Abstract

X Shop is a retail shop that sells building tools. The X Store experienced out-of-stocks and excess stock on several types of inventory, both of which resulted in the X Store losing sales opportunities and holding back capital on excess stock of goods. Therefore, this research aims to apply the use of the ABC analysis method, EOQ method, and ROP method in controlling the inventory of the X Store. The data used is quantitative data and qualitative data. Quantitative data in the form of numerical data obtained from 2023 sales data belonging to Shop. The results of the analysis using the ABC analysis method show that the inventory included in group A is 4 types of goods (20%) with 56% of the investment value. There are 6 types of goods (30%) which are included in group B with 31% investment value, and 10 types of goods (50%) which are included in group C with an investment value of 13%. The results of the EOQ calculation show that the optimal order quantity for group A goods is 35-73 pcs and the ROP results show that for inventory in group A, the right time to reorder is when the inventory has reached 5- 10 p

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of store atmosphere (encompassing lighting, layout, and cleanliness) and brand awareness (including recognition of logo, tagline, and product quality) on the repurchase intention of Janji Jiwa coffee shop customers in Gunung Putri district. Using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), the research found that both store atmosphere (path coefficient of 0.360, p < 0.001) and brand awareness (path coefficient of 0.503, p < 0.001) had a significant and positive impact on repurchase intention. These findings indicate that efforts to create a comfortable and attractive store atmosphere, as well as strengthen brand image, will positively impact customer loyalty at Janji Jiwa

Abstract

This research aims to identify the dominant waste and its root causes at PT XYZ. The study uses a Lean Distribution approach by combining quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze and provide improvement recommendations in the distribution/shipping process at PT XYZ. To identify the waste occurring in the goods shipping process, the researcher used tools such as current state mapping, value stream analysis tools (VALSAT), fishbone diagram, and finally future state mapping. The results of this study indicate the existence of a dominant waste, namely waiting in the administrative preparation process of shipping and the preparation process of the fleet, as well as waste transportation in the goods shipping process. The root cause of this waiting waste is the slow delegation of backup approvers, lack of supervision from top management on busy approvers' work conditions or Or there is a meeting, there is no KPI for the approval time of delivery orders and a lack of routine system maintenance, the driver is currently making deliveries or transporting other passengers, limitations in the number of internal fleets, and maintenance of the fleet. Transportation waste in activities includes the addition of delivery routes caused by users requesting urgent deliveries, there are no regulations to limit goods after the loading process, and the limited fleet. Recommendations for improvement can reduce the processing time from 34,513 seconds to 25,146 seconds.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional appeal and perceived credibility on consumer behavior in the food and beverage (F&B) industry with food vlogger @codebluuuu as an intervening variable. Quantitative methods with an explanatory approach were used in this study. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 200 respondents who were active TikTok users aged 18-40 years and domiciled in the South Jakarta area. The data analysis technique was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method to test the relationship between variables. The results showed that emotional appeal and perceived credibility were directly and negatively significant on consumer behavior. Conversely, both have a significant and positive influence on consumer behavior when conveyed through food vloggers. This shows that food vloggers are able to mediate the influence of emotional appeal and perceived credibility more effectively. This study provides theoretical and practical implications regarding the effective role of food vloggers in transforming emotional appeal and credibility into encouragement of consumption behavior, as well as providing important contributions to more targeted communication strategies for F&B industry players

Abstract

The linear take-make-dispose economic model has proven inadequate in addressing twenty-first-century sustainability challenges, giving rise to circular economy (CE) as a strategic alternative. Indonesia, as the world's fourth-largest waste producer, faces urgency in this transition, reflected in the CE Roadmap 2025–2045 and the National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) 2025–2029. This article aims to map CE concepts, analyze their implementation across Indonesia's strategic sectors, and identify key drivers and barriers. The research employs a systematic literature review (SLR) of 12 selected sources from 500 initial documents retrieved via Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar for the period 2018–2025. Findings reveal that CE research in Indonesia predominantly operates at the macro scale, with implementation concentrated in the food and beverage and textile sectors. Key drivers include organizational agility, business analytics capability, green human resource management, digital supply chain, stakeholder engagement, and women's participation. Conversely, main barriers encompass limited capital and technology access for SMEs, low CE literacy, inadequate integrated policy frameworks, and significant waste infrastructure gaps between Java and the outer islands. These findings are expected to contribute to evidence-based and inclusive CE policy formulation in Indonesia.
