Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of agent marketing strategiesbranchless banking on customer interest through the service quality of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Area Kudus. The results show the influence of agent marketing strategies.branchless banking on the interest of customers of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk vKudus, this is proven by the t valuecount amounting to 3,192 > ttableof 1.655 with a significance level below 5%. The influence of the agent's marketing strategybranchless banking regarding the quality of service of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Area Kudus, this is proven by the t valuecount amounting to 2,824 > ttableof 1.655 with a significance level below 5%. The influence of customer interest on the service quality of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk in the Area Kudus is proven by the t-valuecount amounting to 1,819 > ttableof 1.655 with a significance level below 5%. Abstract

This research has the purpose of analyzing the communication, Self Esteem & Self Efficacy to the job satisfaction and the impact on the performance of nurses in the ' Aisyiyah Kudus Hospital. The research population is 146 nurses. Sample research of 120 respondents, sampling techniques using proportional sampling. Test the data instrument using validity and reliability tests. Analytical techniques used in AMOS SEM. Based on the results of the analysis shows that communication, self esteem and self efficacy to job satisfaction as well as to the performance of the nurse has a significant positive direct influence. That job satisfaction is able to increase or reinforce the direct influence between communication to nurse performance. Job satisfaction is able to increase or reinforce the direct influence between self esteem on the performance of nurses. Job satisfaction is able to increase or reinforce the direct influence between self efficacy to performance.Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan menganalisis Komunikasi, Self Esteem & Self Efficacyterhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Dampaknya Terhadap Kinerja Perawat di Rumah SakitAisyiyah Kudus. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 146 perawat. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 120 responden, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional sampling. Uji instrument data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis yang digunakan menggunakan AMOS SEM. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi self esteem dan self efficacy terhadap kepuasan kerja maupun terhadap kinerja perawat mempunyai pengaruh langsung yang positif signifikan. bahwa kepuasan kerja mampu menambah atau memperkuat pengaruh langsung antara komunikasi terhadap kinerja perawat. Kepuasan kerja mampu menambah atau memperkuat pengaruh langsung antara self esteem terhadap kinerja perawat. Kepuasan kerja mampu menambah atau memperkuat pengaruh langsung antara self efficacy terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

 This research has the purpose of examining the implementation of Total Quality Management and Teamwork through organization culture in improving managerial performance in the neighborhood of Sunan Kalijaga District of Demak. The research population is 276 employees. Sample of 220 respondents. Data types and resources use primary data and secondary data. Test instruments using validity tests, reliability tests. Data analysis using SEM AMOS version 23. Based on the results of the study concluded that Total Quality Management, Team Work directly influence positive and significant of organizational culture and managerial performance. Indirectly the organizational culture variables are able to provide added value or become a mediation variable between Total Quality Management, Team Work to managerial performance.Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan meneliti Implementasi Total Quality Management dan Teamwork  melalui Budaya Organisasi dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Manajerial  di Lingkungan RSUD Sunan Kalijaga Kabupaten Demak. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 276 pegawai. Sampel sebanyak 220 responden. Jenis dan sumber data menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Uji instrument menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan SEM AMOS versi 23. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Total Quality Management, Team Work berpengaruh secara langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi dan kinerja manajerial. Secara tidak langsung variabel budaya organisasi mampu memberikan nilai tambah atau menjadi variabel mediasi antara Total Quality Management, Team Work terhadap Kinerja Manajerial.

Abstract

 This study aims to analyze OCB employees of PDAM Tirta Bening Kabupaten Pati. Exogenous variables consist of work environment, material compensation, and servant leadership, while endogenous variables consist of organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. In this study a proportional random sampling method was used, 150 employees as research respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire instrument, while data analysis techniques used the SEM (Structure Equation Modeling) method. The results showed that the work environment had no effect on organizational commitment, material compensation had no effect on organizational commitment, the servant leadership had a significant effect on organizational commitment, the work environment had no effect on OCB, material compensation had no effect on OCB, the servant leadership had no effect on OCB, and organizational commitment has no effect on OCB.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis OCB pegawai PDAM Tirta Bening Kabupaten Pati. Variabel eksogen terdiri dari lingkungan kerja, kompensasi materil, dan the servant leadership, sedangkan variabel endogen terdiri dari komitmen organisasional dan organizational citizenship behavior. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode proportional random sampling, 150 pegawai sebagai responden penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan metode SEM (Structure Equation Modelling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasional, kompensasi materil tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasional, the servant leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap OCB, kompensasi materil tidak berpengaruh terhadap OCB, the servant leadership tidak berpengaruh terhadap OCB, dan komitmen organisasional tidak berpengaruh terhadap OCB

Abstract

Purpose of the study: The purpose of this study is to analyze the causes and impacts of low competence among village officials from the perspective of knowledge mastery, skills, mental attitude, and leadership in Gebog District, Kudus Regency. This study also aims to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors affecting the performance and competency improvement of village officials. Furthermore, the research seeks to formulate strategic policies for improving and developing the competencies of village officials through a Fishbone analysis approach, in order to enhance the effectiveness of public services and administrative performance at the village level. Materials and methods: This study employed a qualitative descriptive research design to analyze the competence of village officials from the perspectives of knowledge mastery, skills, mental attitude, and leadership. The research was conducted in villages across Gebog District, Kudus Regency. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with key informants, including district and village government officials, village facilitators, local village assistants, and community members who utilize village administrative services. Informants were selected purposively based on their role and relevance to the research objectives. The collected data were analyzed using qualitative analysis supported by the Fishbone (cause-and-effect) diagram to identify root causes of competence-related problems, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors affecting performance improvement. Data credibility was ensured through triangulation of sources and techniques. Results: The results show that the low competence of village officials in Gebog District is influenced by both internal and external factors across the dimensions of knowledge, skills, mental attitude, and leadership. Supporting factors for competency improvement include government support, adequate budgeting, availability of technology and infrastructure, and strong leadership commitment. On the other hand, limited resources, resistance to change, insufficient development opportunities, and bureaucratic constraints hinder improvement efforts. The Fishbone analysis highlights the need for integrated strategies focusing on training and education, supervision and evaluation, incentive enhancement, bureaucratic reform, and the effective use of technology to improve overall competency. Conclusions: This study reveals that village officials' competencies are influenced by internal and external factors related to knowledge, skills, mental attitude, and leadership. Strengthening training, leadership commitment, and technological utilization are essential to improve performance, service quality, and sustainable governance effectiveness at the village level.

Abstract

ENGLISH This research aims to analyze the effect of training and rotation on employee performance with competency as an intervening variable. This research data uses primary data which is collected in the form of a questionnaire. The sampling method used purposive sampling and a sample of 170 respondents was obtained. The data analysis in this research used a structural equation model. The results of this research state that training and rotation have a positive and significant effect on employee competency, rotation and competency have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while training has no significant effect on employee performance. INDONESIA Tujuan Penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan rotasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan kompetensi sebagi variabel intervening. Data penelitian berupa data primer yang diambil dengan alat bantukuesioner. Sampel ditentukan dengan cara purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 170 responden. Analisis data menggunakan structural equation model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelatihan dan rotasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi pegawai. Rotasi dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Adapun pelatihan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the strategy for improving the performance of village operators in distributing social assistance in the Kalinyamatan District, Jepara Regency. This research method uses Qualitative Methodology with a descriptive approach by conducting interviews with 12 informants including village heads, village operators and beneficiary families. The results of this study state that the main duties and functions of village operators in the Kalinyamatan District, Jepara Regency in distributing social assistance are focused on data management to ensure it is on target. The process of inputting social assistance data to KPM in the Kalinyamatan District, Jepara Regency is carried out in stages through the integrated SIKS-NG system managed by the Ministry of Social Affairs. The results of the identification of internal and external factors of village operators in distributing social assistance in the Kalinyamatan District, Jepara Regency using SWOT analysis can optimize efficiency, data validity, and accuracy of social assistance targets. The strategy for improving the performance of village operators in the Kalinyamatan District, Jepara Regency is focused on strengthening technical capacity, updating data, and increasing transparency.

Abstract

This research analysis the influence of Transformational Leadership on Employee Performance mediated by Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Work Motivation on employees of the Jepara District Office. The study uses a quantitative approach with a causality survey method. The study population includes all employees of the Jepara District Office with a total sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and analyzed using the Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS 3 software. The results of the research indicate that Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on OCB and Work Motivation. Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance and is proven to mediate the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Employee Performance. Conversely, OCB has no significant effect on Employee Performance and cannot act as a mediating variable. The research model indicates that Employee Performance can be explained by 68.8% of the variables in the model. This research concludes that improving employee performance is more effective through strengthening work motivation supported by transformational leadership than through extra-role behavior (OCB).

Abstract

Nanocrystalline mixed spinel ferrite of Co0.5Ni0.5Fe2O4 magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) has been successfully synthesized by coprecipitation method and encapsulated by PEG-4000 with various concentrations. X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) patterns showed that nanoparticles contained Co0.5Ni0.5Fe2O4 spinel ferrite with crystallite size of 14.9 nm. After PEG-4000 encapsulation particles size decreased became 7.7 nm. Interaction Co0.5Ni0.5Fe2O4 nanoparticles with long chain PEG-4000 caused the crystal growth trap. Lattice parameter and X-Ray density have no significant difference after encapsulated PEG-4000. The coercivity (??) of Co0.5Ni0.5Fe2O4 was 214 Oe. The ?? decreased after PEG-4000 encapsulation became 127 Oe, which is due to the decrease of crystallite size. The maximum magnetization (Mmax) of Co0.5Ni0.5Fe2O4 was 12.0 emu/g, and decreased after PEG-4000 encapsulation to 11.7 emu/g, because PEG-4000 is paramagnetic. After the concentration of PEG-4000 increased, then the amount of paramagnetic material increase which lead maximum magnetization decrease.
