Abstract

This journal aims to discuss the Role of Government and Mass Media in the Socialization of Indonesian Business Law. In this study, we will conduct an analysis of the Actors of the MSME so that we can find out how much influence the Role of Government and Mass Media has in the Socialization of Indonesian Business Law. The type of research used is quantitative research using multivariate statistics and we conduct a Simple linear regression test to show how much the relationship between variables is. The research instrument is by distributing questionnaires to consumers. The results are to create statistics on the influence of the Role of Government and Mass Media in the Socialization of Indonesian Business Law, whether it has a significant impact on producers or vice versa. With this research, it is hoped that it can provide motivation for the Government to pay more attention to MSME actors and provide socialization to MSMEs to help their economy

Abstract

This research specifically aims to describe the personality structure and personality of the character Lucas Ford in the novel In a Blue Moon by Ilana Tan. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. This type of research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive method, which collects and analyzes scientific data and then describes the facts in detail to determine the personality structure and personality of the character Lucas Ford in the novel In a Blue Moon by Ilana Tan. The research studied is the personality structure and personalities of characters in literary works. This approach will provide an overview of the thought processes experienced by Lucas Ford in the form of id, ego, and superego personality structures, and in the form of choleric, melanchole, phlegma, and sanguine personalities. The results of the research show that Lucas Ford's personality structure in the novel In a Blue Moon Ilana Tan's work is Lucas Ford's id which tries to find pleasure, the ego which adheres to the principles of reality and reality while the superego tries to understand the needs of the id and ego. Lucas Ford's personality in the novel In a Blue Moon by Ilana Tan is the more prominent of the four personalities, namely choleric (choleric). Lucas Ford's personality is wise, focused on goals, confident, firm, flammable, brave and honest. The choleric personality also has ego and superego personality structures.

Abstract

One of the Education for Sustainable Development Goals is to provide equitable and inclusive access to quality education for all. However, some children with special needs, particularly slow learners, have yet to be able to enjoy inclusive and high-quality learning services. This research aims to enhance slow learners' competence by implementing the Realistic Mathematics Education Approach. It is descriptive qualitative research, with data collection techniques including focus group discussion, interview, and learning observation. The analysis involved comparing the principles of Realistic Mathematics Education in theory with those applied by teachers, as well as the learning approach used by teachers with those required by slow learners. The findings indicate that while some teachers have implemented learning based on the principles of Realistic Mathematics Education for all students, there needs to be more focus on interventions specifically tailored to the needs of slow learners. Furthermore, teachers still need to fully understand the services required by slow learners based on their unique characteristics. The implementation of Realistic Mathematics Education to meet the learning needs of slow learners in mathematics has primarily focused on activity and interactivity principles without emphasis on the understanding of concepts to enhance their competence.

Abstract

The research aims are to know (1) the effect of learning approach toward mathematics echievement, (2) the effect of reasoning level student’s toward mathematics echievement, and (3) intraction between learning approach and reasoning level student’s toward mathematics echievement. The research method that be used is experiment research. Collecting data is conducted by reasoning test and echievement mathematics test. The research is experimented at Senior High School number 1 Kayuagung. Population of research is all student at tenth class grade that involve 7 class. The sample are class X.A that involve 31 student as experiment class and X.B that involve 31 student as control class. The research show that the Anova two way for approach learning is obtained F hitung = 15,982 and Ftabel=4,02, so F hitung > F tabel, or the mathematics echievement student that be following at constructivism approach is better than at conventional approach. The anova two way for level reasoning student’s is obtained F hitung = 39,489 and Ftabel=4,02, so Fhitung> F tabel, or The students that have high level reasoning is better than the students that have low level reasoning. The analysis of two way Anova for interaction between the approach learning and the level reasoning student’s is obtained F hitung = 0,265 and Ftabel=4,02, so F hitung < Ftabel, or there isn’t interaction between learning approach and the level reasoning student’s to reach mathematics echievement.DOI: 10.22342/jpm.5.2.581.

Abstract

Narrative structure plays a crucial role in the effectiveness of short stories, which must convey meaning within limited narrative space. This study aims to analyze the narrative structure of Pasar Cerita Amaliun, an anthology of short stories by North Sumatran writers, focusing on the relationship between fabula, sjuzet, and defamiliarization techniques. The research adopts a qualitative approach using descriptive-analytic methods. Data were collected through close reading of eleven selected short stories. The research instrument consisted of analytical categories assessing three aspects: clarity of fabula, complexity of sjuzet, and intensity of defamiliarization. Data analysis was conducted through narrative classification supported by simple quantitative tabulation. The findings reveal that most stories possess strong fabula, but only a few manage their sjuzet effectively. The short story “Celak Bu Haji untuk Dua Menantu” exemplifies the ideal synergy between fabula, sjuzet, and defamiliarization, producing a cohesive and aesthetically impactful reading experience. These results highlight the importance of narrative innovation and defamiliarization strategies to enhance the aesthetic quality of short fiction.

Abstract

Nilai moral merupakan suatu tingkah laku yang di perlihatkan oleh setiap individu berupa sikap positif maupun negatif. Turunnya tingkat kesadaran akan nilai moral dalam lingkungan anak mudah sangat prihatin, perkembangan zaman membuat nilai moral tidak lagi di terapkan dalam hidup bersosialisasi. Nilai moral sangat penting di terapkan supaya setiap individu memiliki nilai dalam dirinya sendiri. Seseorang yang berprilaku negatif akan memiliki nilai moral yang buruk, sebaliknya seseorang yang berperilaku baik akan mencerminkan nilai moral yang bersifat positif.

Abstract

A novel is an imaginative work that tells all aspects of a person's or several characters' life problems. The novel Layangan Putus by Mommy ASF presents a variety of emotional classifications found in each character. The purpose of this study is to reveal the classification of emotions contained in  the novel Layangan Putus by Mommy ASF. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique began by reading the novel Layangan Putus. Furthermore, the data analysis technique in the study uses a literary psychology approach, namely the initial data needs to be  read repeatedly to find the data in the novel Layangan Putus by Mommy ASF. The theory used is Daniel Goleman's Theory which proposes a classification of emotions consisting of anger emotions, sadness emotions, fear emotions, pleasure emotions, love emotions, shock emotions, irritation emotions, and embarrassment emotions. The technique of presenting the results of data analysis is descriptive by presenting data in the form of explanations or descriptions. The results of this study resulted in a classification of emotions divided into eight types of emotions, namely anger emotions, sadness emotions, fear emotions, pleasure emotions, surprised emotions, irritated emotions, and embarrassment emotions. There are positive and negative impacts on the emotional classification of Kinan characters in  Mommy ASF's novel Layangan Putus,  namely independence and rigidity, understanding of self, and priorities for children. Meanwhile, the negative impacts are psychological trauma, impact on children, and social pressure.

Abstract

By modeling learning students enjoy learning and doing mathematics in new ways. This study aimed firsly to produce senior high school mathematics modeling tasks, lesson plan, and student worksheet for valid mathematical learning; secondly, to produce senior high school mathematics modeling, lesson plan, and student worksheet for practical mathematics learning; lastly, to produce senior high school mathematics modeling tasks, lesson plan, and student worksheet for potentially effective mathematics learning. This study used method of development research that consisting of 3 steps, i.e., analysis, design, and evaluation. In the analysis stage, researcher did student analysis, curriculum, and mathematical modeling. Second stage are to design and product. Finally, researchers applied a design of formative evaluation consists of self-evaluation, one-to-one, experts review, small group, and field test. Based on experts review, one-to-one, small groups, and field test were obtained valid, practical, and potentially effective, i.e. mathematical modeling tasks, lesson plan, student worksheet to teach mathematical modeling in senior high school and Mathematical modeling tasks and student worksheets to learn mathematical modeling in senior high school.

Abstract

Gayamsari Intersection and Lamper Intersection in Semarang City are signalized intersections that experience high levels of vehicle queues and delays, especially during peak hours. This study aims to design signal coordination between intersections to improve traffic performance. The analysis was conducted based on the Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI) 2023, with a five-day field survey covering active days (Monday-Wednesday) and weekends (Saturday-Sunday). Peak hour traffic volume data was used to analyze existing conditions, including degree of saturation (DJ), queue length (PA), and delay (T) parameters. Several signal cycle planning scenarios were tested, and an optimal cycle of 180 seconds for weekdays and 130 seconds for weekends was obtained. Signal coordination can only be applied from Lamper to Gayamsari intersection, because in the reverse direction straight vehicles at Gayamsari intersection do not face red signals. Signal coordination is designed using the bandwidth and offset time method, with an offset of 45 seconds. The design results show a bandwidth of 60 seconds (morning) and 81 seconds (afternoon) on active days, and 43 seconds (morning) and 51 seconds (afternoon) on weekends. This design is expected to reduce vehicle delays and queues, and improve traffic efficiency at both intersections.
