Abstract

Tensions and conflicts are recurring challenges in multicultural and multireligious societies, particularly in regions marked by substantial cultural diversity. In this context, local wisdom rooted in indigenous communities functions as a vital form of Islamic socio-educational capital that can foster social harmony. This research is grounded in the assumption that indigenous cultural values, when articulated within an Islamic ethical framework, play a strategic role in shaping peaceful coexistence. The purpose of this study is to analyze the development of Penginyongan culture as a socio-educational strategy for strengthening harmony among indigenous communities in Banyumas Raya from an Islamic perspective. This study employs a qualitative field research Design, with data collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using an ethnographic approach, supported by symbolic interactionism and the constant comparative method to capture the dynamic meanings embedded in cultural practices. The findings demonstrate that the development of Penginyongan culture operates through three interconnected strategies: survival strategies aimed at preserving cultural identity, structural strategies institutionalized within social and religious structures, and network strategies that reinforce communal solidarity. These strategies foster collective awareness and sustained community participation in spiritual and ritual activities. The study concludes that Penginyongan culture nurtures lived religious expressions that integrate individual piety with social piety, thereby strengthening social harmony. The implications of this research suggest that locally rooted Islamic socio-education can serve as a replicable model for conflict mitigation and harmony-building in other pluralistic societies, proving that harmony is not imported but cultivated.

Abstract

Pembelajaran fikih khilafiyyah menuntut guru Pendidikan Agama Islam untuk menyajikan perbedaan pendapat para ulama secara objektif dan toleran guna mencegah kesalahpahaman serta sikap fanatisme di kalangan peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran fikih khilafiyyah di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Purwokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi pembelajaran, wawancara mendalam dengan guru, dan analisis dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru menerapkan strategi pembelajaran yang menekankan dialog terbuka, partisipasi aktif peserta didik, serta perpaduan metode ekspositori dan tanya jawab yang didukung penjelasan komparatif berbagai mazhab fikih. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, guru menggunakan pendekatan kontekstual dan reflektif untuk membantu peserta didik memahami dasar metodologis perbedaan pendapat. Evaluasi dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dengan menilai pemahaman, sikap, dan praktik ibadah peserta didik tanpa memaksakan satu pandangan tertentu. Strategi ini mampu meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik terhadap fikih khilafiyyah serta membentuk sikap toleran dan moderat.

Abstract

Pendidikan akhlak dalam Islam menjadi fondasi pembentukan insan kamil yang seimbang secara intelektual, spiritual, dan moral. Penelitian ini menganalisis konsep pendidikan akhlak menurut Abu Muhammad Naufal Al-Banary dalam kitab Sā‘atan wa Sā‘atan sekaligus menelaah relevansinya terhadap pendidikan Islam kontemporer. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode kepustakaan, melalui analisis isi dan hermeneutik terhadap teks kitab serta literatur pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kitab tersebut menyajikan pendidikan akhlak melalui kisah-kisah ringan dan humoris yang sarat pesan moral, bertujuan menumbuhkan kesadaran spiritual, kejujuran, integritas, orientasi akhirat, dan keseimbangan hidup. Ruang lingkup pendidikan akhlak mencakup hubungan dengan Allah, sesama manusia, dan orang tua, sementara metodenya meliputi keteladanan (uswah), kisah edukatif (al-qiṣṣah at-tarbawiyah), pengalaman langsung (learning by doing), teguran bijaksana (ta’dib), dan humor edukatif (al-mizah at-tarbawi). Materi akhlak menekankan kejujuran, keteladanan, evaluasi diri, keseimbangan hidup, tawakal, serta penghindaran perilaku tercela. Dengan pendekatan yang humanis, kontekstual, menyenangkan, dan aplikatif, konsep pendidikan akhlak dalam kitab ini relevan bagi pendidikan Islam modern dan dapat menjadi panduan praktis bagi pendidik dalam membentuk generasi muslim yang beriman, berilmu, dan berakhlak mulia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the prophetic education paradigm as an approach of scientific integration in the State Islamic University of Prof. KH. Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto (UIN Saizu) in the "Merdeka Belajar – Kampus Merdeka" policy. This study employed a qualitative approach which emphasized a library research method. Data sources gathered from libraries or documents in the form of books, journal articles, translated publications, and the internet by investigating data sources concerned with the topics of scientific integration, prophetic education, and "Merdeka Belajar – Kampus Merdeka" policy. The data were analyzed using descriptive and analytical investigation to describe, report, and evaluate the present situation The results of the study revealed that prophetic education is based on the idea of encouraging people to be decent (righteous), achieving the rank of perfect human being (insān kāmil) and making an improvement (muslih) into an ideal environment or society (khaira ummah). Professional education is continuing to develop a new system for bringing people closer to God (transcendence) through digitally expanding human ideals (humanization) and avoiding harmful things (liberation). However, the trend of the "Merdeka Belajar" policy was capable of accommodating material data (cognitive, affective and psychomotor) but lack of spirituality. Therefore, prophetic education will be able to bridge competence and spirituality in an independent learning policy. The initiative on scientific integration must continue as a manifestation of the scientific and integrated nature of Islam through the spirit of prophetic education.
