Abstract

Beverage MSMEs in Sukabumi City have experienced a decline in sales growth. In addition to the impact of Covid-19 several years ago, this is also caused by the fact that MSME players do not understand the performance of MSMEs, marketing strategies and entrepreneurial competencies to improve MSME performance. This study aims to determine the effect of marketing strategies and entrepreneurial competencies in achieving improved MSME performance and to determine how entrepreneurial competencies mediate marketing strategies on MSME performance. The methods used in this research are descriptive and associative methods through a quantitative approach. The population in this study were beverage MSME players in Sukabumi City who used and were interested in the performance of MSMEs. The sample used in this study amounted to 210 beverage MSMEs in Sukabumi City. The sample was taken based on Hair J theory, that the determination of the sample size was 5 times the number of research instruments. The research data used in this study include primary data and secondary data, namely observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature studies, and documentation. The results of this study are There is a significant influence between marketing strategy variables and entrepreneurial competence on MSME Performance and Entrepreneurial Competence can mediate the relationship between marketing strategies and MSME Performance in beverage business actors in Sukabumi City.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of workload and work stress on turnover intention at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya as a trading company for various products. The research method used is a quantitative method with an associative approach. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to PT employees. Source Alfaria Trijaya. The population in this study was all 66 employees using saturated sampling. The research analysis technique uses validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression which function to prove the research hypothesis. Based on the data obtained from the analysis results, it shows that the correlation analysis in the research has a strong and very high value. The regression coefficient for workload is 0,433 then the regression coefficient for work stress is 0,520. The results of the F hypothesis test show that the calculated f value is greater than table f. Meanwhile, the results of the T test show that the calculated t is greater than the t table. So it can be concluded that the workload variable has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, and the work stress variable has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence financial management behavior. This study uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 97 respondents. The population in this study were students of the Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi. The data analysis technique used statistical and descriptive analysis with the help of SPSS Statistic Program Version 20. The results of this study indicate that partially financial attitude shows a significance value of 0.030 or <0.05, then financial self-efficacy shows a significance value of 0.000 or <0.05, it can be concluded that financial attitude and financial self-efficacy have a positive and significant influence on financial management behavior of students. As for locus of control shows a significance value of 0.446 or> 0.05, it can be concluded that locus of control does not have a significant influence on financial management behavior. Furthermore, simultaneously the results show a value of 0.000, it can be concluded that the three independent variables have a significant and positive influence on the financial management behavior of students of the Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or what are often called UMKM support 60% of the Indonesian economy. Sukabumi is an area that has 57,319 UMKM, one of which is Padang rice restaurant UMKM. Nasi Padang restaurant UMKM is Padang or Minangkabau cuisine, a cultural heritage from generation to generation, maintaining the authenticity of the tastes of the past as a regional identity that has problems with business performance as well as intellectual capital and relationship satisfaction. The aim of this research is to find out how intellectual capital and relationship satisfaction influence the business performance of UMKM at Nasi Padang restaurants in the city of Sukabumi. The population in this study were UMKM Padang rice restaurants in the city of Sukabumi. The method used is a quantitative method with an associative descriptive approach. With a total sample of 51 with saturated sampling. The statistical results of the f test (simultaneous) show a simultaneous and significant influence of the intellectual capital and relationship satisfaction variables on business performance. Based on the statistical results of the t test (partial test), intellectual capital has a negative and insignificant effect on business performance. Meanwhile, relationship satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on business performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi tingkat financial distress pada PT. Krakatau Steel (persero) Tbk yang merupakan perusahaan BUMN atau Badan Usaha Milik Negara yang bergerak dibidang . Perusahaan BUMN membantu untuk pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Oleh sebab itu, setiap perusahaan bersaing untuk mendapatkan profit yang besar. Jika perusahaan tidak bisa mendapatkan profit perlu diketahui lebih dalam apakah kondisi keuangan perusahaan baik-baik saja atau mengalami suatu masalah. Kesulitan keuangan bisa saja meimpa perusahaan manapun dan jika tidak segera ditangani akan mengakibatkan perushaan mengalami kebangkrutan. Prediksi financial distress merupakan salah satu cara yang harus dilakukan perusahaan agar mengetahui kondisi keuangan perusahannya. Pada penelitian ini digunakan tiga model untuk memprediksi financial distress pada PT. Krakatau Steel (persero) Tbk. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menggunakan model altman PT. Krakatau Steel (persero) Tbk pada tahun 2012 berada di posisi grey zone, sedangkan dari tahun 2013- 2018 perusahaan berada diposisi distress zone yang artinya perusahaan meglami kesulitan keuangan (financial distress). Pada model zmijewski, dari tahun 2012-2018 perusahaan dinyatakan tidak mengalami kebangkrutan meskipun perusahaan mengalami laba setelah pajak yang bernilai negatif, total utang yang meningkat juga kewajiban lancar yang mengalami kenaikan. Pada model ohlson, tahun 2012 perusahaan diprediksi mengalami kebangkrutan dan pada tahun 2013- 2018 perusahaan dinyatakan tidak mengalami kebangkrutan meskipun perusahaan mengalami total tang yang meningkat, menurunnya modal kerja perusahaan, serta laba yang didapat perusahaan bernilai negatif.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of the entrepreneurial competence variable and the business network variable on the competitive advantage variable in dry cake MSMEs in the city of Sukabumi. The research method used in this research is a descriptive, associative research method using a quantitative approach. The population in this research are Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector of the pastry sector spread across several sub-districts in the city of Sukabumi. The population members in this study were 50 members who were registered with the Sukabumi City Diskoperindag (industry and trade cooperative service) for the 2021/2023 period, using a method, namely nonprobability sampling with a saturated sampling type. Using IBM SPSS Version 22 software, as a data analysis technique tool. The results of this research show that all hypotheses are accepted, and it can be interpreted that there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial competence and business networks increasing, so competitive advantage will also increase.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence occupational health and safety (K3), work discipline has on the performance of PT employees. Bank Sinarmas Sukabumi City. The 40 respondents in this research were employees of PT. Bank Sinarmas Sukabumi City. This research method uses quantitative methods with descriptive and associative approaches. In the research, a normality test, a simultaneous statistical test (F test) and a partial statistical test (T test) were carried out. The results of the research show that there is a simultaneous positive influence between occupational health and safety (K3), work discipline and employee performance, with a result of 16,539 > 3.25, which means the calculated F value is greater than F Table. Meanwhile, partially, occupational health and safety (K3) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is proven by the value obtained from the T Calculation results, which is 2,021, which is greater than the T Table, which is 1,684, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. And work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is proven by the value obtained from the T Calculation results, which is 5,747, which is greater than the T Table, which is 1,684, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine organizational commitment and compensation on the work productivity of PT employees. Ideal Sukabumi Light Facility. This research uses associative descriptive research methods with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique, namely the entire population is sampled, so that there are 74 PT employees. Ideal Sarana Cahaya Sukabumi was used as a respondent. The data analysis techniques used are validity, reliability, then classical assumption tests, multiple correlation coefficients, correlation coefficients of determination, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing consisting of simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test) and partial hypothesis testing (T test). The results of this research are, the F test shows that organizational commitment and compensation together have a significant effect on work productivity with an F value of 18,948 > F table 3,126. Then, the T test results of organizational commitment on work productivity with a calculated T value of 2,269 > T table 1,993 show that organizational commitment has an effect on work productivity, and the results of the compensation T test on work productivity with a calculated T value of 3,309 > T table 1,993 show that there is an influence from compensation to work productivity

Abstract

Culinary restaurant UMKM is one of the leading sectors in Indonesia that has great potential. However, currently the contribution given to the economy in Indonesia is decreasing. One of the factors causing this problem is due to declining performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial competence, entrepreneurial spirit, and business capital on business success. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive associative approach. The population in this study was 91 Restaurant UMKM in Sukabumi City with a sample framework using purposive sampling techniques. This study uses SPSS for data processing and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is a negative influence between entrepreneurial competence and business success. Entrepreneurial spirit has a positive and significant effect on business success. And business capital has a positive and significant effect on business success.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. This study aims to determine the description and influence of experiential marketing, customer engagement on customer loyalty in Oppo consumers. The research method used is a quantitative research research method with a causal descriptive approach. The objects in this study are experiential marketing, customer engagement, and customer loyalty. The population in this study were residents of the city of Sukabumi who made purchases on Oppo products. The sample used in this study amounted to 165 respondents who were taken based on Hair J theory which says that determining the number of samples depends on the number of indicators multiplied by 5 to 10. The sampling technique used is probability sampling technique, namely stratified random sampling. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews, literature study, documentation and questionnaire distribution. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using partial least square (PLS). Keywords: Experiental Marketing; Customer Engagement; Customer Loyalty ABSTRAK. Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui gambaran dan pengaruh experiential marketing, customer engagement terhadap customer loyalty pada konsumen Oppo. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode penelitian penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kausal. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah experiential marketing, customer engagement, dan customer loyalty. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah warga kota sukabumi yang melakukan pembelian pada produk Oppo. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 165 responden yang diambil berdasarkan teori Hair J yang mengatakan bahwa menentukan jumlah sampel tergantung pada jumlah indikator yang dikali 5 hingga 10. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu teknik probability sampling yaitu stratified random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, dokumentasi dan penyebaran kuisioner.
