Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh pengeluaran pemerintah daerah sektor pendidikan, pengeluaran pemerintah daerah sektor kesehatan, rasio ketergantungan penduduk dan pendapatan perkapita terhadap pembangunan manusia yang diukur dengan IPM. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 35 Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah, menggunakan data sekunder dari Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Jawa Tengah dan Biro Keuangan Sekretaris Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah dalam periode 2009 sampai 2013. Variabel penelitian ini indeks pembangunan manusia, pengeluran pemerintah daerah sektor pendidikan, pengeluaran pemerintah daerah sektor kesehatan, rasio ketergantungan penduduk, dan pendapatan perkapita. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi data panel model efek tetap (FEM) dengan metode Generalized Least Square (GLS). Hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa pengeluaran pemerintah daerah sektor pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap IPM, pengeluaran pemerintah daerah sektor kesehatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap IPM, rasio ketergantungan penduduk berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap IPM, sementara pendapatan perkapita tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap IPM. This research has purpose to analyze how much influence of the local government expenditure in educational sector, local government expenditure in health sector, dependency ratio, and per capita income of a human development measured by HDI. the population of this research consists of 35 regionals in Central Java and region bureau money secretary of Central Java province among 2009 and 2013 period. the variables used in this research are HDI, local government expenditure in educational sector, local government expenditure in health sector, dependency ratio, and per capita income. in this research, quantitative and regression analysis of Fixed Effect Model is used as well as Generalized Least Square method (GLS). The results of this research are the outcome of regional government in educational and health sector influence significance and positively to the HDI, dependency ratio significance and negatively influence to the HDI, while per capita income does not influence significance to the HDI.

Abstract

The aims of this study are; knowing the profile of users of online transportation services, knowing the factors that influence the selection of online transportation and knowing the correlation of online transportation towards the income of conventional transportation drivers in Semarang City. This research used descriptive percentage, multiple linear regression and the correlation with the helped of SPSS program as analysis method. The results show that the users of online transportation services are dominant female in the age range 21-30 with the last education taken is college. For employee, mostly are private employees and college students with dominant status are not married or single. Factors that significantly influence the use of online transportation in Semarang City are price, income, service quality and distance. While the price of other transportation and travel time factors do not have a real influence on the use of online transportation services in Semarang City. Technological variables show a very weak correlation, and the number of online transport fleets variable shows sufficient or moderate correlation. The government is expected to be more careful in setting conventional transportation prices so that the price inequality that occurs between online transportation and conventional transportation is not too high. Because not all consumers use online transportation and able to use internet

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pola rantai distribusi perikanan, margin keuntungan setiap pelaku tata niaga perikanan, dan mencarikan model distribusi alternatif untuk perikanan tangkap laut di Kabupaten Kendal. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif guna untuk mengetahui pola rantai distribusi perikanan, margin pemasaran, dan penentuan model distribusi alternatif. Jenis data yaitu data sekunder, dan data primer yang di ambil langsung dari 93 nelayan, 50 pedagang pengecer, 35 pedagang sedang, dan 10 pedagang besar. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu interview, kuesioner, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil dalam penelitian ini yaitu sekurang-kurangnya terdapat tiga pola distribusi namun hanya ada dua pola yang paling dominan yaitu pola pertama: nelayan ke pedagang sedang ke pedagang besar ke pabrik atau pasar tradisional. Pola yang kedua yaitu nelayan ke pedagang sedang ke pedagang pengecer ke konsumen akhir. Margin pemasaran untuk Cumi-cumi tertinggi terjadi pada pedagang besar (21%), Pedagang sedang (8,6%), dan pedagang pengecer (5,7%). Udang tertinggi pada pedagang besar (13,7%), pedagang sedang (5%), pedagang pengecer (3,9%). Ikan Kembung tertinggi pada pedagang besar (31%), pedagang pengecer (11%), pedagang sedang (9%). The purpose of this research is to know the pattern of fishery distribution chain, profit margin of every fishery trading actors, and to find alternative distribution model for marine catch fishery in Kendal Regency. The method used is quantitative descriptive approach in order to know the pattern of fishery distribution chain, marketing margin, and the determination of alternative distribution model. The types of data are secondary data, and primary data taken directly from 93 fishermen, 50 retailers, 35 medium traders, and 10 wholesalers. Data collection techniques used were interview, questionnaire, observation, and literature study. The result of this research is that there are at least three distribution patterns but there are only two most dominant patterns, namely the first pattern: fishermen to medium traders to wholesalers to factories or traditional markets. The second pattern is the fisherman to the merchant is to the retailer to the end consumer. The highest marketing margin for Squid occurred in wholesalers (21%), Traders (8.6%), and retailers (5.7%). The highest shrimp on wholesalers (13.7%), medium traders (5%), retailers (3.9%). The highest stocks were in big traders (31%), retailers (11%), traders (9%).

Abstract

This research are to know the purpose of implementation of the service distribution mechanism and the effectiveness of the distribution the rehabilitation of unhabitable house service program in Brebes Regency. This research is a quantitative research uses two roomates source of the data, ie primary and secondary of data and collected through observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation. The samples of the research were 100 respondens of Reviews These service roomates program spreadedin Brebes district, district and Wanasari Bulakamba distric. The collection of data was Analyzed using descriptive approach. The result of the research Showed that there were five steps of the distribution mecahnism of the service based on the Central Java Governor Regulation Number 48 Year 2017 as follows planning, funding, implementing, monitoring, evaluating and reporting. Based on the Data analysys of the accuracy of purpose variables Showed the uneffectiveness of result in aiming the purpose of presentation with the number 55.94%. Satisfaction variable towards the program Showed the unsatisfaction towards the program with the number of presentations 57.84%, and the target of variable accuracy Showed that the targets of the program have been accomplished with the number of presentations 84.07%. The suggestion about the research are the need of the guidance towards the receiver of the service on the proposal making, the optimalisation work of the executant of the program, control and Evaluate in order to be fixed and implemented a based on the guidelines provide so that the purpose of the program can be a accomplished.

Abstract

In Central Java, one of supporting factors of regional economic growth viewed from regionalfacilities and infrastructures is toll road facilities. Transjawa toll road is a network that connectsseveral cities in Java. Particularly, this toll road connects two biggest cities in Indonesia, namelyJakarta and Surabaya in which Salatiga is also one of cities traversed by this toll. This ±1.000 kmtoll road continues the previous toll roads that have existed, including Merak – Cikampek, Jakarta– Bandung, Semarang – Bawen, and Surabaya – Pandaan. Despite the positive impacts, Transjawatoll road also gives negative impacts for local communities. Thus, this study aimed (1) to find outthe socioeconomic condition of farmers after Transjawa toll road construction in Salatiga and (2)to find out the socioeconomic condition of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) afterTransjawa toll road construction in Salatiga. This study used qualitative and quantitative datataken from from 30 main respondents. The construction of transjawa toll road in Salatiga regionbrings good effects. It was proved by the better condition of socioeconomic and income of farmersand MSME doers in Salatiga region after the construction of this toll road.
