Oktober sampai November 2019. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Barru, sebanyak 52 orang. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus) yaitu semua populasi dalam penelitian ini dijadikan sampel. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 96 orang. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda (multiple regression analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkanhasil perhitungan nilai thitung dan ttabel. Nilai ttabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% adalah 1,66. Dengan demikian, nilai thitung2,503> ttabel 1,66. Hasil pengujian ini menginterpretasikan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Kerja pada taraf signifikansi 5%.Artinya hipotesis dapat diterima dan nilai Fhitung 3,012 lebih besar dari nilai Ftabel 2,70. serta Motivasi kerja, paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap efektivita sebanyak 52.8% Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Barru.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of HR potential and leadership style on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Pinrang district secretariat. This research approach is a quantitative descriptive approach. A total of 58 respondents were taken as samples in this study. The instrument used to test the appropriateness of a question in the questionnaire is a validity test and a reliability test. For the method of data analysis used in this study is the classic assumption test which is strengthened by the normality test and multicorrelation test and in testing the hypothesis includes multiple linear regression analysis, t test and test model determination (F and R2 tests) using SPSS 16.0. The results of the study are known that the Direct Effect of Human Compotence on Job Satisfaction is 0.240 or 24.0% with a t value> t table value of 2.164> 2.004. The direct influence of leadership style on job satisfaction is 0.509 or 50.9% with a t value of 5.573> 2.004. The direct influence of leadership style on performance is 0.565 or 56.5% with a t value of 4.871> 2.004. The direct effect of HR Competence on Performance is 0.385 or 38.5% with a t value of 2.737> 2.004. The direct effect of job satisfaction on performance is 0.722 or 72.2% with a t value of 5.305> 2.004. The indirect effect of HR competence and leadership style on performance through employee job satisfaction is 0.613 or 61.3%. The indirect influence of leadership style on performance through job satisfaction is 0.626 or 62.6% with a t value of 4.923> 2.004.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan utuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung motivasi dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kompensasi pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Pangkep. Jumlah Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini 69 orang. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian survey Lokasi penelitian pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Pangkep yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober sampai November 2019 dianalisis menggunakan jalur (path analysis).Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung motivasi dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kompensasi pegawai, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung motivasi dan pengalaman kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara tidak langsung motivasidan pengalaman kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja melalui kompensasi pegawai. The research aims to find out and analyze the direct influence of motivation and work experience on employee compensation at the Pangkep District Education Office. The population and sample in this study were 69 people. The design of this study used survey research The research location at the Pangkep District Education Office conducted from October to November 2019 was analyzed using path analysis. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant direct effect on motivation and work experience on employee compensation, there was a positive influence and significant direct motivation and work experience on employee work productivity, there is a significant positive and indirect effect of motivation and work experience on work productivity through employee compensation.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, sedangkan sifat penelitian adalah deskriptif explanatory research. Penelitian dilakukan di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Majene. Pelaksanaan penelitian selama 2 bulan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 56 orang pegawai di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Majene. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah keseluruhan jumlah populasi diambil sebagai sampel. Dengan demikian jumlah sampel sama dengan jumlah populasi (sensus atau sampel jenuh). Sehingga sampel sebanyak 56 orang pegawai pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Majene. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model regresi linier berganda (multiple regression analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Majene This type of research is descriptive quantitative, while the nature of the research is descriptive explanatory research. The study aims to determine and analyze the effect of partially and simultaneously motivation, individual characteristics, and work motivation on employee performance at the Pinrang District Secretariat, as well as the most dominant variable influencing employee performance at the Pinrang District Secretariat.This type of research is descriptive quantitative, while the nature of the research is descriptive explanatory research. The study was conducted at the Pinrang Regency Regional Secretariat. Implementation of research for 3 months. The population in this study amounted to 95 employees in the Pinrang District Secretariat. The sample in this study is the entire population taken as a sample. Thus the number of samples is equal to the population (census or saturated sample). So that a sample of 95employees at the Pinrang District Secretariat. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression model (multiple regression analysis). The results showed that there was a partial and simultaneous influence of emotional intelligence, individual characteristics and work motivation on the performance of the Pinrang District Secretariat staff, as well as the most dominant work motivation variable affecting the performance of the Pinrang District Secretariat staff.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of organizational culture, career development, and compensation partially and simultaneously (2) the most dominant variable affects the staff’s performance of the Regional Disaster Management Agency in Makassar. This study was a quantitative study with 89 respondents as staff from Regional Disaster Management Agency in Makassar. In this study the entire population was made respondent. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of the analysis indicate that (1) Organizational Culture and Compensation have no partial effect on the Staff’s Performance while Career Development has a positive and significant effect on the staff’s Performance of the Regional Disaster Management Agency in Makassar (2) Organizational Culture, Career Development, and Compensation simultaneously have a significant effect toward the staff’s Performance of the Regional Disaster Management Agency in Makassar (3) Career Development is the most dominant variable affects the staff’s Performance of the Regional Disaster Management Agency in Makassar.

Abstract

Lower realization than predetermined target values. One example of ineffective work management is the parking mechanism where most parking objects still use the manual system. This study aims to determine the effect of competence, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Makassar City Regional Revenue Board either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative with a survey approach. This research was conducted at the Makassar City Regional Revenue Agency Office from September to October 2020. The population in this study was 139 with a sample of 73 people. The sample was obtained because all populations were sampled but only 73 respondents returned it and this number was deemed to have met the requirements based on the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10 percent, totaling 58 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, and review documentation. Existing data are processed using the SPSS application to carry out an impact test. The results showed that partially, competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian survei. Tujuan penelitian untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan disiplin terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kompetensi pegawai Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kota Parepare. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kota Parepare yang berjumlah 42 orang. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, yaitu semua elemen populasi dijadikan sampel. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur (analisis path). Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi. Disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi pegawai. Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. This research is a quantitative study using a survey research design. The research objective was to test and analyze the effect of training and discipline on employee performance through the competence of the employees of the Civil Service Agency and Human Resources Development of the City of Parepare. The population used in this study were 42 employees of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of Parepare City. The sample is determined by using saturated sampling technique, in which all elements of the population are sampled. Data analysis used in this research is path analysis (path analysis). Training has a positive and significant effect on competence. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee competence. Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Training does not have a positive and significant effect on performance through employee competence and discipline does not have a positive and significant effect on performance through employee competence at the Regional Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of Parepare City.
