Abstract

Di era demokratisasi saat ini yang bercirikan adanya kebebasan berpendapat setiap warga baik secara lisan ataupun tertulis, maka fenomena hoax menjadi satu hal yang harus menjadi perhatian bersama. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian survey. Proses penyebaran berita dalam media sosial banyak melibatkan kaum perempuan. Hanya sebagian kecil saja yang mengakui sering mendapatkan berita-berita hoax tentang suku, agama, ras, dan antar golongan (SARA). Dengan demikian, maraknya penyebaran berita hoax di media sosial merupakan satu bentuk pembodohan masyarakat dan  respons terhadap kemunculan berita hoax dengan cara melakukan tindakan perlawanan.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------In this democratization era characterized by the freedom of speech belongs to every citizen both written and spoken, the hoax should be considered seriously. It was a survey research. The spread of news through social media was conducted mostly by women. It was only small numbers who reported that they had received hoax relating SARA. Therefore, the spreading of hoax through social media is a kind of fooling and their response is through counter-narrative.

Abstract

The struggle of women to occupy public positions is not as easy as that of men. The totality of domestic and public roles that are carried out simultaneously by women leads to multiple roles that must be played. The strength of the patriarchal culture is also a measure of the inappropriateness of women in occupying public seats, especially in politics. This misunderstanding does not only come from men and society, even many women are not aware of the roles they carry out. So far, women's participation in politics appears more often as election participants or as voting members and not many women participate in the election organizing committee. The policy of affirming the 30% quota for women's representation is not only at the level of election participants, but also applies at the level of organizing elections, starting at the central level to local committees. This has been clearly stated in Law no. 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections. This article is the result of qualitative research using data collection techniques through documentation and interviews with the Jombang KPU commissioner team. Based on the results of the research, it was found that the data on the 2019 election results related to the implementation of the election obtained unsatisfactory results, especially related to the quota for representation of women election organizers. The condition of not fulfilling the quota took place both at the KPU commissioner level, the District Election Committee (PPK), and the Voting Committee (PPS). Meanwhile at the level of the Voting Organizing Group (KPPS) it is in the condition that the 30% quota for women's representation is fulfilled.

Abstract

Archiving activities are part of the dministrative activities in an organization, which are very important. Archival management is a major factor in supporting the course of administrative activities in an organization. However, in practice, there are still organizations that are lacking in managing archives, so it can also affect the service process to the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of electronic mail archiving applications in the form of APEL SISA in Kendel Village to realize the development of information and communication technology in achieving the Village SDGs. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The focus of this research refers to the theory of Muhidin and Winata (2016) that digital archive management activities include two things, namely archive storage and archive retrieval. The data collection techniques in this study were through interviews and observation. The results of this study indicate that by using APEL SISA, archive storage in Kendal Village, which was originally manual, becomes more effective and efficient in providing services to the community, and electronic retrieval of archives can facilitate archive management at the Kendal Village office. Based on this, the management of archives in Kendal Village needs to be done all electronically to make it easier to manage archives that are stored and find back archives when needed.

Abstract

Studi ini membahas bagaimana mencapai tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan desa melalui penguatan BUM Desa. Penguatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu pemerintah Kecamataan Dolopo, Kabupaten Madiun, dengan memberikan pelatihan perubahan mindset bagi para pengurus/pengelola BUM Desa dalam mengelola unit usahanya. Kegiatan pengabdian juga mengidentifikasi strategi bisnis yang menguntungkan bagi BUM Desa dengan mengoptimalkan potensi desa. Studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan mengelaborasi data deskriptif dari hasil FGD, dokumentasi, dan observasi rangkaian kegiatan di Kecamatan Dolopo. Sasaran kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah pengelola BUM Desa, perangkat desa, tokoh masyarakat, perwakilan dari bidang pemberdayaan dan kesejahteran keluarga. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perubahan paradigma kewirausahaan dan pemahaman yang benar mengenai pengelolaan unit usaha di BUM Desa sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Selain itu, studi ini mengidentifikasi bahwa strategi bisnis yang akan dijalankan di lahan masing-masing desa adalah bisnis di bidang pertanian, khususnya pertanian jeruk nipis. Usaha ini akan dibantu sepenuhnya oleh pihak ketiga dan hasil panennya akan dikumpulkan oleh pihak ketiga, serta didistribusikan kepada mitra usaha sebagai pemasok jeruk nipis.

Abstract

The opening of Unesa Campus 5 in Magetan Regency has an impact on the campus environment, namely the economic impact with the need for housing for students. The high demand for housing has a negative effect on the surrounding community due to the characteristics of students who come from outside the Magetan Regency area, which is different in terms of values and behavior. So as to overcome these problems, the Directorate of Campus Outside the Main Campus provides solutions through community service by making training to increase the competence of student residence managers. The activity was carried out in Maospati District with gradual socialization. The target of the activity is the manager of the residence in Maospati District, totaling 25 people. This socialization will provide an understanding of the rental mechanism both in terms of procedures and documents that are adjusted to the Standard Operating Procedures, as well as the publication of residential houses through electronic media.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the circular economy development policy in Magetan Regency, focusing on the leather industry and its impact on improving the community's economy, especially on Jalan Sawo, Selosari Village. The method used is a qualitative approach, which includes in-depth interviews with industry players, direct observation at the location, and analysis of documents related to the policy. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the circular economy policy not only increases community income through the creation of new jobs but also contributes to waste reduction and increased environmental awareness among the community. In addition, this study identifies challenges faced in implementing the policy, such as lack of training and technical support. Recommendations are provided to improve the effectiveness of this policy, including the need for collaboration between the government, private sector, and the community in creating a sustainable circular economy ecosystem. This research is expected to contribute to the development of better policies in the future.

Abstract

Revitalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila di tingkat komunitas menjadi isu krusial di tengah gejala melemahnya partisipasi sosial generasi muda. Desa Pesu, yang pernah menyandang predikat Kampung Pancasila, mengalami tantangan dalam mempertahankan nilai-nilai ideologis dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kembali internalisasi Pancasila melalui pengembangan komunitas belajar berbasis Karang Taruna. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif-reflektif dengan kegiatan utama berupa seminar kebhinekaan, pelatihan kepemimpinan, dan pembentukan komunitas belajar Pancasila di setiap dusun. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman nilai Pancasila, munculnya ruang-ruang diskusi interaktif, serta aktivitas konkret yang merefleksikan gotong royong dan toleransi antarwarga. Komunitas belajar juga memanfaatkan media digital untuk mendiseminasikan nilai Pancasila secara kontekstual. Program ini mendorong kolaborasi antara pemuda, pemerintah desa, dan lembaga pendidikan dalam membangun tata kelola desa yang berkeadilan dan partisipatif. Keberhasilan program ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan berbasis komunitas efektif dalam menghidupkan kembali nilai-nilai ideologis secara organik dan berkelanjutan. Temuan ini penting sebagai model replikasi bagi desa lain yang menghadapi krisis identitas kebangsaan di era disrupsi nilai.

Abstract

Pembukaan Kampus UNESA 5 di Kabupaten Magetan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perkembangan ekonomi sekitar, salah satunya yakni UMKM.  Dalam hal ini mitra yakni Kecamatan Maospati belum memiliki pola mempersiapkan berbagai komponen dalam menghadapi gelombang mahasiswa Kampus UNESA 5. Berdasarkan survei terjadi persaingan harga yang luar biasa antar pelaku usaha di sekitaran kampus. Oleh karena itu menjadi penting untuk membentuk Paguyuban sebagai media komunikasi antara Kampus UNESA 5 dengan masyarakat. Mekanisme pengabdian menggunakan survey dan worksop melalui pembentukan jenis paguyuban, pengurus, tugas fungsi dan pelantikan pengurus paguyuban. Sasaran program adalah 3 kelurahan dan 14 desa di Kecamatan Maospati dan Barat Kabupaten Magetan. Melalui program ini telah terbentuk tujuh paguyuban meliputi komunitas rumah tinggal, pedagang kaki lima, rumah makan, pedagang sayur, laundry, hiburan, serta paguyuban salon dan barbershop.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dalam era globalisasi menghadirkan peluang serta tantangan bagi setiap sektor pemerintah, salah satunya Desa. Saat ini desa tidak hanya harus beradaptasi dengan perubahan sosial dan ekonomi di tingkat lokal, namun juga perlu memanfaatkan teknologi guna meningkatkan produktivitas melalui digitalisasi desa. Desa Mojorejo sebagai salah satu desa yang memiliki potensi dalam pengembangan teknologi, memiliki keterbatasan kuantitas dan kualitas sumber daya yang dapat ditinjau melalui sideksel yang tidak aktif sejak tahun 2020. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan proses administrasi dan pelayanan yang berlangsung secara manual dan kurang efisien. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, tim merancang pelatihan peningkatan kompetensi standar pelayanan minimal desa berbasis website. Program ini meliputi tahap identifikasi dan pemetaaan masalah sebagai sarana diskusi awal dengan mitra, analisis kompetensi standar pelayanan melalui perancangan ulang sistem, serta pelatihan kompetensi standar pelayanan dengan metode workshop. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman sumberdaya aparatur dalam menjalankan sideksel yang terlihat dari keaktifan dan kebaruan informasi dalam laman website Desa Mojorejo secara berkelanjutan. Keberhasilan program ini menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan dan penyediaan sumberdaya yang memadai, efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi standar pelayanan minimal desa bagi aparatur desa. Temuan ini penting sebagai model rujukan bagi desa lain untuk memanfaatkan potensi dalam membangun digitalisasi desa menuju Smart Village.

Abstract

Workload analysis is a management activity aimed at determining the level of proportionality of positions. This research sees problems in the preparation stage of forming an internal team experience gaps with the training criteria in the guidelines, as well as a mismatch between position requirements and existing employees. The method used is descriptive with the focus of research on the stafes of implementing workload analysis based on Perka BKN No. 10 of 2021 consists of preparation, data collection, data processing, and verification and validation of calculation results. The results of research in the field show that preparation is carried out through application preparation planning, team formation consists of two levels and the internal team experiences gaps in the quality aspects of training with criteria, organizational assessment based on job descriptions, unit notification, and submission of forms carried out through socialization meetings. Data collection applies to the whole method. Data processing uses the calculation of tasks per position task with the results of the calculation of 1 employee of the Head of Subdivision of Institutional and Job Analysis, 4 employees of Position Analysts, 1 employee of Institutional Analysts, and 4 employees of Organizational and Procedural Data Managers. However, the calculation results experienced gaps, this was motivated by the fact that the position map only describes existing civil servants, the accumulation of employee needs has not been rounded, and the impact of the implementation of the moratorium policy. Verification and validation of calculations are carried out by issuing a decision letter. Suggestions submitted by researchers are to conduct training planning through the preparation of position competency standard documents, standardize the time of executive positions based on clumps, fulfill employees through recruitment of non-civil servants, coordinate with the position in charge of applications to improve the rounding system in calculating employee needs according to applicable regulations.
