Abstract

Multicultural-based education is very important to be implemented in all educational units. This study aims to analyze the principles of Multicultural Education that are applied in the Hajj management guidance process at KBIHU Wadi Fatimah. This study uses qualitative methods with observation, documentation and in-depth interviews. The results of the study show that as an Islamic educational institution and the guidance of pilgrims it is important to adopt the principles of multicultural Islamic Education in terms of: Equality of the rights of pilgrims without exception for all pilgrims in service, Management of development that is integral and integrated with supporting facilities; Holistic curriculum for physical and spiritual aspects; The principle of respecting differences in understanding and belief in the implementation of the pilgrimage. This finding is important because Islamic coaching institutions are quite popular in the community and have been able to succeed in government programs.

Abstract

Educational institutions are places for educational activities that aim to change lives for the better. The development of digital technology requires educational institutions to establish and develop the education system continuously. This article explores the challenges and prospects of Islamic educational institutions and their sustainability in the digital technology era. The method used for this article is the qualitative inductive content analysis method. The findings are 1) Political changes, economic changes, and socio-cultural changes in society require Islamic education institutions to upgrade the institutional system and control all institution's activities. 2) Islamic education institutions' prospects include improving human resources and service quality, effectiveness and efficiency of financial management, and emphasizing promotion costs. 3) The future of Islamic education institutions, namely the sustainability of the institution's existence, the sustainability of the quality level of the institution, and the sustainability of invested resources.

Abstract

Kompetensi bukan ajang pertarungan lembaga pendidikan untuk menarik minat peserta didik. Kompetensi merupakan tanggungjawab seluruh lembaga pendidikan untuk mewujudkannya, sebab kompetensi merupakan bekal utama generasi menyongsong masa depan, kompetensi dirancang untuk menghadapi permasalahan dan tantangan zaman, masalah literasi peserta didik yang begitu rendah, integritas bangsa yang rendah karena literasi manusia yang mengarah kepada akhlak yang mulia rendah, hal inilah yang menyebabkan kecerdasan spiritual rendah, sementara lembaga pendidikan sibuk dengan pencitraannya bahwa bangunanya palimg megah, prestasi siswanya paling tinggi dan lulusannya paling baik, tidak melakukan penalaran kritis terhadap capaiannya dalam mengelola delapan standar pendidikan untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual yang menjadi inti literasi dan kecerdasan majemuk. Berlatar keadaan itu dikaji bagaimana pandangan kritis terhadap pencitraan sebagai kompetensi dan kompetensi sebagai softskill. Metode yang digunakan untuk membahasian kajian ini dengan studi literatur dengan data berupa rahasia umum yang diketahui. Komptensi menjadi acuan standar pendidikan yang lainnya untuk mewujudkannya, kompetensi yang menjadi inti tujuan pendidikan nasional dan menjadi inti dari nilai pancasila adalah kompetensi kecerdasan spiritual, sebab kecerdasan ini menjadi soft skill yang terintegrasi nilainya tidak terpisahkan antara bersifat kemanusiaan dan bersifat ketuhanan, bukan saja urusan di dunia tetapi juga akherat, memberikan kemampuan nalar analitif juga nalar intuitif, diwujudkan dengan kurikulum pendidikan holistik integratif. Di akhir artikel diperoleh kesimpulan pencitraan dengan megahnya bangunan, banyaknya prestasi siswa dan kebanggaan terhadap alumni tidak identik dengan kompetensi, dan kompetensi kecerdasan spiritul menjadi softskill yang bersifat kemanusiaan dan ketuhanan itulah yang menjadi inti kompetensi, kecerdasan spiritual dirancang melalui delapan satandar pendidikan dan kurikulum holistik integratif dikukung dengan pendidikan rumah dan masyarakat.

Abstract

This article explores the role of Mbah Sholeh haolan (commemoration) in strengthening Islamic education in Benda Kerep Village. This event serves as a cornerstone for cultural preservation, intergenerational learning, and practical implementation of Islamic values. The kyai, or spiritual leaders, play a pivotal role in guiding the community, reinforcing their authority and the respect they command. The haolan facilitates social cohesion, fosters a strong sense of identity, and exemplifies the community’s commitment to Islamic teachings. By examining the significance of Mbah Sholeh haolan, the article provides insights into how traditional Islamic communities can navigate the challenges of modernity while preserving their religious and cultural heritage. This study show that commemoration is one of the means used to pass on the cultural and religious values contained in "Wasiat Sepuh" as one of the character education and character-building. Kyai is the central figure, the foremost patron, followed by the community, so what Scott calls a patron-client cluster is formed. Kyai in Benda Kerep serves as an information leader who, in many ways, trumps the role of formal government officials. Kyai serves as the community's protector, a place to seek advice, and the final decision-maker on various problems in the area.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The principal as a leader has educational roles and policies for the success of an educational institution, one of the policies is the marketing promotion of educational services to increase students. The goal of marketing is to maximize consumer satisfaction and the school will always have its existence. With the existence of several forms of educational marketing, it is hoped that it can measure the success of educational marketing strategies in increasing new students. The aim of this research is to (1) explain the principal's policy regarding educational marketing strategies in increasing the number of students at MI PUI Kuningan, (2) Explain the implementation of the principal's policy regarding educational marketing strategies in the development of increasing the number of students at MI PUI Kuningan, (3) ) explains the impact of the principal's policy in educational marketing strategies on increasing students at MI PUI Kuningan. The researcher used a qualitative approach, the key information in this research was the principal, 3 senior teachers, administrative staff, and the students' parents. The method used in this research is a descriptive method which aims to provide a systematic, factual, accurate description of the facts and nature and relationships between the phenomena being investigated. The conclusion of this research is: The principal's policy regarding educational marketing strategies in increasing the number of students at MI PUI Kuningan with target market strategies, competitive positions, and mixed strategies or marketing mix (7 Ps: product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, process). Implementation of the school principal's policy in the development of increasing the number of students is the preparation of marketing plans carried out by the School Principal and the Foundation determining the target number of students, target areas for marketing, promotional strategies to be carried out, planning for the opening of student admissions. in organizing marketing, forming a committee for accepting new students (PPDB). Implementation process: orientation of new students, class grouping of students. control and control: the school principal acts as a supervisor, as well as being responsible for the PPDB committee referring to planning strategies. The impact of this: increasing public trust in educational institutions, providing excellent service to customers, providing support and cooperation from partners, and a commitment to loyalty from the community, especially parents of students who are loyal customers. Abstract

This article discusses the challenges and opportunities in adapting constitutional theory in the context of Indonesia's law and government. It was found that the main challenges include widespread corruption, political instability, plurality and multiculturalism, inconsistencies between national and local laws, and suboptimal enforcement of human rights. On the other hand, there are significant opportunities to overcome these challenges, such as through constitutional reform, the important role of the Constitutional Court, increasing legal education and awareness, the use of information technology for transparency, and international cooperation. This article emphasizes the importance of taking advantage of these opportunities and addressing existing challenges to develop a stronger, fairer, and more democratic constitutional system in Indonesia. Thus, the adaptation of constitutional theory can run more effectively and in accordance with the needs and aspirations of the people of Indonesia.

Abstract

This study focuses on the implementation of the school well-being concept in Islamic religious education learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Islamic Center Indramayu. The background of this study is the importance of creating a school environment that supports students' physical, psychological, and social well-being as part of efforts to improve the quality of education, especially in Islamic religious education learning. This study aims to answer five problem formulations: (1) Islamic religious education teachers' understanding of the concept of school well-being, (2) the application of the concept in Islamic religious education learning, (3) teacher and student responses to its application, (4) obstacles faced in implementation, and (5) the impact of implementation on students' Islamic character. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, relying on data from semi-structured interviews, in-depth observations, and document studies. The results of the study indicate that teachers' understanding of the concept of school well-being is quite good, and the application of this concept is carried out through the integration of physical and psychological aspects in the learning environment, as well as the application of learning methods that involve students' emotional and social aspects. The use of educational technology is also part of this application. Teacher responses are very positive and enthusiastic, while students feel comfortable and show good responses to the application of this concept. However, there are several obstacles, such as the need to improve teacher understanding and readiness, limited resources and facilities, and support from family and the social environment. Cultural challenges and local values are also obstacles. The impact of the implementation of school well-being is very significant in the formation of Islamic character of students at the Islamic Center Indramayu Elementary School

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality improvement of Islamic religious education students at XYZ Islamic University through lecturer competence and digital learning media. The method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The data was obtained by giving questionnaires to 63 respondents in this study. The questionnaire given to the respondents tested the validity and reliability so that the questionnaire was declared valid and had a level of reliability. The data obtained were tested using classical assumptions and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results obtained in testing the hypothesis show that partially and simultaneously, the lecturer competence and digital learning media on the quality of Islamic religious education students have a positive and significant influence. This result is indicated by an Adjusted R Square of 0.247, which means that for every increase in the variable of lecturer competence and digital learning media by one, the student's quality also increased by 24.7%, assuming that other variables were considered constant.

Abstract

Management innovations in Early childhood education programs or the so called PAUD (Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini) management based on children's needs in the digital era have become very relevant for improving the quality of early childhood education. Technological developments provide opportunities for educational institutions to adapt learning methods that are more interactive and appropriate to children's developmental needs. This research explored the implementation of technology-based management innovations at PAUD Plamboyan 3, West Karawang, and evaluated their impact on children's learning and parental involvement. The study aims to determine the implementation of technology-based management innovations and to identify their effects on the learning process, parental involvement, and curriculum management. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study method. This qualitative research employs a case study method, with data collected through observations. The sample in this interview consisted of one school principal, five teachers, ten parents, and documents related to technology integration in learning. The research results show that using technology, such as learning applications and e-learning platforms, increases children's learning motivation and strengthens parental involvement in children's education. Curriculum management tailored to children's needs also supports children's cognitive, social, and motoric development. However, some parents need attention to challenges related to limited access to technology at home. This research is essential for the development of PAUD in the digital era by emphasizing the importance of teacher training, increasing access to technology, and the active role of parents in supporting children's learning process.
