Abstract

Currently, in Indonesia, many religious institutions serve as a forum for women's empowerment, service, and advancement, in the form of educational institutions, Islamic boarding schools, Taklim Council, socio-religious organisations, and women's NGOs. All of them have a concern for improving women's standard of living. Therefore, the recitation is a religious institution deeply rooted in Islamic society, one of which is the JN Surabaya Taklim Council. This study aims to determine women's consumption practices in the JN Surabaya Taklim Council. The type of research chosen in this study is qualitative research with a form of qualitative descriptive research. In this study, the JN Surabaya recitation council members were research informants. The conclusion of this study shows that women's consumption practices in the Salafi Taklim Council are studied as objects or behaviours that appear, as values, and meanings, until they are continued as 'signs'. Consuming signs as a hyperreality and hyperreality occurs through a process preceded by simulacra, which becomes the simulation process's vehicle.

Abstract

The Taklim Council carries out a series of activities that are believed to be a way to emigrate, change, and transform in order to improve themselves by getting closer to the Creator. By attending one of the recitations at the JN Surabaya Taklim Council, the congregation also participated in the transformation. The purpose of this study was to determine the simulacra-simulation-hypereality process in the JN Surabaya Taklim Council. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach that describes the process that researchers use to interpret the activities of the JN Surabaya Taklim Council and see the activities (events) from various angles. The results of this study indicate that the process of simulating the JN Surabaya Taklim Council has produced a new meaning for the congregation towards the Taklim Council itself, namely the meaning of Real value and Exit Value.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah salah satu sarana penting untuk menjadikan manusia lebih berkualitas. Manusia tidak mampu berkembang secara optimal tanpa adanya bantuan orang lain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka siswa SMA intensif taruna pembangunan Surabaya, mendeskripsikan pengembangan karakter disiplin siswa SMA intensif taruna pembangunan Surabaya dan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis peran kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka dalam pengembangan karakter disiplin siswa SMA intensif taruna pembangunan Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, peneliti berperan sebagai pengamat partisipan selama proses ekstrakurikuler pramuka data diambil melalui observasi,wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ekstrakurikuler pramuka yang dilaksanakan selama satu kali dalam seminggu dengan beberapa kegiatanya seperti latihan rutin, jelajah alam, dan persami. Penanaman karakter disiplin terbukti dengan kurangnya disiplin pada siswa SMA intensif taruna pembangunan Surabaya.

Abstract

This paper explores the phenomenon of hyperreality within the context of online shopping and fandom culture, focusing specifically on the vibrant and dedicated fanbase of the popular South Korean boy band BTS, known as the BTS Army. Drawing upon the virtual marketplace of Tokopedia as a case study, we investigate the unique and immersive shopping experiences created by the BTS Army as they engage with merchandise related to their favourite band. Qualitative content analysis with Baudrillard Theory perspectives is used to unravel the complexities of the BTS Army's consumer behaviour, purchasing patterns, and collective interactions within this simulated environment. The findings demonstrate that the Tokopedia marketplace is a hub for the BTS Army, where fans navigate a hyperreal shopping landscape infused with emotional connections, shared meanings, and transformative experiences. Through acquiring and displaying BTS-related merchandise, fans construct and reinforce their identities, cultivate a sense of belonging, and participate in a hyperreal world that blurs the boundaries between fandom and consumer culture. It provides insights for marketers, platform operators, and researchers into the dynamics of hyperreal fandom-driven markets, emphasising the significance of emotional engagement, community building, and immersive experiences for capturing the attention and loyalty of dedicated fan communities.

Abstract

Pendidik Profesional tidak hanya melakukan kegiatannya sebagai pengajar yang baik tetapi juga dengan kompetensi yang professional. Diperlihatkan dengan peningkatan peran yang profesinal dalam penulisan karya ilmiah. Pengabdian pada masyarakat dengan mitra Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bekerjasama dengan mitra para pendidik PPKn se-Kota dan Kabupaten Probolinggo dengan tujuan untuk melatih para Pendidik menulis karya ilmiah dengan bagus, bersamaan dengn mempublikasikan karya tulisnya. Kegiatan tersebut dilakukan dalam bentuk kegiatan pelatihan, pangajaran , tanya jawab, diskusi dan praktek menulis karya ilmiah dengan bagus. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terlaksananya pelatihan karya tulis ilmiah untuk pendidik PPKn se-Kota dan Kabupaten Probolinggo ini sejalan dengan langkah-langkah yang telah direncanakan sebelumnya. Keefektifan pelatihan ini diukur dengan angket keefektifan dan jumlah guru yang mampu membuat karya tulis ilmiah.

Abstract

Pengabdian pada masyarakat kerjasama dengan tokoh masyarakat, tokoh pemuda, tokoh adat, tokoh agama, tokoh pendidikan di desa Desa Kebaron Kecamatan Tulangan kabupaten Sidoarjo provinsi Jawa Timur dengan tujuan untuk sosialisasi dan penyuluhan dan bimbingan deradikalisasi di lingkungan masyarakat melalui implementasi sosial dalam nilai-nilai pancasila dengan baik, bersamaan dengan mempublikasikan karya tulisannya. Adapun kegiatan yang telah dilakukan dalam bentuk kegiatan Sosialisasi, bimbingan dan penyuluhan dan tanya jawab, dan cara mengatasi apabila di desa Kebaron Kecamatan Tulangan Kabupaten Sidoarjo berkembang paham radikal. Adapun kegiatan tersebut telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 10 Desember 2021 sampai 10 Januari 2022 yang menempati Kantor desa Kebaron, Kecamatan Tulangan Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Kegiatan Sosialisasi dan penyuluhan dan bimbingan pada masyarakat Desa Kebaron Kecamatan Tulangan Sidoarjo dengan tujuan guna memberikan penjelasan pada warga masyarakat Kebaron tentang paham radikalisme dan bahaya-bahaya, yang ditimbulkan dan ada iktiar dari warga masyarakat sejak awal dalam menanggulangi masuknya paham radikalisme di Desa Kebaron. Metode yang dipakai dalam kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat tersebut memberikan edukasi melalui penjelasan interaktif, berikutnya tanya jawab. Dalam pelaksanaan PPM dari 36 peserta yang telah hadir pada kegiatan PPM sebanyak 18 peserta telah paham hakikat radikal, dan dampak yang timbul apabila paham ini dibiarkan menyebar di masyarakat, dan cara menanggulangi paham radikal. Dapat diketahui dari pertanyaan pendahuluan yang ditanyakan oleh pemateri kepada peserta yang hadir, para peserta dapat menjawab pertanyaan secara urut. Peserta yang telah memahami paham radikal dari perwakilan kelompok Karang taruna, Tokoh Agama dan tokoh masyarakat dan perwakilan dari Ibu-ibu PKK. Mereka menyampaikan bahwa pengetahuan paham radikal diperoleh dari Melihat tayangan TV, siaran radio dan media sosial. Sedang peserta lainnya belum paham pengertian paham radikal, dan hanya sebatas pelaku radikal merakit dan memiliki BOM dan dapat mengancam dan membahayakan keselamatan warga Masyarakat.

Abstract

Content creators appear in various digital media with a variety of works either writing, images, videos, or two combinations of material. In the digital era, which is inseparable from social media among teenagers, it provides a great opportunity for content creators to be creative by making it a business field. The purpose of community service is to motivate teenagers in Banjar Kemuning Village to create business opportunities as content creators. Methods used with lectures. The result of community service is that the training of creator business opportunities among millennial teenagers provides a way to earn income by becoming content creators on social media.

Abstract

Human rights of children need special attention, because various acts of violence against children are still found. When the child’s rigts have been fulfilled, then a child is obliged to become a citizen who has a good personality. This study aims to find out the effect of human rights advocacy on social care attitudes and child cooperation in Jemundo Village. Research using descriptive quantitative method. The research design uses quasi-experimental, experimental class (children participating in advocacy) and control class (children who did not participate in advocacy). The variables of this study are the independent variable advocacy for child human rights (X), the dependent variable social care attitude ( ) and cooperative attitude ( ). The research population is 300 children in Jemundo Village. Sampling using purposive sampling. The sample in this study were 30 experimental class and 30 control class of children 12-18 years old. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire instrument to determine differences in attitudes. Interviews and observations to gather data about advocacy processes, social care and cooperation. The subjects: children, parents, activists, and children's forums. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and the MANOVA test. The results showed: The significance value of the dependent variable is 0.00 < 0.05. Then the hypothesis Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is an influence of human right advocacy on social care attitudes and child cooperation in Jemundo Village.

Abstract

This research was conducted against the background of the phenomenon of declining social behavior in society and the problems it causes. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the development of children's social behavioral attitudes through advocacy activities. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this study were children aged 8-12 years in Taman District, Sidoarjo. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that advocacy activities can develop children's social care attitudes towards various social issues that develop in the community. These issues include the environment, social justice, education, and health. Participation in advocacy activities illustrates cooperation in the form of collaboration between children with each other. They learn to cooperate in achieving goals. The role of advocacy institutions is initiation, planning, mobilizing resources, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating.

Abstract

Majelis Taklim is a non-formal Islamic educational institution that has its curriculum, is held regularly and regularly, and is attended by a relatively large number of congregations. In Indonesia, the development of educational institutions of the taklim council type is large or in great demand by pilgrims, especially in big cities where people are thirsty for Islamic education, this study aims to understand and analyze the innovation of Islamic education teaching in developing religious and national understanding in the Al-Maryam Taklim Council of North Jakarta. This field research uses a qualitative descriptive approach and uses triangulation techniques to test the validity of the data. The results of the study concluded that the teaching innovation of Islamic religious education in developing religious and national understanding at the Al-Maryam Taklim Council in North Jakarta by conditioning teaching materials, teaching methods (lecture method accompanied by teaching aids/teaching aids, question and answer method, field trip method, discussion method and practice method), teaching approach, and scientific quality of resource persons. Recommendations to researchers who wish to conduct research again at the Taklim Council to find more in-depth information so that our science continues to develop and grow, do not stop here. There are new things that can be found at the Kaklim Assembly this time.
