Dengan adanya pandemi COVID 19, yang mengakibatkan banyak bidang usaha mengalami kesulitan dalam usahanya. Salah satunya adalah PT. BPR ARTHA TANAH MAS. Dengan kondisi seperti ini memaksa pihak manajemen untuk berpikir keras dalam menjalankan usahanya. Salah satu kebijakan yang dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan Perencanaan strategis sumber daya manusia. Dengan tujuan untuk bisa meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, kemudahan kemudahan transaksi kepada para nasabah, sehingga mampu bersaing di dunia perbankan. Metodologi pengumpulan data dengan wawancara survei dan Pustaka menggunakan analisis SWOT, Critical Success Factors, Aplikasi Potensial dan Portofolio McFarlan. Dengan hasil penetapan perencanaan strategis yang tepat pada peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kepada nasabah dan peningkatan dalam pemanfaatan sarana dan prasarana.

Mebel selain pelengkap peralatan rumah tangga juga merupakan hasil karya seni yang mempunyai nilai maupun harga tersendiri. CV. Intan yang berlokasi di Jepara adalah salah satu dari sekian pengusaha mebel yang ada, untuk mengembangkan usahanya tentunya butuh system penjualan yang berbasis Website. Dengan menggunakan web menjadikan transaksi pemesanan dan penjualan akan menjadi lebih mudah. Pembangunan Website untuk penjualan mebel secara on line juga sebagai sarana promosi, karena memuat display jenis dan model dari berbagai mebel yang ada. Pembangunan website penjualan online untuk menjual mebel ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman yang berbasis web dengan menggunakan Model View Controller (MVC).

Demam berdarah dengue (DBD) merupakan masalah kesehatan yang signifikan di Indonesia, khususnya di Kota Semarang. Setiap tahunnya, terdapat tren peningkatan penderita demam berdarah. Jika pemangku kepentingan tidak melakukan tindakan dan kebijakan preventif, hal ini akan berdampak buruk pada kesehatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Peramalan kasus di masa yang akan datang merupakan salah satu upaya pencegahan dan pengendalian penyakit DBD. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik peramalan ARIMA dan Single Smoothing Exponential. Data time series yang digunakan adalah bulan Januari sampai dengan Desember 2022 berdasarkan kasus kejadian di tingkat kecamatan Kota Semarang. Hasil percobaan kedua metode tersebut kemudian dibandingkan untuk mencari hasil terbaik dalam memprediksi jumlah kasus DBD di Kota Semarang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode ARIMA memberikan hasil terbaik, dengan nilai MSE dan MAE yang lebih kecil.

When facing a pandemic, education experienced a considerable surprise, where many things made us not expect this to happen. This results in several problems, such as educational institutions needing more time to be ready when facing the cessation of the teaching and learning process, information technology infrastructure suddenly being used to its maximum capacity, and human resources, which in some educational institutions may not be ready. In this research, we will use innovation profiling to implement pandemic learning systems in 2024. If it happens again, this framework will help us see the big picture when dealing with a pandemic. This research results from the 2024 pandemic learning systems framework, in which stages for overcoming the pandemic significantly influence the teaching and learning process in education. Therefore, we need to increase our readiness to face all of this. It is essential to do so that the teaching and learning process will continue to run well and by the learning outcomes set by each institution.

AI faces many challenges in the future. Some people still say that AI is a threat to the future, but on the other hand, AI is a technology that will help many people live their lives. In this concept research, we will explain what we think about AI and what ethics should be involved in using AI. It will require a lot of analysis to produce a concept of AI ethics, which is not easy. Our focus will provide perspectives from the social, psychological, and cultural sides and what things might affect human life by quickly developing AI. The final result of this concept is a framework for the ethics of AI profiling, where this may be used as a guide or opinion that can be considered when we use AI in our daily lives. AI is something that must be supported, and its application must receive special attention so that it can help humans in solving various life problems.

In this concept research, we will describe in a big picture how smart gamification, metaverse, and AI will influence and how to build this so that it can gradually change our teaching and learning patterns. Of course, this has been resolved in the book we published on Amazon. Therefore, if readers want to know and understand more deeply, they can read the book we created to apply it. As the volume of motorbikes increases, the number of motorbike service outlets also increases. However, not all service places get customers equally, from the customer's side various variables really determine visits such as location, level of spare parts availability, level of service to consumers and price. Likewise, in terms of service owners, when opening a new service location, they need to pay attention to various variables such as proximity to residential areas, number of competitors, capacity of passing vehicles, and proximity to spare parts suppliers. To collaborate several influential variables to produce a decision regarding the right place, a method is needed that is capable of carrying out calculations to produce a ranking of locations that will have an influence. One method that can be offered is profile matching. This method performs by finding the difference between the weight value determined at the beginning and the input value for each location object. The ranking results of all location objects can be used as alternative locations for appropriate service locations..
