Abstract

AbstrakPTIndocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk. merupakan salah satu perusahaan produsen semen terbesar di Indonesia. Semen tersebut didistribusikan kepada distributor maupun retailer di beberapa wilayah di daerah Jawa Tengah, Jawa Barat, Jawa Timur hingga Pulau Bali. Saat ini sebagian besar proses distribusi dilakukan dengan menggunakan truk yang dikelola oleh berbagai mitra yang bekerja sama dengan PT Indocement. Dalam beberapa waktu terakhir, pihak Departemen Deliveryseringkali mendapatkan komplain dari mitra angkutan hingga 50% yang disebabkan oleh truk yang menganggur. Hal tersebut terjadi dikarenakan tidak terdapatnya jalur distrbusi yang tepat, karena pengalokasian angkutan hanya berdasarkan ketersediaan truk. Jalur distribusi sangat mempengaruhi biaya operasional perusahaan dan efisiensi waktu. Dalam penelitian ini, optimalisasi rute distribusi diselesaikan dengan menggunakan Metode Saving Matrix dengan pendekatan Nearest Neighbour dan Nearest Insert. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menggunakan Metode Saving Matrixdidapatkan 4 rute optimal yang harus dilalui Angkutan Anggada Perkasa PT (A). dengan jarak tempuh 540,8 km, 410,8 km, 521 km, 416 km dan biaya operasional sebesar Rp 2.889.293,33. Sedangkan jumlah truk yang dibutuhkan oleh Angkutan Anggada Perkasa, PT (A)untuk memenuhi seluruh demandyaitu 15 angkutan bermuatan 48 ton, 2 angkutan bermuatan 32 ton dan 1 angkutan bermuatan 30 ton.Kata kunci:Abstract[Title: Optimalization of Portland Composite Cement (PCC) using Saving Matrix Method to Minimize Transportation Cost; Case Study: PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk., Plant Cirebon]PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk. is one of the largest cement producers in Indonesia. The cement is distributed to distributors and retailers in several regions in Central Java, West Java, East Java and Bali. At present most of the distribution process is carried out using trucks managed by various partners who work together with PT Indocement. In recent times, the Delivery Department often received complaints from transport partners of up to 50% caused by idle trucks. This happens because there is no proper distribution channel, because transportation allocation is only based on the availability of trucks. Distribution channels greatly affect the company's operating costs and time efficiency. In this study, optimization of distribution routes was completed using the Saving Matrix Method with Nearest Neighbor and Nearest Insert approaches. Based on the calculation using the Saving Matrix Method, there are 4 optimal routes that must be passed by Anggada Perkasa Transport PT (A) with a distance of 540.8 km, 410.8 km, 521 km, 416 km and an operational cost of Rp 2,889,293.33. While the number of trucks needed by Angkada Anggada Perkasa, PT (A) to meet all demands is 15 transports with 48 tons load, 2 transports with 32 tons load and 1 transport with 30 tons load

Abstract

People can start with "bring your own shopping bag" as a green purchasing behavior to build the awareness of reduce the usage of plastic bags in order to protect the environment. There are some predictors that can be influenced the green purchasing behavior, i.e. social influence, environmental attitudes, environmental concern, perceived seriousness of environmental problems, perceived seriousness of environmental behavior, perceived environmental responsibility, concern for self-image in environmental protection, and the government’s role. All predictors not influence directly to the green purchasing behavior. There is one variable that mediating between all predictors with the green purchasing behavior, namely green behavior intention. Besides that, the significant influence of all predictors of green purchasing behavior can be different from one place to another place. Seeing these phenomena, this study aims to determine which predictors that influence the green purchasing behavior of community in the Kecamatan Tembalang to   carrying their own shopping bag which is mediated by green behavior intention. The proposed model that use in this study is tested via a questionnaire collected from 100 respondents. After questionnaire collected, the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach was used to analyze the research model of this study. The results of this study showed that green behavior intention has significant impact on green purchasing behavior and green behavior intention of peoples in Kecamatan Tembalang is positively influenced by three predictors i.e. of environmental attitudes, perceived seriousness of environmental problems, and concern for self-image in environmental protection. The result of this study also showed that the perception of concern for the environment is influenced by occupation. Finally, based on some predictors that influence green behavior intention of peoples in Kecamatan Tembalang, this study proposes a number of strategies that can reduce plastic bag usage by Tembalang communities, namely: informational strategy, consequence strategy, and structural strategy.

Abstract

This paper is the result of a research that aimed to evaluate the quality of services at Patra Semarang Convention Hotel by using the Service Quality (SERVQUAL) and Importance Performance Matrix, and provide corrective suggestions for improving service quality on some priority attribute by using Quality Function Deployment (QFD) in order to clarify the follow-up should be done to close the gap that happened between acceptable and what is expected by the customer. In this paper, evaluation of service quality is assessed through five gaps (gap 1untill gap 5) that occurred. This evaluation is done by distributing questionnaires to customers (110 respondents) and to the employee (85 respondents). Then, the results of these evaluation are placed in the quadrants contained on Importance Performance Matrix (IPM) (mapped) in order to capture the attributes that really matter to the satisfaction of the customers but their performance is still very low (negative). Result of this mapping shows that the Patra Semarang Convention Hotel should focus its quality improvement services to the five important attributes, i.e: easiness to access the information from internet, clarity of delivery of new information by employee, cleanliness of the hotel, availability of adequate parking area, and speed of employees in responding to the consumer complaints. All this important attributes will be a priority in product planning for improvements the quality of services provided.

Abstract

Increased retail economic has had an impact on the Indonesian economy. Carrefour as an international company has a local company's competitor, Hypermart. In order for both companies to know the position of competing, then benchmarking done between them using CZIPA (Competitive Zone of Tolerance based Importance-Performance Analysis) method. The use of CZIPA methods is done to determine the priority of each self-service in making improvements. The dimension used is the retail dimension called RSQS (Retail Service Quality Scale). The goal to be achieved is to know the superior service quality indicators owned by Carrefour and Hypermart and to make priority services to be improved on both self-service using RSQS dimensions. Data collected through questionnaire with purposive sampling method to 133 people. Research finds the main problem facing Carrefour is self-service layout that does not facilitate consumers to find the desired product. At Hypermart, the main problem is that the products in the catalog are not always available.

Abstract

This article assesses the implementation level of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) practices in SMEs Pekalongan batik business with GreenSCOR approach and mapped out the results with an approach of importance peformance analysis (IPA). The article also devised a strategy to improve the implementation of GSCM practices. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires and interviews. This article shows that the level of GSCM implementation in small-scale batik SMEs is in the poor category; Whereas, the level of GSCM implementation in medium-scale batik SMEs is in the average category. The results of the mapping show that, for batik SMEs there are indicators that are in quadrant A. Preparation of strategies to improve GSCM practices in batik SME Pekalongan more focused on improving the performance of indicators of use of environmentally friendly raw materials.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the location of the disaster emergencywarehouse as a place for storing food and beverages as well as medicines for firstaid during a flood. Objects selected for this study is Jakarta. Flooding is aproblem that often occurs in Jakarta as a result of heavy rainfall and thegeographical conditions of Jakarta. Forty percent of the area of Jakarta is belowsea level and there are 13 rivers flowing through Jakarta and has estuary inJakarta Bay. This study uses three approaches, namely analytic hierarchy process(AHP), cluster analysis and technique for an order of preference by similarity toideal solution (TOPSIS). The results of data processing by using AHP showedthat criteria and sub-criteria with the highest weighting for selecting the locationof disaster emergency warehouse were owned by delivery time. Furthermore,the results of data processing using cluster analysis and TOPSIS indicated thatthere were five potential sites for disaster emergency warehouse in order ofpriority: Sub-district Makasar followed by Kebon Jeruk, Tanjung Priok, Senen,and Cilandak.

Abstract

Abstract: Currently, PT. Indonesia Nan Ya Indah Plastics Corporation (PT. INNAN) have not implemented the performance appraisal system to evaluate their employee‘s performance. In this time, PT. INNAN only use the level of attendance and subjective views of each section head to evaluate the performance of each employee. This condition causes the PT INNAN experiencing difficulties when PT. INNAN doing an annual evaluation in order to provide wage increases for competent‘s employees. To overcome these problems, this research aims to design a performance appraisal in accordance with the conditions of the company. The method used for the design of the performance appraisal are analytic hierarchy process (AHP), rating scale, dan fuzzy logic. There are 5 criteria and 16 sub-criteria are used as a criterion in the design of performance appraisal in the PT. INNAN. The five criteria are weighted by using AHP. Results calculated by AHP shows that the criteria which have the greatest weight is the personality, followed by discipline, skills, interpersonal, and knowledge. Furthermore, the results of the performance appraisal design tested to 10 operators in the Department of Production (Machine Calender A002) and the assessor is Division Head of Sheet. Result of assessment show us that there were two operators who have the same high value and there were one operator who have the lowest value.Keywords: Performance Appraisal of Employee, Fuzzy Logic, Rating Scale,Analytical Hierarchy Process

Abstract

Abstract. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems have become vitalstrategic tools in today‟s competitive business environment. This researchattempts to identify the most ERP Critical Success Factors (CSF) from someliterature which is suitable for PT. Balrich Logistics and to measure impact ofeach factor in order to have a better understanding and a clearer picture of thefactors that are considered to be vital for a successful ERP INFORimplementation at PT. Balrich Logistics. The sample of this research consisted ofthe user who implemented ERP systems. Data collected through a questionnairewhich distribution to 80 people. Research carried out by using Structural EquationModeling (SEM) which was run by AMOS Program. The results of this researchshowed that vendor support is the vital variable for supporting the successfulimplementation of ERP systems, and then followed by other variables sorted byscore from highest to lowest, namely: top management support, education andtraining, suitability of software and hardware with company need, and the last oneis effective project management. Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merencanakan penjadwalan lifting produk pada PT. Toba Pulp Lestari, Tbk dengan metode Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) pada bulan Januari 2017. Perencanaan dan penjadwalan aktivitas distribusi merupakan bagian vital dalam perusahaan. Perencanaan dan penjadwalan yang tidak terkontrol dapat menyebabkan kerugian besar bagi perusahaan dan mengakibatkan terjadinya kekurangan atau kelebihan persediaan pada gudang yang akan menambah biaya simpan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merencanakan penjadwalan aktivitas pendistribusian produk pulp dan membandingkan hasil perhitungannya dengan realisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode Distribution Requirement Planning(DRP). Dan hasil yang didapat antara lain jadwal lifting yang menggunakan metode DRP untuk produk ke China diperoleh 8 kali lifting dengan target produksi sebanyak 8550 ton, untuk produk ke Taiwan diperoleh sebanyak 11 kali lifting dengan target produksi 9000 ton. Dan berdasarkan Short Term Survey (STS), target produksi ke China sebanyak 8500 ton dan ke Taiwan sebanyak 8350 ton. Perbedaan antara metode DRP dilakukan 11 kali sedangkan realisasi yang terjadi sebanyak 10 kali. Sedangkan untuk produk ke China tidak ada perbedaan jumlah lifting. Dari target produksi, diperoleh hasil menggunkan metode DRP lebih mendekati target produksi STS dibandingkan realisasi. Hasil menggunakan DRP diperoleh hasil 100,59% dan 107,78% untuk produk ke China dan Taiwan. Sedangkan realisasi diperoleh hasil 110,23% dan 114,76% untuk produk ke China dan Taiwan. ABSTRACT [Planning Of Product Lifting Scheduling Using Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP)] This study aims to plan product lifting scheduling at PT. Toba Pulp Lestari, Tbk with the method of Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) in January 2017. Planning and scheduling of distribution activities is a vital part of the company. Uncontrolled planning and scheduling can cause huge losses to the company and result in shortages or excess inventory in the warehouse that will increase the cost of savings. This study aims to plan scheduling of pulp product distribution activities and compare the results of calculations with realization. This research was conducted using the Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) method. And the results obtained include lifting schedules using the DRP method for products to China obtained by eight lifting with a production target of 8550 tons, 11 products for Taiwan were obtained with a production target of 9000 tons. And based on the Short Term Survey (STS), the production target to China is 8500 tons and to Taiwan as many as 8350 tons. The difference between the DRP methods is carried out 11 times while the realization occurs 10 times. Whereas for products to China there is no difference in the amount of lifting. From the production target, the results obtained using the DRP method are closer to the STS production target than realization. The results of using DRP obtained results of 100.59% and 107.78% for products to China and Taiwan. While the realization of the results obtained 110.23% and 114.76% for products to China and Taiwan.

Abstract

CV. Majawana merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang furniture dan permeubelan ukir. CV Majawana berada di Desa Bawu Batealit Jepara dengan jumlah pekerja 467 orang dan melakukan produksi secara massal dan proses produksinya sebagaian besar dilakukan secara Manual Handling, disamping itu juga menerima pesanan khusus dari konsumen. ). Adapun peralatan dan mesin-mesin yang digunakan pada CV. Majawana dalam proses produksinya adalah sebagai berikut : Saw Mill, Kiln Dry, Band Saw, Cyrcle, Router, Spindle, Serut, Bubut, Radial Arm Saw, Jig Saw, Amplas, Bor.Menurut data kecelakaan kerja 2008 - 2012, selama 4 tahun terakhir ini telah terjadi 81 kasus kecelakaan kerja. yang terbagi meliputi : luka ringan, luka sedang dan luka berat. Kecelakaan adalah suatu peristiwa yang tidak diduga dan tidak diharapkan kehadirannya bagi siapa saja maupun pekerja. dimana dapat dijelaskan pada kejadian kecelakaan kerja di bagian produksi meliputi : infeksi saluran pernafasan sebanyak 35 orang, luka tergores atau tersayat alat pemotong sebanyak 20 orang, luka tertimpa objek kerja sebanyak 13 orang, luka terjepit material kayu sebanyak 3 orang, dan kecelakaan lain-lain sebanyak 10 orang (tergelincir, otot kejang, tersetrum, terjatuh, terbentur, terkena benda panas).Berdasarkan hasil penelitian untuk memperoleh Risk Priority tiap stasiun kerja, penanggulangan yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Hazard Identification Risk Assessment (HIRA). Tujuannya untuk mengidentifikasi bahaya tiap stasiun kerja yang berpotensi bahaya besar dan melakukan penilaian risiko terhadap bahaya tersebut untuk dapat meminimalkan kecelakaan kerja yang terdapat pada perusahaan. Risk Priority diperoleh dari hasil melakukan estimasi kekerapan atau kemungkinan (likelihood) dan estimasi keparahan atau konsekuensi (severity) terjadinya kecelakaan atau penyakit yang mungkin timbul, maka selanjutnya dapat ditentukan tingkat risiko dari bahaya yang telah diidentifikasi dan dinilai. Cara sederhana adalah dengan dengan membuat matriks risiko (Risk Matrix) dimana peringkat kemungkinan dan keparahan dikalikan dan hasilnya untuk menentukan seberapa besar risiko yang ditimbulkan.
