Abstract

Background: Acute kidney failure (ARF) is a clinical syndrome characterized by rapidly declining kidney function which causes rapidly developing azotemia. Cases of acute kidney failure that attack children aged 6 months-18 years continue to increase and are dominated by ages 1-5 years. Objective: Describing the level of knowledge about the prevention of acute kidney failure in adolescents at Bumirejo Village, Demak Regency. Method: This research is descriptive quantitative research. Number of samples 35 respondents used a saturated sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire with 20 questions. Results: The results showed that the majority of respondents aged 16-17 years were 10 respondents (28.6%), the majority were senior high school, 14 respondents (40%), the gender of the majority is female, 19 respondents (54.3%). The knowledge about the prevention of acute kidney failure was obtained in the sufficient category (60%). Conclusion: The higher the education of adolescents can help their knowledge.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of brand image and product quality on buying interest in Wardah cosmetic consumers at the Sheminime Tigaraksa store. The type of research used is quantitative research with a sample of 100 with sampling techniques using incidental sampling techniques. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis method using SPSS 25. The results of this research show that brand image partially has a positive and significant effect on buying interest with tcount (2.875) > ttable (1.985). Product quality partially has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention with tcount (7.924)> ttable (1.985). Brand image and product quality together have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention with Fhitung (192.991)> Ftabel (3.08).

Abstract

The results of this research show that partially Product Quality obtained a value of 3.111 and Promotion of 2.172, where the value was higher than the table value of 1.993 and the sign score was less than 0.05. Which means that the Product Quality and Promotion variables each have an influence on the Purchase Interest variable. The results of the research simultaneously obtained the following values: fcount of 13.337 where the result was higher than 3.12. Which means that the Product Quality and promotion variables together influence the Purchase Interest variable.

Abstract

AbstrakSeksisme online menjadi topik penting di media sosial yang mempengaruhi perkembangan internet, menimbulkan efek negatif dan menjadi ancaman serius bagi wanita yang menjadi target. Penelitian ini menggunakan machine learning untuk mendeteksi seksisme pada kalimat bahasa Inggris. Algoritma yang digunakan adalah Support Vector Machine dan Naive Bayes. Grid search diterapkan pada model untuk mencari kombinasi hyperparameter terbaik sehingga menghasilkan skor terbaik. Pelatihan dibagi menjadi dua tugas, yaitu (1) pelatihan model menggunakan data tanpa penanganan imbalanced dan (2) pelatihan model menggunakan data yang telah dilakukan SMOTE. Hasil dari pelatihan model menunjukkan model SVM+SMOTE menghasilkan rata-rata skor F1 terbaik paling tinggi yaitu sebesar 0,96. Pengujian menggunakan data uji menunjukkan model SVM+SMOTE menghasilkan skor F1 tertinggi, yaitu sebesar 0,90 dengan 1467 kalimat diklasifikasikan benar 'not sexist’, 47 kalimat ‘not sexist’ diklasifikasikan sebagai ‘sexist’, 189 kalimat ‘sexist’ diklasifikasikan benar dan 297 kalimat ‘sexist’ diklasifikasikan sebagai ‘not sexist’.Kata kunci: Seksisme, Deteksi, SVM, Naive Bayes, SMOTEAbstractOnline sexism has become a significant issue on social media, impacting internet progress and posing a serious threat to targeted women. This research uses machine learning to detect sexism in English sentences. The algorithms used are Support Vector Machine and Naive Bayes. Grid search is applied in the model to find the best combination of hyperparameters to produce the best score. The training is divided into two tasks: (1) training the model using unhandle the imbalanced data and (2) training the model using data with SMOTE. The training results show that the SVM+SMOTE model produces the highest average best F1 score is 0.96. The testing results show that the SVM+SMOTE model produces the highest F1 score is 0.90 with 1467 sentences correctly classified as 'not sexist', 47 'not sexist' sentences classified as 'sexist', 189 sentences classified as 'sexist' correctly and 297 'sexist' sentences were classified as 'not sexist'.Keywords: Sexism, Detection, SVM, Naive Bayes, SMOTE

Abstract

Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah merupakan salah satu Dinas yang mempunyai tugas membina sentra-sentra pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat berbasis kearifan lokal dan kreativitas. Pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro merupakan langkah strategis dalam meningkatkan dan memperkuat kehidupan ekonomi dasar sebagian masyarakat, terutama melalui penyediaan lapangan kerja dan pengurangan ketimpangan dan tingkat kemiskinan di Indonesia. Pemberian bantuan permodalan merupakan upaya Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah dalam pemberdayaan usaha mikro. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) sebagai sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah dalam menentukan usaha mikro mana yang akan mendapat bantuan modal usaha dengan cepat. Metode ini bersifat multi kriteria sehingga banyak digunakan dalam membantu menentukan pengambilan keputusan. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Kabupaten Bandung Barat dalam menentukan Usaha Mikro mana yang perlu diprioritaskan untuk mendapatkan bantuan modal usaha terlebih dahulu.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian penelitian adalah Untuk mengetahui kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka di SMP Negeri se Bumijawa, Untuk mengetahui Seberapa besar peran kepala sekolah terhadap peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka di SMP Negeri se Bumijawa dan Untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka di  SMP Negeri se Bumijawa. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang data-datanya berhubungan dengan angka. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru SMP Negeri se Kecamatan Bumijawa Kabupaten Tegal yang berjumlah seratus delapan belas orang guru. Hasil penelitian antara lain:  Kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka di SMP Negeri se Bumijawa adalah: kemampuan memahami karakteristik peserta didik; kemampuan menguasai teori belajar dan prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran; kemampuan menguasai kegiatan pembelajaran yang mendidik; kemampuan menguasai pengembangan kurikulum; dan kemampuan mengevaluasi hasil belajar, peran kepala sekolah sebagai educator memperoleh kategori Sangat baik, peran kepala sekolah sebagai manajer, memperoleh kategori Baik, peran kepala sekolah sebagai supervisior memperoleh kategori Sangat baik, peran kepala sekolah sebagai administrator memperoleh kategori Baik, peran kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin memperoleh kategori Sangat baik, peran kepala sekolah sebagai inovator memperoleh kategori Sangat baik, perankepala sekolah sebagai motivator memperoleh kategori Baik, dan peran kepala sekolah sebagai entrepreneur memperoleh  kategori Baik, faktor pendukung pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka kebijakan pemerintah yang mendukung, kesiapan sekolah, dan  keterlibatan stakeholders. Abstract

Kenaikan prevalensi Diabetes Melitus (DM) di dunia setiap tahunnya menjadikan DM menjadi salah satu penyakit yang membutuhkan perhatian secara lebih, baik pencegahan maupun penangannya. Salah satu bentuk usaha dalam mengatasi DM adalah dengan pengembangan metode pemeriksaan nilai glukosa darah yang optimal, efektif, dan efisien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membandingkan metode pemeriksaan glukosa darah antara metode heksokinase (HK) dan peroksidase (PAP). Tikus wistar (Rattus norvegicus) jantan berusia 8 minggu dengan berat rata-rata 200g dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok perlakuan: 1) Kelompok diabetes dengan induksi streptozotocin (STZ) secara interperitonial; 2) Kelompok non-diabetes dengan induksi metformin secara peroral; dan 3) Kelompok normal tanpa perlakuan apapun. Setelah tikus diinduksi sesuai dengan kelompoknya, sampel darah kemudian diambil dan dianalisis dengan metode HK dan PAP menggunakan spektrofotometer. Hasil analisis menunjukkan metode HK dan PAP diperoleh nilai p sebesar 1,000; 1,000; dan 0,896 dimana menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan signifikan dalam pengukuran kadar glukosa darah, sehingga baik metode HK maupun PAP dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kadar glukosa darah dengan baik.

Abstract

Technological advances in Era 4.0 have encouraged the Indonesian Government to implement technology-based public services, including in the land sector with the enactment of ATR/BPN Ministerial Regulation Number 1 of 2021 concerning Electronic Certificates. Land certificates previously in physical form are now being converted into digital documents to increase efficiency, reduce land disputes, and increase legal certainty. This research aims to analyze public participation and perceptions of electronic certificates and the obstacles faced in their implementation. The method used is normative legal research with an analytical approach to legal concepts and statutory regulations as well as in-depth interviews with 10 informants from various backgrounds. The research results show that some people have started using electronic certificates, but there are still those who are hesitant because they are worried about digital data security and lack technology skills. Several respondents acknowledged the benefits of electronic certificates in facilitating the land ownership process but emphasized the importance of better data protection. The main obstacles in implementing electronic certificates are uneven internet infrastructure and networks, as well as the public's lack of technology knowledge. This research provides an important contribution to understanding the legal aspects and community readiness in facing the digitization of land certificates in Indonesia.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, international market development is an important strategy for companies that want to expand their business reach and increase their competitiveness in the global market. This article discusses various strategies that companies can implement in developing international markets, from market research to technological innovation. Comprehensive market research, SWOT analysis, and a deep understanding of local consumer preferences are crucial first steps. In addition, customization of products and services, strategic alliances with local companies, and segmented marketing strategies are key elements in ensuring success in international markets. Compliance with trade regulations and policies is also very important to avoid legal problems and ensure smooth business operations. Through a proactive approach and investment in training and technology, companies can overcome legal and operational obstacles, strengthen their reputation, and achieve sustainable growth in the global marketplace.

Abstract

The state of Indonesia is a state of law, when a child is in conflict with the law, the child faces public power which has the authority in the form of coercive measures that limit and even rob a number of children's rights in order to maintain public order. Children are gifts from God that must be protected and cared for according to their morals. The definition of a child in the Convention on the Rights of the Child which has been approved by the General Assembly on November 20, 1989, in Article 1 states that a child means every human being under the age of 18 (eighteen) years except under the law applicable to children. that maturity is reached more quickly. One of the cases that surfaced and became public attention was related to the crime of premeditated murder committed by minors, namely the case that occurred at the end of 2020 in the city of Bekasi. The perpetrator has been sentenced to 7 years in prison as stated in the decision of the Bekasi District Court Number 59/Pid.Sus-Anak/2020/PN Bekasi. Methods used: Normative juridical law research with analytical descriptive nature. Results of the study: The case started with hurt because previously Doni Saputra, who was the victim, forced to enter his genitals to Ahmad Yusuf, who was the defendant. But the defendant refused, but the defendant was threatened with a knife and the victim promised to give the defendant some money. However, because the amount of money continues to decrease and is often not paid, it creates feelings of resentment and hurt. Furthermore, on December 5, 2020, the perpetrator committed a murder which ended in the victim's death. Proof of elements of a criminal act of proof is planning to present evidence in the form of witness statements, letters, instructions for the defendant's testimony. The factor of the occurrence of the crime of murder committed by minors is caused by several factors, namely, factors within themselves (internal) and also factors around them (internal). Children commit the crime of murder because their emotional state is not stable and cannot control it properly and the child's lack of faith. Influences from outside the child such as the family who is not always there when needed, the weak economy and the circumstances of the surrounding environment also influence the child to commit the crime of murder. There are several factors that cause children to commit the crime of murder, namely: (1) Internal factors, namely emotional factors and religious factors, (2) external factors, namely family factors and environmental factors. Suggestion: for the community in particular parents should pay more attention to their children in the community environment so that unwanted things do not happen, especially murder cases, as parents must care for and protect children from the threat of crime that will befall them, in other words parents provide advice to children to be good children and not to commit crimes and to parents must provide sufficient education so that they can distinguish between good and bad.
