Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio and Operating Expenses operating income on Return On Assets. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method, a population of 43 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period, sampling techniques using purposive sampling so that a sample of 10 companies was obtained. Based on hypothesis testing, the t-test of the CAR of the calculated t value > to the table (2.660 > 1.686) with a significant degree (0.011<0.05), meaning that there is a partial influence between the CAR and the Return On Asset. Meanwhile, Operating Expenses of Operating Income have a calculated value>tof the table (-13,151 > -1,686) with a significant level (0.000 < 0.05). meaning that BOPO partially affects the Return On Asset. and the calculated f value > table (120.260 > 2.86), with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that there is a significant influence between CAR and BOPO together on Return On Assets. The conclusion in this study is that the capital Adequacy ratio partially affects return on assets, BOPO partially affects return on assets, and simultaneously CAR and BOPO affected ct return on assets,

Abstract

Rice is a staple food for most Indonesians. Rice consumption in Indonesia is increasing every year along with the increasing population of Indonesia. Rice is a food source of energy that has a high carbohydrate content but low protein. Rice has been known to have a high glycemic index, resulting in increasing glucose levels in the blood. Kencur (Kaempferian shipyard) is a tropical plant that contains chemical substances and compounds. Among them are starch, mineral, sineol, methyl canyl acid, penta dekaan, sinamic acid, ethyl ester, borneol, kamfen, paraeumarin, anisic acid, alkaloid, and gom. Useful for health to be used as antibacterial, antioxidant and herbal medicinal ingredients or made traditional herbal drinks and as a spice in cooking. Rhizome kencur has a soft aroma and a unique spicy taste. The aroma of the rhizome is caused by the chemical components derived from essential oils. As an herbal remedy, kencur has cough medicine, appetite enhancer, boosting the immune system

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of workload and work stress on turnover intention through work motivation as an intervening variable at PT. Telkom Access Witel West Banten. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique was the proportionate stratified random sampling method with a population of 274 using the Slovin formula resulting in a sample of 73 respondents. The results of calculating the direct effect of workload on turnover intention have no effect based on a t-statistic value of 0.103 and a p-value of 0.918. The direct effect of work stress on employee turnover intention has no effect based on a t-statistic value of 0.456 and a p-value of 0.648. The direct effect of work motivation on turnover intention is based on a t-statistic value of 3.880 and a p-value of 0.000. The direct effect of workload on work motivation has no effect based on a t-statistic value of 0.083 and a p-value of 0.934. The direct effect of work stress on work motivation is based on a t-statistic value of 2.824 and a p-value of 0.005. The indirect effect of workload through work motivation as an intervening variable on turnover intention, has an effect based on a t-statistic value of 0.079 and a p-value of 0.937. The indirect effect of work stress through work motivation as an intervening variable on turnover intention, based on a t-statistic value of 1.758 and a p-value of 0.079. It can be concluded that work motivation on turnover intention has a positive and significant effect. And work stress on work motivation has a positive and significant effect.
