Abstract

This research aims to apply Immanuel Kant's ethical framework to examine the moral implications of the privatization of education on State Legal Entity Higher Education Institutions. The study identifies the primary emphasis of ethical analysis on structural changes, tuition fee increases, resource allocation, and stakeholders' perspectives using a literature review approach. Inconsistencies between education privatization policies and the values of universality, fair treatment, and moral responsibility are highlighted by research utilizing the Kantian framework. The research findings indicate that the PTNBH's policy to privatize education raises ethical issues, particularly related to resource allocation, accessibility, and the moral obligations of the institution. Abstract

Clothing is one of the results of human culture which has many functions such as health functions, ethical functions, and aesthetic functions. At the same time, clothing also gives the impression to the public as a form of communication inherent in it. This article aims to reveal clothes with the impression of communication to others. One of the clothes referred to is Muslim clothing which includes a robe, robe, turban, cingkrang pants (for men), and a headscarf (for women). This research method uses descriptive quantitative method with 50 respondents consisting of 25 men and women each. The results showed that Muslim clothes gave many impressions such as the impression of faith, the impression of sunnah, the impression of syar'i and so on. The conclusion of this research is that clothes always leave an impression and message. These impressions and messages are received by the public as a form of communication for the wearer. Muslim clothing gives the impression of religiosity and spirituality.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan sangat penting untuk diperhatikan karena menjadi salah satu faktor keberhasilan perusahaan, dan untuk menciptakan kinerja karyawan yang efektif dan efisien maka diperlukan budaya organisasi sebagai acuan dalam melakukan aktivitas organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perencanaan budaya organisasi dan upaya untuk mengoptimalkannya dalam meningkatkan kinerja generasi Z. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui studi literatur dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan budaya organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja generasi Z dimulai dengan melakukan observasi, survey dan wawancara kepada karyawan tentang budaya organisasi saat ini, menetapkan visi misi yang jelas dan selaras untuk membentuk budaya organisasi di lingkungan kerja, merancang strategi dan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai inti dan visi misi budaya ke dalam berbagai aspek organisasi, mengkomunikasikan visi misi dan nilai budaya secara efektif dan memberikan apresiasi dan penghargaan bagi individu atau tim yang menunjukkan komitmen terhadap budaya organisasi. 2) Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengoptimalkan budaya organisasi yakni menciptakan iklim kerja yang positif, memberikan reward dan punishment dan komunikasi yang terbuka serta transparan. Implementasi budaya organisasi yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi dan karakteristik generasi Z tidak hanya meningkatkan kinerja individu tetapi juga dapat memperkuat kohesi tim, inovasi dan adaptabililitas perusahaan dalam menghadapi dinamika yang senantiasa berubah. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan budaya organisasi yang relevan menjadi langkah strategis untuk memaksimalkan potensi generasi Z.

Abstract

Abstract: This study discusses the phenomenon of divorce, how the description of the divorce phenomenon and its impact on changes in family structure and dynamics in two generations, namely millennials and Z, using a literature study method in the form of studies conducted only based on books, journals, scientific articles and news sites. The purpose of this article is to provide an overview of the phenomenon of divorce and its impact on changes in family structure and dynamics in the millennial and Z generations so that in the future in facing all challenges and in making decisions regarding married life can be taken into account and considered carefully in terms of avoiding problems that may occur. The results of the literature study show that the factors that cause divorce are economic problems, infidelity, domestic violence and communication that is less effective in building a marital relationship. The impact on the family structure is to change the role, function, education of children, and parenting of children. All forms of change will change various conditions from structured because of the marital relationship to changing due to separation. The impact of family dynamics that occur is a change in communication patterns, which become tense due to conflict and children find it difficult to adapt to the new atmosphere and conditions after divorce.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membahas bagaimana peran media sosial dalam mempromosikan kesadaran pluralisme dan toleransi di masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan. Data dikumpulkan melalui hasil penelitian sebelumnya, situs berita, serta fenomena relevan yang ditemukan di media sosial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan munculnya sikap intoleran di masyarakat disebabkan oleh beberapa hal seperti adanya fanatisme, pengaruh media sosial, pengaruh lingkungan sekitar, serta kesadaran pluralisme masyarakat yang masih kurang. Di era saat ini masyarakat telah hidup berdampingan dengan internet dalam hal ini adalah media sosial. Maka dari itu media sosial dapat dijadikan sebagai sarana dalam mempromosikan kesadaran pluralisme dan toleransi di masyarakat yang dapat dilakukan dengan membuat konten edukasi, memilih jenis konten yang akan ditonton, serta meningkatkan literasi digital masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan atau R&D (Research and Development) yang berangkat dari ilmu filsafat epistimologi, ontologi dan aksiologi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui langkah-langkah pengembangan modul fisika berbasis kearifan lokal “Mappadendang” pada materi gelombang bunyi yang memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis dan efektif. Model pengembangan yang digunakan yaitu Four-D dengan langkah pengembangn define, design, develop dan desseminate yang selanjutnya diadaptasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan penelitian, sehingga tahapan yang digunakan yaitu define, design dan develop. Desseminate tidak digunakan dengan pertimbangan butuh biaya dan waktu yang lebih banyak. Subjek uji coba yaitu peserta didik kelas XI Mipa 1 SMA Negeri 7 Sidrap. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat kevalidan pengembangan modul pembelajaran fisika berbasis kearifan lokal ”Mappadendang” materi gelombang bunyi yang dinilai oleh dua orang validator memperoleh nilai indeks aiken V berada pada kategori validitas sedang hal ini menunjukkan bahwa modul pembelajaran layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Pengkuran kepraktisan diperoleh tingkat kepraktisan sangat praktis sedangkan untuk pengukuran  tingkat keefektifan diperoleh presentase pada kategori tinggi.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara sistematis pengaruh perspektif realisme dan antirealisme terhadap konsep pembelajaran kimia. Dengan menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dan pendekatan PRISMA, sebanyak 23 artikel ilmiah dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi kecenderungan pendekatan epistemologis dalam berbagai model dan media pembelajaran kimia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan realisme, yang memandang teori ilmiah khususnya kimia sebagai representasi realitas objektif, tercermin dalam model pembelajaran berbasis representasi multilevel, project-based learning, dan inkuiri terbimbing. Sementara itu, pendekatan antirealisme yang menganggap teori sebagai alat konseptual ditunjukkan melalui penggunaan media digital yang interaktif sepertim vidio, animasi, TikTok, modul, dan komik digital. Keduanya memberikan kontribusi yang saling melengkapi dalam pengembangan pemahaman konseptual peserta didik. Penelitian ini menyarankan integrasi antara realisme dan antirealisme untuk menciptakan konsep pembelajaran kimia yang lebih reflektif, kontekstual, dan filosofis. Temuan ini memberikan landasan penting bagi perancang kurikulum, pendidik, dan peneliti dalam merancang konsep pembelajaran kimia yang berbasis pada pemahaman hakikat ilmu pengetahuan. ABSTRACT This study aims to systematically examine the influence of realism and anti-realism perspectives on chemistry concept learning. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method and the PRISMA approach, a total of 23 scientific articles were analyzed to identify epistemological tendencies across various chemistry learning models and media. The findings indicate that the realist perspective— which views scientific theories, particularly in chemistry, as representations of objective reality— is reflected in multilevel representation-based learning models, project-based learning, and guided inquiry. Meanwhile, the anti-realist perspective, which treats theories as conceptual tools, is evident through the use of interactive digital media such as videos, animations, TikTok content, modules, and digital comics. Both perspectives offer complementary contributions to the development of students’ conceptual understanding. This study recommends integrating realism and anti-realism to create chemistry learning designs that are more reflective, contextual, and philosophical. These findings provide an important foundation for curriculum designers, educators, and researchers in developing chemistry learning approaches grounded in an understanding of the nature of science.

Abstract

The global environmental crisis necessitates a paradigm shift in biology education that integrates environmental ethics and ecological philosophy into school curricula. This study aims to comprehensively examine the implementation of environmental ethics–based biology education through a scoping review approach. The research employed the PRISMA-ScR framework and conducted a systematic search of 68 articles from Scopus and SINTA-indexed journals (Q1, Q2, Q3, and SINTA 1, 2, 3) published between 2015 and 2025. The analysis identified three major domains: (1) the integration of environmental ethics in the biology curriculum, encompassing anthropocentric, biocentric, and ecocentric approaches; (2) ecological philosophy as a paradigm that cultivates moral awareness and ecological responsibility through experiential and project-based learning; and (3) the implementation of ecology-oriented curricula, which enhances students’ environmental literacy, critical thinking, and pro-environmental behavior. The findings reveal research gaps related to long-term impact assessment and the development of holistic evaluation models. This study recommends the systematic integration of philosophical environmental values into the biology curriculum to foster a generation with deep ecological awareness and strong commitments to sustainability. A transdisciplinary approach that combines ecological knowledge, moral values, and local wisdom is essential for transforming biology education toward a sustainable ecological paradigm.

Abstract

This study aims to reconstruct the epistemology of mathematics education by integrating the philosophy of science and students’ emotional psychology. The epistemological crisis in mathematics learning is characterized by the dominance of rationalistic approaches that tend to ignore students' affective and reflective dimensions. Empirical evidence indicates a high level of mathematics anxiety and low emotional engagement, both of which affect students’ motivation and academic performance. This research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method based on the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) protocol by analyzing 45 national and international articles published between 2012 and 2025. Data were analyzed thematically through three stages: conceptual coding, thematic classification, and interpretative synthesis. The review identifies four main themes: (1) epistemology of mathematics education and the philosophy of science, (2) emotional intelligence and self-reflection, (3) mathematics anxiety and affective resilience, and (4) learning motivation and academic achievement. The integration of the philosophy of science reorganizes rationality in mathematics education to be more reflective and humanistic, while emotional psychology balances cognition and affection. The conceptual model positions the epistemology of mathematics education as the core, interacting dynamically with emotional intelligence, mathematics anxiety, and learning motivation that together influence students’ academic performance. The findings emphasize the need to reconstruct the epistemology of mathematics education toward a balance between rationality and emotional awareness. Accordingly, mathematics learning should be developed through reflective, humanistic, and experience-based approaches to foster students as epistemic subjects who think rationally and mature emotionally.
