Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the use of information technology in management systems in tertiary institutions in Indonesia which are still not maximally and evenly utilized both in terms of equipment and management. This research is an international journal study. The results of input resource research include visualizer / document camera, computer, whiteboard, student response system, and application program. Output resources include projectors, interactive whiteboards, and displays: monitors, televisions and more. Finally, other ICT equipment includes digital cameras, switchers, digital recorders, and other innovations. Conclusions, discussion of solutions to overcome obstacles in the form of uneven infrastructure that supports the application of this technology in education and the unpreparedness of human resources to utilize information and communication technology in the learning process. Abstract

This study aims to manage quality document data based on information technology. The stages of this research method include; 1) requirements analysis, 2) design, 3) implementation and unit testing. 4) integration and system test. The approach in this study uses a systems approach with the waterfall model. The steps for developing a software model with a waterfall model are divided into 4 cycles, namely; 1) requirements analysis, 2) design, 3) implementation and unit testing. 4) integration and system test. The results of the study, 1) menu components and SOP submenus are feasible for use, 2) Standard Quality menu and submenu components are feasible for use, 3) quality manual menu and submenu components are feasible for use, 4) menu components and formuruclear submenus are suitable for use. In conclusion, the Quality Document SIM is feasible to use. The Quality Document Database Management Information System can assist LP3MP in managing data online, so that the LP3MP operator team can (input, process and output data) quickly, precisely and accurately. Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the product of the Bidik Misi scholarship program. This research uses case study qualitative method. The research was conducted at Djuanda University which is a private university in LLDIKTI region IV. Collecting data using interview instruments, questionnaires, observations, and documentation with data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The research findings show that the final results of the Bidik Misi scholarship are in accordance with the program objectives, namely increasing student motivation and achievement, increasing student achievement in the curricular, co-curricular and extracurricular fields, causing an impact for students and prospective students to always improve achievement and be competitive, and produce graduates who are independent, productive and have social concerns to break the chain of poverty and empower the community. Meanwhile, aspects of increasing access and learning opportunities in higher education, as well as ensuring the continuity of student studies to completion and on time, still need improvement. In conclusion, the Bidikmisi scholarship program has produced graduates who are independent, productive and have social awareness, so that they are able to play a role in efforts to break the poverty chain and empower people in Indonesia. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the planning of private madrasah ibtidaiyah (MI) in rural areas in organizing the tahfiz al-qur'an program. This study uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. This research was conducted in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Assidiq Giriyoso, Jayaloka District, Musi Rawas Regency. The research subjects consisted of the Principal, the Board of Teachers, the Foundation. Data collection techniques include; observation, interviews and documentation, data analysis techniques using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, where the analysis process is carried out simultaneously with the observation and interview processes and direct documentation is analyzed. The results of the study, it is very important to plan all components of the school in the success of the madrasa superior program, starting from student planning, curriculum, educators and education personnel, finance, and public relations, in planning activities can involve the community as an important element to support the progress of madrasas. Then the role of people's representatives can be used as a relationship or good relationship in advancing Madrasas. In conclusion, Madrasah Ibtidiayah Giriyoso has prepared supporting facilities such as the tahfiz cottage in front of the class, educators and education staff who are fluent and memorized the Koran, the curriculum listed in the learning implementation plan, then establish good relations with the community, especially in supporting school programs. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the description of Islamic religious education learning in elementary school education units in terms of the implementation of the 2013 curriculum. This type of research is library research. The data collection of this research was taken from several sources, including; text books, curricula, books on the National Education Constitution, scientific journals, and other relevant sources. The results of the study, the role and position of Islamic religious education in the national education system are very flexible, but in fact the curriculum used today, namely the 2013 curriculum, places points that cannot be applied in the field in the learning process. In conclusion, the role and position of Islamic education in the national education system is flexible and important because it is a means of transportation to achieve educational goals, although in the 2013 curriculum there are several points that cannot be done in the learning process. Abstract

This study aims to describe the challenges of Islamic Religious Education teachers in facing changes in the era of globalization of the technology industry 4.0. The research method used is descriptive qualitative and refers to case studies. The results of the study indicate that the challenges faced by PAI teachers in the changing era of globalization of the technology industry 4.0, there are several challenges, one of which is that teachers are required to be digitally literate. Another challenge faced by PAI teachers is that teachers must be able to innovate their teaching methods in accordance with existing developments. Apart from teachers, other challenges come from students, where students' morale is eroded due to changes in the globalization of technology, and students' social actions towards their environment are also eroded, not only among students but also an indifferent attitude towards their responsibilities as students. In conclusion, as a PAI teacher, you must increase your understanding and knowledge in technology in order to implement this knowledge in the teaching process, especially in the era of globalization and changes in industrial technology in the 4.0 era as it is today. Abstract

This study aims to describe the obstacles faced by teachers and parents in assisting children to memorize the Qur'an. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The sample consists of 6 people consisting of 1 teacher and 5 guardians of students, taken using a random technique. Data obtained by means of observation, interviews, and documentation, analyzed by data reduction taking into account the validity of the data, methods and triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the obstacles experienced by teachers and parents in carrying out Tahfidz Al-Qur'an learning for grade IIIA students at SDIT Al-Yasiir Bengkulu City during the pandemic are the short duration of time studying at school so teachers must think about methods and media in learning children from home online, the use of technology related to Android cellphones, not all parents can operate the cellphone so that teachers find it difficult to provide information to students, parents who are busy working, and parents who cannot read the Qur'an. In conclusion, the obstacles faced by teachers and parents are communication tools, time and the ability of teachers and parents to provide direction and guidance to children in learning Tahfidz Al-Qur'an students at SDIT Al-Yasiir Bengkulu City. Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of parents on students' ability to learn. This study uses a phenomenological method which aims to describe the relationship of motivation and parental guidance with student learning outcomes. The results of the study, the role of parents, especially motivation and guidance, is still very lacking so that the fluency of children in reading the Qur'an still really needs attention. This is in line with the teacher's statement that there are still some children who have not mastered the recitation of the Qur'an and are even less fluent in reading the Qur'an. Conclusion Motivation has a relationship with children's fluency in reading the Qur'an, generally children's learning achievement. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out what forms of motivation and guidance are given by parents to children's fluency in reading the Koran and also to find out how the results of parental motivation and guidance on children's fluency in reading the Koran. This study uses a qualitative approach. This research was carried out at TPQ Al Jihan Rt 04 Rw 03, Rawa Makmur Permai sub-district, Bengkulu City. The research subjects consisted of Koran teachers, parents and TPQ students. Data collection techniques include; observation, interviews and documentation, data analysis techniques using data reduction, data display, and verification / drawing conclusions. The results of the study, as for the forms of motivation and guidance provided by parents are parents asking the obstacles faced by children in learning the Koran, giving understanding to children about the importance of studying the Koran as Islamic character formation, giving gifts/punishments to children, facilitating children in learning, and provide encouragement and motivation, while the form of guidance given by parents is attention when children study, guiding children when reading the Koran, scheduling Koran learning activities at home. In conclusion, from the forms of motivation and guidance that have been given by parents, the results are very good for children who are also guided by their parents at home, not only relying on studying at TPQ, if the motivation and guidance are good the results obtained are also good, and vice versa. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the private madrasah ibtidaiyah program in improving the quality of graduates. This study uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. This research was conducted in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Assidiq Giriyoso, Jayaloka District, Musi Rawas Regency. The research subjects consisted of the Principal, Board of Teachers, Chairperson of the Foundation, Students. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique according to Miles & Huberman is interactive model analysis. The results of the study, evaluation of the madrasa program is the most important thing in the success of madrasas in carrying out their programs, madrasas have carried out evaluation activities, so that obstacles and obstacles were identified, such as facility support and student readiness in participating in the tahfiz program, so that this can be a problem in the successful implementation of the madrasa program. However, this matter has been followed up to the head of the madrasah, so that it becomes a consideration for improvements to be made, so that in the future these obstacles and obstacles do not occur again. In conclusion, Madrasahs have carried out evaluation activities, so that obstacles and obstacles were identified, such as facility support and student readiness in participating in the tahfiz program, so that this can be a problem in the successful implementation of the madrasa program, but this has been followed up to the madrasa principal.
