Abstract

PT. Spindo Tbk. ( PT. Steel Pipe Industri Of Indonesia ) merupakan suatu perusahaan dalam negeri yang berpengalaman dalam memproduksi berbagai macam Pipa baja / Tabung dan berbagai produk terkait lainnya, serta selalu inovatif dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan – kebutuhan spesifikasi para konsumennya, Untuk mengembangkan strateginya perlu menggunakan metode SWOT untuk mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal perusahaan dan Analytical Hierarchy Process ( AHP ) untuk menilai bobot pendukung keputusan strategi. Dengan harapan setelah menggunakan metode SWOT dan AHP. PT. Spindo Tbk. Dapat mengembangkan strateginya guna bersaing dengan kompetitornya. Setelah dilakukan identifikasi menggunakan metode SWOT posisi perusahaan berada pada titik koordinat 1 yang artinya penyusunan strategi alternatif mengarah pada penerapan strategi pertumbuhan dan mendukung kebijakan pertumbuhan yang agresif dengan memanfaatkan peluang yang ada serta kekuatan internal yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan sehingga memberikan value bagi perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil pembobotan pada metode AHP, dapat disimpulkan bahwa alternatif strategi SO 1(Mempertahankan Kualitas produk yang unggul, ditunjang oleh teknologi Produksi dan infrastruktur yang handal & mengembangkan inovasi dan teknologi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi Produksi, serta Acuan standart nasional dan internasional dalam proses produksi, Pelayanan customer yang responsive, untuk mendapatkan penilaian positif dari konsumen dan meningkatkan loyalitas kosumen terhadap produk) memiliki nilai bobot paling tinggi yang artinya strategi ini perlu dipriopitaskan terlebih dahulu untuk mencpai tujuan perusahaan yaitu mengembangkan strategi usaha untuk bersaing dengan kopetitornya

Abstract

Adanya perkembangan dan persaingan bisnis membuat pelaku usaha harus memikirkan cara agar bisnis yang dijalankan tetap bisa berjalan dan berkembang. Pelaku bisnis memerlukan inovasi dan kreatifitas sehingga mampu mempunyai strategi yang tepat menjadikan kegiatan pemasaran semakin meluas. Bigday Organizer sebagai salah satu usaha di bidang jasa perencanaan acara pernikahan tengah menghadapi ketatnya persaingan usaha dengan adanya kompetitor baru yang kemunculannya semakin marak. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang model bisnis pengembangan usaha dan menentukan strategi yang tepat untuk diimplementasikan sebagai upaya peningkatan keunggulan dan penjualan produk jasa Bigday Organizer. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode BMC (Bussiness Model Canvas) dan QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) untuk mendukung pencapaian tujuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi terpilih berdasarkan nilai TAS (Total Attractiveness Score) terbesar dengan nilai 5.4  adalah strategi S1; O1 yaitu strategi Memperbanyak promosi konsultasi gratis dan bekerjasama dengan pihak gedung atau rumah makan. Penerapan strategi terpilih diharapkan mampu meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing dan tingkat penjualan usaha sesuai target yang ditetapkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dengan user knowledge, skill, dan personal innovativeness sebagai variabel exsternal yang mempengaruhi penerapan aplikasi e-commerce pada Industri Kecil dan Menengah (IKM)di Indonesia. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner dan online form dengan snowball sampling yang masuk dalam non-probability sampling dengan mendistribusikan kuesioner ke 100 responden pengguna e-commerce pada IKM. Model yang diadopsi menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dengan metode analisis multivariat menggunakan Struktural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa user knowledge berpengaruh negatif terhadap perceived usefulness, personal innovativeness berpengaruh negatif terhadap perceived ease of use, perceived ease of use berpengaruh negatif terhadap attitude toward use, dan hipotesis lainnya semuanya berpengaruh positif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Sembilan hipotesis terdukung dan tiga hipotesis tidak terdukung karena arah path berlawanan arah ke negatif. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada informasi tambahan bagi IKM dalam mempertimbangkan pandangan pengguna tentang pengetahuan pengguna, keahlian, dan inovasi pribadi. Penelitian ini mempunyai keterbatasan yaitu tidak memperhitungkan faktor usia user sebagai moderasi yang kemungkinan akan mengubah hasil dari penelitian ini. Faktor usia yang semakin tua dapat menurunkan knowledge, skill, inovasi pribadi. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat meneliti usia sebagai moderasi penerapan e-commerce pada IKM.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan nilai produktivitas berdasarkan hasil pengukuran dengan menggunakan model APC dan model Marvin E Mundel, menentukan faktor apa saja yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas organisasi dengan menggunakan model APC dan Marvin E Mundel serta menentukan saran perbaikan untuk perusahaan dengan mengukur produktivitas terhadap peningkatan profitabilitas perusahaan dengan model APC dan model Marvin E Mundel. Penelitian ini merupakan studi lapangan dengan data kuantitatif yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan dan operasional perusahaan periode tahun 2021 hingga 2023. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengukur perubahan produktivitas dengan pendekatan model APC dan Model Marvin E Mundel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan indeks produktivitas dengan perhitungan dengan model APC adalah tenaga kerja 110%, material 109%, energi 104%, modal 115%, sedangkan hasil indeks produktivitas dengan perhitungan dengan model Marvin E Mundel adalah tenaga kerja 101%, material 102%, energi 107%, modal 130%. Dalam hal ini peneliti menyarankan pendekatan dengan metode APC untuk PT. Diantrijaya Utama Mukti karena metode APC karena metode ini mampu menganalisa lebih komprehensif dan mendalam serta berfokus pada perbaikan jangka panjang yang lebih dibutuhkan perusahaan. Adapun upaya yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan dengan model APC adalah dengan meningkatkan efektifitas pada tenaga kerja, material. Saran perbaikan untuk perusahaan dengan mengukur produktivitas terhadap peningkatan profitabilitas perusahaan dengan model APC adalah dengan mengambil tenaga kerja lokal, perbaikan sistem pergudangan, pemilihan mesin yang hemat energy dan mencari sumber pendanaan lain.

Abstract

PT Emitraco Transportasi Mandiri is a reasonably large company engaged in the service sector, especially in trucking, warehousing, and container depot services. In running its business, the company faces many dangerous things, especially in production process activities that can potentially cause work accidents. Production activities ranging from the stuffing process, stripping containers, and arranging containers and goods in the warehouse are the primary sources of risk for work accidents. Therefore, this study was conducted using risk assessment analysis to reduce the potential risk of work accidents. The study's results showed that with the results of the FMEA analysis, the highest RPN value was obtained in the activity of the emergence of depot branches with an RPN value of 351. Then, based on the results of the FTA analysis on the potential risk of work accidents, 11 priority essential events were produced, which were strengthened by the MOCUS method analysis, resulting in 6 basic event combinations. The proposed improvement solution for the company is to conduct periodic monitoring during the container arrangement process by considering the predetermined SOP..

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a manufacturing company that produces furniture. In this research, the product focused on the knockdown table, which is most in demand. The main problems are product defects caused by several things, such as operators who are not careful when working, lack of machine maintenance, and an uncomfortable environment. This research aims to control the quality of knockdown table products. In achieving the objectives of this research, Six Sigma and Kaizen methods were used to solve problems and provide suggestions for improvement. The research results show that five types of defects occur, namely scratch defects, dent defects, uneven color defects, raised joint defects, and chip defects, with the result being a DPMO value of 83.443 and a sigma value of 2.86. Recommended improvements to minimize the occurrence of defects include providing direction and supervision to employees, maintaining the work environment, carrying out regular inspections of raw materials and machines, and being responsible for the work environment.

Abstract

Soy milk is an alternative drink to replace cow's milk, and it is popular because it is highly nutritious. The availability of market opportunities for this substitute product is the basis for designing a business development strategy for Saridele Segan MSMEs through a SWOT analysis approach and the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) matrix. This study aims to formulate strategies and evaluate product positions in a business portfolio based on relative market share and market growth rate. SWOT analysis is used to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by this MSME. At the same time, the BCG matrix helps determine the optimal strategy for products in the Stars, Cash Cows, Question Marks, and Dogs categories. The study results indicate that Saridele Segan MSMEs are in quadrant 1 of the SWOT matrix and quadrant II of the Question Mark BCG group. The selected strategy refers to the SO strategy. Namely, an aggressive strategy to expand the market by maximizing the potential of superior products through the exploitation of Cash Cows to support investment in Question Marks and increase competitiveness through product innovation and operational efficiency. The integrated SWOT and BCG approach provides a practical strategic framework for the sustainability of Saridele MSMEs in a more competitive market.

Abstract

Designing the most effective performance measurement system used in an educational organization is not easy. Given that there are not many other studies that use the BSC and Performance prism methods simultaneously. Performance prism has several advantages including identifying stakeholders from many interested parties, such as owners and investors, suppliers, customers, workers, government, and the surrounding community. While BSC identifies stakeholders only from the stakeholder and customer side. The purpose of this study will be to design a performance measurement system by integrating the three methods, namely BSC and Performance prism for stakeholder satisfaction, as a consideration of strategic decisions will use the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The results of the study showed that the achievement of organizational performance was in the yellow category because it was in the index range of 4-8, which means that the organization's performance has not yet achieved the expected performance/not optimal. The achievement in the green category, it is in the index range of 8-10, which means that the organization's performance shows that STT Migas Balikpapan has good performance results so it needs to be maintained.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is an upstream oil and gas company that has been operating for more than 25 years. In the operation process on the platform, the power sources used are electricity and compressed air as a power source for instrumentation equipment. The compressed air power source here uses two instrument air compressor units. In 2023 to July 2024, this unit often experienced failures which resulted in high repair activities and unscheduled work. By using the OMMP method to measure maintenance performance, it can be seen that the coverage of the PM and PDM schedules is quite good, maintenance costs are low and under control. However, frequent unit failures result in high emergency work activities and make the equipment availability value low. The factors causing failure identified through FMECA are short circuits in the unit, loose terminals and high ambient temperature. Placing the unit outdoors is a factor that needs to be considered because the weather in the offshore area is quite extreme hot or when it rains. Several steps are proposed to prevent this from happening again, such as adding shelters, but still paying attention to air circulation to prevent overheating. With the CMMS method, the maintenance process can be carried out more quickly and accountably because the administration process can be carried out quickly, and maintenance recording can be done properly.

Abstract

Heavy equipment sales PT. ABC, especially in the East Kutai area, has not experienced a significant increase. The purpose of this study is to determine strategies for increasing sales of heavy equipment units  and spare parts in the customer area of  PT.OPQ  and PT. XYZ site Kutai Timur. The strategy innovation developed first is analyzed with a SWOT approach and then provides solutions through design thinking. The results showed that the company's position was in quadrant 3 of the SWOT analysis which advocated a change in strategy. The right strategy to be implemented by PT. ABC Site Bengalon-Kutai Timur against PT. XYZ  was obtained through design thinking, namely the implementation of the GREAT (Gain, Resilient, Excellence, Agile, Totality) prototype AHEMCE Collaborative Support to ensure the victory of business transformation on customer goals. The focus in this GREAT prototype is Digital adaptation for increased productivity, funding readiness, proper maintenance planning, cross-industry support and workforce development. After PT. XYZ  implemented the  GREAT prototype from PT. ABC, there was an increase in revenue or sales revenue of heavy equipment units by 68% and. a 121% increase in spare part or product support sales revenue. In addition to the increase in revenue, there was an increase in Physical Availability (PA) of 93% with a BUS value: 54.13%; BS: 45.87%.Keywords: Strategy, Heavy Equipment Sales, SWOT Analysis, Design Thinking, Customer Satisfaction
