AbstractUnderstanding research methodology and information literacy are two important things in writing scientific papers systematically and structured manner and producing perfect work. In this community service, we focus on how to provide basic level training on the application of research methods and information literacy; this is useful not only for writing scientific papers but also for providing a solid basis for processing data and sorting information more accurately measurably and correctly. Furthermore, this community service will continue to be developed so that SMA Negeri 3 Semarang gets the best things in terms of technological knowledge and research. To face global competition, research methodology and information literacy become a guide for producing works that can positively contribute to society. Therefore, this training is very useful to develop the things that have been mentioned above. The method used is to conduct needs analysis, research, interviews to find out the problem, then the implementation of training activities for students at SMA Negeri 3 Semarang. The result of this community service is that students will understand the basics of research methodology as the basic concept of writing scientific papers and the basic concepts of information literacy to be able to sort or select information and/or data more accurately so that the scientific work produced can be of high quality and provide a positive impact on society. Furthermore, this service will continue to be held to improve competence, general (visible) and specific knowledge (invisible) for students and teachers at SMA Negeri 3 SemarangKeywords: Information literacy, Knowledge, Research methodology, Scientific work AbstrakMemahami metodologi penelitian dan literasi informasi merupakan dua hal penting dalam penulisan karya ilmiah secara sistematis dan terstruktur serta menghasilkan sebuah karya yang sempurna. Pada pengabdian masyarakat ini, kami berfokus bagaimana memberikan pelatihan tingkat dasar mengenai penerapan metode penelitian dan literasi informasi, hal ini berguna tidak hanya untuk penulisan karya ilmiah tetapi memberikan dasar yang kuat dalam mengolah data dan memilah informasi secara lebih akurat, terukur dan benar. Lebih jauh lagi, pengabdian masyarakat ini akan terus dikembangkan agar SMA Negeri 3 Semarang mendapatkan hal-hal yang terbaik dari sisi pengetahuan teknologi dan riset. Dalam rangka menghadapi persaingan global, maka metodologi penelitian dan literasi informasi menjadi sebuah panduan untuk menghasilkan karya-karya yang dapat memberikan kontribusi positif kepada masyarakat. Oleh sebab itu, pelatihan ini sangat berguna untuk mengembangkan hal-hal yang sudah disebutkan di atas. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah melakukan analisis kebutuhan, riset, wawancara untuk mengetahui masalah, kemudian pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan terhadap siswa di SMA Negeri 3 Semarang. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah siswa memahami dasar-dasar metodologi penelitian sebagai konsep dasar penulisan karya ilmiah dan konsep dasar literasi informasi, sehingga siswa dapat memilih informasi dan/atau data secara lebih akurat sehingga karya ilmiah yang dihasilkan dapat berkualitas tinggi dan memberikan dampak positif kepada masyarakat. Lebih lanjut, pengabdian ini akan terus diadakan guna meningkatkan kompetensi, pengetahuan umum dan khusus bagi siswa dan guru di SMA Negeri 3 Semarang.Kata kunci: Karya ilmiah, Literasi informasi, Metodologi penelitian, Pengetahuan

Innovation is very important in developing a smart city. Therefore, Innovation must be flexible to be applied when developing an area. We must not look only at one side in developing Innovation; Innovation must be broader than it should be and can provide significant changes in others' lives. This article is a long-term process, where this is gradual research, starting from a concept that will then be continued on a prototype and an application to measure a smart city's performance. The main problem is that there are still gaps and difficulties in understanding and implementing innovations. A definite basic concept is needed to execute Innovation right on target. In this article, the method used is from previous research, some formula from smart city 5.0. Moreover, this article's results are the basic concepts of Innovation, formulas, four basic types of Innovation, and seven types of innovation profiling: the innovation profiling framework. We have explained this research roadmap so that readers will know and understand the research process we are doing. It is very important because producing something must have a strong concept. What is produced can be more structured, systematic and on target in its application, especially smart city profiling.

Smart city is a necessity and no longer a hope, but it has already happened, with the progress of information technology that is increasingly sophisticated and very fast, then changes occur in everyday human life, where humans have united themselves with technology. This journal is a development of two journals - The Future Of IS / IT Strategic Planning In WCC, Australia version 1.0 and the journal analysis of the Wollongong city council using 7s of Galliers and Sutherland methods version 2.0. Furthermore, the focus of this journal - and at the same time the problem is that targets of high quality human resources have not been met; the application of technology and its use; and how the balance between HR and technology can be maintained very well. The results of this journal are the stages that can be carried out by each region in developing human resources and how the technology can help in regional development. It should be understood, that this journal has only reached level 3 (version 3.0), which means this journal is still a basic foundation wi th three stages, and this journal will be continued at the next level (the next version), gradually. Social media is one of the most important technologies at this moment. With the presence of social media, a significant change in communication occurs. Changes that arise can have two effects: positive and negative effects. Moreover, problems arise when social media is used unwise and to do negative tendencies. It creates a non-conducive environment. Therefore, a positive culture in social media must be developed and created. In developing a positive culture on social media, there are many challenges, such as different cultures in each country and even habits that have a high level of complexity, but it can be overcome by providing solutions on creating a positive culture on social media. This journal is a development of the journal: Development and Implementation of Wise Netizen (E-Comment) in Indonesia. Data collection method is by conducting surveys and interviews. The method used is Johari Window. This method produces four classifications of netizen: open netizen; blind netizen; hidden netizen and unknown netizen, where this classification can be used to find out what types of netizen are on social media. Furthermore, the results of this journal are a framework for creating a positive culture and developing netizen positively on social media called Culture Intelligence (CI3).

At this time, leadership and social media are two things that cannot be separated. Social media becomes an information technology media for leaders to be able to communicate about their vision and purpose. Therefore, leaders must be able to use social media effectively in order to influence the community with what they think. There are three problems caused by leaders in social media which are classified into three types such as narcissistic, compulsive and paranoid. These three things become big problems in leadership on social media and therefore, we need the formula to solve the problems. The Johari Window method is a method that has four perspectives in developing four leadership classifications such as open leaders, blind leaders, hidden leadership, and unknown leaders. If these three types and four classifications are put together, a framework will be produced called "Leadership Intelligence (CI2) Framework", the next one will produce a formula S = W.L2, where this formula will produce wise leaders on social media. This journal is the development of the journal Developing "Framework Intelligence (CI3)" Inside Social Media Using Johari Window Methods and The Development and Implementation of Wise Netizen (E-Comment) In Indonesia. As a result, this journal will give an answer and solve the problem of an ethical leader on social media and how to decrease a hoax that can affect the leader on social media. This research will continue until it produces a CI1 formula that will combine culture and leadership into a social media formula in generating positive communication, creating a positive culture and making a big impact on society.

In the face of globalization, Islamic boarding schools require rapid change and development, especially in careers, and contribute to society and the boarding school. Therefore, we need a concept to build a career properly and how a contribution can be helpful in stages. Problems such as human resource development are necessary so that Islamic boarding schools can positively impact people worldwide. This article is an extension of previously published essays and the method used. Moreover, this article's result is a valuable career development framework for increasing human resource competence, detailed job descriptions, and how contributions can make gradual so that they are right on target. This framework and process will be very useful in increasing ability and teamwork. It also needs to be done so that Islamic boarding schools can develop rapidly; of course, it is also necessary to have consistency in implementing this to create high competency human resources as proof that this concept implemented is that we have carried out community service by implementing cloud storage as a medium for registering new students at the Askhabul Kahfi Islamic boarding school and have made the Si-PenO (Online registration information system) application. Of course, these two things will continue to develop so that Islamic boarding schools can increase their competence and competitiveness in the face of globalization.

Abstrak Polrestabes Semarang merupakan sebuah salah satu lembaga kepolisian yang menyediakan pelayanan kepada masyarakat dalam penerbitan Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK). Kepolisian Republik Indonesia melakukan inovasi yaitu dengan membuat sistem informasi bernama SKCK Online yang telah diimplementasikan dalam pelayanan SKCK Polrestabes Semarang. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya sistem tersebut masih mengalami kendala atau insiden yang menyebabkan kegiatan pelayanan menjadi tidak optimal. Masalah yang terjadi lantaran kurangnya Standar Operasional Prosedur yang khusus mengatur tentang layanan dan insiden di tingkat pelayanan SKCK Polrestabes Semarang. Untuk mengetahui apakah sistem informasi SKCK Online telah berlangsung seperti yang diharapkan, maka perlu dilakukan analisis tata kelola sistem informasi. Fokus penelitian ini yaitu permintaan layanan dan insiden (DSS 02) dalam framework COBIT 5. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kapabilitas dan strategi perbaikan untuk proses permintaan layanan dan insiden pada sistem informasi SKCK Online. Dari hasil analisis penghitungan level kapabilitas berada pada level 1 (Performed) dengan status Largely achieved yaitu dengan nilai 67,85 % yang menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan permintaan layanan dan insiden SKCK Online belum sepenuhnya dikelola dengan baik. Untuk mencapai target (Level 3), Pelayanan SKCK Polrestabes Semarang dapat melakukan strategi perbaikan dengan memperhatikan tahapan dari proses dari DSS 02. Kata kunci—COBIT 5.0, DSS02, Tata Kelola TI, Polrestabes Semarang, Pelayanan SKCK Abstract Polrestabes Semarang is one of the police agencies that provide services to the public in the issuance of Police certificate (SKCK). The Indonesian police are innovating by creating an information system called SKCK Online which has been implemented in the service of SKCK Polrestabes Semarang. But in the implementation of the system is still experiencing obstacles or incidents that cause service activities to be not optimal. The problems that occurred due to the lack of operational standard procedures that are specifically set about services and incidents in the service level of SKCK Polrestabes Semarang. To find out if the SKCK Online information system has been underway as expected, the Information system governance analysis is necessary. The focus of this research is the service request and incident (DSS 02) in the COBIT framework 5. The purpose of this research is to determine the level of capability and improvement strategies for service request processes and incidents in SKCK Online information systems. From the result of analysis, the capability count is at Level 1 (Performed) with the status of Largely achieved with a value of 67.85% indicating that management of the service request and incident SKCK Online has not been fully managed. To achieve the target (Level 3), service SKCK Polrestabes Semarang can conduct a remediation strategy with respect to the stages of the process from DSS 02. SMA Negeri 3 Semarang adalah salah satu dari beberapa SMA terbaik di kota semarang yang Siswa/i serta Gurunya mempunyai keahlian tinggi. Unsur utama yang dapat menaikkan keahlian SMA tersebut adalah telah dilakukannya kaloborasi dengan perguruan tinggi dalam kegiatan pelatihan dan peningkatan ilmu pengetahuan dari berbagai bidang, agar supaya dapat bersaing diera globalisasi. Sekarang ini menguatkan keahlian Siswa/i dan Guru merupakan hal utama, karena nantinya akan dapat bersaing dengan negara maju lainnya. Untuk menguatkan keahlian tersebut maka dilakukan pelatihan dan simulasi data mining di SMA Negeri 3 Semarang. Diawali dengan survei, kemudian dianalisis dan akhirnya dilaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan data mining. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat data mining ini adalah Siswa dan Guru mampu memahami data mining, contoh dan penerapannya, sehingga Siswa dan Guru memiliki pengetahuan khusus data mining yang berguna untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan persaingan global.

Kondisi geografis Indonesia yang sangat luas yang terdiri dari ribuan Pulau dan sebagian besar wilayahnegara kita adalah berupa perairan dan dengan demikian masalah transportasi kapal laut tentunya sanagtmembutuhkan perhatian khusus mengingat kapal laut adalah satu satunya alat transportasi yang bisadigunakan untuk kegiatan (mobilitas antar Pulau) yang cukup ekonomis dibanding dengan angkutan lain(pesawat terbang), selain itu dengan wilayah perairan yang cukup luas memerlukan penjagaan maritim wilayahnegara yang handal. Salah satu system yang ada pada saat ini yang bisa digunakan untuk menunjang semuakegiatan tersebut di atas adalah Automatic Identification System (AIS). AIS adalah suatu system digunakanuntuk membantu dalam melacak secara otomatis posisi kapal dan dengan pelayanan lalu lintas kapal (VTS)untuk mengidentifikasi dan menemukan kapal oleh elektronik pertukaran data dengan kapal lain di dekatnyadan untuk mengatur Pelayanan lalu lintas kapal, menjaga keamanan maritim negara, memberikan bantuanuntuk navigasi, Pencarian dan penyelamatan serta Investigasi bila terjadi kecelakaan di lautKata Kunci : Automatic Identification System, Lalu Lintas Laut
