Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to determinethe effect of content marketing and celebrity endorsement on consumer buying interest in Tiktok ABEABEABE on Cimory Yogurt Stick. The population in this research were the people of Pekalongan City and the Pekalongan Residency aged 18-33 years who were followers of abe or who had seen Abe Yogurt Cimory Stick content. The sample used in this research was 57 respondents using the purposive sampling technique.The data collection was in the form questionnaire distributed using a google form with a data processing technique using multi linier resression analysis using SPSS 20. The results showed that content marketing had a positive and significant impact on consumer buying interest. Celebrity endorsement had a positive and significant impact on consumer buying intererst.  Keywords : Content Marketing, Celebrity Endorsement, Purchase IntentionABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh content marketing dan celebrity endorsement terhadap minat beli konsumen tiktok abe pada produk cimory yogurt stick. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu masyarakat Kota Pekalongan dan Se-Karesidenan Pekalongan. Sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini sebanyak 57 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar dengan menggunakan google form dengan teknik pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS 20. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa content marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen. Abstract

Batik is a product that has become Indonesia's cultural identity. As a batik city, Pekalongan continues to strive to improve the quality of batik products so that Indonesian batik does not become extinct. One of the things that makes batik attractive is its motifs and colors. Through its appeal, batik will increasingly exist and become global. In line with the problems that exist in the batik industry, namely the problem of production time efficiency, this community service aims to provide solutions to problems in the batik industry in order to save or reduce production time, especially in the batik industry. color dyeing stage, while maintaining the quality of the batik. The dyeing process carried out by the batik industry which is the activity partner, namely Perkumpulan Kampoeng Batik Kauman and Kampung Wisata Batik Pesindon, still uses traditional dyeing techniques, so that through a batik dyeing machine solution called a feeder machine, the batik production process at the dyeing stage can be made easier. The results of this service activity were achieved with evidence of a success rate based on evaluation results reaching 87.4% as a dyeing tool innovation that had an impact on efficiency and with a color dyeing printing time of around 20-30 minutes on one 2x1m sheet of paper. cloth. Furthermore, the results of using the feeder machine are visible in the even coloring results and the batik wax does not break. This means that apart from being an efficiency solution, the feeder machine also improves the quality of batik.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of work ethics and work culture on the implementation of medication safety by the pharmacy personnel competence as a mediating variable. The subjects of the study involved pharmaceutical personnel, namely 17 pharmacists and 19 pharmacy vocational personnel, with a total of 36 respondents. The study used a quantitative approach with data collection through a Likert scale-based questionnaire, which was then processed using SmartPLS 4. The results of the study concluded that work ethics had a significant positive effect on the implementation of medication safety, work culture had a positive but insignificant impact on the implementation of medication safety, pharmaceutical personnel competence had a positive but insignificant effect on the implementation of medication safety, work ethics had a significant positive impact on the pharmacy personnel competence, work culture had a positive but insignificant effect on the pharmacy personnel competence, work ethics did not directly affect the implementation of medication safety with the mediation of pharmaceutical personnel competence, work culture did not directly affect the implementation of medication safety with the mediation of pharmaceutical personnel competence. Abstract

Metode penelitian merupakan salah satu cara untuk menyusun tugas akhir bagi mahasiswa, melalui pelatihan metodologi yang baik akan berdampak pada pemantapan mahasiswa pada dunia tata tulis ilmiah. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas penulisan karya ilmiah mahasiswa, persiapan mahasiswa menempuh tugas akhir, dan memotivasi mahasiswa siap berkompetisi ilmiah baik di tingkat nasional maupun internasional. Melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan yang dilakukan mahasiswa menghasilkan tulisan ilmiah khususnya pada bab 3 metodologi penelitian tampak lebih matang dan lebih berkualitas. Meskipun semua mahasiswa berpartisipasi aktif, namun terdapat kendala diantaranya terdapat mahasiswa yang masih bingung akan tema apa yang akan mereka tuliskan pada tugas akhir, sehingga dalam penyusunan metode penelitian masih sebatas melengkapi tugas pada kegiatan pelatihan saja. Keterbatasan tersebut perlu adanya solusi di masa yang akan dating melalui kesiapan mahasiswa saat memasuki kelas konsentrasi atau sebelum menyusun tugas akhir minimal sudah memiliki ide calon tugas akhir yang dapat dikonsultasikan atau didiskusikan dengan dosen pembimbing akademik maupun dosen pengampu kelas konsentrasi. ABSTRACT Research methods are one way to compile final assignments for students, through good research methodology training will impact the consolidation of students in the world of scientific writing. This community service activity aims to improve the quality of students' scientific writing, prepare students to complete their final assignments and motivate them to be ready to compete scientifically both at national and international levels. Through training and mentoring carried out by students, scientific writing, especially in chapter 3 of research methodology, appears more mature and of higher quality. Although all students actively participate, there are obstacles, including students who are still confused about determining what theme to write in their final assignment, so in compiling research methods they are still limited to completing assignments in training activities. These limitations need a solution in the future which will go through student readiness when entering the concentration class or before compiling the final assignment, at least they already have an idea of the prospects for the final assignment that can be consulted or discussed with the academic supervisor or lecturer in charge of the concentration class.

Abstract

Currently, cellular network products are widely used by humans in their activities. One of the factors that influence the use of cellular networks is the use of cellular phones and the number of cellular phones used. In addition, because the Telkomsel cellular network has the most users in Indonesia, this can provide an opportunity to increase customer awareness through successful branding. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to see how the variables of brand awareness, brand loyalty, and brand image affect consumer satisfaction. The sample collection technique of 100 respondents used the cluster sampling technique, with questionnaires filled out directly by Telkomsel provider users in Pekalongan City. The results show that brand awareness, brand loyalty, and brand image significantly positively affect consumer trust. However, the limitations of the study which only chose Telkomsel as the provider that was the object of the study need to be carried out in the future by comparing it to other providers to produce comparative data.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and compensation on employee engagement through job satisfaction as a moderator. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The population in this study was all employee of PT. TF with purposive sampling. The sample for this research was 32 respondents. Reasearch data analysis uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) using with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this research showed that organtizational culture positive influence and significantly to employee engagement, whereas compensation nogative and not significantly influence employee engagement. Organtizational culture positive influence and significantly to job satisfaction. Compensation positive influence and significantly to employee engagement. Job satisfication positive significantly influence employee engagement. Job satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee engagement Job satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of compensation on employee engagement.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty on the Gopay e-wallet in Pekalongan and its surroundings. This type of research is quantitative with a purposive sampling technique using a questionnaire distributed to 50 Gopay users in Pekalongan and surrounding areas. This research uses multiple regression analysis methods, classical assumption tests, t tests, and R2 square tests, using SPSS V.20. Partial test results show that Customer Relationship Management has a positive and significant effect On Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Student development is an effort carried out consciously, planned, systematically, and responsibly to improve students' attitudes, character, insight, and abilities in supporting activities. One way to development is by conveying knowledge, skills, and attitudes in student organisation management both within and between universities through student management skills practice. Leadership and management training for students is a key element in producing a young generation that is competitive, critical, and ready to face global challenges in the VUCA era. The Basic Student Management Skills Training (LKMM-TD) activity organised by the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Pekalongan, aims to equip students with basic skills in formulating ideas as a basis for planning organisational activities. The methods used are interactive lectures, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), and field experience sharing sessions. The results of the activity show that participants gained an increased understanding of the importance of environmental analysis, idea structure, and programme implementation principles. This activity has a positive impact on student readiness in organising and is recommended to be used as routine training in student organisation training. Abstrak Pengembangan kemahasiswaan merupakan sebuah usaha yang dilaksanakan dengan sadar, terencana, sistematis, dan bertanggung jawab untuk meningkatkan sikap, karakter, wawasan, dan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam mendukung aktivitas. Salah satu cara atau pengembangan tersebut adalah dengan menyampaikan ilmu, kemampuan, dan sikap dalam manajemen organisasi mahasiswa baik di dalam maupun antarperguruan tinggi dengan Praktik Keterampilan Manajemen Mahasiswa. Pelatihan kepemimpinan dan manajemen bagi mahasiswa menjadi elemen kunci dalam mencetak generasi muda yang berdaya saing, kritis, dan siap menghadapi tantangan global di era VUCA. Kegiatan Latihan Keterampilan Manajemen Mahasiswa Tingkat Dasar (LKMM-TD) yang diselenggarakan oleh BEM Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pekalongan bertujuan untuk membekali mahasiswa dengan keterampilan dasar perumusan gagasan sebagai landasan perencanaan kegiatan organisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah interaktif, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), dan sesi berbagi pengalaman lapangan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta memperoleh peningkatan pemahaman terhadap pentingnya analisis lingkungan, struktur gagasan, serta prinsip implementasi program. Kegiatan ini berdampak positif terhadap kesiapan mahasiswa dalam berorganisasi, dan menjadi rekomendasi untuk dijadikan pelatihan rutin dalam pembinaan organisasi kemahasiswaan.

Abstract

This community service activity was motivated by the low utilization of digital systems in the marketing and service strategies of Tirta Arum Swimming Pool, a business unit managed by the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) in Pekalongan Regency. Despite having an official website and e-ticketing system, observational data revealed that ticket bookings were still conducted entirely offline. This limited utilization was attributed to inadequate socialization, lack of digital promotional content strategies, and suboptimal use of social media and video marketing in reaching potential visitors. Therefore, this program was designed as a training activity focused on three main aspects: optimization of the website and e-ticketing system, development of social media-based digital marketing content strategies, and implementation of video marketing. The activity employed methods including material presentation, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice sessions with BUMDes Tirta Arum managers. Evaluation results indicated a significant improvement in participants’ knowledge and skills, as demonstrated by a comparison of pretest and posttest scores across various assessed aspects, with an average increase of over 45%. This initiative made a tangible contribution to enhancing the digital capacity of rural tourism managers and serves as a model for strengthening collaboration between universities and communities in supporting local tourism’s digital transformation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kota Pekalongan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Squares (PLS) untuk menganalisis data yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner dari 38 responden pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan nilai T-Statistics sebesar 11,686 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 (lebih kecil dari 0,05), yang menunjukkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Gaya Kepemimpinan menunjukkan pengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, dengan nilai T-Statistics 0,254 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,987 (lebih besar dari 0,05), sehingga H0 diterima dan H2 ditolak. Demikian pula, Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, dengan T-Statistics sebesar 0,987 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,324 (lebih besar dari 0,05), yang berarti H0 diterima dan H3 ditolak. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, organisasi perlu memperkuat budaya organisasi yang positif, namun faktor-faktor lain seperti gaya kepemimpinan dan komitmen organisasi perlu diperhatikan dengan pendekatan yang lebih holistik.
