Abstract

Perangkat lunak dalam kegiatan bisnis memiliki beberapa keunikankarakteristik. Dan ISO 9126, yang bersifat general, dirasa tidak dapat mencakup seluruhkarakteristik unik pada perangkat lunak tertentu, salah satunya adalah aplikasi bisnis.Penyesuaian karakteristik suatu model kualitas perangkat lunak ditujukan untukmengatasi keunikan karakteristik perangkat lunak tertentu. Kebutuhan pengguna dankonsentrasi pengembang menjadi objek analisis dalam penerapan proses kerangka kerjadengan tujuan untuk dapat melakukan penyesuaian model kualitas perangkat lunak yangsesuai dengan karakteristik aplikasi bisnis. Pada pengujian, hasil survey dilakukanperhitungan dengan menggunakan koefisien Cronbach Alpha untuk mengetahui nilaireliabel dari kuisioner. Hasil penerapan proses kerangka kerja menunjukkan bahwaaplikasi bisnis memiliki karakteristik unik.

Abstract

Abstract¾ Academic Information System (AIS) is a CASE tool that can improve efficiency and operational effectiveness of a university. It is necessary to guarantee its security quality. In addition, AIS has different characteristics from other software. This study aims to establish a framework to measure the quality of security on the AIS application domain. The framework is built based on ISO/IEC 25010 quality model. The resulting framework showed that it can measure 20 additional security aspects and produce an aggregated security value compared to the existing quality measurement standard. It is also able to improve the quality of the case study system by an increase in security value of 15.6%.

Abstract

Every piece of software uses a model to derive its operational, auxiliary, and functional procedures. Unified Modeling Language (UML) is a standard displaying language for determining, recording, and building a software product. Several algorithms have been used by researchers to measure similarities between UML artifacts. However, there no literature studies have considered measurements of UML diagram similarities. This paper presents the results of a systematic literature review concerning similarity measurements between the UML diagrams of different software products. The study reviews and identifies similarity measurements of UML artifacts, with class diagram, sequence diagram, statechart diagram, and use case diagram being UML diagrams that are widely used as research objects for measuring similarity. Measuring similarity enables resolution of the problem domains of software reuse, similarity measurement, and clone detection. The instruments used to measure similarity are semantic and structural similarity. The findings indicate opportunities for future research regarding calculating other UML diagrams, compiling calculation information for each diagram, adapting semantic and structural similarity calculation methods, determining the best weight for each item in the diagram, testing novel proposed methods, and building or finding good datasets for use as testing material.

Abstract

Teknologi yang  memiliki fitur yang lengkap akan tidak ada artinya jika tidak ada yang menggunakan. Seringkali Sistem Informasi Akademis dilihat sebagai alat dan diukur berdasarkan kendala teknis, padahal ada faktor-faktor non teknis seperti penyiapan orang, budaya, mekanisme organisasi, dan lain sebagainya. Standardisasi pada aspek kebergunaan suatu perangkat lunak sudah ada seperti ISO 25010 namun untuk aspek kebergunaan pada Sistem Informasi Akademis (SIA) belum ada standardisasi yang bisa dijadikan acuan untuk mengukur. Penelitian ini mencoba melihat properti aspek kebergunaan berdasarkan sudut pandang Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dengan mengumpulkan data dari 398 responden (mahasiswa) pada  perguruan tinggi ITS dan Unair. Properti ini adalah variabel manifest yang mengukur variabel laten yang dalam hal ini adalah aspek kebergunaan. Kelemahan dalam penggunaan TAM yaitu dalam hal akurasi model sehingga diperlukan analisis data Structural Equation Model (SEM). SEM digunakan karena dapat melakukan analisis faktor, regresi dan jalur sekaligus sehingga SEM menawarkan teknik statistika yang memperhitungkan variabel manifest dan variabel laten. Variabel laten yang digunakan adalah perceived of usefulness, perceived of ease of use dan use. Properti aspek kebergunaan yang tidak memenuhi untuk SIA.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi dapat menjadi suatu keunggulan bagi organisasi untuk meningkatkan daya saingnya, tak terkecuali pada institusi pendidikan di tingkat perguruan tinggi.Kebutuhan teknologi informasi di perguruan tinggi sangat besar, terutama berkaitan dengan akademik.Sistem informasi akademik yang terkomputerisasi merupakan bagian penting di suatu perguruan tinggi. Hal ini dikarenakan dengan adanya sistem tersebut akan memudahkan dosen dalam memasukkan nilai akademik mahasiswa. Mahasiswa dapat mengakses informasi akademik atau kegiatan administrasi akademik.Sistem informasi akademik, sebagaimana sebuah sistem informasi pada umumnya, memerlukan adanya evaluasi untuk dapat mengetahui kekurangan-kekurangan yang ada untuk selanjutnya ditingkatkan dan dikembangkan.Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan metrik untuk mengukur kualitas dan mengevaluasi sistem informasi akademik.Penelitian ini melakukan penyusunan dan pengujian metrik operabilitas untuk sistem informasi akademik berdasarkan ISO 25010.Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini dapat menjadi masukan yang memperkaya kajian literatur dan empiris terkait pengukuran kualitas perangkat lunak menggunakan ISO/IEC 25010 karakteristik operabilitas.Data yang dibutuhkan untuk melakukan penyusunan dan pengujian metrik operabilitas untuk sistem informasi akademik berdasarkan ISO 25010 diperoleh dari studi liteatur, wawancara serta penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden pakar, dosen dan mahasiswa.Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk mengevaluasi sistem informasi akademik berdasarkan ISO 25010 karakteristik operabilitas. Dari hasil penelitian, maka didapatkan hasil bahwa model yang diusulkan lebih akurat dibandingkan model lama, karena adanya penambahan dua subkarakteristik pada ISO 25010 karakteristik operabilitas yaitu helpfullness dan technical accessibility, yang mampu menaikkan akurasi model baru. Hasil pengukuran dari penelitian ini sudah memenuhi standar pengukuran kualitas. Standar kualitas untuk suatu aplikasi web adalah 70.

Abstract

Performance analysis and continuous process improvement efforts are often supported by the construction of process models representing the interactions of the partners in the supply chain. This study was conducted to determine the state of the art in the process mining field, specifically in the context of cross-organizational process. The Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method is used to review a collection of twenty-one papers that are classified according to the Artifact framework of Hevner, et al. and within the Process Mining framework of Van der Aalst. In the reviewed papers, the authors conducted a variety of techniques to establish the event log, which is then used to perform the process mining analysis. Eight of the reviewed papers focus on the definition of concepts or measures. Five of the papers describe models and other abstractions that are used as a theoretical basis for process mining in the context of supply chains. The majority twenty of papers describe some kind of informal method or formal algorithm to perform process mining analysis. Nine of the papers that propose a formal algorithm also present an accompanying software implementation. Eight papers discuss the data preparation challenges and twelve papers discuss process discovery techniques.

Abstract

Komunitas IbuKreatif dibangun dalam rangka mewadahi kelompok ibu-ibu agar bisa saling berbagi ilmu. Komunitas ini juga menbantu ibu-ibu untuk memiliki  keahlian-keahlian tertentu misalnya pembuatan kue, masakan, kerajinan tangan dan lain-lain. Seorang pengguna dalam komunitas IbuKreatif bisa mengunggah video tutorial tentang sebuah keahlian. Pengguna lain bisa mengunduh atau melihat video-video yang telah diunggah di aplikasi. Dengan semakin bertambahnya video, maka perlu ada manajemen video diantaranya pengelompokkan video dengan konten yang mirip, hal ini dilakukan untuk kemudahan menampilkan hasil pencarian video. Konten video yang ditampilkan akan dikelompokkan berdasarkan kemiripan metadata. Selain fitur pengelompokkan konten video juga akan ditampilkan grafik dan persentase nilai dari video -video yang diambil dari aktivitas-aktivitas pengguna. Dari hasil pengujian didapatkan bahwa setiap fitur yang ada berjalan sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang telah ditetapkan. Fitur pengelompokkan sudah sesuai dengan tingkat kemiripan, juga sudah ditampilkan grafik dan presentasi dari tia p pengelompokkan konten video. Dari sini akan terlihat jenis aktivitas apa yang paling sering dilakukan oleh pengguna.

Abstract

In a software development project, aspects of software quality are fundamental; all stakeholders expect high-quality software. To ensure the quality of software products, it is necessary to ensure the software quality process. A software process is essential to be assessed from their quality. In the software development process, the developer needs guidance in carrying out every aspect of it. The goals to achieve and the procedure to measure for each aspect's goals performance must be determined. One method that can be used is the Extended Goal Question Metric method. This method determines what aspects must be achieved for each development process. A few goals to measure are defined for each aspect. For each goal, one or more goals determine one or more relevant questions. For each question, an appropriate metric is  determined. The next step is mapping between G to Q and Q to M. The measurement was conducted by calculating the goal value obtained from the metric calculation. From this metric, each goal's value could be obtained, whether it is achieved or not. The tests were carried out on the software process to develop the academic Directorate of Technology and Information System Development of Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya, Indonesia. Each goal's value exceeded 0.51 (for a scale of 0-1), which achieved the Software development process's quality. The total average score was 0.889.

Abstract

Non-functional requirements is one of the important factors that play a role in the success of software development that is often overlooked by developers, so it cause adverse effects. In order to obtain the non-functional requirements, it requires an identification automation system of non-functional requirements. This research proposes an automation system of identification of non-functional requirements from the requirement sentence-based classification algorithms of FSKNN with the addition of semantic factors such as the term development by hipernim and measurement of semantic relatedness between the term and every category of quality aspects based ISO / IEC 9126. In the test, the dataset is 1342 sentences from six different datasets. The result of this research is that the Semantic-FSKNN method can reduce the value of hamming loss or error rate by 21.9%, and also raise the value of accuracy by 43.7%, and also the precision value amounted to 73.9% compared to FSKNN method without the addition of semantic factors in it.

Abstract

The activities of copy and paste fragments of code from a source code into the other source code is often done by software developers because it's easier than generate code manually. This behavior leads to the increase of effort to maintain the code. One of the detection methods of semantic cloning is based on the behavior of the code. The code behavior detected by observing at an input, output and the effects of the method. Methods with the same value of input, output, and effect will indicate that semantically the same. However, the detection method based on the input, output, and effect could not be used in a void method or method without parameters, another side comprehensively detection is required. The challenge is how to detect which variable in a method that acts as input, output, and effect. Detection of the variable input, output, and effects in a void method done using Program Dependence Graph. The use of clone detection methods semantically based on behavior can increase the agreement value.
