Abstract

The population mobility happened if there are difference value between urban and rural specially at the economic and opportunity of job aspect. The pattern of population mobility: permanent and non-permanent (circulair and commuting). Mobility pattern of responder in this research entirely represent non permanent mobility, consisting of mobility commute (63,3 percent) and also circulair mobility (36,7 percent). As for decision to do mobility because invited by their friend or family and also coincidence of this work is can access. This mobility affect positive to responder, social and also economics.

Abstract

The development of information technology has opened a business network, especially the Internet. Agribusiness actors have also started using the internet to market their products using the website. www.goodplant.co.id is an e-commerce that sells hydroponics products. This study is intended to identify the characteristic of perception maker of the consumers of goodplant.co.id, correlation of consumers’ perception maker characteristics and consumers’ perception of quality of goodplant.co.id as an online marketing media. This study applied a descriptive study through the survey. The subject of this study was people who have accessed the website, or people who have done any transaction on the website. The subject was chosen using judgment sampling by Google Docs. The amount of the subject is decided to use the estimation of population proportion and confidence level, which was made with 95% of 100 respondents. This study was conducted using two kinds of data, primary data, and secondary data. The data were analyzed using Kendall correlation. The result of the study showed that: (1) the age range of the respondents is 17 – 34 years old, (2) the education of the respondents are diploma/ undergraduate degree, (3) most of the respondents are an employee or entrepreneur, and having high revenue, (4) most of the also frequently do online shopping. There was a significant correlation between education, revenue, occupation, and online shopping experience toward the consumers’ perceptions of goodplants.co.id as an online marketing media. However, there was no significant correlation between the age range of the consumers with their perceptions of goodplants.co.id as an online marketing media.

Abstract

The ‘Update Status’ phenomenon is a popular phenomenon among millennials. In the city of Solo the update status is much done around the world of food or culinary. Eating is no longer a necessity of life, but it has shifted to a lifestyle for young people. Where to share pictures around the café or food served on their social media becomes an important moment. Describe what they eat and where they eat, by utilizing social media as if they want to show their social status. This article will discuss how the phenomenon updates the culinary status among young people by appearing at their forms of status updates, then review the extent of their association with their identity reforming both real identity and virtual identity them and the end will try to peel the theory of hipperreality from Jean P. Baudrillard.. The method applied is an in-depth interview with the total participants 10 people. With the bulk of participants are students (millennials). The results gathered from social media were used by netizens as a space to express themselves, substitutes for face-to-face forms. There is a negative and positive impact from this phenomenon, Negative impact is the emergence of the consumption society that no longer consumes goods and services, but more on consuming the brand, while positive impact is and moving the economy of an area with the increase of public consumption of goods and services.

Abstract

Temanggung Regency has 20 sub-districts and many excellent potentials, including rice, robusta coffee, sugar palm, vanilla and cloves. This substantial potential for development to increase business efficiency, productivity, income and welfare through farming, likewise with agricultural extension activities which are the spearhead of the learning process to improve the welfare of farmers. It is necessary to identify potential areas in extension activities to develop effective and targeted extension programs. For this reason, this study aims to identify the potential of agricultural commodities in Jumo Sub-district, Temanggung Regency using a participatory rural appraisal approach can facilitate the exchange of information between stakeholders to work together in planning the right program. In addition, through location quation (LQ) analysis, it is found that the potential agricultural commodity in Jumo Sub-district is rice for the food crop subsector. In the plantation subsector, there is robusta coffee. It is hoped that the superior commodities of Jumo Sub-district can be further improved by maximizing farming business and can be a reference in making extension programs in Jumo Sub-district, Temanggung Regency.

Abstract

Appoli (Aliansi Petani Beras Organik Boyolali) merupakan organisasi yang berfungsi sebagai wadah bagi para petani dalam pemasaran bersama dan peningkatan kualitas hasil pertanian. Dalam mengembangkan pemasaran produk Appoli terdapat beberapa kendala antara lain rendahnya daya saing produk terutama kemasan yang belum menjual dan jangkauan pemasarannya yang terbatas. Dari sisi pengemasan, permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan peralatan pengemasan, belum adanya label produk dan merek yang menjadi ciri produk dari Appoli. Sistem informasi dan pemasaran berbasis website atau digital sangat dibutuhkan untuk menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas, tidak hanya pasar regional tetapi diharapkan mampu menjangkau pasar luar daerah atau nasional. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dilakukan beberapa kegiatan yaitu: 1) pengenalan peralatan pengemas vakum dan penambahan kemasan plastik 2) pengenalan desain kemasan produk yang menarik dan aman 3) perbaikan label dan merek 4) pengembangan website pemasaran produk Appoli. Kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan pendapatan Appoli dari penjualan beras putih organik, beras merah organik dan beras hitam organik, serta meluasnya pemasaran mereka dengan hadirnya produk beras organik mereka di pasar online.

Abstract

Kurangnya kesadaran warga di Kelurahan Maospati untuk mengelola sampah rumah tangga dan belum berfungsinya TPS3R (Tempat Pengelolaan Sampah Reuse, Reduce, dan Recycle) di Kelurahan Maospati mendorong tim KKN Tematik UNS Membangun Desa menawarkan program pengelolaan sampah secara terpadu. Program pengelolaan sampah terpadu melalui kegiatan pemberdayan dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap dari penetapan dan peninjauan lokasi, penyusunan program kerja yang meliputi kegiatan desain dan pengadaan roadmap pengelolaan sampah, sosialisasi program bank, sosialisasi pengelolaan sampah dan demo pembuatan ecobrick dengan sasaran utama anggota kelompok PKK, serta edukasi mengenai pengelolaan sampah di sekolah-sekolah melalui pemanfaatan botol bekas minuman mereka. Hasil dari program kerja meliputi peningkatan pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan sampah sebesar 51,2% peserta sosialisasi dan 44 % dari masyarakat peserta program sosialisasi mendapatkan manfaat ekonomis dari sampah rumah tangga mereka. Selain itu kegiatan ini mampu membantu mewujudkan lingkungan yang asri, terstruktur dan bersih.

Abstract

Masa Pandemi ini membawa dampak luar biasa bagi para pelaku UMKMdimanakebijakanpemerintahuntukmenerapkanPembatasanSosialBerskala Besar (PSBB) membawa pelaku UMKM pada dua situasi yaitumenurunnya jumlah pembeli namun disisi lain jumlah kompetitor semakinmeningkat. Kondisiinimenyebabkan UKM harus berupaya untuk meningkatkan daya saingnya ditengahmasapandemiini.SalahsatuUKMyangmengalamipermasalahanini adalah UMKM Kuliner yaitu UMKM Olahan Kacang-kacangan Merek J-Nut. Semasapandemi terjadi penurunan omset penjualan hampir 50% dari penjualansebelum pandemi. Beberapa penyebab penurunan omset ini atara lainbanyakmasyarakatyangturutberjualananekacamilantermasukjugajeniskacang-kacangan seperti kacang bawang, kacang telur dll yang akhirnyamenjadi kompetitor. Para kompetitor sudah menggunakan media promosidan pemasaran online sehingga dapat menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas.Untuk itu UMKM Kacang J-Nut ini harus segera memperbaiki kapasitasusahanyauntukdapatbersaingdenganUMKMyanglaindiantaranyadengan menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang dapat menarik perhatiankonsumen di antara banyaknya produk UMKM sejenis. Untuk mengatasipersoalaninimakatimpengabdianmengusulkansolusipemecahanmasalah melalui beberapa kegiatan yaitu : perbaikan merek dan labelproduk,perbaikankemasanyang   lebih marketable, promosi dan pemasaran online. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dapat meningkatkan omset penjualan sebesar 25% dan meningkatkan respon positif dari masyarakat (calon konsumen).

Abstract

Keberlanjutan sektor pertanian merupakan bagian yang penting dari pembangunan pertanian di Indonesia. Minat generasi muda pertanian untuk bekerja di sektor pertanian masih rendah termasuk untuk budidaya padi varietas baru rojolele srinuk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi proses terbentuknya minat dan mengkaji minat generasi muda pertanian dalam budidaya padi rojolele srinuk. Metode dasar penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Pemilihan lokasi dilakukan dengan cara purposive di Desa Delanggu, Kecamatan Delanggu, Kabupaten Klaten. Penentuan informan menggunakan snowball sampling dan purposive sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, in depth interview serta pengkajian dokumen dan arsip. Analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif Miles and Huberman dengan triangulasi sumber untuk validitas data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Proses terbentuknya minat generasi muda pertanian di Desa Delanggu dalam budidaya padi rojolele srinuk dimulai dengan adanya pengenalan varietas baru kepada masyarakat dari BPP serta sosialisasi bertani oleh orang tua, kemudian adanya aktivitas dari komunitas sanggartani rojolele. 2) Stimulus minat yang berasal dari fenomena yang terjadi lingkungan sekitar diantaranya pekerjaan yang ditekuni saat ini, aktivitas sanggartani rojolele, dukungan orang tua, rasa sosial untuk melestarikan varietas lokal delanggu, kesadaran regenerasi petani, keunggulan varietas rojolele srinuk dan yang utama adalah sumber daya lahan. Terdapat keputusan generasi muda diantaranya yaitu terdapat generasi muda pertanian yang berminat dan budidaya rojolele, berminat namun belum budidaya, dan tidak berminat serta tidak ingin budidaya rojolele srinuk.

Abstract

Knowledge management is an important matter where java long pepper farmers can increase their self-capacity after processing the knowledge they have and acquire, where the knowledge possessed by farmers can determine behavior or attitudes in making decisions on adopting innovations influenced by farmer characteristics, communication intensity, and innovation characteristics. The research used the census method (61 java long pepper farmers) in Gudangharjo Village. The level of adoption of java long pepper cultivation innovations on CSR assisted farmers of PT. Sido Muncul which includes planting time, use of climbing poles, fertilizing, maintenance, pest control, and harvesting is in the low category overall. The results of the analysis of the influence of the intensity of communication and the characteristics of significant innovation on the level of innovation adoption among farmers assisted by CSR PT. Sido Muncul. The results of the analysis of the characteristics of farmers, are not significantly significant to the level of innovation adoption among farmers assisted by CSR PT. Sido Muncul. The R2 value is 0.533, indicating that 53.3% of the adoption rate of java long pepper cultivation innovations among farmers assisted by CSR PT. Sido Muncul can be explained by the characteristics of farmers, the intensity of communication, and the characteristics of innovation.

Abstract

Jinawi Farm Hidroponik is one of the businesses that develops hydroponic agricultural products into healthy food preparations in the form of vegetable salads. Of course, a marketing communication activity is needed in developing its business, one of which is through Instagram social media (@jinawigreens). The effectiveness of the Instagram account @jinawigreens as a digital marketing communication medium, can be influenced by the characteristics of the messages conveyed in it. Therefore, it is necessary to measure the effectiveness of Instagram, as well as the effect of message characteristics on its effectiveness. The EPIC Model is used as a measuring tool for effectiveness in this study. The model measures effectiveness by using a communication approach through four critical dimensions, namely empathy, persuasion, impact, and communication. This study aims to 1) analyze the characteristics of social media messages on Instagram @jinawigreens. 2) Analyzing the effectiveness of Instagram @jinawigreens social media based on the EPIC Model. 3) Analyzing the influence of the characteristics of social media messages Instagram @jinawigreens on the effectiveness of Instagram as a digital marketing communication medium for Jinawi Farm Hydroponics based on the EPIC Model.
