Abstract

Anything that may be utilized to communicate ideas or information throughout the teaching and learning process in order to pique students' interest in learning is considered learning media. The purpose of this essay is to examine how Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subject instructors at Unggul Al-Azhar High School in Medan employ ICT-based learning resources. This writing's creation makes use of analytical techniques based on quantitative research and relies on relevant reference materials to delve further into research projects. Based on this study, it was determined that the usage of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is a factor that effects students' learning accomplishment when it comes to comprehending Islamic religious education in schools in the modern day. Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze school principals’ managerial competence in increasing the productivity of Raudhatul Athfal educational institutions in Jambi Province, beginning with program planning, organization, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. This is a field study with a qualitative approach. Techniques for gathering data include observation, documentation, and interviews. Data analysis employs an interactive model that includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Validating data with persistence of observation and data triangulation. According to the findings of three RAs in Jambi Province, RA schools carry out the following activities: (1) Planning (Conceptual) school programs in one semester, such as meetings at the start of the semester to discuss vision and mission, program objectives, school self-reliance program selection, and other; (2) Organizing (Humanist) programs to increase RA’s productivity is accomplished by delegating tasks and functions to each teacher and RA education staff member. (3) Technical implementation (carrying out the planned programs) (4) technical supervision, supervision activities carried out by the head of the RA school, carried out informally every day and twice a week, and formally once a semester with visits to every locale.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to examine leadership management in increasing the quality of PTKIS in Jambi Province. This study employs a qualitative technique with a descriptive-analytical focus. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Purposive sampling was used to identify research subjects. Techniques for data analysis include data reduction, data display, conclusion, and verification. Reliability through prolonged participation procedures, observational accuracy, data triangulation, and promoter consultation. The findings of this study are the leadership planning in improving the quality of PTKIS in Jambi Province by compiling a work program, distributing existing human resources in a number of predetermined tasks, even though many human resources are not in accordance with their expertise, carrying out existing work programs, seeking accreditation that is consistent with standards, recruiting lecturers based on their competence, and ensuring the continuity of the lecturers.

Abstract

Because of idealistic behavior, motivation encourages subordinates to be creative and innovative, and is very understanding and appreciative of subordinates, Transformational leadership of madrasa heads should have a positive effect in instilling religious values, but why is transformational leadership of madrasa heads not optimal in instilling religious values in MAN Jambi Province. The goal of this study was to determine the success of the madrasa head’s transformational leadership in instilling religious values in MAN Jambi Province. The qualitative method was used in this study. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data was analyzed by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and finally verifying data. The findings of this study are as follows: 1) the transformational leadership of the madrasah head in instilling religious values in MAN Jambi Province is too tolerant of subordinates’ inability; 2) has not been able to do it persuasively; and 3) has not been able to improve skills continuously. 4). Not yet capable of converting potential into actual energy. The transformational leadership of the head of the madrasah aliyah Jambi Province has not been optimal in instilling religious values in MAN Jambi Province, according to the research findings.

Abstract

The research aims to find out about the internal quality guarantee system in tri dharma achievement at the private institute Islamic University of Jambi Province. The study was carried out at the Institut Agama Islam (IAI) YASNI Bungo, IAI Nusantara Batanghari, and IAI Muhammad Azim Jambi. This type of study is known as qualitative case study research. In this study, data was gathered through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is accomplished by gathering data, reducing data, presenting data, and verifying/ drawing conclusions. The results of the research are that the implementation of an internal quality assurance system at private Islamic Universities in Jambi Province is carried out by LPM leaders. to fulfill the tri dharma of private Islamic higher education in Jambi Province, the internal quality assurance system faces the following challenges: a) inadequate staff and lecturer human resources; b) unfulfilled standards for facilities and infrastructure; and c) a lack of innovation among students. In the meantime, the approach is to a) form partnerships with relevant stakeholders; b) look for support and availability for the acquisition of infrastructure and facilities; and c) enhance seminar instruction to advance students’ abilities.

Abstract

This article analyzes the leadership of Kiai of Islamic Boarding Schools in the development of Islamic boarding school culture in Jambi Province. This article comes from a qualitative descriptive study with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. While the stages of data analysis are carried out with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that Kiai leadership is very much needed in the current era related to the competition between Islamic Boarding Schools in terms of recruiting new genius students. In addition, the Kiai of Islamic Boarding Schools in Jambi Province are able to achieve local, national, and international achievements in the fields of religion, academics and sports from both teachers and students. All of this happened because the Kiai of Islamic Boarding Schools had a spirit of trust and determination in managing the potential of Islamic Boarding Schools to become Islamic Boarding Schools. The development of Islamic Boarding School culture in the form of physical can be seen from the complete facilities and infrastructure by the Kiai of Islamic Boarding Schools. Artikel ini menganalisis kepemimpinan Kiai Pondok Pesantren dalam pengembangan budaya pesantren di Provinsi Jambi. artikel ini berasal dari penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data secara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan tahapan analisis data dilakukan dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan Kiai sangat diperlukan pada era sekarang berkaitan dengan adanya persaingan antar Pondok Pesantren dalam hal perekrutan calon santri baru yang jenius. Di samping itu, para Kiai Pondok Pesantren yang berada di Provinsi Jambi mampu meraih prestasi lokal, nasional, serta internasional dibidang agama, akademik serta olahraga baik dari guru maupun dari santrinya. Semua itu terjadi karena Kiai Pondok Pesantren telah memiliki jiwa amanah dan keteguhan dalam mengelola potensi Pondok Pesantren menjadi Pondok. Adapun pembinaan budaya Pondok Pesantren berupa fisik dapat dilihat dari perlengkapan sarana dan prasarana yang lengkap oleh Kiai Pondok Pesantren.

Abstract

Khairul Ummah Air Molek Islamic Boarding School (PPKU) has a distinctive feature: collegial collective leadership. This can be seen when decision-making is not decided by the Head of the Boarding School or the Kiyai alone but with the Education quality supervisor and internal quality assurance. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach through the perspective of Education science with participatory observation to describe, illustrate, explore, and describe the strategic management of Islamic boarding school leaders in improving the quality of Islamic Education. The purpose of this study is so that readers can learn about the strategic management of Islamic boarding school leaders in improving the quality of graduates at PPKU Air Molek comprehensively from various sides. The results of this study reveal that the Formulation of strategic management of PPKU Air Molek leaders has been running well through the Boarding School musrembang (development plan meeting), which can be seen in the preparation of the vision, mission, goals, and SWOT analysis. The implementation of strategic management has opened 5 branches in Riau province. Strategic management evaluation is carried out by management in yearly, semesterly, quarterly, and monthly evaluation stages based on special events and criteria. Meanwhile, the improvement of Education Quality at PPKU has a significant improvement in Education Quality, firstly, the increasing public interest; secondly, the acceptance of graduates in various well-known schools and universities; and thirdly, all of the Education institutions in PPKU have accreditation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance at PT Megatama Abadi IRS (Industrial Rotating Service) using an associative quantitative approach. The research sample consists of 60 employees selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted through descriptive statistics, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, as well as simple and multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that workload and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, with an F-calculated value of 37.559 greater than the F-table value of 4.01 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 56.9% suggests that workload and work environment variables contribute to employee performance, while the remaining 43.1% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Waste management problems in Serang City are still a serious challenge, especially in terms of efficiency and transparency of the monitoring system. The low utilization of technology in monitoring waste management causes delays in transportation, lack of data accuracy, and minimal community participation in the reporting system. This study aims to develop a digital transformation-based solution to improve the effectiveness of waste management supervision in Serang City. The method used in this activity is a participatory approach through socialization and training for village officials and the community regarding the use of digital technology, such as GIS-based applications, the Internet of Things (IoT), and real-time monitoring systems. This activity was implemented in Cipocok Jaya Village, involving academics, local government, and the community as the main partners. The results of the activity show that the use of digital technology can increase efficiency in monitoring waste transportation, minimize waste piles at vulnerable points, and strengthen transparency in the reporting system. Thus, digital innovation in waste management supervision can be an effective model in supporting sustainable environmental policies in Serang City.Keywords: Digital; Waste Monitoring; IoT Technology; Transparency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse teacher resource management in improving the quality of graduates of Islamic boarding schools in Riau Province. This study reveals that effective teacher management is a key factor in producing quality graduates. The results showed that the boarding school leaders have carried out various managerial strategies, such as improving teachers’ welfare, providing fair compensation, continuous professional development, creating a supportive work environment, and conducting regular performance evaluations. In addition, collaboration with the government, community institutions, and the private sector is also carried out to support optimal human resource management. The quality of graduates of Islamic boarding schools in Riau Province is characterized by a deep understanding of the Qur’an and Hadith, mastery of religious and general knowledge, and basic skills coupled with noble character. The dual curriculum approach that combines religious and general education, supported by a mastery learning-based learning system and periodic evaluation, has proven to be able to produce graduates who are not only academically proficient, but also have strong character and readiness to face global challenges. This finding emphasizes the important role of teacher resource management in creating a holistic and highly competitive boarding schools’ education.
