Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kenyamanan, bonus dan tunjangan terhadap kinerja melalui loyalitas karyawan pada Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Pangkajene. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 26 hasil sebaran kuisioner selama periode penelitian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Pangkajene berjumlah 38 orang karyawan menggunakan Teknik slovin. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji instrumen data, uji asumsi klasik regresi linier berganda, pengujian hipotesis dan analisis path. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara partial (1) variabel Kenyamanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Pangkajene (2) Variabel kenyamanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Pangkajene (3) Variabel bonus berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Pangkajene (4) Variabel bonus berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Pangkajene (5) Variabel tunjangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Pangkajene (6) Variabel tunjangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Pangkajene. (7) Variabel loyalitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Pegadaian Syariah Cabang. Abstract

In external beam radiation therapy, the percentage depth dose (PDD) is a main factor for estimation of patient’s dose and dose distribution in target volume, therefore its accurate estimation is important. The purpose of this article is to compare PDDs with the published PDDs of different authors along central axis at different depths and field sizes for cobalt-60 (Co-60) radiotherapy machine at a regional cancer hospital Pakistan. A dedicated water phantom was used for estimation of PDDs at different depths and different field sizes, for Theratron phoenix Co-60 machine. It was observed that for 10×10 cm2 filed size of Co-60 beam mean percent variation in measured PDDs and published PDDs by different authors was -0.29% to 1.13%, which was within acceptable limit of ± 2%. However, for one author who used semi-empirical equation for PDDs calculation, the mean percent variation between measured PDDs and that of the author was -3.23%, 4.69% and 5.88% for 10×10 cm2, 25×25 cm2 and 30×30 cm2 field sizes of Co-60 beam respectively, which were within acceptable limit of   ±10%. A noticeable increase in PDDs was observed with increase of the field size at given depth which shows obvious contribution of secondary scattered radiation. Also measured PDDs were well matched with that of published PDDs of most of the authors i.e. ± 2%, but the measured PDDs were moderately matched with that of PDDs for only one author for some field sizes and some depths i.e. ±10%, which need to be rectified by taking more such data.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the strategies carried out by the Head of BKPSDM and his staff in developing civil servant competencies along with supporting and inhibiting factors. The study was conducted at BKPSDM Nunukan Regency. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. Strategies in developing civil servant competencies are very necessary, especially in increasing the achievement of competency development rights for each civil servant. Based on the results of this study, it is known that there are still several deficiencies in the competency development planning process, including the absence of a competency development plan in accordance with the provisions, as well as an evaluation of the implementation of competency development. However, there are several steps taken in implementing competencies that have a significant impact on the achievement of fulfilling the right to develop competencies of 20 teaching hours each year.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh efektivitas program literasi produk, diskon, dan reward terhadap peningkatan kualitas omzet produk penjualan non-gadai di PT. Pegadaian Area Bantaeng. Dengan adanya persaingan di sektor jasa keuangan, Pegadaian perlu mengembangkan strategi yang tidak hanya menarik nasabah tetapi juga meningkatkan omzet penjualan non-gadai. Program literasi produk bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman konsumen terhadap produk yang ditawarkan. Sementara itu, pemberian diskon dan reward merupakan upaya insentif untuk meningkatkan daya tarik produk non-gadai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis regresi untuk mengukur hubungan antara variabel-variabel tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada nasabah PT. Pegadaian Area Bantaeng yang menggunakan produk non-gadai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel—literasi produk, diskon, dan reward—berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas omzet penjualan produk non-gadai. Dari ketiga variabel tersebut, diskon memiliki pengaruh yang paling dominan dalam meningkatkan omzet. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi PT. Pegadaian dalam mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan omzet produk non-gadai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja Rukun Tetangga, serta pengaruh baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung hubungan antara kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja Rukun Tetangga pada Kantor Kecamatan Mamajang, Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menjawab masalah penelitian, dan melibatkan 164 responden, yaitu Ketua Rukun Tetangga yang ada di bawah naungan Kantor Kecamatan Mamajang, Kota Makassar. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah structural equation modeling dengan pendekatan partial least square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif siginifikan terhadap kinerja, kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja, kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif siginifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif siginifikan terhadap kinerja, kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif siginifikan terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi kerja, dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi kerja. Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan Emosional; Kompensasi; Motivasi Kerja; Kinerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelayanan prima dan after sales service terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan di PT. Pegadaian Cabang Pelita. Dalam industri jasa keuangan, pelayanan yang berkualitas serta layanan purna jual (after sales service) memiliki peran penting dalam membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan pelanggan. Pelayanan prima dan after sales service yang baik diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, yang pada akhirnya dapat memperkuat loyalitas mereka terhadap perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis) untuk menguji hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung antar variabel. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pelanggan PT. Pegadaian Cabang Pelita. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan prima dan after sales service memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dan kepuasan pelanggan berperan sebagai mediator yang signifikan dalam hubungan antara pelayanan dan loyalitas. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi PT. Pegadaian dalam meningkatkan strategi pelayanan mereka untuk memperkuat loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

This research aims to see efforts to realize the goals of archival management in the Hajj and Umrah Organizing Sector at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion, West Sulawesi Province. namely, Orderly Optimization of Archives and Quality of Archives Services through maximizing institutional awareness of the prospects for archives policies, quality of archives services, archives funding, archives management, archives organizations, archives infrastructure and facilities, and archives resources. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. Direct interviews from various informants, namely the Head of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion, West Sulawesi Province, the Head of the Hajj and Umrah Organizing Division, Archives Managers and Archives Service Users were carried out to collect data. Next, the data obtained will be analyzed and studied by researchers. The research results show that the optimization of orderly archives and the quality of archival services in the field of organizing the Hajj and Umrah has been carried out well in 3 aspects, namely orderly archive policy, archive management and human resources. However, there are 3 (three) that still need to be optimized, namely orderly facilities and archival infrastructure, orderly organization and archival funding.

Abstract

With Augmented Reality (AR) emerging as a revolutionary tool that reshapes conventional learning paradigms, the fusion of technology and education has given rise to creative educational approaches. This essay offers a thorough examination of augmented reality's place in education, highlighting its potential to improve pedagogy, engage students, and fundamentally alter the educational landscape. The essay starts by defining augmented reality as a link between the real and virtual worlds that provides an immersive and interactive learning experience. It explores the many uses of augmented reality, including anatomy classes with 3D interactive models and historical reenactments that take pupils back in time. These case studies show how augmented reality encourages participation, improves comprehension, and contextualizes learning materials. The fundamental ideas that underpin successful AR-enhanced schooling are presented in this study. It places a strong emphasis on scaffolding learning experiences, interaction, contextual relevance, and alignment with learning objectives. The difficulties of deploying AR are also discussed, giving educators ideas for a successful integration. These difficulties include technology infrastructure, educator training, content quality, and economic considerations. The research focuses on the potential of augmented reality to foster active learning. The relationship between augmented reality (AR) and active learning is examined, emphasizing the ways in which AR supports collaborative activities, problem-solving, and individualized learning paths. By imagining the role that augmented reality (AR) will play in future education, including personalized learning, virtual field excursions, mixed reality collaboration, and AI-driven adaptive learning, the essay demonstrates the revolutionary power of AR. The ethical challenges surrounding AR in the classroom are also covered, with a focus on the importance of addressing data protection, digital literacy, and responsible technology use. In order to prepare students for the challenges of a connected world while nurturing a lifetime love of learning, the study finishes by presenting augmented reality as a cornerstone of educational design. In essence, this article offers a thorough analysis of Augmented Reality's effects on education, highlighting its potential to transform pedagogy, improve learning opportunities, and influence the direction of education in the future. Educators are given a comprehensive grasp of how to use augmented reality to build immersive, successful learning environments by looking at case studies, design principles, difficulties, and future prospects

Abstract

The prohibition of antibiotic growth promoters has an unavoidable impact on the intestinal environment of chickens. The biggest challenge to the chicken business has been the resurgence of necrotic enteritis, which inhibits growth and feed conversions in preclinical forms and produces high mortality in its clinical form. In terms of performance, welfare, and mortality, it has been one of the most prevalent and economically damaging bacteria infections in contemporary broiler flocks. A multi-factorial disease process known as necrotizing enteritis occurs when many co-factors are often needed to start a disease outbreak. Clostridium perfringens is now identified as the disease's etiological agent, it is unclear whether predisposing conditions cause excessive C. perfringens growth and subsequent development of the disease. Any condition that stresses broiler chicks could impair the intestinal ecosystem's balance and weaken the immune system, increasing the chance of an epidemic of NE. The management of poultry may have a significant impact on NE pathogenesis. For instance, feed limitation and vaccination against coccidiosis can guard against NE, but high stocking densities, excessive house temperatures, and feed mycotoxins can predispose to NE. Understanding the disease's pathophysiology and the linkages between dietary, nutritional, and viral factors and the emergence of necrotic enteritis become extremely crucial. In order to imply managerial methods at the farm level to minimize the occurrence and the severity of the disease in the post-antibiotic era, this is essential and crucial.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of public services at the Lurah Maridan Office in Sepaku District, Penajam Paser Utara Regency. The primary focus of this research is to describe the extent to which the principles of effective and efficient public service are applied, as well as the measures taken by the local government to improve the quality of service provided to the community. The study uses a qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews with local government officials and members of the community to gather information on the practices and public perceptions regarding the services provided. The findings of the study indicate that the Lurah Maridan Office has made efforts to improve public service performance by implementing various strategic measures, such as utilizing technology to simplify administration, enhancing employee discipline, and conducting regular performance evaluations. However, challenges related to a shortage of human resources and limited infrastructure remain obstacles in achieving service efficiency and effectiveness. Overall, despite some challenges, the community reported improvements in the quality of services provided, with an increasing level of satisfaction.
