Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan guru dalam administrasi layanan pada suatu pendidikan, dimana pada satuan layanan Pendidikan, guru bukan hanya berperan sebagai pengajar namun guru juga membutuhkan guru yang professional dan handal dalam manajemen adminidtrasi pada satuan pedidikan agar satuan pendidikan dapat berjalan dengan professional dan bermutu. Metode penelitian ini adalah studi literatur dengan cara mengumpulkan bahan-bahan materi baik yang bersumber dari buku, jurnal, dan sumber lainnya terkait dengan peran guru dalam administrasi layanan pada suatu pendidikan. Hasil penelitian ini menujukan bahwa guru memiliki peranan dalam administrasi layanan pendidikan dimana satu pendidikan memiliki beberapa administrasi layanan pendidikan yaitu, administrasi kurikulum, administrasi kesiswaan, administrasi kepegawaian, administrasi keuangan, Administrasi Pengelolaan institusi dan infrastruktur pendidikan, dan Administrasi sekolah dan hubungan sosial. Pada administrasi guru punya peran agar suatu administrasi layanan pendidikan dapat berjalan dengan baik sehingga pedidikan dan teratur sesuai dengan standard yang ada.

Supervisi Pendidikan khususnya supervise kelas sangat penting untuk dilaksanakan dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran yang nantinya akan membawa pengaruh pada kualitas hasil belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk untuk mengetahui bagaimana mekanisme pelaksanaan supervisi pendidikan di masa pandemi covid-19, indikator penting mana yang perlu disupervisi, dan bagaimana cara supervisor melaksanakan kegiatan supervisi kelas secara efektif. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data kualitatif berupa mekanisme pelaksanaan supervisi kelas. Data dianalisis menggunakan Model Miles dan Huberman dimana aktivitas dalam analisis data adalah data reduction, data display, dan conclusion. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa mekanisme pelaksanaan supervisi kelas di masa pandemi covid-19 yang dilaksanakan telah menggunakan Instrumen supervisi kelas yang terstandarisasi, yang menjunjung tinggi objektivitas, transparansi dan akuntabilitas. Indikator penting yang akan disupervisi dicantumkan dalam instrumen supervisi kelas yang dipergunakan. Supervisor menggunakan pendekatan humanistic kepada dosen yang disupervisi.

This study uses a quantitative approach with correlational research methods. Correlational research is a study to determine the relationship or influence between the variables studied. The sample in the study was 40 students of class XI SMA Negeri 3 Tondano. Data collection techniques in this study used an understanding questionnaire, further study, interviews, and documentation as supporting techniques. Based on the results of the study, it is known that there is an influence on the competence of counseling teachers in carrying out group guidance at SMA Negeri 3 Tondano. Based on the research data and the results of the analysis carried out, it was found that the significance value was 0.000 <0.05, indicating that the counseling guidance teacher competence variable (X) had an effect on the group guidance implementation variable at SMA Negeri 3 Tondano (Y) while based on the results of the test- t obtained t value of 8.205 > t table 2.058. Based on the results of this analysis, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the counseling teacher's competence on the implementation of group counseling at SMA Negeri 3 Tondano.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk apakah ada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap work engagement Pegawai di Kejaksaan Negeri Manado. Penelitian ini mengambil tempat di Kejaksaan Negeri Manado, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 31 Pegawai dan Tenaga Kerja Lepas (THL). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap work engagement pegawai di Kejaksaan Negeri Manado.

Future planning needs to be implemented from an early age. Lack of career guidance leads to a lack of career information for students, which affects student career decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between career guidance and the accuracy of choosing a vocational school student major. This type of research was experimental. The study population was 80 Vocational High School students. From the results of the study, it was known that career guidance influenced the accuracy of choosing a vocational school student major. This was dominated by the finding that each student was able to choose a major according to their talents and interests.

Penelitian ini diawali dari permasalahan yang ditemui di lapangan mengenai krisis identitas pada siswa. Kebanyakan dari mereka tidak sadar bahkan tidak paham dengan tugas mereka sebagai siswa. Mereka tidak tahu harus bersikap, berprinsip, berharap, dan berbuat apa ditengah kehidupan yang penuh dengan pilihan pola pikir yang menawarkan ‘kebenaran’ mereka masing-masing. Skripsi ini adalah hasil penelitian kualitatif degan judul “Strategi Guru BK dalam Mengatasi Krisis Idetitas pada Siswa di SMA Negeri 3 Kotamobagu”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis strategi guru BK dalam mengatasi krisis identitas pada siswa dan mengidentifikasi hambatan yang dialami guru BK dalam mengatasi krisis identitas pada siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara. Subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari informan primer dan informan sekunder untuk memperkuat hasil dari data yang sudah diperoleh. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui adanya beberapa strategi yang digunakan guru BK untuk menmbantu siswa dalam mengatsi krisis identitas yang dialami. Ada 2 strategi yang digunakan, pertama pembuatan layanan informasi dan yang kedua pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok. Yang mana kedua strategi tersebut sedikit banyak mampu untuk menanggulangi permasalahan krisisi identitas pada siswa. Beberapa layanan tersebut lebih bersifat preventif.

This study aims to determine the effect of online learning to developing character students at SMA Negeri 9 Manado. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. The sample of 53 students at SMA Negeri 9 Manado for the 2021/2022 academic year. Data was collected on a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using simple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 24 for Windows computer program. The results showed that there was an effect of online learning on character building in students, the regression equation Y=64,896 + 0,964 X with a quantitative withdrawal comparison of the two variables was 1:0,964. This comparison shows that if there is an increase of one time/unit in the online learning variable (X), there will be an increase of 0.964 in the student character formation variable (Y). The regression equation is significant or not, it will be tested using the Fcount value at a significant level of 0.05. It means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. The conclusion is that the hypothesis which reads that there is an effect of online learning on character formation in grade X science students at SMA Negeri 9 Manado is accepted and significant. This means that the higher the level of online learning will have a positive and significant effect on character building in students.

Family harmony is an important factor in students' self-esteem. Where the high and low levels of family harmony greatly affect the level of self-esteem of students. This study aims to reveal the influence of family harmony on students' self-esteem at SMA Negeri 1 in Sidamanik. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire/questionnaire. But before collecting data, each item in the questionnaire was tested for its validity and reliability. The population of all students at SMA Negeri 1 in Sidamanik is approximately 863 students. Samples were taken based on the descriptive correlational research design and totaled at least 30 respondents. The analysis technique used is a simple regression technique. Before analyzing the data for hypothesis testing, the requirements for inferential analysis were first tested, namely the normality test and linearity test with the help of the SPSS (statistical package for service solution) 23 computer program for windows. The results of this study stated that family harmony with a positive direction was significant with students' self-esteem. This means that the higher the level of family harmony, the higher the student's self-esteem. Conversely, the lower the level of family harmony, the lower the student's self-esteem. In this study it is suggested to parents to further improve family harmony so that children have high self-esteem.

This study aims to determine the effect of family harmony on the moral behavior of students at SMA Kristen 1 Tomohon for the academic year 2020/2021. This research was conducted using a quantitative research approach with a correlation method, the population of this study was 788 students with a sample of 79 students at SMA Kristen 1 Tomohon and the sampling process was taken by simple random sampling. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale, and data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of a computer program SPSS 23 for windows. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of family harmony on students' moral behavior with the regression equation Y = 40.685 + 0.668 X, with the ratio of the increase in the two variables quantitatively is 1: 0.668 this comparison shows that if there is an increase of one time / unit in the harmony variable family (X), there will be an increase of 0.668 in the moral behavior variable (Y). The regression equation is significant or will not be tested using the Fcount value at the significant level of 0.05, and it is obtained that the Fcount is 75.035 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.005, then Ha is accepted. The conclusion is that the Ha hypothesis which says there is an effect of family harmony on the moral behavior of students at SMA Kristen 1 Tomohon is accepted and significant, this is indicated by the value of the regression coefficient (F) of 75.035 with a significant of 0.000

This study is a qualitative research approach that is Library Research is a study that obtained all the data from various library literature in the form of books, articles and other works. In this case to know scientifically about the analysis of the description of the teacher profession the nature and duties of teachers and the purpose of a strong understanding of teachers so that the educational process can run properly. Data collection technique is done through direct citation technique and indirect citation technique. Data analysis was performed using content analysis techniques. An attempt to objectively and systematically describe and deeply analyze the content of written or printed information. Therefore, the results of this study give the conclusion that the teacher is a very important profession in the world of Education. The factors that affect the professionalism of teachers include the standard qualifications of teachers, the interrelation of teacher disciplines, pedagogical, professional, social and personal competencies, as well as the development of student potential. In addition, the duties and responsibilities of teachers in teaching and learning activities include mastering teaching materials, facilitating the teaching and learning process, creating a conducive learning atmosphere, and planning and implementing the learning process. Therefore, teachers who have the appropriate academic ability need to continue to improve their qualifications and abilities to become professional and qualified teachers. The development of teacher professionalism can also be achieved through Career Development and proper training. To solve problems. With the relationship between teacher professionalism in the learning process with student learning outcomes. More professional teachers tend to have a more positive impact on student learning outcomes.
