Abstract

Lately, we faced with situations that we have never experienced before. Our country has been attacked by a very dangerous virus for humans, the virus called Covid-19. Covid-19 is a virus that can be transmitted from one individual to another in a relatively short time. In order to minimize the spread of COVID-19, various policies have been put in place. The existence of Covid-19, which never end, had impacts on all aspects, such as economic, social, cultural aspects, and education is no exception. In the implementation of education, all levels of educators which were initially carried out by conducting face-to-face learning must now be carried out in a different way, namely online learning. The aims of writing this article is to explain how the impact of online learning on children's cognitive abilities during the covid-19 pandemic. This study was conducted using literature studies from various journals, and scientific writings and field observations during the pandemic. In addition, it is also done by direct participation during the online learning process. The conclusion from this article is that online learning during this pandemic has both positive and negative impacts on students' cognitive abilities.

Abstract

One of the merdeka belajar (freedom of learning) concepts give teachers the freedom to make fun learning. Teachers must make plans, carry out, and evaluate their learning programs independently. Teacher becomes the determining factor for the success of the learing objectives. And to find out the success of the learningprogram we need to do an evaluation. Evaluation is an important activity, which is carried out to review the success of a program to determine a decision. Teachers must have competence to conduct evaluations. The objectives of this study include; 1) to understand the concept of evaluations. 2) to explain teacher competence in carring out evaluations. The method used in writing this journal is a literature review, where research data obtained from several literary theories are processed and analyzed and then described, so that the results are obtained that in the early stages, teachers must first understand the concept of evaluation, which emphasizes the definition, objectives , the function of the principle and type of evaluation, while the competence of teachers in evaluation activities includes competence in planning evaluation programs, designing evaluation programs, developing evaluation programs, implementing, and evaluating evaluation programs. The evaluation itself requires data processing, reporting and utilization of the evaluation results.

Abstract

Learning theory is a step that can help teachers or educators to educate and convey knowledge to students or learners. Basically, there are many learning theories, but there are four that are often used by some teachers, namely behavioristic learning theory, cognitive learning theory, constructivist learning theory, and humanistic learning theory. Of these theories, each has different applications and different figures. The main goal of learning theory is to support the development of effective and efficient learning. By understanding learning theory, you can create effective and efficient learning activities. The method used in this research is the library method, which is based on books, research results, journals and articles related to learning theory and its applications. This research aims to describe various learning theories and their application in learning activities.

Abstract

The introduction of behavior according to the values of Pancasila must be pursued from an early age, namely at the elementary education level. So that the attitude of caring, cooperation, and respect between fellow human beings can be strongly integrated in students. In addition, the introduction of local culture is also an urgent matter, so that children can love their own culture more. This research is a Research and Development type of research, using the ADDIE development model which has 5 main stages. This research and development involve various experts, namely media experts and learning experts. The data collection used in this study included interviews, observations, questionnaires, and tests, which were specially prepared according to the theories of learning media development and CitizenshipEducation materials for class 1MI. The results of this development indicate that the material validation test is 90%, the design validation is 95%, and the Field Trial is 94.4%. The average pretest and posttest also increased with the pre-test result of 60.4 and the post-test average of 85.6. This shows that the developed media can be said to be valid and can be used in Civic Education learning.

Abstract

Learning is the process of student interaction with learning resources in order to achieve a learning goal. Good learning is learning that is able to increase students' thinking power to be more critical, and able to foster student creativity. Rapid developments in the field of technology make the world of education have a new direction. In the past, education was only limited to education, but in the current era it has turned into edutaiment. The purpose of this research is to find out the development of interactive learning media at MI Islamiyah Banat Senori on grade IV English material. As well as to determine the feasibility validation of interactive learning media that has been developed on the material of days and months grade IV. Researchers use the R&D (research and development) research method. This type of research refers to development research. This research will produce a certain type of product which will then be tested for the effectiveness of the media that has been made. The products that have been produced are expected to be able to provide benefits to those who need them widely. This method consists of five stages, namely analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The learning media developed is an interactive-based articulate storyline 3 application for grade IV English subjects. The media can be used both in online and face-to-face learning. The percentage of trial scores at the pre-test stage was 54.7, while at the post-test stage was 86.3%. So it can be concluded that there is an increase in scores in each group after using interactive learning media that has been developed by researchers.

Abstract

Lingkungan fisik (alam) maupun lingkungan sosial budaya yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat Bojonegoro dapat digali dan dikembangkan menjadi pendukung dalam pembelajaran di sekolah, agar siswa mampu menghargai dan melestarikan kearifan lokal di daerah sekitarnya. Apa lagi beberapa penelitian menyebutkan bahwa pengetahuan dan ketertarikan siswa terkait budaya rendah. Alat pendukung pembelajaran, seperti buku ajar, modul, dan LKS dalam materi lingkungan fisik, sosial, dan budaya didominasi oleh kekayaan fisik maupun budaya di lingkungan Nasional, bukan daerah lingkungan sekitar tempat tinggalnya. Penelitian dan Pengembangan ini menggunakan model ADDIE dengan 5 tahapan dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan 4 hal, yakni observasi, wawancara, angket, dan tes. Adapun kemampuan literasi budaya diukur melalui indikator. Komitmen kebangsaan, toleransi, anti kekerasan, akomodatif, dan inklusif . Setelah melakukan pengembangan modul dengan menganalisis hasil validasi dari beberapa ahli media yakni ahli materi, media, dan bahasa, modul dinyatakan layak setelah melakukan beberapa kali revisi, kemudian modul ini diimplementasikan ke sekolah dan didapatkan hasil perbedaan Literasi sosial budaya siswa yang menggunakan modul IPAS ini dengan modul dari sekolah sebesar 75% dan 93%. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan ini menunjukkan bahwa modul yang dibuat dan disesuaikan dengan siswa, materi, dan kebutuhan lebih mampu mencapai tujuan pembelajaran.

Abstract

One of the characteristics of the Independent Curriculum is the existence of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project and Rahmatan Lil Alamin Student Profile (P5PPRA), which aims to strengthen character and learn from the surrounding environment. P5PPRA activities are carried out by carrying out projects often not following local wisdom. This study aims to develop a P5PPRA module based on local wisdom in Bojonegoro. This study uses the ADDIE development model (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). The results of this study are the development of a P5PPRA module based on local wisdom containing material about Bojonegoro's typical batik, which can equip students to understand local batik and have the skills to make simple batik using the eco print technique. It is evidenced by the percentage of student questionnaire results showing that students' attitudes towards the module reached 90%, and students' interest in the module reached 92%. In addition, the relevance of the module to improving students' batik skills reached 88%.

Abstract

This character development can be carried out through the Project for Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile and the Rahmatan Lil Alamin (P5 RA) which is based on local regional wisdom. Bojonegoro is an area rich in local wisdom such as batik and typical food. However, the majority of students have low knowledge and skills in understanding local wisdom. So, there is a need for a P5 RA module based on local wisdom. The aim of this research is to develop a phase B P5 RA module based on local wisdom. This module will highlight material about Bojonegoro Traditional Cuisine. This research uses the ADDIE method with detailed stages of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The research results showed that the module developed had high validity in terms of content, language and visual design, and received positive responses from teachers and students. The implementation of the module succeeded in increasing students' understanding of Pancasila values ​​and the local culture of Bojonegoro. This research recommends the use of similar modules as part of contextual learning in the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran bank sampah sebagai media pendidikan karakter peduli lingkungan di sekolah, dengan fokus pada implementasi di MI Bahrul Ulum 1 Bulu. Penanaman karakter peduli lingkungan sejak dini penting, dan madrasah ibtidaiyah memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuknya. Program bank sampah menjadi salah satu strategi efektif karena mengajarkan prinsip 3R (reduce, reuse, recycle) serta nilai-nilai karakter. Namun, dampaknya terhadap siswa masih minim kajian ilmiah, sehingga penelitian ini diperlukan untuk membuktikan efektivitasnya dan menjadi contoh bagi sekolah lain. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter peduli lingkungan sangat penting ditanamkan sejak dini melalui pembiasaan perilaku positif, seperti membuang sampah pada tempatnya, memilah sampah, dan mengurangi penggunaan barang sekali pakai. Bank sampah di sekolah berfungsi tidak hanya sebagai sarana pengelolaan sampah, tetapi juga sebagai media pembelajaran aktif yang membentuk sikap tanggung jawab, kepedulian, dan kesadaran lingkungan pada siswa. Implementasi program bank sampah di MI Bahrul Ulum 1 Bulu melibatkan pengumpulan, pendataan, pemilahan, serta pemanfaatan sampah untuk keperluan ekonomi dan estetika lingkungan sekolah. Meskipun terdapat tantangan seperti kurangnya kesadaran dan partisipasi, program ini terbukti efektif dalam menanamkan karakter peduli lingkungan dan memberikan manfaat ekonomi bagi siswa dan sekolah. Kesimpulannya, bank sampah merupakan inovasi edukatif yang mampu membentuk karakter peduli lingkungan secara berkelanjutan pada peserta didik.

Abstract

Learning that emphasizes critical thinking skills is essential to equip students with the ability to analyze, evaluate, and solve problems. One approach that can foster these skills is the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model, which encourages students to actively search for solutions to real-world problems. This study aims to examine the impact of implementing the PBL model on the critical thinking skills of students in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The research question addressed is how the application of PBL can enhance students' critical thinking skills compared to conventional teaching methods. This research uses an experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group approach. The sample consists of two groups: an experimental group using the PBL model and a control group using conventional methods. Data was collected through pretest and posttest assessments of critical thinking skills. The results show that the experimental group experienced a significant improvement in critical thinking skills, with a higher posttest average score compared to the control group. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the PBL model is effective in enhancing the critical thinking skills of students in MI.
