Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana pola komunikasi interpersonal yang diterapkan oleh pelatih dapat membangun kekompakan tim, khususnya pada tim bola basket Budi Luhur Jakarta. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, penelitian ini mengandalkan observasi terfokus dan wawancara semi-terstruktur untuk memperoleh wawasan mendalam dari para atlet dan pelatih mengenai pengalaman mereka dalam berinteraksi dan berkomunikasi di dalam tim. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal yang dilakukan oleh pelatih tidak hanya berperan dalam mempererat hubungan antar pemain, tetapi juga membantu menciptakan suasana yang kondusif bagi kolaborasi. Selain itu, komunikasi yang efektif mampu mengatasi hambatan seperti ketidakpastian strategi dan rendahnya dukungan moral di antara pemain. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya komunikasi yang terarah dan suportif dalam membangun kekompakan serta meningkatkan sinergi tim secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

The implementation of the 2024 Presidential Election cannot be separated from the dynamics of the use of social media as a medium for political communication, and Instagram is one of the social media used to convey political messages to the public. In this study, these political messages are manifested in the form of political narratives that compete with each other on social media. This research aims to (1) analyze the framing of the political narratives of Anies Baswedan and Prabowo Subianto uploaded on their Instagram accounts; and (2) how the ideas behind these political narratives are articulated. A qualitative approach was used in this study and Entman's framing analysis model was used as the method. The research findings reveal a fundamental conflict within the political narratives of Anies Baswedan and Prabowo Subianto. This contestation of political narratives is geared toward strengthening electability and capturing public attention. Prabowo's concept of sustainability demonstrates his desire to continue pro-people programs deemed successful during Jokowi's administration (Jokowinomics), such as various assistance programs for the underprivileged. Unlike Prabowo Subianto, Anies Baswedan emphasized ideas for change, such as eradicating poverty in Indonesia. The final results of the 2024 presidential election demonstrated that the political narrative regarding the need for sustainability successfully led Prabowo to victory.Keywords: 2024 Presidential Election, Instagram, framing, political narrative, Anies Baswedan, Prabowo Subianto ABSTRAKPelaksanaan Pilpres 2024 tidak dapat terlepas dari dinamika penggunaan media sosial sebagai media komunikasi politik, dan Instagram menjadi salah media sosial yang dimanfaatkan untuk menyampaikan pesan-pesan politik kepada khalayak. Dalam penelitian ini, pesan-pesan politik tersebut mewujud dalam bentuk narasi politik yang kemudian saling berkontestasi satu sama lain di media sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) menganalisis pembingkaian narasi politik Anies Baswedan dan Prabowo Subianto yang diunggah di akun Instagram keduanya; (2) bagaimana artikulasi ide-ide yang ada di balik narasi politik tersebut. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif serta model analisis framing Entman sebagai metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pertentangan fundamental dalam bingkai narasi politik Anies Baswedan dan Prabowo Subianto. Kontestasi tersebut mengarah pada upaya memperkuat elektabilitas serta merebut perhatian publik. Ide keberlanjutan yang diusung Prabowo menunjukkan keinginan Prabowo melanjutkan program-program pro rakyat yang dinilai berhasil pada era pemerintahan Jokowi (Jokowinomics), misalnya berbagai program bantuan untuk masyarakat pra sejahtera. Berbeda dari Prabowo, Anies Baswedan lebih menonjolkan ide-ide perubahan, misalnya memberantas kemiskinan di Indonesia. Hasil akhir Pilpres 2024 kemudian menunjukkan bahwa narasi politik mengenai perlunya keberlanjutan berhasil mengantarkan Prabowo menuju kemenangan.Kata Kunci: Pilpres 2024, Instagram, framing, narasi politik, Anies Baswedan, Prabowo Subianto

Abstract

Since the start (1997), Harian Solopos has been committed to being present as a local newspaper. The absence of local print media at that time was considered a business opportunity that should be capitalized on, given that no newspaper had ever been able to survive for long in the city of Solo. Harian Solopos appeared to break the myth of Solo as a "graveyard" for newspapers. This myth stuck as almost every newspaper published in Solo failed to survive (produce). This study aims to reveal the historical traces of the Harian Solopos newspaper, from its early days of emergence to its continued existence amid the current wave of advances in information technology. The research approach used is historical analysis. The primary data source for this research is the results of in-depth interviews with several editors-in-chief of Harian Solopos, and several valid and credible pieces of literature reinforce this. This study found that Harian Solopos attempted to survive by engaging in a series of media convergences. Harian Solopos implemented an online platform in 2007, a time when other newspapers were still reluctant to do so. In addition, Harian Solopos remains consistent in its presence as a representative of local Indonesian-language newspapers in Solo. These efforts have enabled Harian Solopos to survive until now and have allowed it to develop into a local multi-platform newspaper. Abstract

Partai Solidaritas Indonesia mendeklarasikan Kaesang Pangarep sebagai Ketua Umum yang baru, dalam acara Kopdarnas: Deklarasi sikap politik PSI yang diselenggarakan pada 25 September 2023. Di kesempatan tersebut Kaesang Pangarep menyampaikan pidato pertamanya serta alasan terjun ke dunia politik. Banyak pro dan kontra di masyarakat karena begitu cepat pengangkatannya sebagai ketua umum, juga belum adanya pengalaman terkait politik. Penunjukkan Kaesang sebagai Ketua Umum PSI diartikan fokus kepada kekusaan saja. Jenis penelitian ini kualitatif dengan analisis wacana kritis model Teun A. Van Dijk. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji struktur mikro, struktur supra, dan struktur makro pada teks pidato pertama Kaesang Pangarep sebagai ketua umum Partai Solidaritas Indonesia. Disimpulkan bahwa pidato yang disampaikan ada struktur wacana serta elemen pada pidato Kaesang Pangarep. Di setiap struktur wacana yang disampaikan terdapat ideologi yang diperlihatkan seperti ideologi liberalisme, ideologi nasionalisme, dan ideologi sosialisme.

Abstract

Adanya stigma mengenai pelabelan janda menimbulkan konotasi negatif terhadap publik. Hal ini menyebabkan pelabelan janda sebagai perempuan yang lemah dan aib. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bingkai konstruksi janda terhadap kasus pembunuhan yang dilakukan oleh anak anggota DPR RI. Jenis penelitiannya adalah kualitatif konstruktivis dengan metode analisis framing yang dikembangkan oleh Robert N. Entman. Objek yang diteliti adalah berita terkait pembunuhan yang dilakukan oleh anak anggota DPR RI yang dimuat melalui portal berita TV One News.com dan Tribunnews.com. Objek yang digunakan adalah sampel 10 berita pada tanggal 5 Oktober 2023 sampai dengan 7 Oktober 2023. Kedua media tersebut akan dianalisis dengan menonjolkan aspek-aspek tertentu dan menggunakan kalimat-kalimat yang ditampilkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 2 (dua) media tersebut menampilkan artikel yang berbeda dalam pemberitaannya. Terdapat label janda yang bertuliskan status korban dan nama instansi yang disandang pelaku. Aspek ini ditulis dengan menggunakan kata-kata, kalimat, dan gambar yang berkaitan dengan identitas korban, labeling, dan makna dari setiap kajian media.

Abstract

Misconception or misconception refers to a concept that is not in accordance with the scientific understanding or understanding accepted by experts in the field. Misconceptions often occur in math lessons. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation of misconceptions to students' numeracy ability in answering math problem solving problems in SD Negeri 57 Banda Aceh. The population and sample of this study were all grade IV students of SD Negeri 57 Banda Aceh consisting of one class with a total of 27 students. This study used a quantitative approach with the type of research used was pretest posttest correlation research. Data collection technique by giving multiple-choice test questions consisting of 5 questions with alternative answers a, b, c, and d related to the material of mathematical problem solving. The results showed that the correlation value obtained was 0.628 with a significant 0.000. It can be said to be significant (0.000) < of 0.05. The calculated t value (-8.718) < the table t value (0.000). The conclusion of the results of the study is that there is a correlation of misconceptions on the ability of numeracy in answering mathematical problem solving grade IV students of SD Negeri 57 Banda Aceh.

Abstract

Political discourse preceeding the 2024 General Election has led to the contamination of the media landscape with hoaxes and fakenews. The public, candidates, and state actors not only compete with factual information and positive news, but also contends with the spread of misinformation and fake news. The prevalence of hoaxes on social media and fake news in mass media circulation prior to the 2024 General Election poses a tangible threat to social unity and national integration. This paper aims to analyze the model of public communication used to combat hoaxes and fakenews before the 2024 General Election done by the Ministry of Communication and Information and other stakeholders. The data for this paper is based on qualitative research carried out with data collection technique through literature searches, observation, and interview. The study discovered that the public communication model developed to combat hoaxes and fake news in advance of the 2024 General election has been ineffective. The fundamental weakness of the public communication model in eradicating hoaxes and fake news lies in the uneven application of the law inforcement and penalties. In addition, there are some elements of the public communication model that do not systematically show significant and consistent progress. At a macro level, this can be understood as the lack of clear roadmap and grand design to eliminate hoaxes and fake news in Indonesia. A clear plan or atrategy is needed for the long term establishment of a culture focused on the eradication of hoaxes and fake news.

Abstract

The transformation of newspapers to online and multiplatform is a necessity. Solopos Daily, as a local newspaper in the City of Solo, is rapidly presenting itself on online and multiplatform platforms to survive. Placing Harian Solopos as the case, the problem in this research is formulated as follows: (1) How is the media business model of Harian Solopos in balancing the achievement of market performance and public interest performance? Moreover, (2) How can the media business model maintain printed Solopos multiplatform?; The research method used is a holistic single case study with qualitative research. This research revealed that Harian Solopos realized that the era of digitalization technology was responsible for the decrease in the number of readers and advertisers. To overcome the problems, several innovations were implemented in its media business model. The performance of public interest showed that Solopos Daily has continuously carried out journalistic principles and is committed to maintaining the practices of dignified and polite journalism. This research has formulated a media business model concept that balances market performance with public interest performance.
