Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (Abdimas) di Kumpulan Orang Orang Depok (KOOD) Berbudaya ini bertujuan untuk peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat yang tergabung dalam KOOD di Kota Depok, Khususnya para pelaku usaha (UKM). Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat di KOOD ditujukan untuk melakukan kegiatan pelatihan / workshop dan penyuluhan pada para pelaku usaha dalam hal peningkatan pengelolaan usaha melalui pelatihan /workshop Penghitungan HPP dan Penyuluhan Kesehatan dan Kebugaran. Dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang telah dilaksanakan ini telah menghasilkan dan mendorong para pelaku UKM untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan usaha dengan mulai melakukan penghitungan biaya produksi dan operasional dari usaha mereka secara teratur dan sistematis sehingga dapat diketahui harga jual yang sesuai dan lebih realistis sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya saing, selain itu telah dilaksanakan pula kegiatan penyuluhan kesehatan dan kebugaran yang bertujuan dapat meningkatkan performa dari para pelaku UKM dalam kegiatan usahanya. Untuk tahapan selanjutnya kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat di Kumpulan Orang Orang Depok (KOOD) akan melakukan kegiatan pendampingan bagi para pelaku UKM tentang Penghitungan HPP pada tingkatan yang lebih jauh sampai pada tahapan dapat menghitung dan menentukan harga jual dari produk yang dihasilkan., sebagai keberlanjutan dari kegiatan yang sudah dilakukan.

Abstract

 This research has the purpose of examining the implementation of Total Quality Management and Teamwork through organization culture in improving managerial performance in the neighborhood of Sunan Kalijaga District of Demak. The research population is 276 employees. Sample of 220 respondents. Data types and resources use primary data and secondary data. Test instruments using validity tests, reliability tests. Data analysis using SEM AMOS version 23. Based on the results of the study concluded that Total Quality Management, Team Work directly influence positive and significant of organizational culture and managerial performance. Indirectly the organizational culture variables are able to provide added value or become a mediation variable between Total Quality Management, Team Work to managerial performance.Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan meneliti Implementasi Total Quality Management dan Teamwork  melalui Budaya Organisasi dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Manajerial  di Lingkungan RSUD Sunan Kalijaga Kabupaten Demak. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 276 pegawai. Sampel sebanyak 220 responden. Jenis dan sumber data menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Uji instrument menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan SEM AMOS versi 23. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Total Quality Management, Team Work berpengaruh secara langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi dan kinerja manajerial. Secara tidak langsung variabel budaya organisasi mampu memberikan nilai tambah atau menjadi variabel mediasi antara Total Quality Management, Team Work terhadap Kinerja Manajerial.

Abstract

 This study aims to analyze OCB employees of PDAM Tirta Bening Kabupaten Pati. Exogenous variables consist of work environment, material compensation, and servant leadership, while endogenous variables consist of organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. In this study a proportional random sampling method was used, 150 employees as research respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire instrument, while data analysis techniques used the SEM (Structure Equation Modeling) method. The results showed that the work environment had no effect on organizational commitment, material compensation had no effect on organizational commitment, the servant leadership had a significant effect on organizational commitment, the work environment had no effect on OCB, material compensation had no effect on OCB, the servant leadership had no effect on OCB, and organizational commitment has no effect on OCB.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis OCB pegawai PDAM Tirta Bening Kabupaten Pati. Variabel eksogen terdiri dari lingkungan kerja, kompensasi materil, dan the servant leadership, sedangkan variabel endogen terdiri dari komitmen organisasional dan organizational citizenship behavior. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode proportional random sampling, 150 pegawai sebagai responden penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan metode SEM (Structure Equation Modelling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasional, kompensasi materil tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasional, the servant leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap OCB, kompensasi materil tidak berpengaruh terhadap OCB, the servant leadership tidak berpengaruh terhadap OCB, dan komitmen organisasional tidak berpengaruh terhadap OCB

Abstract

This research has the purpose of analyzing the communication, Self Esteem Self Efficacy to the job satisfaction and the impact on the performance of nurses in the ' Aisyiyah Kudus Hospital. The research population is 146 nurses. Sample research of 120 respondents, sampling techniques using proportional sampling. Test the data instrument using validity and reliability tests. Analytical techniques used in AMOS SEM. Based on the results of the analysis shows that communication, self esteem and self efficacy to job satisfaction as well as to the performance of the nurse has a significant positive direct influence. That job satisfaction is able to increase or reinforce the direct influence between communication to nurse performance. Job satisfaction is able to increase or reinforce the direct influence between self esteem on the performance of nurses. Job satisfaction is able to increase or reinforce the direct influence between self efficacy to performance.Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan menganalisis Komunikasi, Self Esteem Self Efficacyterhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Dampaknya Terhadap Kinerja Perawat di Rumah SakitAisyiyah Kudus. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 146 perawat. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 120 responden, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional sampling. Uji instrument data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis yang digunakan menggunakan AMOS SEM. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi self esteem dan self efficacy terhadap kepuasan kerja maupun terhadap kinerja perawat mempunyai pengaruh langsung yang positif signifikan. bahwa kepuasan kerja mampu menambah atau memperkuat pengaruh langsung antara komunikasi terhadap kinerja perawat. Kepuasan kerja mampu menambah atau memperkuat pengaruh langsung antara self esteem terhadap kinerja perawat. Kepuasan kerja mampu menambah atau memperkuat pengaruh langsung antara self efficacy terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

Astronomi lahir dari kebutuhan masyarakat seperti di bidang pertanian, dan kelautan. Akan tetapi masyarakat sendiri belum banyak yang mengenal fenomena astronomi dan cenderung membangun mitos-mitos tentan fenomena tersebut, Upaya mengenalkan astronomi perlu dilakukan kepada masyrakat. Akademisi telah banyak mengenalkan astronomi akan tetapi masih sebatas di sekolah. Mengenalkan astronomi kepada masyrakat yang lebih luas dilakukan dengan memafaatkan kegiatan Car Free Day (CFD) sebagai contoh di CFD di kota Malang. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah mengedukasi masyarakat tentang fenomena astronomi, dan pengamatan Matahari dengan teleksop dan kaca mata Matahari, Masyaarkat memberi respon melalui kuisioner dengan skala likert. Respon masyarakat sangat baik, dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,53. Sebanyak 95.83% responden menyatakan perlu selalu diadakan kegiatan ini kembali.

Abstract

The research aims to find out the regression of job achievement motivation towards employee's working satisfaction, the regression of characteristic leadership towards employee's working satisfaction, internal culture towards employee's working satisfaction, job achievement motivation towards employee's working performance, the influence of characteristic leadership towards working performance, the regression of internal culture towards employee's working performance, and the regression of working satisfaction towards employee's working performance in PT. Pura Barutama, the company from Indonesia. The sample is 105 employees. The Questionnaire is used as the instrument while the data analysis is done by using Structural Equation Modeling program. The research found that there is a significant effect of achievement motivation variable towards working satisfaction shown by positive regression. It is also proven by the regression that characteristic leadership is not influential towards working satisfaction of employee; internal culture has a positive effect towards working satisfaction. Meanwhile, achievement motivation has positive regression towards working performance. Characteristic leadership towards working performance is also proven to have regression. Internal culture has a positive effect towards the working performance and working satisfaction also has a positive effect towards working performance.

Abstract

Background; Character education supports Islamic values in schools, with congregational prayer viewed as a means to instill moral and spiritual principles. However, the implementation and impact of such programs on students’ character development remain underexplored. Objective: This study aims to examine the implementation of the congregational prayer program in strengthening the Islamic character of high school students, particularly focusing on the development of gratitude. Method: The research employed a qualitative approach with a phenomenological paradigm. It was conducted at SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Bengkulu in 2022. Data were collected through three primary techniques: (1) participant observation, (2) in-depth interviews, and (3) documentation. The analysis was carried out using the deduction, induction, and comparison methods. Result: The findings reveal that the implementation of Dhuha and Zuhur congregational prayers contributes significantly to shaping students' gratitude character. This development is evident in three dimensions: physical (behavioral discipline), psychological (emotional awareness and sincerity), and social (togetherness and mutual respect). Conclusion: The congregational prayer program effectively fosters Islamic character in students, particularly the value of gratitude. Routine practice and a supportive school environment play a critical role in reinforcing this character. Contribution: This research provides valuable insights into how religious practices, such as congregational prayer, can be integrated into school programs to support character education. It serves as a scientific reference for educators and policymakers aiming to strengthen Islamic values in educational institutions.

Abstract

Objective – This study was conducted to analyze the influence of e-service quality, product price, and customer experience on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction among Tokopedia users in Kudus Regency. The research focused on digital marketing, specifically consumer behavior in the context of e-commerce. Novelty – This study's novelty lies in the use of customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. Method – A quantitative approach was employed by distributing questionnaires to 130 Tokopedia user respondents using a purposive sampling technique, namely those who had shopped on Shopee at least twice in the past three months. Data analysis was performed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using AMOS. Finding – The results of this study indicate that e-service quality, product price, and customer experience have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. Furthermore, customer satisfaction has been shown to act as a mediating variable, strengthening the influence of e-service quality, product price, and customer experience on repurchase intention. Limitations and Implications– This study is limited and cannot be broadly generalized to other e-commerce platforms or different regions. Implications can be used as a basis for competitive pricing and creating a better customer experience to drive satisfaction and repurchase intention.

Abstract

Community service activities are one form of realizing the tri dharma of higher education which aims to contribute by going directly into the field to help the community or school in several activities. SMK Abdi Karya is a vocational school that collaborates with the Gunadarma University Community Service Team (Abdimas). The Abdimas team consists of 7 lecturers. The problem partners face is that there is no data management on student work products at SMK Abdi Karya. Products made by students include key chains, recycled bags, digital products, and handicraft products, which have not yet been managed into product data stored in a database. Students are not yet able to utilize Microsoft Access as an application that can process and store various types of data. In office automation lessons using Microsoft Access, only theory is given without direct practice. This community service activity aims to provide training and practical assistance to students in managing product data using Microsoft Access. Students are given training in creating databases and storage tables, how to manage product data, and create reports. The community service activity program includes the preparation of learning materials, training, and evaluation of activities. The results of community service activities are in the form of learning modules, product photos, and student learning evaluation results.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence competency, training dan work facilities onemployee performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variabel (Study of property user administration officials, user property administrators and auxiliary property administrators within the Kudus Regency Government). The population in this study was 155 people. Respondents totaled 125 people. Sampling Technique: In this research, quota sampling was used. This instrument was tested using validity and reliability tests. The analysis technique used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) AMOS. The results of this research show, firstly, competency has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, secondly training has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, thirdly work facilities have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, fourth competency has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, fifthly training has a positive effect on organizational commitment. positive and significant on employee performance, the six work facilities have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the seventh organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Periodic evaluations need to be carried out through monitoring and evaluation of the OPD as a benchmark for employee performance results, so that they are able to realize the vision and mission of regional property management.
