Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh: (1) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Andalan Gaya Bhakti Pratama Cabang Banjarmasin, (2) motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Andalan Gaya Bhakti Pratama Cabang Banjarmasin, dan (3) lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Andalan Gaya Bhakti Pratama Cabang Banjarmasin. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatori (explanatory research), dan data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 47 orang yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin dari total populasi sebanyak 53 karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Andalan Gaya Bhakti Pratama Cabang Banjarmasin. Nilai signifikansi yang di dapatkan (sig. = 0.000) menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik kondisi lingkungan kerja yang diberikan perusahaan, maka semakin meningkat pula kinerja karyawan. (2) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Andalan Gaya Bhakti Pratama Cabang Banjarmasin. Nilai signifikansi yang di dapatkan (sig. = 0.000), hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan motivasi kerja akan diikuti dengan peningkatan kinerja karyawan. (3) Lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Andalan Gaya Bhakti Pratama Cabang Banjarmasin. Nilai signifikansi yang di dapatkan (sig. = 0.000), yang berarti bahwa variabel ini seacara berssama-sama mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada PT Andalan Gaya Bhakti Pratama Cabang Banjarmasin. Nilai Koefisien korelasi sebesar 92,4% menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang sangat kuat antara lingkungan kerja dan motivasi karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance the governance capacity of the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) at the Embung Sawah Tourism site in Jaro Village, Tabalong Regency, through the implementation of digital marketing management strategies and application-based financial management systems. The service partner faced major constraints, namely the limited promotional reach of the tourist attraction, which still relied on conventional methods, and an internal financial recording system that was still manual, making it prone to recording errors and a lack of report transparency. The implementation method of this community service utilized a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, which includes four main stages: socialization and coordination, intensive training (workshops), structured mentoring, and program evaluation. The digital instruments implemented in this activity include social media optimization (Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Ads), the creation of a Google Maps Business profile, and the utilization of an Android-based digital financial recording application (BukuWarung/SiApik). The results of this community service activity show an 85% increase in the understanding and skills of Pokdarwis administrators in operating digital marketing media and managing digital finances. Embung Sawah Tourism now has an automated, neat, and transparent monthly financial reporting system, and experienced a surge in domestic tourist visitation volume of up to 40% within three months post-training due to more structured digital promotions. It can be concluded that the digitalization of marketing and financial aspects can strengthen the governance independence of Pokdarwis and support the sustainability of community-based tourism economies in Jaro Village.

Abstract

The culinary business is the highest supporting sector of the Indonesian economy compared to other sectors. Banjarmasin City is the heart of South Kalimantan which is a center for developing industries, one of which is in the culinary business. With a large population, even the most densely populated in South Kalimantan, it creates its own opportunities for business people. The diversity of community needs is so great, so this is an opportunity and challenge for business people with the conditions of the community. It is inevitable that the competition that occurs will also be high, as one of the big cities in the Kalimantan region, Banjarmasin is a city with promising business opportunities. In Banjarmasin City itself , it is increasingly bustling with the many MSMEs that have been established and spread across several areas, but not all MSMEs in Banjarmasin are visited by many consumers, because only a few MSMEs are seen to be crowded with visitors. One of the MSMEs that is widely visited by consumers in Banjarmasin is Dapur Banjar 2R. Dapur Banjar 2R is an MSME business that is currently growing and has many enthusiasts. This study provides empirical evidence of the influence of price, product quality and promotion as independent variables with purchasing decisions as dependent variables at Dapur Banjar 2R Banjarmasin. The population in this study were customers at Dapur Banjar 2R Banjarmasin. In this study, the sample used was around 35 customers of Dapur Banjar 2R Banjarmasin. The results of this study state that the variables Price (X1), Product Quality (X2) and Promotion (X3) each have a partial effect on purchasing decisions for products at Dapur Banjar 2R Banjarmasin. While the variables Price (X1), Product Quality (X2) and Promotion (X3) have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions for Dapur Banjar 2R Banjarmasin products.

Abstract

Changes in the value of financial exchange have significant implications that have multi-faceted consequences. Secondly, these fluctuations directly influence the competition of domestic Jaisai products on the global stage. When the value of local foreign exchange increases, export products can become more expensive in international markets, while imported products become more affordable, so their income can affect the financial performance of companies listed in Bursai Indonesia Effect. Secondly, changing the value of exchange is also crucial in determining the capital and investment in stock market. As a result, the weakening value of the rupiah exchange rate can reduce the potential profits for foreign investors who want to increase capital, because the value of their investments will decrease. This condition often results in a general decline in investors' interest in capital, resulting in a negative impact on the Composite Stock Price Index. Interest rate variables and exchange rates are comparable and have a significant impact on the Composite Stock Price Index. This is proven by the scientific significance value which reaches 0.001, which is lower than the scientific significance value determined by (0.05). The findings of this F test show that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.
