Abstract

The existence of Sunan Gunung Jati Tomb in Astana Village, Cirebon Regency, has become an important pilgrimage center that provides economic opportunities for the local community. This study aims to examine the social construction and habituation of the millennial generation regarding the tomb, as well as its utilization to increase community income. A qualitative approach with phenomenological methods was used to understand the millennial generation's behavior, perceptions, and interactions with local cultural traditions. Data were obtained through observations, interviews, and document studies. The results showed that the millennial generation has a high awareness of the importance of maintaining cultural traditions, which is reflected in their active involvement in traditional activities. However, the utilization of tombs to increase income is still not optimal, with the main focus on economic aspects rather than cultural preservation. Technology, particularly social media, plays an important role in promoting and maintaining cultural awareness. The findings provide guidance for village governments and related institutions to develop programs that support local cultural preservation through collaboration, education and wise use of technology.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of work culture on the performance of lecturers at Poltekes Kemenkes III Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach through survey methods. The population sample is lecturers in four Departments of Health Polytechnic III Jakarta. This study indicates that work culture has a positive and significant influence on the performance of lecturers at Poltekkes Kemenkes III Jakarta. This is concluded because, from the hypothesis, the regression equation is obtained: Y = 50,135 + 0,753 X 1, which means the constant value is 50,135. From these equations, lecturer assignments can be predicted if the work culture values. The value of b = 0.753 means that the lecturer's task performance variable will increase by 75.3% if the work culture value increases by 1%. From the results of statistical tests, there is a significant relationship between workplace culture and the lecturer's task performance (p = 0.000). Moreover, the results of hypothesis testing show that the results of t arithmetic 4.651 are greater than t table 1.99 with a path coefficient of 0.365, stating that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted.

Abstract

Background: Human resources (HR) is one of the important factors in development. Macro-terms, development input factors, such as natural, material and financial resources will not provide optimal benefits for the improvement of people's welfare if not supported by adequate availability of HR factors, both in quality and quantity. Aim: This research aims to develop human resources, in essence directed in order to improve quality which in turn will be able to increase productivity. Method: This study was carried out through the method of collecting secondary literature data, and the results of relevan previous studies, data and information sourced from secondary data and studies which are then analyzed using a conceptual approach, human resource management. Findings: Human resource development can be done through training, education, performance assessment, and career development. The model of the development of educational human resources in the context of the national education system should refer to the achievement of standards of educators and education personnel.

Abstract

Abstract: Enhancing digital reference literacy has become an urgent necessity in the modern academic era. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Mendeley application training in improving the ability of Rokania University students to manage digital references and produce scientific citations. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the training improved students’ competencies in importing references, managing metadata, using the Web Importer, and automating bibliographies. The implementation of the Mendeley application increased the efficiency of scientific writing and minimized citation errors commonly found in student academic work. This study affirms that digital reference literacy must become an integral component of academic competency development in higher education. Keyword: digital literacy, mendeley, citation, scientific references, students. Abstrak: Peningkatan literasi referensi digital merupakan kebutuhan mendesak pada era akademik modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas pelatihan aplikasi Mendeley dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa Universitas Rokania dalam mengelola referensi digital dan menyusun sitasi ilmiah. Pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif digunakan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa dalam impor referensi, pengelolaan metadata, penggunaan Web Importer, hingga otomatisasi daftar pustaka. Penerapan aplikasi Mendeley meningkatkan efisiensi penulisan ilmiah dan meminimalisasi kesalahan sitasi yang sering terjadi dalam karya ilmiah mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa literasi referensi digital perlu menjadi bagian integral dari pengembangan kompetensi akademik di perguruan tinggi. Kata kunci: literasi digital, mendeley, sitasi, referensi ilmiah, mahasiswa

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that has long-term impacts on children’s physical growth and cognitive development. In Kelurahan Galur, Central Jakarta, stunting remains one of the top ten priority health issues, indicating that its prevention requires not only medical approaches but also health promotion strategies emphasizing community empowerment and behavior change. This study aimed to analyze the factors associated with stunting among children under five, focusing on maternal knowledge, maternal attitudes toward parenting, environmental sanitation, family support, and the role of health workers. A quantitative method with a cross-sectional design and proportional random sampling technique was employed, while data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed through chi-square tests. The results showed significant associations between maternal knowledge, maternal attitudes, environmental sanitation, and family support with the risk of stunting, whereas the role of health workers did not demonstrate a significant relationship. These findings highlight that health promotion–related factors play a crucial role in preventing stunting. Therefore, interventions directed at improving maternal knowledge, changing maternal attitudes, enhancing environmental sanitation, strengthening family support, and optimizing the role of health workers are essential to reduce the prevalence of stunting in Kelurahan Galur.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran pelaporan terintegrasi dalam keberlanjutan keuangan bank syariah. Laporan terintegrasi yang menggabungkan informasi keuangan dan non-keuangan menjadi satu laporan diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran yang lebih komprehensif tentang kinerja dan keberlanjutan suatu entitas.Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengolahan data melalui Smart PLS 3 untuk menganalisis hubungan antara laporan terintegrasi dan laporan keberlanjutan pada bank syariah. Sampel adalah periode 2020-2023.Orisinalitas/Kebaruan: Penelitian ini menggunakan laporan keberlanjutan yang mencakup aspek sosial danlingkungan.Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa laporan terintegrasi memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap laporan keberlanjutan yang mencakup aspek sosial, lingkungan, dan tata kelola. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa bank syariah yang menyusun laporan terintegrasi cenderung memiliki kinerja keberlanjutan yang lebih baik, yang dapat meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam laporan keuangannya.Implikasi : Pentingnya penerapan pelaporan terintegrasi untuk meningkatkan keberlanjutan keuangan bank syariah, yang tidak hanya berfokus pada aspek profitabilitas tetapi juga pada tanggung jawab sosial dan lingkungan. Implikasi: Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi para pembuat kebijakan dan praktisi untuk mengembangkan laporan yang lebih holistik dalam dunia perbankan syariah. Research Objectives: This research aims to examine the role of integrated reporting in the financial sustainability of Islamic banks. Integrated reports, which combine financial and non-financial information into a single report, are expected to provide a more comprehensive picture of an entity's performance and sustainability.Research Method: This study uses a quantitative method with data processing through Smart PLS 3 to analyze the relationship between integrated reports and sustainability reports in Islamic banks. the period sample 2020-2023.Originality/Novelty: The research use sustainability reports, which encompass social and environmental.Research Results: The research results indicate that integrated reports have a significant impact on sustainability reports, which encompass social, environmental, and governance aspects. These findings indicate that Islamic banks that prepare integrated reports tend to have better sustainability performance, which can enhance transparency and accountability in their financial statements. The implication of this research finding is the importance of implementing integrated reporting to enhance the financial sustainability of Islamic banks, which not only focuses on profitability aspects but also on social and environmental responsibility.Implications: This research is expected to serve as a reference for policymakers and practitioners to develop more holistic reports in the world of Islamic banking

Abstract

Work discipline is a reflection of good human resources and is able to encourage the development of the agency or company it manages, so in this study the researcher examines the work discipline of employees at PT. Cipta Niaga Semesta (Mayora Group) in Central Lampung. The aim of this research is to examine both partially and simultaneously the relationship between work motivation and employee performance regarding work discipline. The design of this research uses a quantitative method that is refined with selected indicators that are described by the researcher into a questionnaire that is distributed to 50 representative employees based on formula calculations and sampling techniques using Stratified Random Sampling. And data analysis techniques use instrument validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression tests with decisions using partial t, simultaneous f test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this research prove that work motivation and employee performance can form the basis for strong work discipline in an organization. Organizations that motivate employees, provide recognition for good performance, and support skill development can create a positive work environment that fosters work discipline. On the other hand, employees who are motivated and have good performance tend to be more disciplined in carrying out their duties efficiently.
