Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the role of parents inaccompanying children to learn has a high intensity. The role ofteachers in schools is returned to parents at home. This has animpact on the disruption of other schedules of housewives that theyare used to doing. This counseling aims to provide additional insightto housewives in Katimbang Village, Biringkanaya District,Makassar City in assisting their children in learning homes. Thiscounseling was attended by about 35 housewives with a duration of3 hours. This activity took place in the hall of the Kaimbang VillageOffice. The results of this counseling show that there is an increasein the insight of housewives after attending the counseling. There isno other way to deal with their complaints other than having to facethis reality and make social adaptations. The conclusion obtained isthat housewives must increase their insight in assisting children tostudy at home and take more parenting education both online andoffline.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) dampak maraknya belanja online pada usaha pedagang konvensional di pasar rakyat kariango pinrang 2) bagaimana strategi bertahan pedagang konvensional di tengah perkembangan belanja online di pasar rakyat kariango pinrang. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Tahap penelitan yang dilakukan yaitu: pertama, tahap awal atau sebelum penelitian, kedua, tahap penelitian dan ketiga, tahap akhir Informan ditentukan melalui Teknik purposive sampling dipilih yang dianggap terlibat dan mengetahui masalah yang diteliti. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan penulis adalah dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) dampak maraknya belanja online pada usaha pedagang konvensional di pasar rakyat kariango pinrang yaitu mendorong untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk, penurunan jumlah pembeli, kalah saing. 2) strategi bertahan pedagang di pasar kariango adalah dengan mengikuti trend yang ada, mengubah tampilan tempat usaha, mengoptimalkan pelayanan, memberikan diskon, menjalin hubungan sosial dengan pembeli.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk bisa mendeskripsikan pola asuh orangtua Tentara Nasional Indonesia (TNI) pada pembentukan karakter anak di Kota Palopo dan juga untuk mendeskripsikan strategi yang dilakukan orangtua Tentara Nasional Indonesia (TNI) pada pola asuh dalam membentuk karakter anak di Kota Palopo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yakni penelitian kualitatif dan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik penentuan informan yakni purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian yakni penulis, dan instrumen penelitian pembantu pada penelitian ini adalah handphone untuk membantu proses penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data adalah menggunakan adalah member check. Adapun hasil penelitian yakni 1). Pola asuh orangtua Tentara Nasional Indonesia (TNI) pada pembentukan karakter anak di Kota Palopo sebagai berikut yakni pola asuh otoriter, pola asuh demokratis, dan pola asuh permisif. 2). Strategi yang dilakukan orangtua Tentara Nasional Indonesia (TNI) dalam pola asuh membentuk karakter anak di Kota Palopo yakni dengan komunikasi orangtua dan anak serta meluangkan waktu.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui1. Pola interaksi waria dengan masyarakat Desa Kalukku Barat. 2. Persepsi masyarakat terhadap waria di Desa Kalukku Barat. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan sosiologis. Data primer dan sekunder adalah sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Metode pengumpulan pada penelitian ini yaitu observasi mengamati langsung kelapangan sebelum melakukan penelitian , wawancara langsung dengan informan dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan, analisis data menggunakan tiga tahap diantaranya yaitu mereduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa ada dua yaitu yang pertama pola interaksi sosial antara waria dengan masyarakat Desa Kalukku Barat, yaitu pola interaksi asosiatif dan disosiatif. Pola interaksi asosiatif melibatkan kerja sama, dan pola interaksi disosiatif melibatkan: yang kedua Persepsi Masyarakat terhadap Waria di Desa Kalukku Barat Kecamatan Kalukku Kabupaten Mamuju: kehadiran Waria bermanfaat bagi masyarakat. Waria menawarkan bisnis Indo' Botting mereka yang dapat diakses oleh semua orang di Desa Kalukku Barat Kecamatan Kalukku Kabupaten Mamuju.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran generasi muda dalam menjaga kearifan lokal dan budaya Rambu Solo di Toraja Utara, serta mencari strategi efektif untuk mempertahankan tradisi tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis konten untuk mengidentifikasi pola partisipasi generasi muda, kendala dalam melestarikan kearifan lokal, dan strategi yang efektif untuk memperkuat upaya pelestarian. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi aktif generasi muda, terutama melalui pendidikan budaya yang komprehensif, memegang peranan penting dalam menjaga dan mempertahankan tradisi adat. Penguatan identitas lokal juga terbukti menjadi strategi yang efektif dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai budaya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa partisipasi aktif generasi muda, pendidikan budaya, dan penguatan identitas lokal memiliki implikasi yang signifikan dalam pelestarian kearifan lokal. Saran yang disarankan meliputi pengembangan program pendidikan budaya, kerja sama antara generasi muda dan pemerintah daerah dalam merancang strategi pelestarian, serta meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya menjaga warisan budaya sebagai bagian integral dari identitas kolektif mereka.

Abstract

Flooding is a recurrent natural disaster that significantly impacts the lives of communities, including high school students in Labakkang, Pangkep Regency, Indonesia. This study investigates the coping strategies employed by these students to manage the challenges posed by frequent flooding. Using a quantitative survey approach, data were collected from 115 students through structured questionnaires and analyzed using frequency tabulation. The results reveal a nuanced coping behavior among the students, categorized into problem-focused and emotion-focused strategies. Problem-focused strategies, such as planning, problem-solving, and decision-making, were highly prevalent, indicating a proactive approach to mitigating the effects of flooding. Emotion-focused strategies, including acceptance, relaxation, and cognitive reframing, were also widely adopted, reflecting the students' emotional resilience and ability to manage stress. Despite these adaptive strategies, a significant reliance on avoidance behaviors was observed, suggesting an area for intervention. Avoidance, while providing temporary relief, is often considered maladaptive as it may hinder long-term problem resolution and emotional adjustment. This finding highlights the need for targeted educational and psychological interventions to promote more effective coping mechanisms. The study sheds light on the importance of integrating disaster preparedness programs into the educational curriculum, emphasizing skill development in adaptive strategies such as resource management, negotiation, and mindfulness. These findings align with established theories on stress and coping, particularly the transactional model, and provide practical insights for policymakers, educators, and mental health professionals. By addressing the gaps in coping strategies, this research contributes to enhancing the resilience and well-being of students in disaster-prone regions.

Abstract

Kecerdasan buatan Kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelegence/AI) menjadi komoditi ekonomi dan telah menjadi budaya populer saat ini. AI tidak hanya bisa mengolah kata tetapi sampai pada kemampuan menciptakan karya seni yang hampir sulit dibedakan dengan karya manusia. Undang Undang Hak Cipta diharapkan hadir untuk memberikan batas antara orisinalitas karya manusia ataukah hasil karya AI agar tidak terjadi permasalahan di masa depan. Teori kritis adorno dapat dielaborasikan sebagai padanan dalam meregulasi ulang perlindungan hak cipta di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menganalisis Penggunaan Kecerdasan Buatan dalam Karya Seni dari Perspektif Teori Kritis Adorno dan Implikasinya terhadap Hak Kekayaan Intelektual. penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian doktrinal. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa Regulasi indonesia belum bisa mengakomodir kehadiran AI serta masih ketinggalan dengan perkembangan regulasi hukum yang ada di dunia.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the implementation of project-based learning in the context and approach of progressive education philosophy with a focus on the challenges and opportunities faced by educators in implementing this learning model in the classroom. Through literature review and analysis, it was found that although project-based learning provides an opportunity to increase student engagement and develop critical thinking skills, there are a number of challenges such as lack of professional support, time constraints and lack of adequate resources. The findings suggest that the fit between learning strategies and objectives is crucial to ensure the effectiveness of this learning model. The significance of the results of this study lies in its contribution to the understanding of the role of project-based learning in progressive education, as well as how its application can improve the quality of learning in a wider context. The implications of this study suggest the need for better training for educators as well as stronger institutional support to optimise the use of this learning model, in the hope that it can positively influence the development of student competencies and encourage innovation in educational practices.

Abstract

This research aims to explore how the harmonization between science and ethics can be applied in the learning process to enhance students' character, with a focus on the challenges faced in integrating both aspects. Through a qualitative approach using the literature review method, this research identifies effective practices that support character-oriented learning. The findings show that the integrative application of science and ethics in learning not only enhances students' academic mastery but also strengthens their moral and social values. The significance of these findings for the development of holistic education, which not only pursues cognitive intelligence but also the formation of strong character, thereby creating a more responsible and ethical generation. Furthermore, the implications of this study emphasize the need for reforms in the education system that integrate ethical and scientific aspects, which are expected to improve the quality of education and prepare students to face global challenges.

Abstract

Humanistic learning is an approach that emphasizes the importance of individual student experiences and moral values in the learning process. Therefore, this research aims to identify the effectiveness of the humanistic learning approach in internalizing students' character in elementary schools, with a focus on the impact of teaching methods on the development of students' attitudes and character behaviors. In elementary education, character internalization is crucial for building a foundation of positive attitudes and behaviors. The results of this approach indicate that students engaged in humanistic learning tend to show improvements in character aspects, such as honesty, discipline, and a positive attitude towards school. Additionally, they are also better able to face social challenges in their environment. By internalizing good character, it is hoped that students will not only become high-achieving individuals but also be able to contribute positively to society and their surroundings. This research highlights the need for the integration of a humanistic approach in the education curriculum, in order to optimize the formation of strong character among the younger generation, as well as to encourage best practices in education that are oriented towards the holistic development of children.
