Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengkaji keputusan pembelian Pengguna Aplikasi Tiktok Shop melalui Live Streaming, Online Customer Review Dan Content Marketing Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel purposive sampling dan Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data kuesioner, sebanyak 100 sampe yang di hitung dengan rumus paul leedy Hasil analisis menyatakan bahwa Live Streaming berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian, Online Customer Review berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian, Dan Content Marketing berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian. Implikasi penelitian menantang asumsi dalam beberapa model perilaku konsumen digital bahwa eksposur terhadap konten digital selalu berujung pada peningkatan niat dan keputusan pembelian dapat membuka ruang untuk pengembangan model baru atau perluasan teori yang mempertimbangkan faktor lain, seperti perceived trust, brand engagement, atau user experience dalam konteks sosial commerce.

Abstract

Community service activity partners are a group of productive partners, namely batik MSMEs in Pekalongan City, namely those who are members of the Kauman batik kampoeng association and the Pesindon batik tourism village. The main problem is marketing, especially digital product marketing in improving the brand image of batik MSMEs towards global competitiveness. This is in line with the aim of community service to optimize digital marketing for batik MSMEs to be able to increase global competitiveness through digital marketing training and mentoring activities by utilizing social media and e-commerce platforms and brand rights registration as part of MSME branding and functions so that consumers can characterizes a product owned by batik MSMEs so that it can differentiate it from other batik products. This activity is divided into three stages, namely the preparation stage including identifying each partner's problem and preparing a problem solving plan, the implementation stage in the form of introducing digital marketing strategies as well as training on marketing utilization and optimization as well as introduction and assistance in creating brand rights, the conclusion evaluation stage of the entire activity, suggestions and conclusions from the results of community service activities. The results obtained from this activity are that batik MSMEs are still minimal in optimizing digitalization for marketing their products, as well as brand rights, only 20% of batik MSMEs have trademarks, the rest have no awareness of trademarks and don't even want to officially register their danang brands.

Abstract

Batik is a product that has become Indonesia's cultural identity. As a batik city, Pekalongan continues to strive to improve the quality of batik products so that Indonesian batik does not become extinct. One of the things that makes batik attractive is its motifs and colors. Through its appeal, batik will increasingly exist and become global. In line with the problems that exist in the batik industry, namely the problem of production time efficiency, this community service aims to provide solutions to problems in the batik industry in order to save or reduce production time, especially in the batik industry. color dyeing stage, while maintaining the quality of the batik. The dyeing process carried out by the batik industry which is the activity partner, namely Perkumpulan Kampoeng Batik Kauman and Kampung Wisata Batik Pesindon, still uses traditional dyeing techniques, so that through a batik dyeing machine solution called a feeder machine, the batik production process at the dyeing stage can be made easier. The results of this service activity were achieved with evidence of a success rate based on evaluation results reaching 87.4% as a dyeing tool innovation that had an impact on efficiency and with a color dyeing printing time of around 20-30 minutes on one 2x1m sheet of paper. cloth. Furthermore, the results of using the feeder machine are visible in the even coloring results and the batik wax does not break. This means that apart from being an efficiency solution, the feeder machine also improves the quality of batik.

Abstract

The economic impact of the Covid pandemic is felt by the MSME sector in Pekalongan City. raises new problems, namely a decrease in sales, a decrease in operating profit, a reduction in employees, and obstacles in carrying out their obligations to the bank. The assistance provided by the government to MSMEs affected by the pandemic, if not managed properly, will just run out. The purpose of this community service is to overcome the problems of MSMEs, namely by providing assistance in budgeting and determining selling prices with break even point analysis so as to maximize business profits. Based on the situation analysis, data obtained that MSMEs in Kampoeng Kauman, Pekalongan City did not carry out budget planning, both sales budgets and production budgets and did not analyze break even points in determining the selling price of their products. The selling price fixing method applied by MSMEs in Kampoeng Kauman, Pekalongan City is only based on market prices without performing a break-even analysis. By holding community service, it is concluded that counseling activities about can add insight and knowledge to MSME actors in developing their business. The response from the participants was very enthusiastic during the counseling and training.

Abstract

This community service activity is important to carry out because there is an urgency to introduce batik products more widely, especially Pekalongan batik which has its own distinctive and unique motifs and philosophies, and has differentiation which will be packaged through batik innovation with Quick Response Code labeling which can be accessed by consumers with a display that contains information about the profile of the SME maker along with the batik motifs complete with meanings and symbols and philosophies. Through this strategy, SMEs can market batik products more exclusively but still maintain the local wisdom and philosophy of Indonesian batik culture. In addition, SMEs are also able to boost the independence of SMEs in readiness for competition in the global market. The activity was carried out with partners, namely the Kauman Batik Kampoeng Association, East Pekalongan District, Pekalongan City. Activity partners have problems in the commercialization of branding and digital marketing. The method is carried out through several stages. Before the service team carries out activities, it begins with observations, adjusting the needs of service activity partners and creating a website for information needs that can be accessed via QRcode-based labels. The service team provides solutions to problems through training and assistance, including regarding the importance of QRCode-based batik labels, preparing UKM profiles for the QRCode database which refers to the website, assistance in using QRCode-based batik labels, as well as assistance and management of brand rights and copyrights.

Abstract

One of the impacts following the inauguration of Indonesian Batik as an intangible cultural heritage by UNESCO in 2009 was that many batik businesses emerged in various regions. This increase can increase the amount of production and at the same time have an impact on the environment. The presence of government regulations regarding the green industry for the batik industry has allegedly not been a concern for batik entrepreneurs, especially in Pekalongan City. Most of the batik industry still implements production processes without paying attention to SMK3 and environmental aspects, so the aim of this research is to measure the level of knowledge of the Pekalongan City batik industry regarding the existence of government regulations relating to green industry standards for the batik industry. The method used is a survey method using a quantitative approach. Furthermore, the impact of this research can be a reference for the government to provide stimulus and treatment for batik SMEs in increasing knowledge about Permenperin No. 10 of 2023 for the batik industry towards a more focused green industry through green industry certification for batik SMEs.

Abstract

Developments in tourism development experience dynamics and rapid adaptation. Tourism activity is a good development catalyst. Tourism activity increased economic growth increased. This economic growth can have an impact on the level of population welfare and is expected to be able to reduce economic problems such as: unemployment and poverty. Tourism has a positive trend in terms of quantity in Indonesia. Phenomena like this should be responded positively by the government by making improvements and enhancing the quality and quality of tourism activities in Indonesia. So far, tourism activities have not been fully supported by quality road access to tourist attractions and the lack of nature conservation efforts. Sustainable tourism reduces the negative impacts of tourism activities on the environment, society and the economy to achieve an ecological balance that is sustainable, economically viable, and ethically and socially just. The Pentahelix tourism development model is expected to be able to realize sustainable tourism. The Pentahelix style of the five elements is referred to as a determinant of tourism success. "The formula is ABCGM, Academician, Business, Community, Government, Media. The five elements must be compact, support each other, build a conducive tourism climate. Sustainable Tourism that is to create harmonization and ensure the quality of activities, facilities, services, and to create tourism benefits and experiences in order to provide benefits and benefits to society and the environment. One of the tourism destinations for PTPN IX Jolotigo Plantation Agrotourism, Pekalongan Regency has a big role in national development. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of gender diversity and renewable energy consumption on financial performance, gender diversity on renewable energy consumption, and mediation of renewable energy consumption in the relationship between gender diversity and financial performance in the perspective of stakeholder theory. The population of this study was energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022, with total samples obtained based on purposive sampling technique were 58 observation data. The results of PLS-SEM analysis using WarpPLS 8.0 software showed that gender diversity had a significant negative effect on renewable energy consumption and financial performance, while renewable energy consumption had a significant positive effect on financial performance. Furthermore, renewable energy consumption was not proven to significantly mediate the effect of gender diversity on financial performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of business ethic and professional competence on partner satisfaction. This research method uses quantitative methods with the sampling technique is purposive sampling and the sample calculation technique is saturated sampling. Where the sample in this study amounted to 91 business partners group 1, form PT Banda Arta Jaya Wiguna. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. These results of this study reveal that partially (1) business ethics has a significant positive effect on partner satisfaction, (2) professional competence has a significant positive effect on partner satisfaction, (3) business ethics and professional competence has a significant effect simultaneously on partner satisfaction. The effect of business ethics and professional competence on partner satisfaction is 77,4% while the remaining 22,6% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of service quality, brand image and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at PT. Pemalang branch pawnshop (case study on UPC Ulujami. The population in this study is customers of PT. Ulujami branch pawnshop totaling 1250 people with a research sample of 95 people. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews and questionnaires.the analysis technique used in this researcher is multiple linear regression using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 22 program used to analyze the data. Based on the results of this study, it shows that (1) service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty. (2) Brand image affects customer loyalty. (3) Customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. (4) Service quality, brand image and customer satisfaction
