Abstract

This study aims to determine and understand the effect of CAR, NPL, BOPO, LDR, and ROA on Profit Growth. The method of analysis in this study is CAR, NPL, BOPO, LDR, and ROA which are seen to have partial and simultaneous effects on Profit Growth. The results show that CAR has a positive effect on profit growth, it means that if CAR increases, Profit Growth also increases. Furthermore, NPL has a positive effect on profit growth, this means that if NPL increases, Profit Growth also increases. Meanwhile, the BOPO variable has a positive effect on profit growth, it means that if the BOPO increases, the Profit Growth will also increase. Furthermore, LDR has a positive effect on profit growth, it means that if LDR increases, Profit Growth also increases. The fifth shows that ROA has a positive effect on profit growth, this means that if ROA increases, Profit Growth also increases. The results of the sixth hypothesis show that CAR, NPL, BOPO, LDR, ROA have a positive effect on Profit Growth.

Abstract

The aims of this study were 1) to find out the application of the nurul bayan method to learning Al-Qur'an tahsin in one of the Islamic elementary schools in Bekasi. 2) To determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of the nurul bayan method. The research method used is a qualitative research approach with descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection uses interviews, observation and documentation using data collection analysis, data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study revealed that: 1) The application of the nurul bayan method to learning Al-Qur'an tahsin in one of the Islamic elementary schools in Bekasi begins with preparing material, before starting learning students pray first then students listen to Al- Qur'an recitation followed by the tajwid law contained in it, after that it is repeated several times, then students are grouped and appointed one by one to read the verses that have been read by the teacher, then continue with writing. 2) The supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the nurul bayan method are the supporting factors, namely the book used is very concise and easy to teach to students while the inhibiting factors are age, language and class management factors.

Abstract

Abstract: Excessive uric acid will not be completely accommodated and metabolized by the body, so there will be an increase in uric acid levels in the blood which is known as peruricemia. Gout disorders are characterized by a sudden attack in the joint area. The pain that occurs generally appears suddenly. This sudden appearance often makes it difficult for gout sufferers to move. The aim of this study was to test the effectiveness of giving boiled soursop leaves to reduce uric acid levels in elderly women suffering from gouty arthritis. The sample for this research was 14 elderly women suffering from gouty arthritis in Lawangan Daya District. Data were collected using an observation sheet, the results of testing uric acid levels were analyzed using the Paired T Test statistical test using SPSS. The results of the study showed P<0.05, meaning there was a significant reduction in the administration of boiled soursop leaves on the uric acid levels of elderly women suffering from gouty arthritis in Lawangan Daya Village, Pamekasan Regency. Seeing the results of this research, it is necessary to give decoction of soursop leaves regularly.The conclusion of this research is that giving decoction of soursop leaves has been proven to be effective in reducing uric acid levels in sufferers of Gouty Arthritis. Soursop leaf decoction can be used as a herbal medicine that has no side effects for sufferers or respondents.Keywords : Soursop Leaves, Gouty Arthritis, Elderly Women

Abstract

Abstract: According to the World Health Organization (WHO), obesity is one of the main global health problems and continues to increase, including in Indonesia. This research aims to examine the impact of green tea consumption on obesity by analyzing 20 journals published in Indonesia. Green tea contains bioactive compounds such as catechins that are believed to increase fat oxidation and thermogenesis, making it a promising natural intervention for weight management. In this review, each journal is analyzed based on research design, methodology, sample size, measuring tools, and main findings. The results of the analysis showed that green tea consumption consistently correlated with significant weight loss, reduced body fat, and improvements in metabolic health parameters such as lipid profiles and blood pressure. Most studies use experimental and quasi-experimental designs, with sample sizes varying from children to older adults. This research shows that green tea can be an important part of obesity management strategies in Indonesia. This study concluded that green tea has great potential as a dietary intervention for weight loss and improving metabolic health in different populations. Further studies are needed to understand the long-term effects and mechanisms underlying these benefits of green tea.Keywords: Green tea, obesity, weight loss, Indonesia, weight management, metabolic health.

Abstract

Rheumatoid arthritis merupakan penyakit yang ditandai dengan nyeri atau perdangan pada sendi. Terapi yang bisa untuk menghilangkan rasa sakit pada pasien dengan rheumatoid arthritis, salah satunya kompres hangat jahe merah dan kompres hangat serai yang bertujuan untuk merangsang permukaan kulit untuk meredakan nyeri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui perbandingan efektivitas kompres hangat jahe merah dan hangat serai terhadap nyeri rheumatoid arthritis pada lansia. Desain penelitian digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode quasi eksperimental dengan rancangan penelitian pre test post test design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 30 Desember 2024 – 12 Januari 2025. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien penderita rheumatoid arthritis di wilayah kerja UPT Puskesmas Batu Bersurat, sebanyak 75 jiwa dan sampel 40 orang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok 20 orang intervensi kelompok kompres hangat jahe merah dan 20 orang intrervensi kompres hangat serai. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan wawancara. Analisa menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dengan p – value 0,000 (<0,05)  maka artinya ada pengaruh kompres hangat jahe merah dan hangat serai terhadap nyeri rheumatoid arthritis pada lansia di wilayah kerja UPT Puskesmas Batu Bersurat. Disarankan untuk Puskesmas Batu Bersurat agar dapat menjadi sumber informasi tentang obat herbal/komplementer bagi pendeita rheumatoid arthritis dan penanganannya sehingga masyarakat bisa mengetahui tentang obat-obat herbal yang ada di sekitar yang bermanfaat bagi kesehatan. Kata Kunci     : Rematik arthritis, Nyeri, Jahe Merah, Serai

Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of health workers is very important in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of services in health centers in a region. However, the reality in the health centers in the region shows that not all health workers consistently show strong OCB. This study also aims to determine whether there is an influence of emotional intelligence and job satisfaction on the OCB of health workers in the health centers in the region. This study uses a quantitative methodology. Primary data were then collected through the use of a questionnaire instrument. The population of this study consisted of 60 health workers working in the health centers in the region. The total sampling technique was also used because the population was below 100; as a result, the sample size for this study was 60. The findings of this study indicate a significant positive influence of emotional intelligence on OCB. Furthermore, job satisfaction was also found to have several significant positive influences on OCB. In the end, emotional intelligence and job satisfaction simultaneously showed a significant positive influence on OCB.
