Abstract

Ragam sajian puisi terus berubah, apalagi saat media sosial sebagai tempat berekspresi dan berkreasi semakin digemari. Corak dan ragam sajian puisi berubah secara signifikan tatkala teknologi multimedia hadir. Riset akademis terhadap puisi pun berubah mengikuti. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji tren penelitian seputar puisi. Melalui kajian yang dilakukan peneliti mendeskripsikan transformasi riset puisi dari kajian teks yang konvensional, alih wahana, hingga digitalisasi. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan (library research). Melalui kajian pustaka diketahui tren mengenai riset puisi. Setelah mengetahui tren, beberapa hal yang terpisah dalam artikel saling ditautkan untuk menemukan koneksi dan sintesis. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa pengkajian puisi tidak hanya mengenai analisis tekstual puisi, tidak hanya mengenai pembelajaran puisi, tetapi juga semakin semarak bernuansa digitalisasi dan alih wahana. Perbincangan alih wahana puisi pada media sosial khususnya youtube dan instagram semakin digemari. Kajian mengenai gelombang alih wahana puisi juga berkorelasi dengan iklim kebutuhan multiliterasi. Pada era multiliterasi, puisi pada media sosial dianggap memiliki peran stategis dalam menciptakan tayangan yang bermakna. Berdasarkan kajian diketahui juga bahwa secara metodologis, penelitian puisi didominasi penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun penelitian berbasis R&D alih wahana puisi pada media sosial masih sangat kurang.

Abstract

Mimicry towards Western nations occurs a lot in society in the era of globalization. It is also reflected in the novel Divortiare trilogy by Ika Natassa. This study aims to determine how expressions of mimicry are found in the novel Divortiare trilogy. The research approach uses a postcolonialism approach, especially mimicry, using qualitative research methods, collection methods, and analytical techniques in the form of heuristics and hermeneutics. The data in this study are text fragments that show expressions of mimicry. The things found in the research are the use of English, which is often used by characters when speaking or sending messages and when using social media, lifestyles such as drinking and clothing styles, which imitate Western society, such as wearing stilettos, which come from abroad.

Abstract

The researcher chose the short story set of Cinta Tak Pernah Sia-SIa by Agus Noor because the short story had many hyperreality. Hyperreality refers to exaggerated false or new realities from the original ones. Hyperreality does not have any equivalence and looks more real and charming than the original ones. The researchers found these exaggerated realities in the short story set by Cinta Tak Pernah Sia-Sia by Agus Noor. This research aimed to determine the realizations of hyper-realities in the short story set of Cinta Tak Pernah Sia-Sia by Agus Noor. The applied approach was the post-modernism literature approach. This approach to hyperreality was proposed by Jean Baudrillard. In this research, the researchers found the realizations of hyper-realities, such as the figurations, the plots, and the story backgrounds. The results showed some hyperreality realizations of Cinta Tak Pernah Sia-Sia by Agus Noor. They were 1) the cockroach, 2) the cockroach's story plot, 3) the story atmosphere of the cockroach, 4) the cockroach queen, 5) the moon of Otok, 6) the moon, 7) the moon sale by Otok, 8) the famous and rich Otok, 9) the postcard, 10) Beningnya figure, 11) the story plot of the heaven postcard, and 12) the postcard of heaven.

Abstract

Story telling is one method of speaking in the form of telling activities or telling about an event, and is delivered orally which aims to share stories with others and become a method that can be used in fabel’s learning. Retelling the fable text from read or heard is one of the basic competencies that students are expected to be able to do optimally. The purpose of this research is to reconstruct the story telling method with the help of visual aids in class VII SMP Al-Hidayah Medan. This research was conducted by analyzing (1) the conditions of the application of the story telling method (2) the impact of creative teaching aids. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques in research were conducted by interviews and literature study. The results showed that the application of the method in learning to retell fable texts in grade VII of Al-Hidayah Junior High School still did not get optimal results and responses both in terms of student response, speaking skills, and the absence of media support, so there is a need for reconstruction to achieve better learning outcomes and student responses.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran berperan penting dalam proses pembelajaran sampai pada tingkat ketercapaian tujuan pembelajaran. Dalam memilih media pembelajaran, guru perlu memperhatikan dengan saksama terkait kesesuaian dan ketepatan terhadap materi yang akan diajarkan. Media gambar menjadi salah satu pilihan alternatif untuk dijadikan media pembelajaran materi teks fabel kelas VII. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan media gambar dalam pembelajaran teks fabel dan tingkat ketercapaian pembelajaran dengan pemanfaatan media gambar di kelas VII B SMP N 2 Batang. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan metode observasi terhadap subjek penelitian sebagai sumber data primer dan studi kepustakaan dari telaah berbagai literatur. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis model mengalir (flow model of analysis). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pemanfaatan media gambar, yakni mampu dijadikan sebagai alat peraga yang sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran pada materi fabel, berperan sebagai bagian yang menyatukan pembelajaran, mempertajam isi dari teks fabel, dan membuat siswa lebih antusias dalam memhami teks fabel. Hasil penelitian terkait tingkat ketercapaian pembelajaran menunjukkan presentase sebesar 84,3% yang mengartikan bahwa mayoritas siswa telah mampu memahami materi pembelajaran melalui adanya pemanfaatan media gambar.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi berdampak pada berbagai sektor, salah satunya pada sektor pendidikan. Hal ini menuntut guru untuk selalu berupaya mengembangkan proses pembelajaran agar mengikuti perkembangan teknologi. Dampak positif perkembangan teknologi dalam bidang pendidikan yakni guru dan peserta didik dimudahkan dalam membuat produk hasil belajar dengan menggunakan aplikasi. Pemanfaatan aplikasi dalam pembuatan tugas, dinilai lebih efektif dan efisien karena gawai termasuk benda yang tidak asing lagi bagi peserta didik. Salah satu aplikasi yang digunakan sebagai media yang dapat digunakan pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia yakni aplikasi canva. Canva merupakan aplikasi program desain yang menawarkan berbagai fitur menarik yang dapat digunakan guru dan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran. Mengembangkan media aplikasi canva pada materi teks anekdot dengan memvisualkan teks menjadi sebuah poster digital. Dalam kegiatan pembelajaran ini merupakan bentuk implementasi dari pengembangan media pembelajaran teknologi dan informasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian membahas kegiatan proses pembelajaran dari 1) Tahap perencanaan; 2) Tahap pelaksanaan; 3) Tahap evaluasi. Simpulan hasil penelitian penerapan media aplikasi canva pada materi teks anekdot kelas X SMK Harapan Bersama Kota Tegal lebih efektif dan efisien membantu peserta didik membuat tugas hasil belajar berupa poster digital

Abstract

Differentiated learning is one of the characteristics of the independent curriculum. It is important for educators to conduct, test, and create such learning to support the success of the learning process. This research is a conceptual research that aims to provide an idea by collaborating differentiated learning with a project-based learning model to support creative thinking skills in Indonesian language learning. The method used in this research islibrary research with a qualitative approach. Data collected from various literatures in the form of books, journals, research notes, permendikbud, are used to design learning designs. The results of this research are in the form of recommendations for differentiated learning design ideas based on project-based learning to support creative thinking skills on Indonesian anecdote text material for class X SMA. The design is structured with a series of learning activities guided by the four aspects of differentiated learning. This learning design is expected to help improve creative thinking skills and support the implementation of independent curriculum learning.

Abstract

A short story is one of the literary works. The variety of problems or events in short stories has no limits so the author has the freedom to present them. Therefore, the complexity of the themes presented by the authors is different. One of the differences is students at the junior and senior high school levels. Both enter the same cognitive development, namely the formal operational stage but have different characteristics of presenting the theme complexity. This study aimed to analyze the theme complexity of short stories written by students in the formal operational stage. This study consisted of two approaches, which were theoretical approach using an objective approach and methodological approach using a qualitative descriptive approach. The results showed that the theme complexity in short stories written by students in the operational stage was in the simple category. Based on the categories, it was found that the characteristics of short story essays for junior high school students were: (1) focusing on major themes, (2) writing short stories based on experiences or observations, (3) not presenting the theme of sexuality, and (4) rudimentary abstract thinking patterns. Then, the theme complexity in short stories written by high school students is in the medium category. According to the categories, it was found that the characteristics of short story essays for high school students were: (1) focusing on major and minor themes, (2) writing short stories based on imagination, (3) presenting the theme of sexuality, and (4) abstract thinking patterns are more perfect than junior high school level.

Abstract

One of the novels about capitalism is a novel entitled Langkah Sejuta Suluh by Clara Ng. The main character in the novel has a high spirit of capitalism to achieve success. The main character named Merry managed to change the lower class's fate because his hard work turned into the upper class. This study aims to determine the characteristics of capitalism in the main character in Clara Ng's novel Langkah Sejuta Suluh. The researcher uses a theoretical approach in the form of literary sociology theory and Marx's theory of capitalism, as well as a qualitative descriptive methodological approach. The data collection technique of this research used heuristic techniques. The data analysis technique used is hermeneutic. Researchers used triangulation techniques for data validity, namely different data collection techniques to obtain data from the same source. The analysis results show that (1) the ideological characteristics of the main character in the novel Langkah Sejuta Suluh by Clara Ng are competition (competition) to become the best employee and pursue personal gain. (2) The practice of capitalism ideology in Clara Ng's novel Langkah Sejuta Suluh, Merry works for others and dares to earn money. (3) The social class of the main character, namely Merry, has changed due to his efforts and hard work so that those who were originally from the lower class turned into the upper class. Novel Langkah Sejuta Suluh karya Clara Ng berisi tentang motivasi meraih financial sebelum umur 30 tahun yang merupakan sebuah cerminan dari apa yang ada dalam masyarakat pada masa itu. Hal ini tidak terlepas dari pergulatan utama manusia yaitu kebutuhan untuk memenuhi materialnya. Pergulatan itu membawa manusia berhadapan dengan alam sebagai sumber pemenuhan kebutuhan. Agar kebutuhannya terpenuhi, manusia dituntut untuk melakukan transformasi terhadap alam. Usaha-usaha transformasi tersebut membuahkan teknologi dan hubungan-hubungan sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis ciri kapitalisme pada tokoh utama dalam novel Langkah Sejuta Suluh karya Clara Ng. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan sosiologi sastra dan teori kapitalisme serta pendekatan metodologis deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik heuristik. Peneliti menggunakan teknik trianggulasi sebagai validitas data, yaitu teknik pengumpulan data yang berbeda-beda untuk medapatkan data dari sumber yang sama. Analisis data yang penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis semiotik Lotman dan teknik analisis data dialektik. Hasil analisis penelitian adalah (1) ciri ideologi tokoh utama dalam novel Langkah Sejuta Suluh karya Clara Ng. (2) praktik ideologi kapitalisme dalam novel Langkah Sejuta Suluh karya Clara Ng, dan (3) hubungan ideologi kapitalisme di dalam teks dan di luar teks dalam novel Langkah Sejuta Suluh karya Clara Ng. The novel Step a Million Suluh by Clara Ng contains the motivation to achieve financial success before the age of 30 which is a reflection of what existed in society at that time. This is inseparable from the main struggle of humans, namely the need to fulfill their material needs. This struggle brings humans to face nature as a source of fulfillment of needs. In order for their needs to be fulfilled, humans are required to transform nature. These transformation efforts produce technology and social relations. The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of capitalism in the main character in the novel Step a Million Suluh by Clara Ng. The researcher uses a sociological approach to literature and capitalism theory as well as a qualitative descriptive methodological approach. The data collection technique in this research used heuristic techniques. Researchers used triangulation techniques as data validity, namely different data collection techniques to obtain data from the same source. The data analysis used in this research is Lotman's semiotic analysis technique and dialectical data analysis technique. The results of the research analysis are (1) the ideological characteristics of the main character in the novel Step Sejuta Suluh by Clara Ng. (2) the practice of capitalism ideology in Clara Ng's novel Step Sejuta Suluh, and (3) the relationship between the ideology of capitalism in the text and outside the text in Clara Ng's novel Step Sejuta Suluh.

Abstract

The novel Mata dan Manusia Laut by Okky Madasari is a literary work as a form of culture that describes the life of the Bajo people, especially the Sama village. The people still hold fast and believe in the myths that exist in the sea they live. Based on this statement, this study aimed to find the myths that are built in the plot, characters, and setting of the story. This study used an objective approach with Levi-Strauss' semiotic structuralism theory. The data of this research was a text that contained elements of plot, characters, and setting of the story. The data source of this research was the novel Mata dan Manusia Laut by Okky Madasari. The results showed that the novel Mata dan Manusia Laut by Okky Madasari contained a sea myth that was built on elements of plot, character, and story setting. (1) The storyline of the novel was divided into five episodes and there were 18 mythemes from each episode. (2) The myth was built into several characters, those were the characters of Bambulo, Lummu, the Masalembo Residents (Sam, Ship Captain, Aldio, Mama Lia), and RORO. These characters were related to each other regarding the existence of a sea myth in the novel. (3) The setting of the story described the Atoll and Masalembo which had a mystery.
