Abstract

Understanding the efficiency of the Dukcapil office in Tangerang Regency regarding the dissemination of information about the significance of obtaining birth certificates for children is crucial. This study adopts a qualitative research approach, specifically employing a case study design. The research framework incorporates the construction paradigm to assess the efficacy of public services provided by the Dukcapil office in Tangerang Regency regarding birth certificate information. The research findings reveal the Soppeng Regency Population and Civil Registration's public services' efficacy Office through the examination of various factors, including service procedures, time reliability, service costs, availability of facilities and infrastructure, employee competencies, and service offerings. Out of the six indicators gauging public service effectiveness, four exhibit positive outcomes. Consequently, it can be inferred that public services at Disdukcapil have been effective, albeit with room for improvement. In summary, the services at Disdukcapil have been conducted efficiently, with suggested enhancements for future refinement.

Abstract

Tambur Peh Cun is a tradition in the form of a festival that still continues today among the Chinese community in Tangerang, Banten. The term Peh-Cun means “boat racing” in Hokkien and consists of two words “Peh” which means “Paddle” or “Paddle” and “Cun” which means “Boat”. Tambur Peh-Cun or also known as "Gou", is one of a series of Peh-Cun ceremonies which is always celebrated on May 5 in the Confucian calendar. Qualitative Research with a Case Study Approach. According to Muhadjir, Qualitative Research is research that prioritizes issues of process and meaning/perception, where this research is expected to reveal various Qualitative information with thorough and meaningful descriptions and analysis, which also does not reject Quantitative information in the form of numbers or amounts. The research was carried out in several stages. The first stage begins with collecting information and observing the research location, then making appointments with resource persons and starting interviews, and preparing the final research report. This research aims to discuss the event strategy held by the Beon Tek Bio Association at the Peh Cun Festival in Tangerang City in 2023. This research uses qualitative research methods with a case study approach to understand and analyze the strategies implemented. Peh Cun is one of the most important festivals in Chinese culture. This festival is celebrated every 5th of the 1st month of Chinese New Year to commemorate the return of Dewa Nian, who is believed to be a god who brings disaster. The Beon Tek Bio Association has implemented a planned and structured event strategy in organizing the Peh Cun Festival in Tangerang City in 2023. This strategy includes aspects -aspects of goals and target audience, program content, and marketing. In terms of program content, the Beon Tek Bio Association presents various interesting and diverse Chinese cultural events. These events are designed to attract public interest and attention, as well as to introduce Chinese culture to the wider community.

Abstract

Perkembangan digitalisasi dalam transportasi publik mendorong perubahan sistem pembayaran dari tunai ke nontunai. Kota Tangerang melalui Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Trans Tangerang atau Bus Tayo, yang dikelola oleh PT. Tangerang Nusantara Global (Perseroda), sejak September 2023 menerapkan sistem pembayaran nontunai penuh menggunakan Tap On Bus (TOB) berbasis Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) dan kartu uang elektronik. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis proses sosialisasi sistem pembayaran nontunai, menilai pemahaman serta respon penumpang, dan mengidentifikasi hambatan yang muncul dalam implementasinya. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif studi kasus dengan paradigma konstruktivisme. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. TNG telah melakukan sosialisasi melalui media sosial, banner, flyer, aplikasi, dan komunikasi interpersonal. Meski sebagian penumpang dengan literasi digital tinggi menerima sistem ini dengan baik, hambatan masih ditemui pada kelompok masyarakat yang terbiasa menggunakan uang tunai, memiliki keterbatasan perangkat, atau literasi digital rendah. Kesimpulannya, keberhasilan penerapan sistem pembayaran nontunai tidak hanya bergantung pada infrastruktur teknologi, tetapi juga efektivitas strategi komunikasi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.
