Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk buku saku berorientasi Mind Mapping pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) materi mengubah bentuk energi di kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan Research and Development (RnD) dengan model ADDIE. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 2 orang validator dan 25 peserta didik. Hasil penelitian ini berupa buku saku berorientasi Mind Mapping pada mata pelajaran ipas materi mengubah bentuk energi kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Hasil uji kelayakan produk mendapatkan penilaian menurut 2 validator pada aspek isi/materi yang memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 3,79 dengan kriteria “Sangat Layak”. Aspek bahasa memperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,00 dengan kriteria “Layak”, aspek desain memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 3,11 dengan kriteria “Layak”, dan pada aspek grafika memperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,25 dengan kriteria “ Sangat Layak” terhadap buku saku berorientasi Mind Mapping yang dikembangkan. Hasil ini didukung dengan hasil kegiatan uji keterbacaan produk dan respon peserta didik terhadap buku saku berorientasi Mind Mapping sangat baik. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari hasil respon peserta didik yang memperoleh nilai presentase sebesar 88,90% dengan kriteria “Sangat Baik”. Dengan demikian disimpulkan bahwa buku saku berorientasi Mind Mapping layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of the STAD model on student learning outcomes in thematic learning in grade IV elementary schools. Experimental method with Quasi Experimental Design design and non equivalent control group design. Population study with a total of 59 students. The data collection technique in this research is measurement technique. The data collection tool used was a multiple choice written test. The results of hypothesis testing using t-test (Polled Variance) obtained tcount = 2.71 while for dk (29 + 29-2 = 56) with a significant level α = 5% obtained t table = 1.67, which means tcount> ttable, then Ha accepted, this proves that there is an effect of the application of the Student Team Achievement Division model in thematic learning. Based on the results of the calculation of the effect size (ES), it was found that ES = 0.73 which was included in the moderate criteria. Thus it can be said that the application of the Model Student Team Achievement Division model in thematic learning has a positive effect on the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of Elementary School 54 West Pontianak.

Abstract

This study aims to produce Mind Mapping-oriented pocket book products on the subject of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) material on changing the form of energy in grade IV Elementary School. This study uses the Research and Development (RnD) research and development method with the ADDIE model. The samples of this study were 2 validators and 25 students. The results of this study are in the form of Mind Mapping-oriented pocket books on the subject of ipas material changing the form of energy in class IV Elementary School. The results of the product feasibility test obtained an assessment according to 2 validators on the content/material aspect which obtained an average of 3.79 with the criteria "Very Feasible". The language aspect obtained an average value of 3.00 with the criteria "Feasible", the design aspect obtained an average of 3.11 with the criteria "Feasible", and in the graphical aspect obtained an average value of 3.25 with the criteria "Very Feasible" against the Mind Mapping-oriented pocket book developed. These results are supported by the results of product readability test activities and students' responses to Mind Mapping-oriented pocketbooks are very good. This can be seen from the results of students' responses which obtained a percentage value of 88.90% with the criteria "Very Good". Thus it is concluded that the Mind Mapping-oriented pocket book is suitable for use in learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of the learning process and the obstacles faced by teachers in learning the Merdeka curriculum in class IV of SDN 38 North Pontianak. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study are the implementation of Merdeka curriculum learning in class IV, and the obstacles faced by teachers in implementing Merdeka curriculum learning. Researchers obtained results from interviews with class IV teachers in interviewing implementation, observation of implementation and obstacles faced by teachers in learning the Merdeka curriculum and observation in class IV obtained by observing class IV teachers at SDN 38 North Pontianak.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of audio-visual learning media in Natural and Social Sciences (ESS) subjects in the independent curriculum and evaluate its effectiveness in improving students' understanding, engagement, and motivation. The methods used in this research are observation and interviews with teachers and students in several schools. The results showed that audio-visual media, such as documentary videos, animations, and interactive slide presentations, helped teachers deliver subject matter in a more interesting and understandable way. Students showed increased interest and enthusiasm, as well as better understanding of the material presented. Teachers felt that the media made it easier to explain abstract concepts, while students revealed that learning became more enjoyable and they remembered the material more easily. The conclusion of this study is that the use of audio-visual learning media is effective in improving the quality of learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe character education values in lesson planning and describe character education values in thematic learning implementation in class IIIC of SD Negeri 35 South Pontianak. This research used descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study are to find out what character education values have been implemented in class IIIC of SD Negeri 35 South Pontianak. Researchers obtained the results by interviewing the IIIC class teacher in interviewing planning related to the value of character education, observation of the implementation in class IIIC was obtained by observing the IIIC class teacher at SDN South Pontianak.

Abstract

Education is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble morals, and the skills needed by themselves, society, nation and state. Efforts that can influence student learning outcomes are that a teacher can or uses various learning methods or models that can create an interesting and enjoyable learning atmosphere and environment. However, in reality on the ground, teachers are less optional in using media and learning models. Teachers often apply lecture, question and answer and discussion methods which are usually called conventional learning models, and teachers in the learning process only use books and students only listen to the teacher's explanations, take notes and repeat lessons at home and memorize when there are tests. Teachers dominate too much in the learning process and students are given less space to talk, express opinions, ask questions and express opinions. The type of research used is experimental research. The approach used is a quantitative method approach. The research design used is Quasi Experimental Design or pseudo-experiment. The form of this research design is a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population and sample in this research was determined to be all class V students at SDN 36 South Pontianak for the 2023/2024 academic year, totaling 58 students. This research data collection method uses tests, observation, documentation and interviews. The data collection instruments for this research are test questions and documentation. The data analysis technique for this research uses descriptive statistical analysis, inferential statistical analysis. Based on the research, research data was obtained which showed that the average pretest score for the experimental class was 56.55 and the average post-test score for the experimental class was 80.34.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze effect of using the PBL model assisted by science and science supplement books on cognitive learning outcomes class IV students SDN 39 Pontianak City. The method used experiment the form Quasi-Experimental Design with non-equivalent control group design. The population this study were classes IVA and IVB SDN 39 Pontianak City. The sample for research class IVA with 31 students and class IVB with 32 students. The data collection technique used is measurement technique and the data collection tool is written test the form multiple choice questions. Based data analysis, the average results of final test the experimental class and the average of final test the control class were obtained. The results of hypothesis testing using the Independent Sample T-test obtained tcount=0.191 with significance level of α=5%, obtained ttable=0.05, which means tcount>ttable, then Ha is accepted. This proves that there is influence of using the PBL model assisted IPAS supplement book. Based the results of the effect size calculation, it is obtained that it is 0.546180, which 69%. Thus, can be concluded the PBL model assisted by science and technology supplement books has positive influence on cognitive learning outcomes class IV students SDN 39 Pontianak City.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine whether there are still students experiencing learning difficulties in solving multiplication word problems within the learning process of the Merdeka Curriculum. This research uses a Descriptive Quantitative method. The data sources for this study are 22 fourth-grade students from State Elementary School 24 Pontianak Tenggara and one class teacher. The data collection instruments used in this research are observation, interviews, and test questions. The results of the study indicate that 8 out of the 22 fourth-grade students did not meet the school's minimum mastery criteria of 75. A total of 8 students (36%) still experience learning difficulties in solving multiplication word problems.

Abstract

This research is to describe the teacher's ability to apply the mutual cooperation dimension to Pancasila education learning in the VB class at SDN 36 Pontianak City. The research method used is the Mix Method with a mixed research form. The research subjects were VB class students and class teachers. The data is in the form of observation results, documentation in the form of photos of the learning implementation and the results of interviews with the VB class teacher. Based on the results of observations, it shows that the implementation of the mutual cooperation dimension is included in the good category with a percentage of 62.49%, the collaboration element is in the very good category with a percentage of 83.33%, the caring element is in the poor category with a percentage of 29.16%, and the sharing element is in the good category with a percentage of 75%. The results of the interview stated that the elements of collaboration and sharing had been implemented very well, while the elements of caring were still lacking. In general, the results of interviews with class teachers stated that the teacher's ability to apply the mutual cooperation dimension had been carried out well.
