Abstract

One of the problems that contributes to the highest number of maternal mortality and morbidity is postpartum anemia. It is estimated that 50–80% of women experience anemia within 48 hours after giving birth. Globally, the commonest cause of anemia is iron deficiency. In Aceh, study on anemia in the postpartum period is still rare and requires to get more attention. This study aims to identify the prevalence of anemia among postpartum women and the associated risk factors that influence the incidence of postpartum iron deficiency anemia. This study is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional study design conducted at dr. Zainoel Abidin Hospital. Participants in this study were recruited using a non-probability sampling method and obtained 102 participants. Data were analyzed using chi-square tests with a confidence level of 95%. This study showed that 49.0% of the postpartum women had mild anemia, 10.8% of them had moderate anemia, and another 40.2% do not have anemia. It is found that there is a significant relationship between obstetric factors (type of labor, delivery complications) with anemia among anemia postpartum mothers ( .014 and .047 respectively).

Abstract

This paper aims to describe the profile of villages in West Kalimantan Province and then design a synergistic model in the growth of solopreneurs in supporting the smart village 4.0 program in West Kalimantan Province. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. The type of this research is a case study (case study). The collection of data and information needed for the purposes of analysis is carried out by means of: 1) documentation studies; 2) field observations; 3) interview technique and 4) focus group discussion (FGD). The development of sociopreneurship, especially among the younger generation, is very important considering that Indonesia, including in West Kalimantan Province, has a population with a very high productive age. This population of productive age will certainly have a very good potential if it can be managed and directed to support development programs in West Kalimantan Province, especially the 2031 village development program into smart villages (Desa 4.0) which is the flagship program of the West Kalimantan Provincial Government. The young generation of West Kalimantan, especially students at Tanjungpura University, who are increasingly aware of technology and innovation will spur the progress of renewable resources based industries that are widely available in villages. By utilizing relevant technology, it will spur the emergence of creativity and innovation so that it can become a competitive advantage. Therefore, it would be better to combine sociopreneurship with digital start-ups into one form of subject with the student creativity program (PKM) and the Holistic Village Development and Empowerment Program (PHP2D) as outputs in the lecture.

The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach and SmartPLS 4 software were used for data analysis to assess and examine the relationship between variables in the proposed research model. According to the research findings, work motivation significantly increases organizational commitment, but does not have a statistically significant direct impact on job satisfaction. On the other hand, work discipline greatly affects organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether financial literacy and income significantly impact a personal financial behaviour, either directly or through the intermediary factor of financial self-efficacy. Employing Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS), this study analyses the correlations between independent and dependent variables while considering mediation variables. The data was gathered through a questionnaire distributed to 216 active students chosen via purposive sampling. This research adopts a quantitative approach, utilising primary data from respondent questionnaires and secondary data from the internet and previous academic literature. The findings demonstrate that income and financial literacy positively and directly influence a person's economic behaviour. Furthermore, it has been observed that the relationship between the impact of income and financial literacy on a personal financial behaviour and financial self-efficacy is partially mediated.
