Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesesuaian ukuran luas bengkelkerja kayu berdasarkan Permendiknas No. 40 Tahun 2008, meninjau tata letak peralatandan perabotan di ruang bengkel kerja kayu mesin terkait dengan alur kerja praktik yangsistematis, dan mengetahui kenyamanan pengguna dengan desain ruang bengkel kerjakayu yang ada. Hal ini diharapkan dapat mendukung pengembangan ruang bengkel kerjakayu agar memberikan kenyamanan bagi penggunanya. Penelitian ini merupakan jenispenelitian kualitatif. Data yang diperoleh berupa data primer dan data sekunder, denganteknik pengambilan sampel berupa snowball sampling. Sedangkan metode pengumpulandata dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis datamenggunakan model analisis interaktif dengan tahapan: pengumpulan data, reduksi data,penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah(1) Luas bengkel kerja kayu belum memenuhi standar Permendiknas No.40 Tahun 2008,karena jumlah peserta didik yang menggunakan ruang bengkel kayu melebihi kapasitasyang tercantum; (2) Tata letak peralatan dan perabotan di ruang bengkel kerja kayu belumsesuai dengan alur kerja praktik, dikarenakan terdapat kegiatan yang dilakukan diluarruang bengkel sehingga membuat pekerjaan seperti sudah sesuai dengan alur kerja praktikkayu; (3) Desain ruang dan tata letak peralatan/perabotan belum memberikan kenyamananbagi penggunanya, dan dalam aspek ketinggian meja kerja pada mesin sudah dirasanyaman.

Abstract

The development of engineering timber technology such as laminated veneer lumber, cross-laminated timber, and others proposes to satisfy the timber demand deficit in terms of both strength and material dimensions. In addition to being green and sustainable, timber has a higher mass strength ratio than concrete or steel materials. Jabon (Anthocephalus cadamba Miq.) is fast-growing species of timber produced by community plantations commonly used for furniture. Jabon timber including classified as strength timber IV causes this type of timber is not used as a structural element. To increase the strength of Jabon wood, researchers assembled the timber with Petung bamboo  (Dendrocalamus asper) which mechanically has a better toughness. This is what underlies the researchers made an innovation to make the timber laminated beam of bamboo-Jabon. The purpose of this research was to determine the mechanical behavior of bamboo-Jabon lamination due to shear failure. The method used in this study is experimental. The dimensions of the beam in this research are 60 x 120 mm with a length of 900 mm, a static bending test is performed. There are three variations in this research, namely variations in the thickness of timber slabs 10 mm, 15 mm, 20 mm, and bamboo thickness of 5 mm. The results of this research show that the shear stress of the laminated beam experimental results of jabon-bamboo is 1.9 times, 1.67 times, 1.71 times greater compared to the analysis of sequential appearance transformations for the thickness variation of 10 mm, 15 mm, and 20 mm. When compared with the analysis using SNI 7973:2013, the jabon-bamboo laminate beam has a greater shear stress value of 1.89 times, 1.45 times, and 1.31 times respectively for variations in the thickness of the blade of jabon timber 10 mm, 15 mm, and 20 mm.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendukung pengimplementasian aplikasi SIFOR (Sistem Informasi) TERPADU untuk pengelolaan keuangan menjadi lebih mudah karena e-modul ini simple bisa dibaca sewaktu-waktu dan dibawa kemana-mana. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu pengembangan dengan menggunakan model 4D. Subjek yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini yakni ahli media dan ahli materi. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian dilakukan dengan angket dan wawancara. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-modul yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid dengan hasil review ahli media (90%), hasil review ahli materi (88%), Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa bahan ajar e-modul yang dikembangkan berada dalam kualifikasi sangat baik, sehingga sangat layak untuk dikembangkan dan dibelajarkan kepada peserta pengelola keuangan serta nasabah yang ada di BKM Sejahtera Mandiri

Abstract

ntroduction: In this study, "We aim to develop and assess the effectiveness of mobile applications to raise students' awareness about occupational health and safety. This is in response to the low awareness among students in Surakarta, which has the potential to increase the risk of danger and diminish their ability to compete in the workforce. The mobile application's development is intended to address these issues". Methods: This research method uses a type of research and development that adopts the theory from Alessi & Trollip, with 3 main stages: planning, design, and development. There were 120 research samples taken from vocational high schools in Surakarta. Data was taken through observation and interviews. Product validation also involves media experts, material experts, and practitioners in the field of Occupational Health and Safety. Results: The research results indicate that the developed media has received high ratings from both experts and users, placing it in the "very good" category. Statistical analysis also reveals that the use of mobile applications has a significance level of 0.000<0.05, suggesting that mobile applications have an impact on the tested samples. Furthermore, there is evidence of increased awareness of occupational health and safety, as evidenced by a control class score of 75.68 and an experimental class score of 86.73. Conclusion: These results indicate that the developed media is more effective than conventional learning and can increase awareness of the importance of occupational health and safety among students. The study suggests the need for teacher training in utilizing this application and recommends further development of the application on a larger scale, along with the creation of diverse teaching materials.

Abstract

Media Informasi merupakan salah satu kunci untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih inklusif dan berdaya. Pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi Desa berbasis website telah menjadi salah satu sarana untuk meningkatkan akses dan menyebarkan informasi ke Masyarakat Desa dengan lebih cepat dan mudah. Masyarakat juga dapat secara mandiri mengakses informasi tentang desa dan perkembangan pembangunannya melalui situs web desa itu sendiri. Dengan adanya situs web ini, dapat memberikan dukungan kepada berbagai pihak, termasuk individu, organisasi, bahkan pemerintah, untuk menyajikan informasi yang faktual dan akurat di era digital ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana implementasi system informasi desa berbasis website sebagai media informasi desa, di salah satu desa di Kecamatan Kedewan Kabupaten Bojonegoro Provinsi Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan analisis dokumen. Berdasarkan hasil dari data yang dihimpun selama penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi sistem informasi desa berbasis website dapat dikatakan sudah optimal. Penerapan website Desa telah dilakukan dengan aktif dan isi konten sesuai dengan menu yang tersedia di website. Implikasi daripada implementasi system informasi Desa berbasis website adalah meningkatkan transparansi, partisipasi masyarakat, dan aksesibilitas informasi. Dengan melibatkan tenaga ahli yang kompeten, pengelolaan situs dapat dilakukan secara efisien, sehingga memperluas sumber informasi seperti peluang pembelajaran dalam pendidikan, peluang pekerjaan, dan pelatihan untuk kepentingan masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Capaian Nilai Siswa sebelum diterapkan PjBL Blended Tutor Sebaya di kelas XI (2) Penerapan PjBL Blended Tutor Sebaya di kelas XI. (3) Capaian Nilai Siswa Setelah Penerapan BjBL Blended Tutor Sebaya pada kelas XI (4) Perbedaan Nilai siswa sebelum dan setelah penerapan PjBL Blended Tutor Sebaya kelas XI DPIB SMK Ganesha Tama Boyolali. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif eksperimen dengan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel. Data diperoleh melalui observasi dan tes hasil belajar, mencakup tiga aspek: pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap, yang dianalisis menggunakan uji Paired Sample T-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata nilai awal siswa: aspek pengetahuan 57, keterampilan 59, dan sikap 58. Setelah perlakuan, rata-rata meningkat menjadi 82 untuk pengetahuan, 77 untuk keterampilan, dan 75 untuk sikap. Model ini memiliki delapan sintak, termasuk pre-test, penentuan kelompok, pelaksanaan proyek, hingga evaluasi. Peningkatan rata-rata pada aspek pengetahuan sebesar 20%, keterampilan 17%, dan sikap 18%, dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 (<0,05), menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan antara nilai sebelum dan sesudah penerapan model PjBL Blended Tutor Sebaya.

Abstract

Various competencies that students need to master in an effort to strengthen competitiveness, especially in the field of human resources in the 21st century. Learning media integrated with technology is one of the important learning resources to support the learning process. The lack of innovation in the use of learning media that is integrated with technology makes it less optimal for the achievement of learning objectives and mastery of competencies by students. This study aims to identify the need for opportunities for developing instructional media that are integrated with flipbook-based technology in the hope that it can increase students' opportunities in improving scientific literacy skills. This research is a qualitative research with a survey method. Data collection techniques using observations and needs analysis questionnaires. The quantitative data from the questionnaire were then analyzed using quantitative descriptive techniques using percentages that were displayed in a table. The research subjects took senior high school students in grades one and two, with a total of 70 students. The results of this study indicate that 35.7% of students stated that teachers still use Microsoft Powerpoint media and 27.1% of printed teaching materials. The results also showed that students had positive perceptions of the opportunities for developing and utilizing flipbooks as a medium for digital learning. Through the results of this research, it can become the basis for educators in developing and implementing flipbook-based digital learning media to facilitate the learning process.

Abstract

The low performance of teachers is a problem currently faced by educational institutions. In the midst of increasingly complex demands for mastery of competencies, the role of teachers as learning facilitators is important in facilitating students to achieve the competencies needed in the global era like today. Through research that aims to determine the influence of factors that contribute to teacher performance, namely the managerial skills of principals and work motivation, it is hoped that they will be able to become the basis for making policy innovations that can increase teacher productivity and performance. This research is a quantitative research. The research sample consisted of 128 teachers. The questionnaire is the data collection instrument used in research activities. The collected data is then analyzed using a regression formula in accordance with the variables to be tested. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of principal managerial skills on teacher performance by 77.1%, other factors are motivation, the effect of work motivation on teacher performance is 74.6%, and for the two variables principal managerial skills and work motivation are variable. jointly affect teacher performance by 87.7%. From the findings in this study, it can be concluded that fluctuations in teacher performance fluctuations are strongly influenced by the managerial dynamics of school principals and teacher work motivation. Apart from several other factors that also contribute to improving teacher performance

Abstract

Vocational high school comprehensively relates technology studies, the development of acquisition of practical skills, attitudes, and life skills. In this context, teachers play important role in forming and producing competent graduates’ need toward Society 5.0. This study aims to analyze teachers’ perceptions about vocational high school readiness toward Society 5.0. This study used a descriptive quantitative with survey method. The respondents were vocational high school teachers that have been selected using a random sampling method. The result indicated teachers’ understanding of Society 5.0 is low. The school’s readiness to facilitate learning also quite low. The assessments still generalized requirements for student achievement. On the other hand, teachers still have the motivation to learn to use technology. The majority of teachers often attend training to improve instructional media skills. Based on these results, school preparation needs to be improved in terms of teacher competence and learning support facilities for Society 5.0.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a very significant impact on paradigm shifts and learning activities. Currently, ICT has a great opportunity to be utilized and contribute optimally to facilitate students during learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. The main purpose of this research is to analyze specifically the teacher's views regarding the implementation and use of ICT-based learning media that takes place during learning from home during the covid-19 pandemic. This research design includes qualitative research. The subjects in this study were subject teachers in high schools. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, observations and interviews, with the instruments being questionnaire items, observation sheets and interview guidelines. Data from the questionnaire were analyzed by triangulation, through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that so far teachers use media as learning aids in the form of printed modules, and assignment sheets, besides the lecture method and presentation media also dominate in the continuity of learning activities, teachers still persist not to use ICT in the learning process, especially to support the independent learning process during the covid-19 pandemic. Innovation through the integration of ICT in the learning process is an important thing for teachers have to do, especially now that students are carrying out learning from home, so that students will remain enthusiastic and motivated to carry out a series of independent learning activities.
