Abstract

Website banyak sekali digunakan sebagai bentuk penyampaian informasi yang tepat sasaran, seperti alternatif penyampaian informasi (pengetahuan dan berita) berbasis internet yang dikeluarkan oleh akademik pendidikan dengan tujuan untuk kemudahan dalam pendistribusian informasi pada publik. Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi (FST) Universitas Jambi adalah salah satu yang menggunakan website tersebut sebagai sumber informasi dari berbagai kegiatan aktivitas fakultas tersebut. Informasi didalamnya meliputi profil fakultas yang tersedia pada halaman website Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi (FST) Universitas Jambi yaitu https://fst.unja.ac.id. Dalam implementasi sebuah sistem informasi disuatu institusi, perlu dipertimbangkan penerimaan pengguna terhadap sistem informasi tersebut.Aspek atau tingkat penerimaan pengguna merupakan aspek atau tingkat yang sangat penting untuk diperhatikan dalam penerapan suatu sistem. Sistem informasi tidak dapat memberikan peningkatan efektivitas dari teknologi tersebut jika tidak diterima dan digunakan oleh pengguna. Oleh karena  itu,  implementasi sistem  informasi  harus diikuti  dengan  kajian  untuk  mengetahui  tingkat penerimaan  dari  para  pengguna  sistem,  untuk memastikan  bahwa  pengguna  memiliki  kemauan untuk terus menggunakan sistem tersebut, sehingga sistem  dapat  dioperasionalkan dan agar tingkat penerimaan pengguna dari website fakultas dapat diketahui maka perlu dilakukan evaluasi. Dalam Penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode Technology Acceptance Model 2 (TAM 2), TAM lebih unggul 47 % dibandingkan TRA 32% dalam minat pengguna, serta 70% minat pengguna dibandingkan dengan TPB 62%.

Abstract

Development is carried out by mapping based on the potential of each district. However, the potential of its natural resources has not been optimally explored for industrial opportunities due to the absence of supporting maintenance. The results show that most of the potential is in its natural resources. Market opportunities usually meet the interests of individuals, such as brokers who create the largest profit margins. On the other hand, the craft community collects very minimal profits. In fact, human resources have enormous potential but become a problem when there is no regeneration of the younger generation. In addition, corporate institutional factors are needed to increase the potential bargaining position of the district. These factors are highly desirable to guarantee a better price of the material

Abstract

Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) hold substantial promise for enhancing language acquisition. Integrating ICT into educational settings presents novel avenues for tailored learning experiences. This study seeks to investigate English as a Foreign Language (EFL) learners' perceptions regarding the efficacy of ICT-driven learning methods in bolstering English proficiency. Data were gathered via a comprehensive literature review. Employing qualitative study, researchers conducted a thorough examination of learners' perspectives and attitudes within classroom contexts. Analysis of these attitudes illuminated shifts in learners' perceptions and facilitated the identification of potential pedagogical enhancements. Findings underscored the transformative impact of ICT on learner attitudes, particularly within classroom dynamics. Moreover, the research demonstrated notable advancements in students' English language competencies. However, it emphasizes the importance of vigilant monitoring and instruction by educators to ensure responsible ICT utilization.

Abstract

The major objective of this study is to analyze grammatical errors found on Instagram and Twitter captions. It is intended to recognize the most common grammatical errors so that we can be aware of the language that we use. The present study applies the theory of Dulay et al (1982) which divides errors into four types: omission, addition, misinformation, and misordering. Since all of the data are in the form of text, a method of textual analysis was applied to analyze the data. The data under analysis are taken from the captions by influencers using English on Instagram and Twitter. The result of the study showed there were 152 errors found from 100 captions and they were classified into misinformation (46%), misordering (3%), addition (16%), and omission (35%). The errors were also classified into grammatical units. Those errors in grammatical units are subject-verb agreement with a total of 16 errors, singular-plural with 15 errors, tense/verb form with 31 errors, word form with 23 errors, capitalization with 28 errors, apostrophe error with 25 errors, missing comma with six errors, article usage error with three errors, wrong/missing preposition with four errors, and word use error with two errors. The most grammatical error that frequently occurs in the Instagram caption is tense/verb with 23 (22%) occurrences and a total of 17 (30%) occurrences of apostrophe errors on Twitter.

Abstract

Keuangan Negara didapat dari peran andil rakyat dalam pembangunan dan kesejahteraan melalui perpajakan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan kesejahteraan dengan tetap menjaga keimanan, kehidupan, intelektualitas, kekayaan, dan kepemilikan Pada konteks perbankan konvensional dengan istilah pajak Negara. Metode penelitian ini adalah pendekatan analisis deskriptis kualitatif serta deksripsi dan analisis terhadap penelusuran literasi. Hasil setiap Negara memiliki kontribusi yang berbeda – beda. Perihal unsur zakat, pajak dan bea cukai memiliki peran dan fungsi berbeda – beda. Tujuan dari kehidupan manusia berkiblat pada nilai kesejahteraan dan kedamaian. Agama hadir untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi disetiap kehidupan dan kegundahan. Kesimpulannya adalah perputaran pajak di dunia ekonomi Negara merupakan tombak keberhasilan pemerintah dalam menjalankan perintah tugas secara berwenang dan terampil. Hidup di era modernisasi menjadi bagian utama dalam mekanisme kegiatan ekonomi umat. Bahkan dikenal dengan istilah maal, zakat dan sodaqoh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fungsi dan peran alat musik gong gendang dalam mengiringi tarian caci, serta mengidentifikasi bentuk komposisi gong gendang etnis Manggarai yang ada di Kampung Lema. Informan yang ditentukan dalam penelitian ini adalah parah tokoh adat, dan tokoh masyarakat, semua informan yang ditentukan itu melalui sebuah tahap seleksi, sehingga semua informan yang ada dianggap mampu memberikan data secara valid dan akurat sesuai dengan fokus penelitian. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) mengenai fungsi dan peran alat musik gong gendang dalam tarian caci, 2) terdapat komposisi gong gendang dalam tarian caci. Data-data yang diperoleh akan di analisis, sehingga dapat menarik suatu kesimpulan bahwa alat musik gong gendang selain sebagai alat musik, gong gendang juga memilki makna dalam menyatukan masyarakat ke dalam adat.

Abstract

The psychological well-being of students is very important to create a good and productive learning environment. In an effort to provide SMAS Hang Tuah Makassar teachers with a better understanding of the concept of mental health and strategies to improve it in the learning environment, a seminar on Psychological Well Being of Students in the learning process was held. Participants gain a broad understanding of the factors that influence students' psychological well-being, the role of teachers in creating a supportive environment, and methods and approaches that are useful for improving psychological well-being. The results of the pre- and post-test evaluations showed that the teachers understood and comprehended this concept better after attending the seminar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze user sentiment toward the merger of the MyIndiHome application into the MyTelkomsel platform conducted by PT Telkom Indonesia. In the digital era, the integration of these two customer service applications represents a strategic step to create a unified digital ecosystem. However, this merger has also generated diverse user responses, reflected in various reviews on the Google Play Store. To analyze these opinions, 1,556 user reviews were collected using the web scraping technique. The preprocessing stage included cleaning, tokenizing, filtering, normalization, stemming, and the application of the Synthetic Minority Over-Sampling Technique (SMOTE) to address class imbalance. Two machine learning algorithms, Support Vector Machine (SVM) and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), were applied to classify sentiments into positive, negative, and neutral categories. The experimental results showed that SVM achieved higher accuracy (86.2% before SMOTE and 84.9% after SMOTE) compared to KNN (83.7% before SMOTE and 67.6% after SMOTE). These results indicate that SVM performs more effectively and consistently in handling high-dimensional text data than KNN. Therefore, SVM is considered a more reliable algorithm for sentiment classification in this context. The findings provide valuable insights for PT Telkom Indonesia in understanding user perceptions, improving service quality, and enhancing user experience following the digital integration of MyIndiHome into MyTelkomsel.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of cloud computing services on the performance of startup companies in Indonesia, as well as to identify the mediating role of professional accountants' commitment in enhancing the effectiveness of digital technology adoption. The background of the study indicates that the rapid growth of startups, including those achieving unicorn status, is driven by digital transformation and the implementation of cloud computing, which increases operational flexibility, cost efficiency, and strategic innovation (Adjei et al., 2021; Elmorshidy, 2019; Khayer et al., 2020). On the other hand, the role of professional accountants is critical in managing risks and ensuring the integrity of financial management; thus, their commitment mediates the relationship between cloud computing adoption and startup performance (Kusumastuti et al., 2016; Mangiuc, 2017; Vasileiou & Kerr, 2021). Primary data were collected through an online survey using purposive sampling among professional accountants in the startup sector in Indonesia. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) with the assistance of IBM SPSS and WarpPLS version 7.0. The results reveal that cloud computing services have a significant positive effect on startup performance, and this effect is further enhanced when supported by a high level of professional accountants' commitment. These findings confirm that the synergy between technological capabilities and competent human resources is key to digital transformation and to enhancing the competitive advantage of companies in the era of globalization. The implications of this study underscore the need for investment in digital infrastructure and the improvement of human resource competence, particularly among professional accountants, to support innovative strategies and operational efficiency in startup environments. This research contributes both empirically and conceptually to the literature on digitalization and corporate performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat keberhasilan pengguna website tracer study Universitas Jambi dengan menggunakan pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang dimodifikasi dengan penambahan variabel Trust (Kepercayaan). Model TAM yang digunakan mencakup enam variabel utama, yaitu Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), Attitude Toward Using (ATU), Behavioral Intention to Use (BIU), Actual Use (AU), serta Trust (T). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner secara online kepada alumni Universitas Jambi periode 114 dan 115 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 94 responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Perceived Ease of Use berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perceived Usefulness dan Attitude Toward Using. Selanjutnya, variabel Perceived Usefulness memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Attitude Toward Using dan Actual Use. Variabel Trust berpengaruh positif terhadap Attitude Toward Using, sementara Attitude Toward Using berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intention to Use. Selain itu, Behavioral Intention to Use terbukti memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Actual Use. Secara keseluruhan, hasil penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa tingkat keberhasilan penggunaan website tracer study dipengaruhi oleh persepsi kegunaan, kemudahan penggunaan, kepercayaan, serta sikap dan niat alumni dalam memanfaatkan sistem. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi Universitas Jambi dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan tracer study untuk mendukung pencapaian Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU 1).
