Abstract

Various competencies that students need to master in an effort to strengthen competitiveness, especially in the field of human resources in the 21st century. Learning media integrated with technology is one of the important learning resources to support the learning process. The lack of innovation in the use of learning media that is integrated with technology makes it less optimal for the achievement of learning objectives and mastery of competencies by students. This study aims to identify the need for opportunities for developing instructional media that are integrated with flipbook-based technology in the hope that it can increase students' opportunities in improving scientific literacy skills. This research is a qualitative research with a survey method. Data collection techniques using observations and needs analysis questionnaires. The quantitative data from the questionnaire were then analyzed using quantitative descriptive techniques using percentages that were displayed in a table. The research subjects took senior high school students in grades one and two, with a total of 70 students. The results of this study indicate that 35.7% of students stated that teachers still use Microsoft Powerpoint media and 27.1% of printed teaching materials. The results also showed that students had positive perceptions of the opportunities for developing and utilizing flipbooks as a medium for digital learning. Through the results of this research, it can become the basis for educators in developing and implementing flipbook-based digital learning media to facilitate the learning process.

Abstract

Supervision is part of school-based management. The implementation of supervision, especially in the field of academics is very important to see the shortcomings of the implementation of learning, in order to always try to improve the quality of education.The purpose of this study to explain the implementation of supervision in primary schools.This study uses descriptive-qualitative research methods. Principals conduct academic supervision of teachers every month. Principals always give feedback to teachers after seeing the implementation of learning to always improve the quality of education. Academic supervision on the performance of teachers in the learning process is very important for teachers to always innovate in the implementation of learning to improve the quality of education in the face of disruption era.

Abstract

The low performance of teachers is a problem currently faced by educational institutions. In the midst of increasingly complex demands for mastery of competencies, the role of teachers as learning facilitators is important in facilitating students to achieve the competencies needed in the global era like today. Through research that aims to determine the influence of factors that contribute to teacher performance, namely the managerial skills of principals and work motivation, it is hoped that they will be able to become the basis for making policy innovations that can increase teacher productivity and performance. This research is a quantitative research. The research sample consisted of 128 teachers. The questionnaire is the data collection instrument used in research activities. The collected data is then analyzed using a regression formula in accordance with the variables to be tested. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of principal managerial skills on teacher performance by 77.1%, other factors are motivation, the effect of work motivation on teacher performance is 74.6%, and for the two variables principal managerial skills and work motivation are variable. jointly affect teacher performance by 87.7%. From the findings in this study, it can be concluded that fluctuations in teacher performance fluctuations are strongly influenced by the managerial dynamics of school principals and teacher work motivation. Apart from several other factors that also contribute to improving teacher performance

Abstract

The implementation of the learning curriculum during the Covid-19 pandemic is a challenge in the world of education. This study aims to reveal the implementation of the actual curriculum in the form of a combination of the core curriculum and the hidden curriculum through the analysis of learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. The subjects of this study were students of grade 6 SD Negeri Kalimacan, Kalijambe District, Sragen Regency which took place in the 1st semester of the 2020-2021 academic year. This study uses a qualitative approach method that is suitable in describing the problems that occur in the field. This type of qualitative research is a case study. The case study was chosen because of its suitability with a special ongoing problem, namely the implementation of the curriculum during the Covid-19 pandemic. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, document analysis. The various data collected are then processed through the stages of data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity trials were carried out through source and technique triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the curriculum during the Covid-19 pandemic was carried out by adjusting learning activities. The adjustment of these learning activities is by implementing the core curriculum and hidden curriculum through online and offline learning.

Abstract

Religious orientation is a hidden curriculum that affects the process of implementing education in an institution. This is evident from the existence of various religious activities held at schools to instill students’ religious values in order to make them religious individuals. This study aimed to reveal various religious activities occured as a hidden curriculum in one of the public elementary schools in Kecamatan Kalijambe, Kabupaten Sragen. 2 problems were investigated in this study. The first was to reveal various religious activities and their suitability with the religion professed by students. The second was to describe the process of these activities before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study utilized a qualitative approach because of the suitability of its characteristics to assess and describe the reality that occured. Case study was a form of qualitative research chosen in this study since there were specific problems being studied. The results showed that there were religious activities such as praying before and after lessons, reciting Al-Quran, reading Asmaul Husna, scheduling dhuha prayers, dhuhur prayers in congregation, kultum after dhuhur prayer, routine infaq, saying greetings, and in neat uniform. These activities had undergone the implementation adjustments during the covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

Lecturers have broad autonomy in developing instructional. With the characteristics possessed by these lecturers, collaboration between lecturers (team teaching) is a challenge that is sometimes not easy. However, in vocational learning, lecturer cooperation in learning is something that cannot be avoided. In the Classroom Action Research to SMK, researchers collaborated at partner schools of SMKN 5 Surakarta and SMKN I Mondokan Sragen. The type of research used is ethnographic research, which is a qualitative observation method used in social science that focuses on field studies and their interactions, and sees everything as unique. The method used in conducting the evaluation is the equivalent test, which is a test that aims to measure its reliability identically with the reference test. The conclusion that can be drawn in this PDS program is to complement each other's strengths and weaknesses in organizing the learning process for SMK. Pamong teachers who work together are senior teachers who have eaten a lot of salt in their teaching. Pamong teachers have adequate competence in teaching and educating students, on the other hand, senior teachers have limitations in developing learning innovations. This is where the role of PDS lecturers in completing the shortage of teachers. The innovation that the lecturers did was to provide guidance using e-learning in learning at SMK. This e-learning has many advantages in learning the millennial generation. By maintaining student motivation, the learning objectives will be better achieved.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine (1) Effect of volcanic ash in partial replacement of the total fine aggregate of compressive strength and the density of the concrete, (2) resistance to theoptimal compression of the concrete (3) optimum density concrete. (4) The teaching material obtained inthe course of concrete technology on the effect of volcanic ash on the compressive strength of concreteand normal density. Experimental studies using methods and analytical techniques using a quantitativeanalysis of regression. Variables in the study were (1) the dependent variable: the strength of concrete incompression and the density of concrete, (2) independent variables: the variation of 0%, 10%, 15%, 20%and 25% Volcanic ash from the total weight of the sand. The sampel is in the form of a cylinder with adiameter of 150 mm and a height of 300 mm. Based on the results of the study concluded that (1) changesin volcanic ash as a partial replacement of the fine aggregate strong overall influence on the compressivestrength and density of concrete, (2) the optimal value of compressive strength and the weight of eachtype of concrete which is the variation of volcanic ash 8,36% amounted to 23,231 MPa, 11,889% to22,919 MPa, (3) the value of the optimal concrete mixture as a whole, to namely the variation of volcanicash 11,889% (4) in the form of teaching material to supplement teaching materials using Kelud volcanicash as a partial replacement of fine aggregate on in terms of compressive strength concrete and density.Key words: normal concrete, volcanic ash, compressive strength, density

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) efektifitas pelaksanaanpembelajaran dengan sistem berpindah kelas terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik, (2)faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan sistemberpindah kelas pada peserta didik. Dalam penelitian ini di gunakan metode penelitiankualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakandalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sampel purposive. Data penelitian dikumpulkan denganteknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakanadalah model interaktif yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, tampilan data, danpenarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) efektifitaspelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan sistem berpindah kelas terhadap hasil belajar pesertadidik kurang efektif ditinjau dari aspek perencanaan pembelajaran, proses pembelajaran,dan hasil belajar peserta didik, (2) faktor pendukung diperoleh dari perangkatpembelajaran, faktor penghambat berasal dari kurangnya koordinasi antara saranaprasarana dan kurikulum dan pengkondisian peserta didik.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah, (1) mengembangkan media pembelajaran AutoCAD berbasisAdobe Flash pada mata pelajaran Aplikasi Perangkat Lunak dan Perancangan Interior Gedung di SMK Negeri 4 Sukoharjo. (2) mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaranAutoCAD berbasis Adobe Flash pada mata pelajaran Aplikasi Perangkat Lunak dan Perancangan Interior Gedung di SMK Negeri 4 Sukoharjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development). Prosedur yang digunakan yaitu model ADDIE yang dikembangkan oleh Branch. Penilaian kelayakan media pembelajaran dengan memberikan angket kepada tiga ahli yaitu ahli media, ahli materi materi, dan ahli pembelajaran, responden uji coba skala kecil sebanyak 15 siswa, dan responden uji coba skala besar sebanyak 60 siswa. Angket untuk siswa menggunakan uji validitas konstruk dan uji reliabilitas dengan menggunakan rumus Alpha Cornbach. Teknik analisa data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Penilaian kelayakan media pembelajaran menggunakan skala likert dengan 4 skala penilaian. Hasil penelitian berupa media pembelajaran AutoCAD berbasis Adobe Flash (1) Tahapan pengembangan terhadap media pembelajaran AutoCAD berbasis Adobe Flash pada mata pelajaran Aplikasi Perangkat Lunak dan Perancangan Interior Gedung yaitu : analyze (analisis), design (perancangan), develop(pengembangan), implement (penerapan), evaluation (evaluasi), (2) Hasil penilaian ahli media sebesar 86,25% dalam kategori sangat layak, penilaian ahli materi sebesar 75% dalam kategori layak, dan penilaian ahli pembelajaran sebesar 89,58% dalam kategori sangat layak. Hasil penilaian siswa pada uji coba skala kecil sebesar 74,20% dalam kategori layak dan hasil uji coba skala besar sebesar 80,85% dalam kategori layak berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran AutoCAD berbasis Adobe Flash dinyatakan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran Aplikasi Perangkat Lunak dan Perancangan Interior Gedung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran RAB dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran ARCS (Attention, Relevance,Confidence, Satisfaction) dan media komponen bangunan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (Action Research) model siklus. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X TGB A SMK Negeri 2 Sukoharjo Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014. Sumber data diperoleh melalui identifikasi permasalahan yang ada dalam kelas dengan melakukan tindak pra siklus. Tahap siklus I dimulai dengan perencanaan berupa penyusunan langkah-langkah pembelajaran melalui penerapan model pembelajaran ARCS dan media komponen bangunan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi untuk tindakan siklus II dan siklus III. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan model pembelajaran ARCS dan media komponen bangunan mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.Kata kunci : media komponen bangunan, ARCS, hasil belajar.
