Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan RM Melayu di Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah seluruh pelanggan RM Melayu. Penulis menetapkan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling purposive. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana, analisis koefisien korelasi (R), analisis koefisien determinasi (R2), dan uji kelayakan model (uji F).Hasil pengujian menunjukkan persamaan regresi linier sederhana yaitu Y = 0,758 + 0,841X. Nilai koefisien korelasi (R) yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 0,767, artinya bahwa hubungan antara variabel kualitas pelayanan dan variabel loyalitas pelanggan adalah kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,589. Hal ini berarti bahwa kontribusi variabel kualitas pelayanan terhadap variabel loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 58,9%, sedangkan sisanya yaitu sebesar 41,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Nilai Fhitung 140,258 > Ftabel 3,93,   maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima artinya model regresi linier sederhana dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi loyalitas pelanggan yang dipengaruhi kualitas pelayanan pada RM Melayu di Kabupaten Kubu Raya.

Abstract

The coverage of clean water services from PDAM in Mengkendek District, Tana Toraja Regency in 2022 is 6.07%, so there are still 93.93% of the population who cannot be served. This condition will worsen as water demand increases every year. This study aims to determine the scope of services, maximum water needs, water balance and clean water potential, so that it is expected to answer the problems to be discussed. The study began by calculating population growth over the next 20 years. The mathematical model used is the Exponential Model. This model is selected taking into account the resulting Standard Deviation and Correlation Coefficient. The calculation of water needs is obtained from the needs of the number of customers. Furthermore, water needs will be linked to the production capacity plan so as to produce a water balance. Water demand in 2023 is 85 liters/s and will increase in the following year until in 2042 water demand reaches 148 liters/s. The water balance is in deficit at the moment. Answering this, researchers made observations to determine the potential of clean water sources that can be used for the development of clean water supply systems in Mengkendek District, Tana Toraja Regency. The observation results show that there is a potential river water discharge of 23.21 m3 / s or 23,214 lps that can be utilized. By utilizing this potential, 90% service coverage until 2042 can be achieved.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian dalam membeli Sepeda Motor Aerox 155 VVA di PT Multi Pratama Nusantara Tepuai Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang membeli Sepeda Motor Aerox 155 VVA. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 81 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji kelayakan model (uji F). Hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana didapat persamaan: Y= 1,704 + 0,623X. Hasil koefisien korelasi (r) didapat nilai 0,538 artinya korelasi antara bauran pemasaran dan keputusan pembeli adalah sedang. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,290, artinya 29,0% bauran pemasaran dapat dijelaskan oleh keputusan pembelian, sedangkan sisanya yaitu sebesar 71,0% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya. Hasil uji pengaruh simultan didapat nilai Fhitung 19,580 > Ftabel 3,96 artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan (bersama-sama) antara bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan energi secara efesien dengan nilai yang rasional merupakan suatu kebutuhan yang perlu dipertimbangkan tanpa mengurangi fungsi dasar pada bagian yang benar-benar diperlukan. Mengacu pada keputusan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional No. 13 tahun 2012 tentang Penghematan Pemakaian Tenaga Listrik, Fakultas Teknik Unversitas Serambi Mekkah sebagai lembaga pendidikan memandang perlu untuk mengambil langkah konkrit terhadap penerapan keputusan menteri tersebut. Merujuk pada data pembayaran rekening listrik per bulan dapat diketahui bahwa penggunaan energi listrik rata-rata sebesar 3.059 kWh/bulan, dengan biaya rata-rata sebesar Rp. 3.036.333 per bulan di tahun 2016.  Berdasarkan data pembayaran yang ditampilkan dalam bentuk tagihan rekening diperlukan  suatu kajian berupa audit terhadap energi yang digunakan, sehingga dapat ditentukan langkah-langkah penghematan terhadap penggunaan energi listrik pada gedung tersebut. Langkah-langkah efesiensi yang dapat dilakukan seperti menggunakan optimalisasi penggunaan ruang dengan peralatan yang hemat energi, dan dari sisi sumber daya manusia dengan memberikan pedoman perilaku hemat energi. Hasil dari audit energi dapat dijadikan pendoman dalam rangka mendukung program efesiensi penggunaan energi listrik pada gedung Fakultas Teknik Universitas Serambi Mekkah. Tujuan utama penelitian melakukan audit dan analisis terkait nilai Intensitas Konsumsi Energi (IKE) berdasarkan data historis tahunan. Kemudian berdasarkan IKE akan dikenali Peluang Hemat Energi (PHE) dengan mengkombinasikan alat sensor infrared dengan algoritma genetika (AG), lalu mengimplementasikan pada gedung Fakultas Teknik Universitas Serambi Mekkah dalam bentuk nilai IKE optimum. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat di ambil kesimpulan bahwa dengan menggunakan metode algoritma genetika (AG) mendapatkan hasil penggunaan energi yang lebih optimal sebesar 45,65 % sesuai dengan IKE, dan juga memberikan Peluang Hemat Energi (PHE) dengan penerapan alat bantu sensor infrared.

Abstract

The majority of the population in Salo Dua village, Maiwa sub-district, Enrekang district is engaged in farming. The production and price of farm products do not guarantee farmers a high income from farming activities, due to the process of transporting from the plantation to the location of collecting farm products with a modified tassi motorbike. This study aims to determine the use of motorbike tassi on the level of income and the level of performance of farmers. The results showed that the use of tassi motorbike in Salo Dua Village, Maiwa District, Enrekang Regency, there were independent variables simultaneously affecting farmers' income (Y) significantly. Partially, the tariff / fee variable (X1) has a positive but insignificant effect on farmer income (Y). While the variables of satisfaction (X2) and performance (X3) have a positive and significant effect on farmers' income (Y). The use of motor tassi can affect the performance of farmers, with 47.62% of respondents very able to ease the work of farmers in agricultural activities, be it harvesting or delivering fertiliser to farmer gardens that are difficult to reach by four-wheeled vehicles. 54.76% of respondents said the farmer's harvest process was more effective and efficient, 44.05% of respondents said farmers were greatly helped in the harvest process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality and price perception on the purchase decision of Emina products at Scovia Store in Pontianak, in response to the decline in sales from 2022 to 2024. Using a quantitative associative approach, the research involved 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling, with criteria including consumers aged at least 17 years and having purchased Emina products more than once. Primary data were obtained through interviews and structured questionnaires, while secondary data were sourced from internal documents related to product types, prices, and sales records. Instrument testing showed that all questionnaire items met validity and reliability requirements. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, supported by classical assumption tests. The results indicate that both product quality and price perception have a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions, with product quality contributing the strongest effect. The regression model explains 48.5% of the variance in purchase decisions, while the remaining 51.5% is influenced by other factors outside this study. These findings highlight the importance of maintaining product quality and aligning pricing strategies with consumer value perceptions to strengthen consumer purchasing decisions. The study provides practical insights for retail management and contributes empirically to consumer behavior literature, particularly in the cosmetics industry. Future research may extend the model by incorporating variables such as brand image, promotion, or service quality to obtain a more comprehensive explanation of consumer decision-making.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Location, Price, and Product Quality on Repurchase Intention at Warung Makan Empek-Empek Cinata in Ngabang, Landak Regency. The research employs a quantitative approach with an associative design. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The number of respondents consists of 100 consumers who meet the criteria of purposive sampling. Data analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 25 software, supported by validity testing, reliability testing, and classical assumption testing. The results show that partially, Location has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, with a calculated t-value of 2.265 t-table value of 1.661. Similarly, Price has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention with a calculated t-value of 2.473 t-table value of 1.661, and Product Quality also has a significant effect on repurchase intention with a calculated t-value of 2.834 t-table value of 1.661. Simultaneously, Location, Price, and Product Quality have a significant effect on repurchase intention (p 0.001), with a coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.395. These findings indicate that Location, Price, and Product Quality are able to explain 39.5% of the contribution to repurchase intention, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors outside the research model.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the representation of wisdom and supernatural power in the character of Datu Langko as a model of ideal leadership in the Datu Langko folktale, which originates from the oral tradition of the Sasak people in West Nusa Tenggara. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach using narrative analysis to examine the construction of the character within the text and the meaning of the leadership values represented. The data, consisting of the folklore text, was analyzed through the stages of reduction, categorization, interpretation, and drawing conclusions, referencing cultural leadership theory and oral literature studies. The research findings indicate that Datu Langko’s wisdom is reflected in self-awareness, responsibility, respect for others’ opinions, the ability to set priorities, the ability to make sound decisions, and a strong sense of religiosity. Meanwhile, the aspect of supernatural power is manifested through the ability to interact with supernatural beings, utilizing supernatural forces for collective benefit, and the use of incantations within ritual contexts. These findings indicate that in Sasak culture, ideal leadership is understood as a fusion of intellectual, moral, and spiritual capacities. The novelty of this study lies in revealing the integration of wisdom and supernatural power as a unified construct of cultural leadership within Sasak folklore, which has previously tended to be studied descriptively and in isolation. Theoretically, this study contributes to the development of oral literature studies and the representation of leadership from a cultural perspective, as well as enriches the use of folklore as a source of values education in the fields of education, language, and literature. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan membandingkan unsur ekologi dalam cerita rakyat Kongga Owose dan Jack and the Beanstalk melalui pendekatan intertekstual. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis isi, yang difokuskan pada aspek ekologi sosial, konflik ekologis, sikap manusia terhadap alam, flora dan fauna, fungsi alam dalam alur, serta unsur mitos dan simbol budaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua cerita memiliki persamaan dalam memanfaatkan alam sebagai unsur penting dalam pembangunan cerita, baik sebagai latar, sumber konflik, maupun sarana penyelesaian masalah. Namun, terdapat perbedaan mendasar, di mana Kongga Owose menampilkan hubungan manusia dan alam yang bersifat kolektif, berbasis kearifan lokal, serta mencerminkan harmoni ekologis, sedangkan Jack and the Beanstalk lebih menonjolkan hubungan individual yang berorientasi pada eksplorasi dan perubahan nasib. Unsur supranatural dalam kedua cerita juga berperan sebagai penguat nilai budaya dan imajinasi masyarakat terhadap alam. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kajian intertekstual berbasis ekologi dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif pendekatan dalam pembelajaran sastra untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran lingkungan dan nilai budaya. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam pengembangan ilmu pendidikan, bahasa, dan sastra, khususnya dalam memperkaya kajian ekokritik dan pemanfaatannya dalam pembelajaran berbasis kearifan lokal.
