Abstract

Islam di tengah-tengah kemajuan segala bidang sebagai hasil dari cipta, rasa serta karya dari manusia sekarang ini di tuntut akan eksistensinya di dalam memenuhi perkembangan pengetahuan dan teknologi. Sejarah perkembangan hukum Islam telah mengajarkan kepada kita bahwa transformasi nilai sosial, kultural, ekonomi dan bahkan politik ikut mempengaruhi terjadinya perubahan hukum Islam. Hukum Islam bukanlah unifikasi yang baku yang sudah tidak bisa di interpretasikan, melainkan sebagai kekuatan normatif yang selalu menjadikan, menempatkan, memperlakukan atau mempertimbangkan kepentingan masyarakat sebagai substansi dari posisi fleksibilitasnya (flexible-position), selama tidak berorientasi mengorbankan keluhuran hukum Islam. Oleh karena itu interpretasi terhadap perkembangan iptek serta problema umat dalam realitas sosial kemasyarakatan dalam perspektif hukum islam merupakan keperluan yang tidak dapat ditawar-tawar lagi.

Abstract

Metode cepat membaca Al Qur’an begitu cepat berkembang yang semula Metode iqro’ menjadi satu-satunya solusi mengatasi problem umat yaitu buta hurup Al Qur’an, Setelah era iqro’ kemudian semakin banyak bermunculan ide-ide kreatif dalam menemukan berbagai metode membaca Al Qur’an, karena metode memiliki peranan sangat penting dalam upaya pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran. Dalam menyusun karya ilmiah ini penulis memilih studi pustaka yang penulis kaji dari berbagai sumber buku teks dan karya penelitian. Hasil telaah penulis bahwa Al-Qur’an merupakan kitab suci yang diturunkan paling akhir sebagai penyempurna kitab – kitab sebelumnya diperuntukkan bagi seluruh umat manusia dan sebagai bahan dakwah yang utama. Dakwah memiliki tujuan menarik orang atau memberikan pengertian kepada orang lain tentang sesuatu hal. Praksis dakwah Islam merupakan upaya pengembangan masyarakat yang bermakna sebagai usaha untuk membangun masyarakat dari segenap aspeknya.

Abstract

The quality of national education has declined, further away from the ideals officially proclaimed by the founding fathers. In addition, the complexity of the problems addressed in the quality of schools or madrasas, especially religious leaders and teachers as educators. Another phenomenon that can be observed is the National Education Law no. 2 of 1989 was unable to face global challenges and domestic challenges. The results showed that management is a tool to achieve a goal, good management facilitates achieving the goals of an institution. The quality targets of schools and madrasas include inputs, processes and outputs. The quality assurance system is in the form of school and Madras quality standards through internal and external quality audits. Steps in quality assurance according to Deming through the plan (plan), do (organize), check (monitoring) and action (implementation).

Abstract

This study aims to examine how Problem-Based Learning (PBL) is implemented in the Islamic Religious Education (PAI), Identify the supporting and inhibiting factors during the implementation of PBL and to describe strategies that can be used to optimize its application in order to improve student learning outcomes. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, classroom observations, and documentation. The research was conducted at SMP Budi Utomo Surakarta from October 2024 to September 2025, involving PAI teachers, the homeroom teacher, and students of Grade VII C as the research subjects. Data were analyzed through data condensation, narrative data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the implementation of PBL in the PAI classroom of Grade VII C is carried out effectively and follows systematic learning stages. Supporting factors include students’ high learning motivation, interactive learning methods, the availability of textbooks and learning media, and the school’s support for innovative teaching. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors consist of limited instructional time, differences in students’ ability to understand problems, and unequal availability of multimedia facilities in each classroom.Overall, the PBL strategy is considered effective, as it enhances student collaboration, encourages active participation, and develops critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
