Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of learning discipline on the learning outcomes of Class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Amurang. This research is a quantitative approach, with correlational methods. The population members in this study were all class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 East Amurang, totaling 200 students. The sample size was set at 15%, so there were 30 students who were members of the sample. The technique used in sampling is the Random Sampling technique. The data collection technique for variable X uses a questionnaire and data for variable Y uses documentation. The data analysis technique for hypothesis testing uses simple regression analysis, which is preceded by testing the requirements for parametric analysis, namely data normality and linearity tests. The results of the hypothesis testing analysis of this research show that there is an influence of learning discipline on student results, the regression equation Y = 8.11 + 0.89. The significance of the regression equation can be tested using the calculated F value. It turns out that the calculated F value is greater than the F table, so the Ha hypothesis is accepted. The conclusion is that there is an influence of learning discipline on student learning outcomes, this is shown by the regression coefficient (F) value of 95.08 with a significance of 0.000.

Abstract

This paper was written with the aim to describe how counselors construct the behavior of counsellors who have symptoms of low learning motivation so as to increase theircreative thinkingskill. The technique to be used is true experiment with cognitive behavior counseling treatment approach for experimental group and interactive learning for control group. The use of cognitive behavior counseling aims to encourage counsellors in manipulating, managing and deforming information in their memory, so that counselors can easily form concepts, ways of reasoning and critical thinking, making decisions, in solving problems creatively. This research involves active counsellors who master the Techniques and approaches of behavioral cognitive counseling. The methods used in proving this research question will be discussed in the behavioral modification framework that the authors presented in 4 rounds of discussion. The first, the reduction and elimination of behavior; second, improved behavior through positive reinforcement and conditioned strengthening; third, create new behaviors through formation; Fourth, build behavioral resilience through strengthening schedules.

Abstract

This study discusses Holistic Education with a Sekolah Penggerak and examines the current state of research. These findings will provide insight for further research and experimental opportunities aligned with Holistic Education with a Sekolah Penggerak. Many data, models and innovations regarding Holistic Education with a Sekolah Penggerak have been published in different and complex ways. This has explained the overall picture of Holistic Education with a Sekolah Penggerak. This study aims to analyze and identify data sets, research trends, and methods that have been used since 2010. We used a systematic literature review method. We carry out the process of identifying, assessing and interpreting research evidence and reviewing the literature to answer specific research questions. We analyzed by selecting the main study in Holistic Education with a Sekolah Penggerak. We have mapped trends, datasets, and methods in Holistic Education with a Sekolah Penggerak that has been implemented. This study concludes that we have successfully identified and analyzed research trends in Holistic Education with a School of Mobilization measurably and systematically in the last 12 years.

Abstract

The purpose of the researchers in making this literature review is to obtain information related to the use of android-based practical applications in educational evaluation so that they can be implemented at Manado State University. The method in making this study uses a systematic literature review approach which requires researchers to use scientific-based findings literature. Based on the studies that have been carried out by the researcher, some information is obtained regarding the use of practical android-based applications that are suitable for use in educational evaluations, including (1) the Quizzme application for evaluating android-based student learning at the junior high school level, (2) the Application for Assessment of Productive Subject Practices for Vocational High School Students Android-based at SMK 45 Wonosari, (3) Android-based sign language learning and evaluation. These three studies are suitable to be applied in educational evaluation at Manado State University to replace PBT which is not effective for use today

Abstract

This research aims to describe: 1) Factors that influence the truancy behavior of students at SMPN 2 Manado, 2) Efforts of guidance and counseling teachers in dealing with students' truant behavior at SMPN 2 Manado. This type of research is qualitative research which examines the role of guidance and counseling teachers in overcoming students' truant attitudes. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions.The research results showed that the role of the guidance and counseling teacher at SMPN 2 Manado in overcoming students' truant attitudes is that first, the guidance and counseling teacher carries out prevention, secondly carries out guidance and counseling service activities in groups and individually, and thirdly presents parents and then groups the problems that arise. faced by students and find solutions to overcome the problems faced by students. And the role of guidance and counseling teachers has been implemented, and students showing truancy are decreasing.

Abstract

One type of social skill is self-disclosure skills. As a result of the lack of ability to express themselves, teenagers do not have close friends, become less familiar with their friends, and worse still are isolated from their friends. It is hoped that this self-disclosure training can help students recognize and manage the emotional problems they experience. Therefore, self-disclosure skills training is considered very important for Tompaso Baru State High School. The method of implementing this service uses training techniques. The result of self-disclosure training is an effort to provide guidance to Tompaso Baru State High School students who are able to have abilities in terms of social skills. Participants who took part in this training were declared successful because they demonstrated 90% mastery of knowledge and skills in self-disclosure.

Abstract

This research was conducted in class V of SD Kristen 3 Gedung Wuwuk with the aim of improving student learning outcomes in science learning by using a contextual learning model (Contextual Teaching Learning). The research method used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. This activity was carried out in two meetings in two cycles. The subjects of this PTK were 11 class V students at SD Kristen 3 Gedung Wuwuk, consisting of 8 male students and 3 female students. The data collection technique for this research is seen from the observations and tests carried out. The observations carried out were based on observation instruments, while the tests carried out provided several questions or questions. In cycle I the learning outcomes obtained by students reached 53.18% and of the 11 students only 4 were successful, the other 7 students did not understand the material well and were declared unsuccessful. Therefore, the research continues in cycle II in order to achieve science learning outcomes by using the contextual learning model (Contextual Teaching Learning) optimally. In cycle II, student learning outcomes experienced a very significant increase, reaching 84.55%. From this percentage it can be said to be successful. Based on the results of this research, the conclusion is drawn that, the application of the Contextual Teaching Learning Model can improve science learning outcomes regarding Changes in Form of Objects in class V of Christian Elementary School 3 Gedung Wuwuk

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca siswa di kelas I SD GMIM I Kiawa melalui model pembelajaran Problem based learning (PBL). Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan langkah- langkah : 1. Perencanaan, 2. Pelaksanaan Tindakan, 3. Observasi, dan 4. Refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas I SD GMIM 1 KIAWA. Waktu penelitian di laksanakan pada semester II tahun pembelajaran 2023/2024.. Data yang dikumpulkan oleh peneliti adalah melalui catatan observasi dan hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan sejak awal penelitian sampai dengan siklus II bersama dengan mitra kolaborasi/ Guru kelas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus KB= T/Tt × 100%. Hasil yang diperoleh siswa pada siklus I yaitu hanya mencapai 66,66 % sedangkan pada siklus meningkat mencapai 90%. Kemampuan dan peningkatan yang terjadi selama II siklus menunjukkan bahwa melalui pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan dengan menggunakan model Problem based learning (PBL) pada pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia tentang Mengenali dan menguasai kosakata terkait dengan topik kebersihan, menunjukkan keberhasilan yang memuaskan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) terbukti efektif atau mampu meningkatkan kemampuan membaca kelas I SD GMIM 1 Kiawa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis masalah dan solusi organisasi di sekolah dalam Bimbingan Konseling. Metode yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Analisis organisasi di sekolah, khususnya dalam Bimbingan Konseling (BK), memainkan peran penting dalam mendukung tercapainya tujuan pendidikan dan perkembangan siswa. Namun, dalam implementasinya, terdapat berbagai masalah yang sering dihadapi, baik dari sisi manajerial, sosial, maupun struktural. Masalah-masalah tersebut mencakup bahwa fungsi Bimbingan Konseling di sekolah menjadi kurang optimal, yang berdampak pada kesejahteraan siswa, keterlambatan penanganan masalah, serta terhambatnya perkembangan pribadi dan akademik siswa.Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut maka dengan struktur yang jelas, dukungan manajerial yang lebih baik, peningkatan kualitas konselor, program yang lebih proaktif, serta pengurangan stigma terhadap layanan BK, sekolah dapat menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih mendukung perkembangan sosial, emosional, dan akademik siswa. Dengan demikian, siswa akan merasa lebih didukung dan lebih terbuka untuk mencari bantuan saat mereka menghadapi masalah, yang pada gilirannya akan meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan potensi mereka secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis sejauh mana efektivitas layanan konseling individu yang mengedepankan pendekatan humanistic dalam mengatasi stres akademik yang dialami mahasiswa di Siloam Kost Matani Dua, Kecamatan Tomohon Tengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dua siklus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, tindakan, analisis refleksi, serta angket terhadap proses konseling yang berlangsung. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa layanan konseling individual dengan pendekatan humanistik memiliki dampak positif terhadap mahasiswa yang mengalami stres akademik. Setelah diberikan intervensi konseling dalam dua siklus, mahasiswa menunjukkan peningkatan dalam pengelolaan stres, pemahaman diri, serta kemampuan dalam menghadapi tekanan akademik. Pendekatan humanistik yang menekankan pada penerimaan diri, pemahaman potensi individu, serta pemberian dukungan emosional terbukti efektif untuk mendukung siswa dalam mengembangkan strategi penanggulangan yang lebih adaptif, layanan konseling individual yang berlandaskan pendekatan humanistik dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif dalam mengelola stres akademik yang mereka hadapi.
