Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki dampak dari keragaman produk, persepsi harga, dan promosi penjualan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan untuk produk Eiger, dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 konsumen. Dengan menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square melalui Software Smart PLS, penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa keragaman produk, persepsi harga, dan promosi penjualan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Secara khusus, keragaman produk dan persepsi harga berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, menyoroti pentingnya menawarkan berbagai macam produk dan mengelola persepsi harga secara efektif. Selain itu, promosi penjualan muncul sebagai pendorong yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, menggarisbawahi efektivitas kegiatan promosi dalam meningkatkan loyalitas merek. Temuan-temuan ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan dalam konteks merek-merek produk outdoor seperti Eiger, yang menawarkan wawasan yang berharga bagi para pemasar dan manajer yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan loyalitas merek dan daya saing di pasar.

Abstract

The increasingly tight competition in the fashion industry is a challenge to provide more choices for consumers in marketing Muslim Abaya clothing. They can choose various styles of clothing, both traditionally and online. Fashion business actors need to create the right marketing policies in order to survive in a competitive climate. Factors such as product quality, e-commerce, brand image, and price influence purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze the influence of these factors on purchasing decisions with purchase interest as an intervening variable on customers of Rumah Busana Al-Khatib Collection in Bangil City. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all buyers of Abaya Al-Khatib Collection products whose number was unknown. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique and calculated using the Lemeshow formula to obtain 100 respondents. Data were collected through a questionnaire measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on variance with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method which was analyzed using the SmartPLS application. The results of the study showed that product quality (t = 2.944; p = 0.0003), e-commerce (t = 3.381; p = 0.001), and brand image (t = 3.040; p = 0.002) have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while price (t = 1.815; p = 0.070) is not significant. Purchase intention has a significant direct effect on purchasing decisions (t = 14.063; p = 0.001). The implications of this study provide insight for Al-Khatib Collection business owners in formulating more effective marketing strategies to increase competitiveness and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of brand image, price perception, and location on the purchase of Mie Gacoan Sidoarjo. This research is quantitative with the population in this study being consumers of Mie Gacoan Sidoarjo. Random sampling is the method used for sampling, and it means that each population has an equal chance of being included in the sample. Based on the research methodology, the purchasing decision of Mie Sidoarjo is positively and significantly influenced by brand image. Purchase decision is influenced positively and significantly by price. Purchase decisions are positively and significantly influenced by location.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of brand image, product quality, and lifestyle on the purchasing decision of Thrifting Shoes at Hi.corp Surabaya. The research adopts a quantitative approach, with a descriptive method. The population in this study consists of Hi.corp customers who have made a minimum purchase of second-hand shoes at least once, with a sample size of 100. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with the criteria of respondents being the Surabaya community aged between 17-30 years. Data collection is done through distributing questionnaires, and responses are measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique in this study utilizes the smart PLS (Partial Least Square) tool. The results of this study prove that Brand image affects the purchase decision of thrifting shoes products at Hi.corp Surabaya store, Product quality affects the purchase decision of thrifting shoes at Hi.corp store, and Lifestyle affects the purchase decision of thrifting shoes products at Hi.corp store.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine brand image, service quality and promotion on Alfamart customer satisfaction in Sidoarjo. By using a quantitative approach, this approach can be used to test the theory objectively by looking at the relationship between variables. Sampling was taken using the Non Probability Sampling technique with the purposive sampling method, the total sample being 100 Alfamart customers in Sidoarjo. Data analysis technique uses Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS version 3.0 software. The results of the study include: Brand Image has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Service Quality has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Promotion has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Background: Management Strategy using SI/TI Strategy in operational management and logistics at Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo Hospital with the SIMRS Khanza application is one of the programs that supports active management and logistics at Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo Hospital. The primary objective is to know SIMRS Khanza's operational management and logistics performance to improve service quality.Purpose: Find the Management Strategy using IS/IT Strategy in operational and logistics management at Muhammadiyah Hospital Sidoarjo with the SIMRS Khanza application.Design/methodology/approach: This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. According to Porter's Value Chain Model, the data collection and analysis stages used value chain analysis. The study results show that Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo Hospital needs to improve operational and logistical management by emphasising IS/IT strategic planning and developing hospital websites and medical records to support services, health services, administration, and research. Analysis of Porter's Value Chain Model explains that the Sidoarjo Muhammadiyah Hospital carried out two activities related to improving services at the Sidoarjo Muhammadiyah Hospital. Findings/Result: The main activities include Inbound logistics, Operations, Outbound Logistics, Marketing and Sales, and Service. Supporting activities include Firm Infrastructure, Human Resource Management, Technology Development, and Procurement. Muhammadiyah Hospital conducted two exercises to improve services at Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo Hospital.Conclusion: This study found that the main activities in service improvement include inbound logistics, operations, outbound logistics, marketing and sales, and service.Originality/value (State of the art): This study is original in applying Porter's Value Chain Model to analyse IS/IT strategy in operational and logistics management at Muhammadiyah Hospital Sidoarjo, primarily through implementing the SIMRS Khanza application. Abstract

Penelitian ini menginvestigasi dampak dari promosi, kualitas layanan, dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di kalangan pengguna Shopeepay di Sidoarjo. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari 96 responden melalui kuesioner. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi, kualitas layanan, dan kepuasan pelanggan secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan. Hal ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya strategi promosi yang efektif, layanan berkualitas tinggi, dan kepuasan pelanggan dalam menumbuhkan loyalitas di antara pengguna e-wallet. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa meningkatkan faktor-faktor ini dapat meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan, memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi penyedia layanan e-wallet yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan retensi dan loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of effectiveness of using Flash Sale, Fear of Missing Out, and Live Streaming on purchasing decisions for skincare products at TikTok Shop. The method used in this research is quantitative, with data collected from 96 respondents through distributing questionnaires in the form of a list of questions. The data obtained is then processed using SmartPLS software. Respondents in this study are consumers who buy skincare products through TikTok Shop. The results showed that the use of Flash Sale, Fear of Missing Out, and Live Streaming had a strong and significant influence on purchasing decisions for skincare products at TikTok Shop

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Customer Review terhadap keputusan pembelian. Pengaruh brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dan pengaruh Celebrity Endorser Terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden pada pengguna Luxcrime di TikTok Shop. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan kuesioner Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik non probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Metode pengujian menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, yaitu uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji t, Uji koefisien Determinasi (R-Squared), Uji Regresi Linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Customer Review, Brand Image dan Celebrity Endorser  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Live Streaming, Discount, dan Online Customer Review terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Pengguna Shopee di Sidoarjo. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, memanfaatkan data primer melalui kuesioner yang disebar melalui Google Form, serta data sekunder data dari penelitian sebelumnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling untuk pengumpulan data. Analisis data menggunakan uji validalitas, uji reabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolineritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linier berganda, uji T, uji F, uji koefisien determinasi yang difasilitasi dengan SPSS versi 25. Hasil analisis ini menunjukan bahwa ketiga variable yaitu Live Streaming, Discount, dan Online Customer Review memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada pengguna Shopee di Sidoarjo.
