Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Digital Transformation, Differentiation Strategy, and Innovation Capability on Competitive Advantage in beverage MSMEs in Sukabumi City. The respondents in this study were 100 beverage MSMEs in Sukabumi City. This research employed a quantitative method with a descriptive and associative approach. The statistical tests used in this study included simultaneous testing (F-test) and partial testing (t-test). The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant simultaneous influence of Digital Transformation, Differentiation Strategy, and Innovation Capability on Competitive Advantage, as evidenced by the F-count value of 13,416 > F-table 3,096. Partially, Digital Transformation does not have a significant positive effect on Competitive Advantage, as shown by the t-count value of 1.152 with a significant value of 0.252 > 0.05. Meanwhile, Differentiation Strategy has a positive and significant effect on Competitive Advantage, which is proven by the t-count value of 4.312 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Furthermore, Innovation Capability also has a positive and significant effect on Competitive Advantage, with a t-count value of 2.891 and a significance value of 0.005 < 0.05.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research was conducted to determine the effect of religiosity and halal products on the decision to choose cosmetics on muslim consumer. The variables in this research are Religiosity (X1), Halal Products (X2) and Purchase Decisions (Y). The research usesnon probability sampling techniques with the type of purposive sampling. Analysis of the data research is multiple linear regression. Primary data collection techniques applied by distributing questionnaires to 97 muslim women. The results of the research shows the coefficient determination obtained an R square value of 0,781 or 78,1% on the purchase decision (Y), and the remaining value is 21,9% another factor that is not examined in this study. Based on the results of hypothesis shows a religiosity variable has a significant influence on the purchase decision, and the halal product variable has a significant on the purchase decision. Keywords: Religiosity, Halal Product, Purchase Decision Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh religiusitas dan produk halal terhadap keputusan memilih kosmetik pada konsumen Muslim. Variabel pada penelitian ini yaitu Religiusitas (X1), Produk Halal (X2) dan Keputusan Memilih (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling“sampel bertujuan”. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda.Teknik pengumpulan data primer diperoleh dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 97 responden muslimah. Hasil penelitian dengan uji deteminasi memperoleh nilai R Square sebesar 0,781 atau 78,1% yang menunjukkan variabel independen yaitu religiusitas (X1) dan produk halal (X2) memberikan pengaruh sebesar 78,1% terhadap keputusan memilih (Y), dan perolehan sisa nilai sebesar 21,9% merupakan faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa, variabel religiusitas memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih, dan variabel produk halal memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih. Kata Kunci: Religiusitas, Produk Halal, Keputusan Memilih

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of the entrepreneurial competence variable and the business network variable on the competitive advantage variable in dry cake MSMEs in the city of Sukabumi. The research method used in this research is a descriptive, associative research method using a quantitative approach. The population in this research are Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector of the pastry sector spread across several sub-districts in the city of Sukabumi. The population members in this study were 50 members who were registered with the Sukabumi City Diskoperindag (industry and trade cooperative service) for the 2021/2023 period, using a method, namely nonprobability sampling with a saturated sampling type. Using IBM SPSS Version 22 software, as a data analysis technique tool. The results of this research show that all hypotheses are accepted, and it can be interpreted that there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial competence and business networks increasing, so competitive advantage will also increase.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence occupational health and safety (K3), work discipline has on the performance of PT employees. Bank Sinarmas Sukabumi City. The 40 respondents in this research were employees of PT. Bank Sinarmas Sukabumi City. This research method uses quantitative methods with descriptive and associative approaches. In the research, a normality test, a simultaneous statistical test (F test) and a partial statistical test (T test) were carried out. The results of the research show that there is a simultaneous positive influence between occupational health and safety (K3), work discipline and employee performance, with a result of 16,539 > 3.25, which means the calculated F value is greater than F Table. Meanwhile, partially, occupational health and safety (K3) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is proven by the value obtained from the T Calculation results, which is 2,021, which is greater than the T Table, which is 1,684, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. And work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is proven by the value obtained from the T Calculation results, which is 5,747, which is greater than the T Table, which is 1,684, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine organizational commitment and compensation on the work productivity of PT employees. Ideal Sukabumi Light Facility. This research uses associative descriptive research methods with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique, namely the entire population is sampled, so that there are 74 PT employees. Ideal Sarana Cahaya Sukabumi was used as a respondent. The data analysis techniques used are validity, reliability, then classical assumption tests, multiple correlation coefficients, correlation coefficients of determination, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing consisting of simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test) and partial hypothesis testing (T test). The results of this research are, the F test shows that organizational commitment and compensation together have a significant effect on work productivity with an F value of 18,948 > F table 3,126. Then, the T test results of organizational commitment on work productivity with a calculated T value of 2,269 > T table 1,993 show that organizational commitment has an effect on work productivity, and the results of the compensation T test on work productivity with a calculated T value of 3,309 > T table 1,993 show that there is an influence from compensation to work productivity

Abstract

Culinary restaurant UMKM is one of the leading sectors in Indonesia that has great potential. However, currently the contribution given to the economy in Indonesia is decreasing. One of the factors causing this problem is due to declining performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial competence, entrepreneurial spirit, and business capital on business success. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive associative approach. The population in this study was 91 Restaurant UMKM in Sukabumi City with a sample framework using purposive sampling techniques. This study uses SPSS for data processing and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is a negative influence between entrepreneurial competence and business success. Entrepreneurial spirit has a positive and significant effect on business success. And business capital has a positive and significant effect on business success.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. This study aims to determine the description and influence of experiential marketing, customer engagement on customer loyalty in Oppo consumers. The research method used is a quantitative research research method with a causal descriptive approach. The objects in this study are experiential marketing, customer engagement, and customer loyalty. The population in this study were residents of the city of Sukabumi who made purchases on Oppo products. The sample used in this study amounted to 165 respondents who were taken based on Hair J theory which says that determining the number of samples depends on the number of indicators multiplied by 5 to 10. The sampling technique used is probability sampling technique, namely stratified random sampling. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews, literature study, documentation and questionnaire distribution. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using partial least square (PLS). Keywords: Experiental Marketing; Customer Engagement; Customer Loyalty ABSTRAK. Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui gambaran dan pengaruh experiential marketing, customer engagement terhadap customer loyalty pada konsumen Oppo. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah experiential marketing, customer engagement, dan customer loyalty. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah warga kota sukabumi yang melakukan pembelian pada produk Oppo. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 165 responden yang diambil berdasarkan teori Hair J yang mengatakan bahwa menentukan jumlah sampel tergantung pada jumlah indikator yang dikali 5 hingga 10. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu teknik probability sampling yaitu stratified random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, dokumentasi dan penyebaran kuisioner. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived ease of use, risk, financial ability on transaction interest, the temporary assumption is that the three variables have a significant effect on transaction interest using Tiktok Paylater, this study uses a quantitative method with an associative descriptive approach, with a sample size of 225 samples, the sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data collection through questionnaires and literature studies. The results of the f test statistics show a simultaneous and significant effect of the variables perceived ease of use, risk and financial ability on transaction interest. Based on the results of the t test statistics, perceived ease of use does not have a significant effect on transaction interest with the t test (0.184> 0.05). In the variable, risk has a significant effect on transaction interest with the test results (0.000 <0.05). While financial ability has a positive and significant effect on transaction interest with the t test (0.000 <0.05). The implications of this study can be used as a basis for increasing interest in transactions using Tiktok Paylater through perceived ease of use, risk, financial ability among students in Sukabumi City.

Abstract

Marketing performance in culinary MSMEs in Sukabumi City is suspected to be caused by low product innovation and customer orientation. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of customer orientation on marketing performance with product innovation as a mediating variable. This study used quantitative method with descriptive causal approach. The study population was culinary MSMEs in Sukabumi City registered at the cooperative office, with a sample of 135 MSMEs randomly selected through probability sampling technique. Data collection was conducted through observation, questionnaires, and literature study, and data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the help of AMOS software. The results showed that customer orientation has a significant positive effect on product innovation (C.R. = 5.551, p < 0.05), and customer orientation has a significant positive effect on marketing performance (C.R. = 4.517, p < 0.05). However, product innovation has no significant effect on marketing performance (C.R. = 0.984, p > 0.05). Product innovation partially mediates the relationship between customer orientation and marketing performance (Z value = 3.168 > 1.978). In conclusion, customer orientation is important to improve marketing performance, although product innovation is not the dominant mediating factor.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of competitive advantage, entrepreneurial orientation, and product innovation on the business success of snack food MSMEs in Sukabumi City. The phenomenon observed is the importance of innovation and competitive advantage in facing intense business competition. The problem identified is that it is unclear how much each of these factors contributes to the success of MSME businesses. This study used quantitative method with descriptive approach and associative analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 67 snack food MSMEs in Sukabumi City. Validity and reliability of the instruments were tested using SPSS, and multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the research hypotheses. The results showed that competitive advantage had a positive and significant influence on business success with a significance value of 0.022. In contrast, entrepreneurial orientation and product innovation do not have a significant influence on business success, with a significance value of 0.118 and 0.695, respectively. It is concluded that competitive advantage is a key factor in determining business success of snack food MSMEs in Sukabumi, while entrepreneurial orientation and product innovation have no significant influence. Therefore, it is recommended that MSMEs in Sukabumi should focus more on developing competitive advantage to achieve better business success.
