Abstract

According to the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Sukabumi City, the population aged 15 and over is the working-age population. The total labor force in Sukabumi City was known to have increased to 56.86 million in January 2021, compared to 55.74 million in January 2020. The labor force included unemployed persons over the age of 15 who were the employed or employed but temporarily jobless and the unemployed. The research was aimed at determining whether e-recruiting and social media had a significant influence towards increasing Gen Z's willingness to apply for jobs, and evaluating the effectiveness of social media and e-recruiting in evoking the interest in applicants among the Gen Z students in Sukabumi. The primary research data were obtained from respondents and conducted quantitatively using associative descriptive method. The data, collected through questionnaires, consisted of 27 questions. The sample used consisted of 100 higher education students served as respondents from 10 universities in Sukabumi City by means of cluster sampling technique. Likert scale was deployed and multiple linear regression analysis was used for processing the data. Research Findings; e-recruitment and social media have a positive influence on increasing Gen Z job-seeking enthusiasm. Keywords : E-Recruitment, Social Media, Interest in Applying for a Job

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and work flexibility on organizational commitment (an empirical study on 5 Maxim-bike Driver Communities in Sukabumi City). The research approach used is a quantitative approach. Multistage Cluster Sampling sampling method. The samples taken were 63 respondents in 5 communities. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment and work flexibility also has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment in the 5 Maxim-bike Diver Communities in Sukabumi City. Abstract

This study aims to find out and explain the innovation strategies taken by LKP aha smart Mathematics. This research method is qualitative, namely, the research procedure produces descriptive data, both in the form of speech, behavior, and phenomena found when jumping directly into the field to observe the Objects and Subjects to be studied. The data collection technique is carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out by selecting answers obtained from informants and then collected for analysis and conclusions. The data analysis used is data triangulation. The results of the research were obtained, competitive strategy innovations taken by aha smart mathematics course and training institutions using Michael E Porter's generic strategy, namely low-cost strategies: the fees set by the smart mathematics course and training institutions are Rp 250,000 / month for regular, and Rp 300,000 / month for intensive, differentiation strategies: aha smart mathematics course and training institutions create a unique method that is a differentiator from other LKPs that Similar, and strategy focus: AHA Smart Mathematics course and training institutions focus on market segmentation, focus on optimal products and services, and focus on organizational structuring.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh strategi inovasi dan teknologi digital terhadak kinerja UMKM Kerajinan Kayu di Kecamatan Cicantayan, Kabupaten Sukabumi. proses pengumpulan data menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling, yang meliputi sampling jenuh sejumlah 71 responden pelaku UMKM Kerajinan Kayu di Kecamatan Cicantayan, Kabupaten Sukabumi. Teknik olah data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linear berganda, analisis koefisien determinasi, dan juga uji hipotesis secara parsial dan simultan strategi inovasi dan teknologi digital berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM Kerajinan Kayu di Kecamatan Cicantayan, Kabupaten Sukabumi.

Abstract

The research was aimed at determining the mediation’s influence of brand image in the relationship of electronic word of mouth on online purchase intention. The research method used in the research was descriptive and associative with quantitative. The populations in the research were college student in Sukabumi as a followers @scarlett_whitening instagram account, while using probability sampling method by distributing online questionnaires to 400 respondents. The technique of analyzing data applied by the researcher was Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) by using software IBM SPSS AMOS 24. The results of the research show that electronic word of mouth positively and significantly toward brand image, brand image influences positively and significantly toward online purchase intention, and brand image mediates the relationship between electronic word of mouth on online purchase intention. Abstract

There is a decrease in the number of sales of MSMEs in Sukabumi City, which is one of the dimensions of MSME performance. This is possible because these MSMEs have not maximized financial technology, namely payment gateaway and are suspected because they do not get sufficient access to capital so that they are unable to produce food with large portions both in terms of the openness of information obtained and its convenience. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial technology and access to capital on the performance of umkm in MSMEs in the city of sukabumi. this research uses quantitative research methods with descriptive and associative approaches. The population used in this study were MSMEs Restaurant in Sukabumi City with a total of 89 MSMEs as samples. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between financial technology on the performance of MSMEs because the value of t count obtained is greater than t table, namely 2.994> 1.987. And there is an influence between Access to Capital on the performance of MSMEs because the value of t count obtained is greater than the value in the t table, namely 5,149> 1,987. Abstract

The HR department is required to be active and innovative in taking part in managing company assets in the form of active human resources so that they can make a significant contribution to company profit growth. Today's human resources are seen no longer as merely an obligation but an asset that needs to be developed as a gain or capital. A new challenge for the world of HR because the implementation of the wrong HRM strategy will result in an organization not growing. There is a new paradigm, namely Human Resources has been transformed into Human Capital where the job of an HR is who has to develop strategies in the midst of global competition in the form of Talent Sortage and Talent War. So in this study the strategy used is to increase employee satisfaction through Individual development plans and fair remuneration, so that employees can create Eitengee Dageifako. this research can create a strategy that is relevant to the Individual development plan approach and fair remuneration in the company. From the research conducted, the researcher can compile an individual development plan road map and also find the X, Y, Z generations in the company who want involvement and recognition to achieve job satisfaction through a value proposition that is arranged. Meanwhile, for fair remuneration the researcher makes a job evaluation strategy using the Compasible factor with a composition of 35% Know How, 30% problem solving, and 35% responsibility, so the researchers got 7 grades in the preparation of the wage scale structure, besides that in the salary survey on the labor market the results of the calculation strategy can be said to be competitive so that the remuneration results are fair and attractive so that it is attractive to both internal and external talent.

Abstract

Competitive advantage is an ability to create products that have more added value that can be used as strength to win the competition. The study was conducted on the furniture business of the City of Sukabumi, which wants to win the competition in an increasingly increasing number of competitors with similar businesses. The purpose of this study is to determine and understand the effect of differentiation strategies as an effort to realize competitive advantage in furniture SMEs. Starting with the desire to realize competitive advantage, the company needs to create a difference or privilege that is not owned by competitors to be used as strength in winning the competition. The method used to process this research data is quantitative with associative methods. With 50 respondents, namely furniture business owners or managers using IBM SPSS Version 23. The results of this research show that this research is categorized as having a very strong correlation with a value of 0.896. So that the conclusions in this research reveal the differentiation strategy has an influence in realizing competitive advantage by creating a difference both from product, service, personnel and image.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of marketing capabilities in improving marketing performance. The method in this research uses a quantitative method with an associative approach. This research uses a sample of 37 coffee shops with the owner being the respondent. The technique in order to collect a number of data used for this research is primary data, namely observation, interviews and questionnaires and secondary data used is literature study. This research conducts testing to determine the valid and reliable data used. The technique to process a number of data is done using the correlation coefficient test, the coefficient of determination test, the simple linear regression test and the hypothesis test used is the significance test (T test). The conclusions of this research indicate that there is a significant influence of the marketing capability variable on marketing performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the description of non-physical work environment, work productivity, and employee performance at Mr. DIY Sukabumi City, to determine the effect of non-physical work environment on employee performance at Mr. DIY Sukabumi City, and to determine the effect of work productivity on employee performance at Mr. DIY Sukabumi City. The phenomenon that occurs in the performance of employees of Mr. DIY Sukabumi City is lacking in terms of employee work quality, namely the lack of employee ability in work. This problem is caused by one of the dimensions in the nonphysical work environment, namely leader attention and support. In this case, the leader does not give appreciation to the work of employees. Another cause is the ability which is one of the factors in work productivity, namely the lack of employee skills so that it cannot improve work efficiency and effectiveness. In this case, employees do not have sufficient knowledge about the products sold at Mr. DIY so that it affects employees in making sales. The methods used in this research are descriptive research methods and associative research methods with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used by researchers is a saturated sample technique, which is a total of 30 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis which includes the coefficient of determination, multiple correlation coefficients and partial tests (t test). The results showed that partially the non-physical work environment affects employee performance. Work productivity affects employee performance. The contribution of the influence of non-physical work environment variables and work productivity on employee performance is 76.3%. While the remaining 23.7% is influenced by other variables outside this regression equation or variables not examined.
