Abstract

This study aims to manage quality document data based on information technology. The stages of this research method include; 1) requirements analysis, 2) design, 3) implementation and unit testing. 4) integration and system test. The approach in this study uses a systems approach with the waterfall model. The steps for developing a software model with a waterfall model are divided into 4 cycles, namely; 1) requirements analysis, 2) design, 3) implementation and unit testing. 4) integration and system test. The results of the study, 1) menu components and SOP submenus are feasible for use, 2) Standard Quality menu and submenu components are feasible for use, 3) quality manual menu and submenu components are feasible for use, 4) menu components and formuruclear submenus are suitable for use. In conclusion, the Quality Document SIM is feasible to use. The Quality Document Database Management Information System can assist LP3MP in managing data online, so that the LP3MP operator team can (input, process and output data) quickly, precisely and accurately. Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the product of the Bidik Misi scholarship program. This research uses case study qualitative method. The research was conducted at Djuanda University which is a private university in LLDIKTI region IV. Collecting data using interview instruments, questionnaires, observations, and documentation with data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The research findings show that the final results of the Bidik Misi scholarship are in accordance with the program objectives, namely increasing student motivation and achievement, increasing student achievement in the curricular, co-curricular and extracurricular fields, causing an impact for students and prospective students to always improve achievement and be competitive, and produce graduates who are independent, productive and have social concerns to break the chain of poverty and empower the community. Meanwhile, aspects of increasing access and learning opportunities in higher education, as well as ensuring the continuity of student studies to completion and on time, still need improvement. In conclusion, the Bidikmisi scholarship program has produced graduates who are independent, productive and have social awareness, so that they are able to play a role in efforts to break the poverty chain and empower people in Indonesia. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the planning of private madrasah ibtidaiyah (MI) in rural areas in organizing the tahfiz al-qur'an program. This study uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. This research was conducted in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Assidiq Giriyoso, Jayaloka District, Musi Rawas Regency. The research subjects consisted of the Principal, the Board of Teachers, the Foundation. Data collection techniques include; observation, interviews and documentation, data analysis techniques using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, where the analysis process is carried out simultaneously with the observation and interview processes and direct documentation is analyzed. The results of the study, it is very important to plan all components of the school in the success of the madrasa superior program, starting from student planning, curriculum, educators and education personnel, finance, and public relations, in planning activities can involve the community as an important element to support the progress of madrasas. Then the role of people's representatives can be used as a relationship or good relationship in advancing Madrasas. In conclusion, Madrasah Ibtidiayah Giriyoso has prepared supporting facilities such as the tahfiz cottage in front of the class, educators and education staff who are fluent and memorized the Koran, the curriculum listed in the learning implementation plan, then establish good relations with the community, especially in supporting school programs. Abstract

While the data analysis technique according to Miles & Huberman is interactive model analysis. The results of the study, evaluation of the madrasa program is the most important thing in the success of madrasas in carrying out their programs, madrasas have carried out evaluation activities, so that obstacles and obstacles were identified, such as facility support and student readiness in participating in the tahfiz program, so that this can be a problem in the successful implementation of the madrasa program. However, this matter has been followed up to the head of the madrasah, so that it becomes a consideration for improvements to be made, so that in the future these obstacles and obstacles do not occur again. In conclusion, Madrasahs have carried out evaluation activities, so that obstacles and obstacles were identified, such as facility support and student readiness in participating in the tahfiz program, so that this can be a problem in the successful implementation of the madrasa program, but this has been followed up to the madrasa principal. Abstract

This article aimed at managing information technology based school supervisory managerial supervision database. The approach in this study uses a system approach with a waterfall model. The steps of developing the model are requirements analysis, design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system test. The results show that School supervisors in the North Musi Rawas District Office still use the manual system, and design of managerial supervisory information systems for principals are designed based on planned flowcharts. The results of expert validation, the supervisory managerial supervisory database includes; curriculum and learning administration, class administration, school administration and management, organization and institutions, facilities and infrastructure, staffing, funding, students, community participation, school cultural environment are appropriate to be used. Abstract

Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan pembukuan dan pengarsipan secara akuntasi pada IRMAS di Desa Mandi Angin Kec. Rawas Ilir Kabupaten Musirawas Utara. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode sosialisasi, diskusi dan praktik. PKM ini adalah kegiatan pelatihan yang mengarahkan pada pembukuan dan pengarsipan secara akuntasi pada IRMAS di Desa Mandi Angin Kecamatan Rawas Ilir Kabupaten Musirawas Utara. Hasil kegiatan meliputi: 1) Terlaksananya koordinasi tim PKM UNPARI Lubuklinggau dengan pemerintah desa, sehingga kegiatan berlangsung aman dan lancar, 2) Terlaksananya sosialisasi pembukuan dan pengarsipan secara akuntansi dan direspon dengan baik oleh perangkat desa, pengurus dan anggota IRMAS Desa Mandi Angin, 3) Perangkat desa, pengurus dan anggota IRMAS Desa Mandi Angin antusias mendukung kegiatan pembukuan dan pengarsipan secara akuntansi, 4) Kendala yang dihadapi berkaitan dengan sulitnya mendapat anggota IRMAS yang memiliki kopentensi yang tinggi, sebagai bagian dari kegiatan pembukuan dan pengarsipan secara akuntansi, dan 5) Pemerintah desa dan Organisasi desa meminta kegiatan pembukuan dan pengarsipan secara akuntansi tidak hanya sebatas dengan buku besar akan tetapi secara online. Berdasarkan hasil respon peserta kegiatan PKM simpulan pelatihan pembukuan dan pengarsipan secara akuntansi adalah efektif pada IRMAS Desa Mandi Angin Kecamatan Rawas Ilir Kabupaten Musirawas Utara.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an E-book of basic athletic movement techniques for 5th-grade students of SD Negeri 39 Lubuklinggau City and to determine the quality of the E-book from the aspects of validity and practicality as having a potential effect. This research is development research that refers to developing a 4-D model. The instruments used to measure the quality of the developed E-book include validation sheets and practicality questionnaires with an average score of . The product of this research is an E-book of basic motion techniques for grade 5 elementary school athletics. The results showed that: (1) linguists were categorized as quite valid with a total of 0.64 media experts in the category "High enough, 0.67 in the category of "High enough" linguists, and material experts with a total of 0.74 categorized as "High Enough." (2) The practicality of the developed e-book was obtained from the teacher and student response questionnaire results (one-to-one and small-group tests). The individual test (one-to-one) results are categorized as practical with an average score of 3.2, and the results of the small group test are classified as quite practical with an average score of 3.1. In conclusion, from the results of the study, it can be concluded that the basic athletic movement technique e-book for students is categorized as valid and practical and has a potential effect for use on athletes Keywords: E-book , movement technique, of basic athletic

Abstract

This study aims to determine the completeness of student learning outcomes after the Application of the Mind Mapping Assisted Problem Based Learning Model in Social Studies Learning for Class V SD Negeri 15 Lubuklinggau Significant Complete. This type of research is quantitative research and the research method used is quasi-experiment using pre-test and post-test research designs. Using multiple choice questions of 16 questions. The research sample was VB class consisting of 23 students and data analysis techniques with the following steps: Normality Test, T-Test. Based on the results of the T-Test analysis, the value of tcount (1.75) and ttable (1.73) when compared means tcount > ttable, after applying Problem Based Learning Assisted Mind Mapping it is significantly complete with a significant level of 0.05 so it can be concluded that the results studying social studies for fifth grade students at SD Negeri 15 Lubuklinggau after applying the Mind Mapping Assisted Problem Based Learning Model significantly completed. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aimed to determine the school principal's Alaskan system in improving teacher performance. This study uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. This research was conducted at elementary school principals in Lubuklinggau City. The subjects in this study were all people seen by researchers as able to provide data about the elementary school principal's Alaskan system in improving teacher performance. The research subjects included school principals, teacher boards, and staff. Data collection techniques include; observation, interview, and documentation. In contrast, the data analysis technique used is the data analysis method, according to Miles & Huberman, namely interactive model analysis. Data analysis took place simultaneously, which was carried out simultaneously with the data collection process with a flow of stages: data collection (data collection), data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display), and conclusions or verification (conclusion drawing & verifying). The study results show the Alaskan system for leaders in knowing the condition of their subordinates do not have to do blusukan every day because they remember that leaders must carry out other tasks in carrying out their duties. Blusukan can also be carried out suddenly to find out the condition of their subordinates at work, and then also, in the era of the advancement of information technology era leaders can utilize information technology tools to support the activities of carrying out blusukans such as the use of CCTV media to monitor the conditions of their subordinates at work. Abstract

Affective commitment is ultimately carried out by a leader in an organization, including in high schools. This study mainly aims to examine the influence of personality and job satisfaction on the affective commitment of high school principals mediated by motivation. A quantitative survey was employed in this study. The sample studied was 90 public high school principals in Jakarta, Indonesia. The data were collected through a questionnaire, which has been tested for validity and reliability. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed a significant relationship between the public school principals’ personality and job satisfaction on their affective commitment which is mediated by motivation. In more detail, the results indicated: i) a positive direct effect of personality on affective commitment, personality on motivation, and job satisfaction on the motivation of public school principals; ii) no significant direct effect of job satisfaction on affective commitment; and iii) a mediating role of motivation, that directs to a positive and significant influence on personality, job satisfaction, and principals’ affective commitment. The study’s implications for related authorities are presented.
