Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of using interactive videos assisted by quizizz in the learning process to improve mathematical problem-solving skills and student learning outcomes. The research design used in this study was True Experimental Design. This research was conducted at SD Negeri Ujungrusi 04 Tegal Regency with a population of fourth-grade students totaling 33 students as the experimental class and SD Negeri Harjosari Lor 01 totaling 30 students as the control class. The calculation results for the improvement of problem-solving obtained t-count 5.39 < t-table 1.64. Then the results of Z-count to measure the completeness of learning outcomes obtained Z-count of the experimental class is 2.241225> Z table 1.64. Calculation of student learning outcomes obtained from the results of the T-Test sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05, Ho is rejected. This means that the average value of the mathematical problem-solving ability of the experimental class is better than the control class. The N-gain calculation for the experimental class is 30.2430 or 0.302 including in the medium category. So it can be concluded that using interactive videos assisted by quizizz in learning mathematics can improve students' problem-solving skills and learning outcomes.

Abstract

The results of the initial interview were explained by the class teacher that grade V students of SD Negeri Punggursugih still had low critical thinking skills, especially in the food chain and food web materials. Then, the results of observations also prove that in general teachers still do not use learning media by utilizing technology. The purpose of this research is to develop interactive learning media based on the Gipas application so that it can facilitate students in the process of understanding food chain material and food webs. The type of research used is research and development (RnD) with the ADDIE model modified into 5 stages. Methods for gathering data include documentation, interviews, surveys, and observation. The evaluation of the product yields media validation from material and media experts, with a classification of "very feasible" at 86% and 89%, respectively. The T-test yielded a significance value of 0.000 for the media's effectiveness. The result of the N-gain calculation is obtained at 0.74 with the criterion "high". So gips interactive media based on gipas application food chain material and food webs are said to be very similar and effective to be applied in improving critical thinking skills. Researchers advise using application-based interactive media to ensure that it is fully utilized and that learning is engaging and enjoyable so that students can comprehend the information being presented.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the study implementation of Wordwall web-based learning media to increase student learning interest in Natural and Social Science (IPAS) learning. This research is qualitative descriptive research, and did not aim to test a learning model by providing a certain stimulus, but to provide an in-depth description of changes in student interest in learning when obtaining web-based media in the students’ learning process. This research was conducted in SDN 08 Wanarejan which is located at St. Kerinci Taman, Rt 3/RW 3, Wanarejan, Taman, South Wanarejan, Wanarejan Sel. There are several kinds of games in Wordwall-based learning media that can be implemented. The implementation can be adjusted to the situation and conditions as well as the facilities and infrastructure of both schools and teachers and students personally as a form of flexibility in learning time.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar kognitif IPAS kelas V SDN Banyumanik 02 Kota Semarang melalui model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning berbantuan media Nearpod. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SDN Banyumanik 02 Kota Semarang. Pengambilan sampel ditentukan dengan teknik simple random sampling, dengan jumlah 28 siswa kelas V SDN Banyumanik 02 Kota Semarang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen tes ranah kognitif, instrumen observasi motivasi belajar, dan dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learnning berbantuan media Nearpod dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif IPAS, yang mana persentase ketuntasan klasikal hasil belajar kognitif siswa pada siklus I sebesar 67,86% dengan kategori kurang dan mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II sebesar 85,71% dengan kategori baik dan melampaui indikator keberhasilan 70%. (2) Melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning berbantuan media Nearpod dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, yang mana persentase motivasi belajar siklus I mencapai rata-rata sebesar 65,43 dengan kategori kurang dan mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II dengan perolehan rata-rata sebesar 82,57 dengan kategori baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Problem Based Learningberbantuan media Nearpod dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar kognitif IPAS pada siswa kelas V SDN Banyumanik 02, Kota Semarang.

Abstract

Memorization is an activity that requires motivation, perseverance, habit formation, and appropriate guidance from an educator. In early childhood, enthusiasm for memorization tends to be unstable, requiring continuous support. Based on these conditions, this study was conducted to examine the role of tahfidz teachers in increasing the motivation of students to memorize in the Tahfidz Belia Program at the Bustanul Qur'an Al-Asror Islamic Boarding School. The study applied a qualitative approach with data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Primary data was obtained through direct observation and interviews, while secondary data was obtained from documents and records of the students' memorization progress. The results of the study show that tahfidz teachers play a significant role in guiding students during the memorization process. Teachers not only act as motivators, but also as mentors, inspirers, and evaluators who systematically monitor memorization progress. Various strategies were implemented to increase motivation, including setting memorization targets, individualized approaches, rewards, and structured tahfidz routines. This approach proved effective in increasing the students' discipline and enthusiasm for learning. The study also identified inhibiting factors, such as young age, lack of focus, and peer influence. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for educational institutions in developing more effective tahfidz programs.

Abstract

Pengembangan nilai moral agama erat kaitannya tentang budi pekerti seorang anak, sikap sopan santun, kemauan melaksanakan ajaran agama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pola pembiasaan pendidikan agama Islam anak usia dini dalam keluarga yang baik sehingga nantinya mampu menjaga keimanannya untuk berbuat sesuai ajaran agama dan moralitasnya. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui  pola pembiasaan pendidikan agama islam untuk anak usia dini di lingkungan keluarga: studi kasus TK YAMMBA Jatibarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah anak TK YAMMBA Jatibarang Brebes. Hasil penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah pembiasaan pendidikan agama Islam anak usia dini melalui Profil Pelajar Pancasila dimensi Beriman, Bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, dan Berakhlak Mulia pada kegiatan intrakurikuler diimplementasikan melalui lima model, yaitu: pembiasaan, keteladanan, pembinaan disiplin peserta  didik, pembelajaran partisipatif, dan program kegiatan sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of the cooperative learning model and its influence on student activity and learning outcomes in Social Studies (IPS) for sixth-grade students at SD Negeri 1 Tambakrejo, Kendal Regency. The background of this study arises from the low student participation in IPS learning, which is still dominated by conventional, one-way teaching methods. This qualitative research employed a case study design involving one classroom teacher and 25 students. Data collection techniques included observation, semi-structured interviews, documentation, and student learning outcome tests. The data were analyzed using the interactive model by Miles and Huberman, comprising data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show a significant increase in student activity after implementing the cooperative learning model. Observations indicated that indicators such as asking questions, engaging in group discussions, and presenting results improved substantially. Interviews revealed enhanced student motivation, confidence, and social interaction. Furthermore, the average student score increased from 71.2 to 81.6 after implementation. These findings suggest that the cooperative learning model not only fosters active learning but also positively affects students’ academic performance. This model is recommended as an alternative approach to improve student engagement in elementary Social Studies education.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the understanding of Tajweed among grade VI students at SD IT Al Mawaddah Semarang through the application of the Qiroati method and its impact on improving their Qur'anic reading skills, particularly in terms of fluency, pronunciation accuracy, and correct application of Tajweed rules.. The research used a qualitative approach with a case study. The research subjects consisted of thirty students of grade VI and two Qur'anic supervisors. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, observation of the teaching and learning process, and documentation of student reading results. Data analysis were carried out using the Miles and Huberman model, through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The findings of the study showed that the Qiroati method is effective in improving the skill of reading the Qur'an with the rules of tajweed, although obstacles such as the influence of local dialects and difficulties in distinguishing the makhraj of similar letters are still found. The Qiroati method had been proven to significantly improve students' Qur'an reading techniques if supported by a variety of teaching methods and improving the quality of teachers. Therefore, it is recommended that schools optimize the use of creative learning media and pay attention to the individual learning needs of students to achieve more optimal learning outcomes.
