Abstract

This research aims to describe digital marketing carried out by PT Bipang Jangkar Abadi. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis used is domain analysis and taxonomic analysis. The results of this research are that PT Bipang Jangkar Abadi has implemented 3 strategies, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. PT Bipang Jangkar Abadi utilizes social media platforms as its digital marketing media such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok as well as the Shopee and Tokopedia marketplaces. The most effective digital marketing activities are carried out through the social media platform Instagram because based on observations it shows that through creative video content and attractive discount offer strategies interactions with consumers can run effectively, this can form consumer satisfaction and build consumer loyalty significantly.

Abstract

The location of Warung Bakso Kabut Bu Juhairiyah is far from the urban center, there are bad reviews on Google Maps, few followers on Instagram, and experiencing ups and downs in business development but still exists today. The purpose of this study is to find out, analyze, and describe the marketing mix strategy at the fog meatball shop. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that Warung Bakso Kabut Bu Juhairiyah has implemented the 4P marketing mix strategy, namely the product strategy by prioritizing the quality of the ingredients for making meatballs, creating unique meatballs, tasting good, the size of the fog meatballs is quite large, a variety of meatball menus, creating complementary products, having a brand and packaging, products can be frozen, and maximum service. Pricing strategy, providing affordable prices for all groups and determining prices according to meatball portions. Place strategy, the fog meatball shop has an offline place and is a strategic place because it presents views of rice fields and rural nuances. This business has a large enough place with its design, ornaments, and facilities. Promotion strategies include online marketing and social media, sales promotion, public relations, and word of mouth.Keywords: marketing; marketing mix strategy; businessLokasi Warung Bakso Kabut Bu Juhairiyah jauh dari pusat perkotaan, adanya ulasan buruk di Google Maps, sedikitnya pengikut di Instagram, dan mengalami perkembangan usaha yang naik turun namun masih eksis hingga sekarang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui, menganalisis, dan mendeskripsikan strategi bauran pemasaran pada warung bakso kabut tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Warung Bakso Kabut Bu Juhairiyah telah menerapkan strategi bauran pemasaran 4P yaitu strategi produk dengan mengutamakan kualitas bahan pembuatan bakso, penciptaan bakso unik, rasanya enak, ukuran bakso kabut lumayan besar, beragam menu bakso, penciptaan produk pelengkap, memiliki brand dan kemasan, produk dapat difrozenkan, serta pelayanan maksimal. Strategi harga, memberikan harga terjangkau untuk semua kalangan dan penentuan harga disesuaikan dengan porsi bakso. Strategi tempat, warung bakso kabut memiliki tempat offline dan menjadi tempat strategis karena menyajikan pemandangan sawah dan nuansa pedesaan. Usaha ini memiliki tempat yang cukup luas dengan desain, ornamen, dan fasilitasnya. Strategi promosi berupa pemasaran online dan media sosial, promosi penjualan, public relation, serta mulut ke mulut.Kata Kunci: pemasaran; strategi bauran pemasaran; bisnis

Abstract

After the enactment of the Law on Villages No. 6 of 2014, villages have their own authority in making regulations or village-scale local authority. In addition, the state also provides funds to villages through transfers regulated in Government Regulation No. 60 of 2014 as a form of effort to equalize and accelerate development in the village. Meanwhile, the implementation of fund management in the village uses regulatory guidelines from the Ministry of Villages that adjust to national conditions. National economic recovery is the most important part after declaring Indonesia free from the Covid-19 pandemic and continues through SDG-based activity programs to improve the population's economy. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method by referring to the policy implementation theory of Donald Van Meter and Carel Van Horn. Village financial management cannot be separated from the policy of the village head as the PKPKD (Village Financial Management Power Holder) although in general the use of village funds can only be allocated for the administration of village government, development, community development, community empowerment and emergency disaster management.

Abstract

The complete systematic land registration program (PTSL) is a strategic step of the government in encouraging complete land administration. Lumajang Regency since 2018 has been one of the districts selected as the implementer of the PTSL program. The researcher emphasizes the research locus of Uranggantung Village. The village was selected as the target of the PTSL program in 2024. The realization of targets that are not achieved from a public program/policy (PTSL) is a problem that must be overcome. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the complete sitematic land registration program (PTSL) in Uranggantung Village, Lumajang Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. The results of the study show that the implementation of the PTSL program in the form of community participation in Uranggantung Village contains several stages, namely the decision-making stage, the implementation stage, the benefit taking stage, and the evaluation stage. In addition, this study describes the implementation of the PTSL program through environmental conditions, inter-organizational relationships, resources, and characteristic implementing agencies.

Abstract

0KM merupakan kegiatan usaha kuliner berbasis komunitas masyarakat di RW27 Kelurahan Sumbersari Kecamatan Sumbersari Kabupaten Jember. Sebagai kegiatan usaha, terdapat beberapa permaslaahan yang dihadapi yaitu belum tersedia sarana pengembangan lokasi, belum terjalin kemitraan secara maksimal antara pengelola dengan warga, belum tersedia sumberdaya manusia yang mumpuni dalam menyajikan hasil olahan kuliner, belum terdapat sistem akuntansi yang cukup dalam mencatat dan mengelola keuangan mitra. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut solusi yang ditawarkan pada kegiatan hibah ini adalah hibah peralatan penunjang, pembuatan lokasi yang memadai untuk menampung keterlibatan warga sekitar dalam menjalankan usaha kuliner, menjalin kemitraan dengan warga secara tertulis dalam bentuk bagi hasil, pelatihan sumberdaya manusia yang terampil dan mampu menyajikan sajian kuliner yang menarik, melakukan pelatihan pencatatan keuangan dan pembukuan akuntansi usaha, melakukan pelatihan penyusunan rencana usaha dan bisnis. Metode dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini yaitu ceramah, pelatihan, demonstrasi dan pendampingan. Kegiatan berhasil dilaksanakan sesuai dengan rencana kegiatan. Terdapat peningkatan kemampuan pengelola dan masyarakat dalam melaksanakan kegiatan usaha 0KM. kegiatan dikuti oleh pengelola 0KM dan juga masyarakat RW27 Kelurahan Sumbersari.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh produk, harga, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen produk properti PT Bintang Indonesia Sentosa Lumajang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pembeli yang menempati rumah di Perumahan Subsidi D'Green Hasanah Tahap 1 dan D'Green Hasanah Tahap 2 (The Amarta). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling jenuh, dan diperoleh hasil dari 100 sampel yang valid. Hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa produk secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen, harga secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen, dan promosi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Sedangkan secara simultan, produk, harga dan promosi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen produk properti PT Bintang Indonesia Sentosa Lumajang. This research aims to analyze and describe the influence of product, price and promotion on consumer purchasing decisions for PT Bintang Indonesia Sentosa Lumajang property products. The population in this study were all buyers who occupied houses in D'Green Hasanah Phase 1 and D'Green Hasanah Phase 2 (The Amarta) Subsidized Housing. This research used a quantitative approach with a saturated sampling technique, and obtained results from 100 valid samples. Partial test results show that the product partially influences consumer purchasing decisions, price partially influences consumer purchasing decisions, and promotion partially influences consumer purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, simultaneously, product, price and promotion influence consumer purchasing decisions for PT Bintang Indonesia Sentosa Lumajang property products.

Abstract

Hospitals have various operational activities, including production, marketing and financial recording activities. The concept of operations management is very important for managing hospital operations. Globalization has had an impact on changes in the strategic environment. Globalization has triggered the emergence of competition in various fields. With this competition, every hospital strives and is required to improve the quality and quality of services both in terms of methods and technology used to support services. Quality control must be implemented and maintained properly as a value that has an impact on all aspects of the hospital, one of which is increasing turnover from the business side. A quality management system is an arrangement that ensures the achievement of planned quality goals and objectives in hospital services. To carry out quality hospital services, it is necessary to implement good operational management as a means of supporting high quality hospital services that have value in the point of view of the community. This phenomenon exists, therefore the authors use the scoping review method as a research method. This aims to review previous literature that has explored the quality of hospital services and the implementation of operational management as a means of quality control in hospitals.

Abstract

The Regent of Jember Regency issued a Regent's Regulation, namely Regent's Regulation Number 21 of 2021 concerning the Position, Organizational Structure, Duties and Functions and Work Procedures of the Jember Regency Cooperative and Micro Enterprise Service. The Regent's Regulation regulates the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises which supports the development of MSMEs in Jember Regency. The Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises must follow these regulations so that policies are formed with implementation in the form of programs that are followed by MSME actors. The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of the Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises Service policy based on a comparison of the objectives of the Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises Service with the direct benefits from MSME actors. This research will use qualitative research. Primary data sources will be obtained from interviews with resource persons, namely officers from the Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises Service and MSME Owners. This research uses triangulation techniques to test the validity of the data. The results of the research are that the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises is implementing programs that can support MSME actors, namely (1) On The Spot Legality Facilitation Program, (2) Vocational Training Program, (3) Go Digital MSME Entrepreneurship Program, and (4) Lawsuit Socialization Simple Free. MSME actors, namely Kopi Rengganis MSME, Opak Gulung MSME, and Aren Handycraft MSME experienced all the programs implemented.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of customer experience and electronic word of mouth on customer repurchase intentions of Mie Kober Jember. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample used was 120 respondents using a purposive sampling technique with the condition that the respondent had made a direct purchase or dined in at Mie Kober Jember, Karimata Branch twice or more. The results showed that the customer experience variable had a significant effect on customer repurchase intention of Mie Kober Jember. Meanwhile, electronic word of mouth variable has no significant effect on customer repurchase intention of Mie Kober Jember caused by the low level of discussion between customers on social media. Even so, together the variables of customer experience and electronic word of mouth have a significant effect on the repurchase intention of Mie Kober Jember customers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pemasaran konten yang diterapkan oleh DKM Cake & Cookies Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi dari berbagai platform media sosial yang digunakan oleh DKM, seperti Instagram, TikTok, dan Facebook. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengacu pada lima dimensi utama dalam pemasaran konten, yaitu kognisi pembaca, motivasi berbagi, persuasi, pengambilan keputusan, dan faktor kehidupan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran konten yang kuat, seperti penggunaan video pendek dan foto produk yang estetik, dapat meningkatkan brand awareness dan customer engagement. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi yang konkret bagi DKM Cake and Cookies dalam mengimplementasikan content marketing yang lebih efektif.
