Abstract

This study focuses on how the people of Pasuruan City apply the values of Javanese pitutur in appreciating the morning and evening as integral parts of daily life. Pitutur Jawa, as a form of local wisdom, not only serves as a moral guide but also influences the habits and behavioral patterns of the community. To understand how the meanings embedded in these pitutur are applied in real life, this research employs a hypersemiotics approach, allowing for an in-depth exploration of signs and symbols within the culture of Pasuruan society. The use of hypersemiotics in this study aims to uncover the meanings behind pitutur expressions related to morning and evening time. By utilizing qualitative methods and descriptive analysis, this research collects data through direct observation and interviews with local communities, including cultural figures and residents who uphold the tradition of Javanese pitutur. The collected data is then analyzed to reveal how the people of Pasuruan City interpret and implement these pitutur values in their lives. The findings indicate that the people of Pasuruan City have a deep understanding of the significance of morning and evening in their daily lives. The morning is perceived as a time to be utilized for productivity and discipline. They believe that the morning is the best time to start work with enthusiasm, as reflected in the pitutur "Esuk-esuk kudu sregep", which teaches the importance of hard work early in the day. Meanwhile, the evening is seen as a time for rest, gathering with family, and reflecting on the activities carried out throughout the day. This value aligns with pitutur such as "Sore-sore ojo dolanan, mundhak kesambet", which emphasizes the importance of tranquility and introspection. Thus, this study demonstrates that despite the continuous advancement of modernization, the traditional values embedded in Javanese pitutur remain relevant and are still practiced by the people of Pasuruan City in maintaining a balanced life.

Abstract

Purpose:This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Office Management Expertise Program at SMK Islam Krembung in improving students' work readiness. In the evaluation process, the Multiple Intelligences Model approach developed by Howard Gardner was used.Methodology:This model allows for in-depth analysis of various types of intelligence relevant to the field of office administration, including linguistic-verbal, logical-mathematical, interpersonal, and other intelligence. The research method applied is evaluative, with data collection through observation, tests, and interviews.Findings:The results of the study indicate that the Multiple Intelligences-based approach provides more comprehensive insight into students' work readiness, as well as identifying aspects of intelligence that need to be strengthened in the curriculum and teaching methods.Implication:This approach provides a more comprehensive understanding of the different types of intelligence relevant to the world of work, allowing for more integrated and tailored teaching to students' needs. These findings are expected to provide recommendations for the development of expertise programs that are more effective and responsive to the demands of the world of work.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Product Ratings and Product Reviews on Purchase Interest in Ditiktok Shop with Consumer Trust as an Intervening Variable (Case Study of Semester 8 Students of Bina Karya Tebing Tinggi). The research method used is a quantitative method using SPSS assistance collected from the results of distribution questionnaire totaling 73 respondents. The analytical method used for Measurement Evaluation (Outer Model) is Validity Test and Reliability Test. Then the Structural Model (Inner Model) method is the Determination Coefficient (R2), Goodness of Fit Model (GoF), T-Statistic Test and Indirect Effect Test. The analysis tool in this research uses SPSS Version 25. The results of this research are that product reviews influence consumer confidence, product reviews influence consumer confidence, product ratings influence purchasing interest, product reviews influence purchasing interest, consumer trust influences purchasing interest. , Product ratings can mediate the influence of purchasing interest on consumer confidence and product reviews do not mediate the influence of purchasing interest on consumer confidence.

Abstract

Penelitian literatur sistematis ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi problematika implementasi kebijakan pendidikan digital di Indonesia dalam kerangka Undang-Undang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional (UU SISDIKNAS) Pasal 12 dan 41, serta merekomendasikan rekonstruksi kebijakan yang lebih komprehensif. Melalui analisis terhadap sepuluh artikel penelitian relevan yang dipublikasikan antara tahun 2020 hingga 2025, tiga problematik utama teridentifikasi: ketidakadilan akses digitalisasi pendidikan bagi peserta didik, kurangnya kompetensi digital guru, dan ketidakmerataan infrastruktur pendidikan digital. Problematika ini secara signifikan menghambat pemenuhan hak peserta didik atas pendidikan yang berkualitas dan pemanfaatan fasilitas pembelajaran yang memadai, sebagaimana diamanatkan oleh UU SISDIKNAS. Berdasarkan analisis ini, rekomendasi kebijakan yang diajukan meliputi: (1) penguatan kemitraan strategis antara pemerintah dan sektor swasta dalam penyediaan infrastruktur TIK dan pendanaan; (2) penyelenggaraan program pelatihan kompetensi digital yang berkelanjutan dan merata bagi guru, disertai pendampingan dan pengawasan yang efektif; dan (3) peningkatan pengawasan dan transparansi pengelolaan dana pendidikan untuk memastikan alokasi yang efisien dalam mendukung implementasi pendidikan digital yang berkeadilan dan berkualitas di seluruh Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program field study mahasiswa Magister Manajemen Pendidikan Islam (MPI) di Kementerian Agama dengan menggunakan pendekatan Responsive Evaluation dari Robert E. Stake. Pendekatan ini menekankan pada respons dan pengalaman para pemangku kepentingan dalam proses pelaksanaan program. Melalui tiga fase evaluative antecedents, transactions, dan outcomes penelitian ini mengkaji kesiapan, pelaksanaan, dan hasil program secara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun program ini memberikan pengalaman nyata terkait birokrasi pendidikan, terdapat ketidaksesuaian antara pedoman pelaksanaan yang bersifat umum dengan kebutuhan spesifik prodi MPI. Selain itu, keterlibatan mahasiswa di lapangan cenderung bersifat administratif dan belum sepenuhnya mendukung capaian pembelajaran manajerial. Peran dosen pembimbing terbukti signifikan dalam mendorong refleksi kritis mahasiswa, namun belum terintegrasi secara sistematis dalam penilaian program. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penyusunan pedoman khusus per prodi, penugasan berbasis proyek strategis, serta penguatan mekanisme refleksi dan evaluasi kolaboratif. Dengan demikian, field study dapat menjadi instrumen pembelajaran kontekstual yang efektif dan transformatif bagi pengembangan kompetensi manajemen pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of dialogue card media in enhancing students’ speaking skills through drama-based language learning among eleventh-grade students at PGRI 2 Pasuruan Vocational High School. Preliminary observations revealed limited opportunities for role-play and dialogue presentation, resulting in low levels of speaking competence. The lack of engaging media further hindered student interaction and motivation. To address this issue, the study was grounded in a constructivist pedagogical approach that emphasizes active participation and scaffolding as essential to language skill development. A descriptive qualitative design was employed, with data collected through classroom observations, student questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis involved reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The results demonstrated that the use of dialogue card media significantly improved students’ speaking performance. Learners showed active engagement during all stages of learning listening, discussing, and enacting dialogues and the majority achieved speaking scores between 80 and 90. These findings suggest that dialogue card media can serve as an effective and interactive instructional tool, particularly in vocational education settings, by promoting communication skills through dynamic, drama-based learning experiences. The study offers practical implications for language teachers seeking innovative strategies to foster communicative competence. Future research may expand on these findings by applying dialogue card media in diverse educational contexts and subject areas.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of the Team Games Tournament learning model as a cooperative learning strategy in teaching negotiation texts to Grade X students at Muhammadiyah 1 Vocational High School Pasuruan. The research was motivated by initial classroom observations indicating low student enthusiasm and passive learning behavior, particularly regarding negotiation texts. This study employed a qualitative descriptive approach, involving 33 students. Data were collected through classroom observations, teacher and student questionnaires, and documentation of learning outcomes. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model: data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the Team Games Tournament model significantly increased student engagement, collaboration, and confidence. Approximately 90% of students actively participated in role-play activities and demonstrated improved comprehension of negotiation texts. Teachers also reported enhanced classroom interaction and ease of implementation. The Team Games Tournament model fostered a dynamic, competitive, and cooperative environment, aligning with vocational education's emphasis on practical and interpersonal skills. These results suggest that Team Games Tournament is a viable alternative for promoting active learning in language subjects, particularly in vocational school contexts.

Abstract

UMKM jamur tiram di Desa Blok 10 memiliki potensi ekonomi lokal yang menjanjikan, namun masih menghadapi berbagai kendala seperti produksi manual yang tidak efisien, keterbatasan inovasi produk, serta pemasaran yang masih konvensional. Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk mendorong transformasi UMKM jamur tiram melalui penerapan teknologi tepat guna, inovasi produk olahan, digitalisasi pemasaran, serta penguatan branding usaha. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui pelatihan produksi berbasis inkubator otomatis, pembuatan produk olahan bernilai tambah, aktivasi media sosial dan marketplace digital, serta perancangan identitas visual produk. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi produksi, diversifikasi produk, serta perluasan jangkauan pasar yang berdampak pada penguatan ekonomi masyarakat desa secara berkelanjutan. Program ini diharapkan menjadi model pemberdayaan UMKM desa menuju integrasi dalam ekosistem smart economy.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the strategy of Madrasah head in developing professionalism of PAI teachers based on Artificial Intelligence (AI). This research is a type of library research using secondary sources in the form of books and scientific journals and data collection methods of documentation studies and using content analysis data analysis methods. The results showed that the development of technology is currently very rapid, especially AI artificial intelligence has had a major impact on the education sector, especially in Islamic religious education, IA technology makes it easier for educators to deliver teaching materials and interesting methods, so as to make students not feel bored and bored, can improve the quality of the teaching and learning process that is more active and innovative, measure student understanding, and accelerate student understanding of Islamic religious education. Through AI technology such as visual mentors, Voice Assistants such as Google Assistant, Siri, and Cortana and Presentation Translator.
