Abstract

Kelompok Tani Kenongo Mukti merupakan kelompok tani yang bergerak di bidang usaha kopi yang berada di Kecamatan Kalibaru Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Sebagaimana kelompok tani yang lain, kelompok tani kenongo mukti juga mengalami berbagai permasalahan yang terkait dengan manajemen usaha. Beberapa permasalahan tersebut antara lain terkait terbatasnya produksi kopi yang dihasilkan akibat peralatan yang dimiliki masih sederhana, pengemasan yang dilakukan membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan kurang rapi akibat peralatan dalam pengemasan masih menggunakan seterika dan penggaris. Permasalahan berikutnya yaitu terkait dengan pengelolaan keuangan, dimana mitra masih belum menguasai terkait pengelolaan keuangan usaha secara efektif dan efisisen, sehingga mitra tidak dapat menentukan dengan baik berapa laba atau rugi yang dihasilkan dari usaha. Berdasarkan beberapa permasalahan tersebut, Tim PKM melakukan intervensi yaitu dengan memberikan hibah peralatan berupa mesin roasting dan mesin sealer, serta melakukan berbagai jenis pelatihan seperti pelatihan pengelolaan kopi, pelatihan pengemasan kopi, serta pelatihan pengelolaan kopi. Dengan adanya berbagai intervensi yang dilakukan tersebut, maka dapat mengurangi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra.

Abstract

The use of social media is very developed during the COVID-19 pandemic, this increases the risk of data leakage, most of which are caused by internal parties from social media users themselves. For that we need an instrument that can measure the behavior of users who are at risk of social media that is used to minimize the potential for such leaks. This research consists of three stages including a literature review on aspects that affect the security of the social media system. The second stage is the preparation of a questionnaire design regarding the risk of cyber attacks on social media. Then the third stage is testing the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. Based on the research, there are 4 aspects that affect the security of social media, namely the use of electronic devices, access to social media, internet behavior, and unusual events in health facilities. The developed questionnaire consists of 27 question items which are divided into these 4 aspects. In the overall validity test the items are valid (r count > r table). While the reliability test of the questionnaire was reliable with Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.867. The developed questionnaire design can be applied to assess the risk of cyber attacks on social media among workers. Further research is needed to implement the questionnaire design

Abstract

Banyuwangi Regency is one of the regencies in East Java that has a higher economic growth rate than East Java's economic growth. Likewise, the poverty rate in Banyuwangi in 2019 was 7.52 percent, this figure is much lower than the East Java Province average of 10.2 percent (Central Statistics Agency, 2019). Poverty in Banyuwangi Regency is contributed by several sub-districts, namely Kalibaru, Licin, Songgon, and Glenmore, where the percentage of poverty is above 10%, while other sub-districts such as Giri, Tegaldimo, and Sempu the percentage of the number of poor people is below 6%. This indicates the occurrence of economic inequality, where there are vertical and horizontal differences that cause disparities or uneven development. This study aims to see how the economic inequality in Banyuwangi Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The object of this research is all sub-districts in Banyuwangi Regency. The data is obtained by distributing questionnaires and conducting interviews with the Office which is directly related to indicators of economic inequality. The results of the study found that there were several sub-districts that still lacked the availability of health facilities and educational facilities, the Stunting Rate was still high in some sub-districts, the distribution of UMKM in the Banyuwangi district was evenly distributed, and there were several sub-districts whose UMKM had not yet developed, the number of unemployed was still scattered in several districts, The provision of social assistance still has the problem of mistargeting so that the achievement of the goal of social assistance is not achieved.

Abstract

This article discusses the development of human resources and the integration of spiritual values in the context of developing state apparatus in Situbondo Regency. Human resource development is not only related to increasing technical competence but also involves aspects of values and spirituality. Spiritual values include integrity, ethics, morality, responsibility, values-based leadership, and concern for the welfare of society. The integration of spiritual values aims to create responsible, fair, and public service-oriented officials. The results of this study show that a model for developing state apparatus that integrates spiritual values is a strong foundation in increasing technical competence and forming good character. The Situbondo Regency Government took steps which included identifying and introducing spiritual values, training and developing ethics, fostering values-based leadership, integrating spiritual values into organizational policies and processes, and improving welfare and work balance. Through this approach, it is hoped that state apparatus in Situbondo Regency will be created who are not only competent in the technical field but also have a good attitude and respect moral values. The development of human resources with a spiritual approach will help create public services that are of high quality, transparent, and oriented to the interests of the community.

Abstract

Cirebon City is a city located in the eastern part of West Java Province which has great natural, culinary and religious tourism potential. Judging from its tax potential, Cirebon City has quite large restaurant tax potential. This is due to the strategic geographical location of Cirebon City. Cirebon City itself is the trade center for Region III Cirebon, namely Kuningan Regency, Cirebon Regency and Indramayu Regency. Cirebon City Restaurant Tax is regulated in Cirebon City Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2019 concerning the Second Amendment to Cirebon City Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2012 concerning Regional Taxes. The regional regulations explain that Restaurant Tax is a tax levied on every service provided by a restaurant. Restaurant tax is one component of Regional Original Income (PAD) revenue. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness and contribution of Restaurant Tax to local revenue. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method, by analyzing the level of effectiveness and contribution of Cirebon City Restaurant Tax revenue from 2019-2021, using secondary data obtained from pages managed by the Cirebon City Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda). The research results show that the level of effectiveness of Restaurant Tax revenue fluctuates greatly due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, and the contribution to PAD is still relatively low.

Abstract

This research aims to describe product innovation carried out by one of the in this study are the owner as a key informant operational director and consumers in relation to product innovation. The data analysis used is domain analysis and taxonomy analysis. The result of this study are that DKM Cakes & Cookies has implemented 5 bases of product innovation, namely modulation-based innovation, size-based innovation, packaging-based innovation complementary material development-based innovation, effort reduction-based innovation The phenomenon that occurs shows that the product innovation most often carried out by DKM Cakes & Cookies is complementary material development-based innovation by producing more than 100 menu variations and creating limited edition products that are only sold once a year with a different product selection every 1 month, which is named dynamite products.

Abstract

Leadership style is an important aspect that must be possessed by a leader in carrying out his leadership responsibilities. Leadership style is a behavior and strategy resulting from a combination of attitudes, skills, philosophy of a leader to influence the behavior of members or subordinates in an institution or organization. Leadership style is divided into several types, one of which is the charismatic leadership style. Charismatic leadership style is formed on the basis of motivational commitment and emotional identity to their vision, philosophy, and style to their members. Charismatic leaders are able to instill spiritual values ??in the emotional souls of their members, so that they are unwittingly able to create change.In this article the author conducts research on the charismatic leadership style applied by Kiyai Siroji Muslim Abko in that he is the founder and first caretaker of the Al-Murabbi Islamic boarding school which is located at Jalan Nipah Kuning Dalam, West Kalimantan. The research conducted by the author is included in the research that has just been carried out, especially in Pontianak City.Therefore, it is hoped that this article can become a reading reference which provides data on charismatic leadership so that it can be applied by readers or for leaders from an institution or organization. We hope that this article will also increase people's interest in placing their children in the Al-Murabbi Islamic boarding school, Nipah Kuning Dalam, West Kalimantan.

Abstract

Alumni have an important role in the development of the boarding school, especially as a connector of information in the form of personal promotion, so the attachment of alumni and the boarding school must be maintained and maximally empowered. Alumni also become the mediators of the boarding school in promoting it to the community in accordance with the function of alumni in building a good image of the boarding school. This research focuses on 1) how the role of alumni as mediators and personal promotion strategies. 2) What is the boarding school's promotion strategy through alumni? This research uses descriptive qualitative research through data collection techniques based on the results of observations and interviews in the field related to the required data. The results of this study indicate that the role of alumni is very influential in conveying information at the boarding school, and the boarding school's strategy in carrying out promotions involves alumni as a conduit of information to the community regarding the boarding school. In addition, the strategy is carried out by providing reinforcement to alumni when going into the community to invite continuing education to the boarding school based on good manners. Alumni memiliki peranan penting dalam perkembangan pondok pesantren terutama menjadi penyambung informasi dalam bentuk promosi secara personal sehingga keterikatan alumni dan pondok pesantren harus dijaga dan diberdayakan secara maksimal. Alumni juga menjadi mediator pondok pesantren dalam mempromosikannya kepada masyarakat sesuai dengan fungsi alumni dalam membangun citra yang baik dari pondok pesantrennya. Penelitian ini fokus 1) bagaimana peran alumni sebagai mediator dan strategi promosi secara personal. 2) bagaimana strategi promosi pondok pesantren melalui alumni. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif secara deskriptif melalu teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara dilapangan terkait data yang diperlukan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran alumni sangat berpengaruh dalam menyampaikan informasi dipondok pesantren dan strategi pondok pesantren dalam melaksanakan promosi melibatkan alumni sebagai penyambung informasi kepada masyarakat terkait pondok pesantrennya.Selain itu strategi yang dilakukan dengan cara memberikan penguatan kepada alumni ketika terjun ke masyarakat untuk mengajak melanjutkan pendidikan ke pondok pesantren dengan berlandaskan akhlakul karimah.

Abstract

Soft skills adalah keterampilan non-teknis yang berkaitan dengan bagaimana seseorang berinteraksi dan bekerja dengan orang lain. Soft skills berkontribusi pada pembentukan budaya organisasi yang positif dan inklusif. Budaya yang baik menarik dan mempertahankan talenta terbaik, yang merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing organisasi. Tujuan penelitian adalah membahas tentang pengembangan soft skill untuk peningkatan kinerja, daya saing sumber daya manusia dan good corporate governance. Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan tinjauan literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa soft skills seperti komunikasi, kerjasama tim, manajemen waktu, kepemimpinan,pemecahan masalah, adaptibilitas, etika kerja, interpersonal,manajemen stress,kreatifitas dan inovasi, pengambilan keputusan dan negosiasi sangat berpengaruh pada kinerja, daya saing SDM dan juga untuk pembentukan Good Corporate Governance pada organisasi.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital semakin memudahkan segala transaksi dalam dunia jasa, salah satunya adalah layanan perbankan. Pelayanan yang diberikan kini sudah mengarah ke era layanan perbankan digital. Ketika seorang nasabah merasa puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan suatu perusahaan, maka besar kemungkinan ia akan menjadi nasabah setia yang loyal terhadap perusahaan tersebut tanpa beralih ke pesaing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan nasabah terhadap loyalitas nasabah Bank BCA. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling, pendekatan sampling aksidental. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Kepuasan Pelanggan (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.
